[attr="class","ws"] [attr="class","h"]COCKTAIL [attr="class","fc"] [attr="class","bi"]REAL NAME: Isabelle Windsor [attr="class","bi2"]REAL GENDER: Female [attr="class","bi2"]GENDER: Female [attr="class","bi2"]AGE: Eighteen [attr="class","bi2"]SEXUALITY: Homosexual [attr="class","bi2"]FACE-CLAIM: miku hatsune, VOCALOID [attr="class","bi2"]PLAYED BY: Kuroya [attr="class","h2"]Appearance [attr="class","b"]Isabelle is fairly new to MMORPGs, having been dragged into them by her brother, and as such, her appearance closely mirrors that of her in-game appearance. Out of game, she had black hair, but otherwise, her appearance is almost the same as it is in-game. The sole exception is a tattoo in red ink on her left arm right close to her armpit on the outside. This is in the design of a 01, and even if she got it without her parent or guardian's permission beforehand, she says that anyone who doesn't like it can have that conversation with her fist. Isabelle isn't as hung up over her appearance as some teenage girls are. She has large blue eyes and an innocent face that lends her facial structure a sense of immaturity, though the illusion is compromised the instant she opens her mouth. She's naturally a pale girl, and her dislike of spending a lot of time out of the safety of climate control tends to make it unlikely that will ever change. She has extremely long light blue hair, but if told or asked to cut it, she'll merely say that she likes it long and anyone who tries to touch her hair will be getting a foot to the face. When she's only just woken up, her hair will still be down, and it'll reach around her heel, but in any other situation, her hair will be pulled up in some way, left to hang down in a twin pigtails the very tip of which just brushes about her ankles. She has a shorter fringe around her face, and this is long enough to come down to her chin at the longest, thus framing her face and making her look all the younger. Isabelle has a very slim body, most of what little height she has afforded to her by her legs. She doesn't weigh too much, mostly because she's too busy running around to actually put a whole lot of extra fat on, if any, and she isn't afraid to show this off either. She's proud of her femininity, even if she doesn't spend hours on makeup and keeping up with her hair... mostly due to the fact that her brother hogs the bathroom for hours on end. While she's not afraid to kick the door down and throw his ass out so she can get her day moving, she doesn't generally like to hear him complain about it all day long, so usually she just finds out ways to get him out of the shower. Most of them involve changing the temperature of the water on him or using other ways to freak him out. A girl's gotta look good too, y'know. [attr="class","h3"]Personality [attr="class","b"]LIKES

[attr="class","h3"]History [attr="class","b"]From the day she was born, Isabelle was made the apple of her brother's eye. She was always chasing after the older, almost from the day that she could walk. Her first words when she was little wasn't "Momma" or "Dada", it was a mangled version of her brother's name. She adored him, and he loved her back. But she spent her life chasing after his coattails, and as they both got older, the difference only became all the more obvious between them. Her father, who was a blacksmith himself and loved working with his craft despite the fact that it was a dying art, soon began taking her brother into the forge with him, a place that young Isabelle could not follow. The seven year old was devastated, and that was when she first began to become rebellious. She would run off and spend hours in her treehouse, hiding from the world. When boys on the playground would try to scare her with worms, she'd chase after them, seeming more wild than they thought. The British girl gained the acceptance from the boys of her school, not the girls, and even though she wore dresses, she was far more of a male at heart than she was female. She would always say that it was because of her brother, and though she was angry at him for abandoning her, she would still pounce on him the moment he came home, hanging off his arm and trailing after him like a puppy. The two of them were close, and she strived for his approval wherever she could get it. And then, when she was twelve, a shock hit her family. Her father passed away from cancer, something that he'd hidden from the rest of the family for the past several years. As it turned out, her brother knew, that was why he was working so hard to learn their father's craft, and he soon took over the duties of the house, their mother unable to hide her grief for the loss of the man that she loved. Isabelle was lost, feeling more alone than ever, and that was why she first started going to parties. She was popular, she was pretty, and when some of the guys started asking her out, she would say yes because she just wanted the attention of someone. The house was too quiet with