Ashtver's Beginner gear really was starting to get old. He crafted some better equipment as temporary upgrades. The Chain armour really doesn't look anything snazzy, but it gets the job done. Its chain links are tightly bound together, and there is a second layer of chain over the heart. The shoulder guards almost resemble the beak of a bird of prey. The legs, on the other hand have knee guards that look like diamonds with curled edges, as they proved highly uncomfortable without them.
