Being a Orange District citizen himself, he longed to study at the prestigious Coral College when he grow up as he spent his days training to be a blacksmith under his father's instructions and play swords with his friends until the day comes. But when he was 8 years old, a lone mercenary visited his father's workshop to repair his equipment when he saw Rey and his friends playing sword fight with wooden swords and impressed at his skills, he joined them in a play fight against Rey, much to the kids' surprise. But during the play fight, everyone including his parents are surprised at Rey's skills and even if he "lose" the fight, the mercenary eventually asked him to become his apprentice.
For the next 5 years, Rey spent his days training to become like his new mentor while still training to become a great blacksmith and working hard to enter the Coral College. And even when the Catastrophe arrived at the other side of the ocean without his knowledge of it, Rey will find himself not just a change of Lune Seaport, but a conflict of the districts inside of it...

Emblem of Creation: Lv30 accessory. A crest of the Lune Seaport, given out to crafters looking to build up their reputation in a competitive market. When equipped, it reduces the Material Fee of crafted items equal to your Crafting Level in Gold. For crafts with Material Fee, the minimum Material Fee a craft can be reduced to is 5 Gold. Only one Emblem of Creation may be equipped by a character at a time.
Mount Whistle [Level 15]: A wooden whistle used to summon trained animals for mounting. Mounts summoned this way have very little HP and will dismount their rider and run at the first sign of danger, followed by a long cooldown. Cavalier personal mounts remain unaffected by the use of Mount Whistles.
EQUIPMENT
Left Arm Apprentice's Dagger: Level 15 Dagger. Created by Rey himself when he was 11 years old, the blade is somehow curved due to his inexperience on forging back then. CLASS SKILLS
Main Class: Swashbuckler
Fencer Style: [Tier I Skill] A passive skill that activates when the swashbuckler is only equipping a single one-handed weapon and nothing in their off hand, increasing the attack damage of their one-handed weapon. Dual wielding has its merits in granting the swashbuckler with an opportunity to apply two different effects to the opponent upon a successful hit, while fighting with the Fencing Style sacrifices this versatility for a greater form of fighting stability.
Fold Step: [Tier I Skill] Using this skill, the user's body suddenly is propelled and accelerates in a desired direction. It is often used as a surprise burst of momentum when delivering an attack or used as a last-ditch dodging maneuver. The only downside to this technique is that once activated, the swashbuckler cannot stop or adjust their trajectory. It should be noted that if this skill is used for an attack, the momentum from initiating the attack will not increase damage in any way. It merely allows the Swashbuckler to quickly close in on the opponent for a possible surprise attack. This skill has an animation time of 1 second and a cooldown time of 6 seconds.
Blind Bet: [Tier I Skill] Attempting to hit a pressure point, the Swashbuckler thrusts the weapon forward as its blade glows a faint blue color. This motion has an animation time of 2 seconds, 1 seconds each strike if dual-wielding. If it makes direct unguarded contact with an opponent, their vision becomes blurry for the next 10 seconds, resulting in an accuracy debuff. The degree of blindness is most effective at the moment of contact, clearing up as the debuff wears off. For single-weapon and throwing weapon users, the debuff is dependent upon a single weapon's hit. A dual weapon user must strike the opponent successfully with both weapons to ensure the maximum effect. Even still, they have two chances at hitting, so stability is sacrificed for consistency. Nevertheless, the cooldown of this technique is also 10 seconds, meaning that an experienced user can sustain the effect as long as they can manage to pierce the opponent's defense each time.
High Roller: [Tier I Skill] The swashbuckler attempts to bridge defense with offense by dodging an incoming attack and curling the body together to make multiple mid-air rolls as they land over to a new position. At the same time, their weapons are pointed outward, cutting at any opponent that tries to reach at them. This skill has an animation time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 15 seconds.
Aura Saber: [Tier I Skill] Swings the weapon around the user's body in a faint aura, then crashes it down upon the enemy. Multiple enemies can be struck by this attack by they are adjacent to the target. This skill increases targets' aggro on the user more than that of a regular attack. If this skill is used by Monks, the user will deliver an aura-enhanced swinging punch that delivers the same effects. This skill has an animation time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 5 seconds.
Quick Swap: [ Tier I Skill] A skill that facilitates the quick switching of equipment from the user's equipment to their inventory. While many characters use quick slots in order to swap out their weapons, this requires a manual action. The use of Quick Swap does this exchange automatically. This switching can only be done with two equipment sets at a time, both of which are registered prior to the start of battle. When Quick Swap is used, the current equipment set will be swapped out to the other set designated by the skill. Due to the nature of this skill, it is best used by characters of the Weapon Specialist classes. This skill has an animation time of 1 second. Its cooldown if used by a Weapon Specialist class is 30 seconds which increases to 60 seconds if used by any other class.
Mirage Dealer: [Tier I Skill] Dual wield skill. The Swashbuckler performs a forward X-slash with their two weapons to slash at an opponent, then immediately teleports a meter forward. This usually places them behind the enemy, allowing them to either bypass their line or enable them to continue attacking before the enemy realizes what just happened. Because of the flashiness of this skill, it's a popular technique among aspiring warriors. Try not to use it while the opponent's at the edge of a cliff or right against a wall, though. You'll either plummet to your death or crash face-first into a wall. This skill has an animation time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 8 seconds.
Roleplay Class: Courier
Checkpoint: [Courier Level 1 Skill] When you're supposed to be delivering items all over the country, you need to be able to keep track of where your clients are supposed to be! This toggle skill scans the Courier's quest log and notifies them of each destination point or individual they need to meet with in order to complete the quest. This works as a tall pillar of light that can be seen from up to 100 meters away. Additionally, if the Courtier possesses a map of the list, these points are marked with a [QUEST] icon. Only the Courier is able to see these details.
Express Delivery: [Courier Level 11 Skill] The Courier may perform this skill to double their movement speed for 15 seconds. This skill has a cooldown of 30 seconds and automatically deactivates whenever the Courier is engaging in battle or is targeted by an enemy. Checkpoint's range also passively increases by 100 meters.
Crafting Class: Blacksmith
Heatsink: [Blacksmith Level 1 Skill] Blacksmiths are able to wear chain armor without penalties if they are normally unable to wear chain armor. They are able to wear plate armor without penalties if they are normally able to wear chain armor but not plate armor. Also a toggle skill. Through their skills at working around a forge, blacksmiths have developed a slight tolerance toward heat. They take reduced damage of 10% from fire-based attacks.
Speed Forge: [Blacksmith Level 11 Skill] The blacksmith's role in an active situation usually demands that their teammates' equipment is kept up to shape. A broken weapon cannot hurt much, while broken armor will only spell trouble against a difficult foe. It is in this time that blacksmiths will prioritize speed over quality. By taking makeshift materials around them, be it metal fragments, ore, or even rocks, they quickly melt it down and fix up equipment for the time being. Proper repairs will have to be performed following the battle in order to prevent impurities from weakening the equipment's quality. Defense debuff effects are halved when this skill is used on a target.
Armament Appraisal: [Blacksmith Level 21 Skill] A Blacksmith's knowledge of weapons is limited not by their ability to craft them, but to know the hidden qualities of the weapon that only the weapon itself would otherwise know. When Armament Apprisal is used and a weapon is held in their hand, the Blacksmith will be told the following about the weapon: a mental image of the last person to touch the weapon, the name of the weapon's crafter, the weapon's flavor text, and the names and effects of any enchants or reforges placed upon the weapon. This skill has a casting time of 5 seconds and no cooldown.