her brother working every chance he could and her mother sliding into a steady grief that seemed endless. It was when she was fifteen that an older boy at high school tried to deflower her, but when he started trying to kiss her - and take her first kiss - something in her just broke loose, like a dam, and she kicked the guy and ran, her limbs trembling. She couldn't justify it to herself, and when her brother came in to talk about it, she couldn't justify it to him either, but she didn't feel anything when she was being given attention from guys, it was just a way to pass the time. He just smiled and patted her head and said that she'd figure it out. It wasn't until she was sixteen that she did. There was a new transfer student to the school, a cute blonde girl, and the sight of her knocked Isabelle's breath away in a way that no one had to the girl before. She couldn't stop staring... but she found out when, slightly buzzed at the afterparty at prom the following year, she connected her lips to the other girl's that she swung that way. Unlike a lot of girls, she wasn't freaked out by it though. It felt right, and she started chasing after the other without success. When the other had graduated, she got her tattoo, taking the hounding, knowing that she was wearing it to show the way her heart felt. At the age of eighteen, she was given the right to walk in the forge, and her brother said that he would teach her how to use it. He then smiled a little half-smile and said that he was going to be getting more time to be with her now, and that, if she was willing to learn, he would take her onto the Unfounded Kingdom server of his childhood game, Log Horizon. Delighted, she readily agreed, eager to spend time with her brother once again. And then the Catastrophe happened. She hasn't found her brother yet, but she knows that he has to be in here somewhere. It's just a matter of her getting good enough to finally catch up to him for once in her life. [attr="class","h3"]Extra [attr="class","b"]Isabelle's older brother is the one who's into games more than she is. In fact, he was supposed to have started Log Horizon alongside her, and it is to her confusion that she hasn't run into him in-game yet. |

Dual wield skill. The Swashbuckler performs a forward X-slash with their two weapons to slash at an opponent, then immediately teleports a meter forward. This usually places them behind the enemy, allowing them to either bypass their line or enable them to continue attacking before the enemy realizes what just happened. Because of the flashiness of this skill, it's a popular technique among aspiring warriors. Try not to use it while the opponent's at the edge of a cliff or right against a wall, though. You'll either plummet to your death or crash face-first into a wall. [attr="class","skill"]Pacifying Dance: Subclass - Dancer - Level 1. A skill that allows the dancer to perform beautiful dances to momentarily captivate those who see it. It might cause hostile monsters and People of the Land to stop fighting the dancer and their party for a few moments. [attr="class","skill"]Heatsink: Crafting Class - Blacksmith - Level 1. Heatsink: Blacksmiths are able to wear chain armor without penalties if they are normally unable to wear chain armor. They are able to wear plate armor without penalties if they are normally able to wear chain armor but not plate armor. Also a toggle skill. Through their skills at working around a forge, blacksmiths have developed a slight tolerance toward heat. They take reduced damage of 10% from fire-based attacks. [attr="class","h3"]Equipment [attr="class","b2"] [attr="class","skill"]Armor: Starter Leather Armor: A basic set of soft leather armor made from cheap leather. They are not really protective, but they are better than going naked—probably. You probably do want to replace these asap, when you think about it. [attr="class","skill"]Left Hand: Starter Rapier: A starter weapon designed for novice adventurers, made out of cheap iron. It is well-balanced and easy to use but doesn’t hit particularly hard at all. You probably should get this replaced as soon as you can. Fragile Iron Chain: A length of iron chain. Although strong enough to handle some weight, it's not the most sturdy - or attractive - of accessories. It appears to be able to attach to the hilt of a weapon though. Iron Nails: x5 Rather shoddy nails made of dark iron, they're particularly useful for Artisans and Woodcrafters for building houses and other such things, though it's possible that Mechanics or Alchemists could also find uses for them. They're rather square in shape and look rather easily prone to rust, though they seem sturdy enough for their purposes. The weakest point in at the base, where the head connects to the nail; perhaps with better materials, it could be made stronger. Beginner Equipment Mold, Sword: x2 A basic mold of a sword. It doesn't seem to be good for much other than pouring molten iron into to form a shape. |
