God. What was it exactly? Phoebe didn’t seem to have any clue as it seemed to be a new concept to her. Never once had she heard the word from her parents, nor from her teachers. Perhaps the fact that she didn’t know was why was the reason she decided to take up the Priestess path. She was in a place known as a Shrine, in London there were numerous numbers of them. But each of them seemed to represent different gods of different kinds. Of course once she had picked Priestess, she had to choose a god soon after. There were a multiple number of choices, but after reading the descriptions she settled with Maponos, the god of the youth. There were little amounts of reasons to the choice, as she didn’t mind any of them. The fact that she chose him had to be just luck. But luck or not, she was stuck with it. Not for life as it seemed plausible to change one’s subclass, perhaps even a whole class change was possible, but she wasn’t the one to go back on her choices. Or at least she didn’t know of a reason why she would.
Phoebe was standing in-front of a structure that had been known as a shrine, it wasn’t the biggest of buildings that she’s seen in the city, but it had a strange sensation fill her as she entered. Possibly due to her sub-class, she had not known the reason. She took a stop at the front and gazed to it. A alter at the front, as the wooden structure seemed to be shut tight. Her gaze soon shifted from there to elsewhere. And there she saw a woman, much older than her and she was attending to duties of cleaning the areas around the shrine. She was one of the People of the Land, nothing much strange about strange about her. She looked fairly normal, blonde long hair that reached to her waist, but with a lonesome blue gaze. She also seemed to be clothed in some robe of some sort, colour scheme looking quite plain. Phoebe was observing her for a moment, which soon led to the woman gaze leading to her. A couple of blank blinks were provided by Phoebe, soon drowning the whole area in an awkward silence. ‘Ahem’ a cupped hand was made by the woman, as she gave a pleasant smile to Phoebe, soon letting out words.
“I’ve not to ‘ave seen you around here. ‘re you perhaps an traveller? ‘ve seen many pass with similar clothing to what ‘ou ‘re wearing”
It was strange, the woman’s accent. It was a bit weird to hear it coming from one of the People of the Land, but she guessed even they could have such things. In a way, it was a bit pleasant, way better than a robotic voice and tone. Phoebe bobbed her head up and down, eyes enclosing then opening, as her sakura hair flicked around with each movement. But other than that, she kept her silence. Even though she wasn’t showing it quite clearly, she was a bit shy, but that was one of the many traits a child would show when spoken to by a stranger. The woman tilted her head right, slight tightness of her brows, before she continued speaking,
“R-right, w-well it’s not often someone stops by the shrine. ‘re ‘ou perhaps here for something?”
Phoebe blinked blankly once again, yet this time her gaze had shifted upwards, as she begun to trail off into thought for a moment. ‘What exactly did I come here for again?’- were likely the words that she was thinking at this very moment as she did so. She wasn’t forgetful, but she had little much reason to even come here. If she wanted to level up her sub-class there was multiple other ways that she could of done it, but why here? And then the answer became quite clear, as a voice soon escaped from Phoebe’s throat. Quiet, meek and a bit squeaky- her words came to surface.
“I just wanted to . . . see this place.”
Phoebe swayed her head away from the woman, settling her sights on the structure once more. What she said had been right in her mind, with the inability to travel in the real world, the one thing that urged her to do things was the feeling of seeing things that were new to her. The shrine just happened to be one of those many things. The woman tilted her head to the other side, as she soon made her mouth into a pleasant warm smile as she soon said,
“Is that so?”
The woman left her post, to make her way even closer to Phoebe, soon kneeling down to be in eye range of her.
“Well, ‘ou know what they say. Stray lambs always get led to their rightful Shepard. Maponos had taken care of me for a long time, since I was young. His guidance had helped me out for most of my life and I can be sure that he’ll welcome ‘ou with open arms.”
Phoebe’s gaze was soon directed back to the woman as she twitched her mouth a bit. It was Phoebe’s common sign of confusion. Her mouth opened a bit, not making much of a sound, but soon speaking.
“I am already devoted to Maponos . . . I guess.”
She wasn't quite sure whether she should have said that or not, as a priestess she was automatically devoted to the god in a way. There was no point in hiding it from another person. But as the woman heard that, she seemed to brighten up; as her hands soon took a hold of Phoebe’s energetically and led the hands in between the two. Leaning forward, the woman burst into what seemed to be a barrage of words.
“R-really? But ‘ou seem so young- but that’s great too. I never knew travellers were interested in such things as a god, but seeing ‘ou changes that whole thing around. Maybe ‘ou came around here to work or maybe- uh . . . are ‘ou okay?”
Phoebe seemed quiet, but not the normal Phoebe quiet. She was completed dazed, cheeks inflated as her eyes seemed to be on high alert. Her hands also seemed to be a bit shaky, as she kept muttering ‘U-uh-uh’. And suddenly everything became black for her, as if her gaze went into emergency shut-down . . .

COMMENTS
In a lil' summary, she went to a shrine and met this mystery woman. After a bit of a talk, Phoebe got into such a daze that she fainted. Oh what would happen to her now. I had a lot of fun making this post and hopefully the rest should come soon.
