Lilac
Character Info
REAL NAME: Ryan Farell
REAL GENDER: Male
GAME GENDER: Female
AGE: 17
SEXUALITY: Homosexual
FACE-CLAIM: Sheele, AKAME GA KIRU!
PLAYED BY: Paresse
RACE: Half-Alv
Appearance - Unusual Physical Characteristics: Strange emblem on her tongue, something that differentiates her as a Half_Alv, as opposed to a human. - Body Shape: Average. A bit of muscle on her arms and core. - Height: 5'8" - Eyes: Violet. Half-open and constantly sleepy. - Hair: Violet. Left alone, falling straight down to her waist. - Attire: Light lilac dress, split on the right side with dark purple trimming. - Visible Disabilities: Poor eye sight, shown by her glasses. - Public Behavior: Very visibly relaxed. - Private Behavior: Stiff, visibly uncomfortable. - Walking Posture:: Slow and relaxed. - Comparison: Ryan himself is very average boy. Brown hair, brown eyes, and fairly average height and weight as well. He felt as if he was nothing special, and there for. Created Lilac in order to stand out. | Personality - Thinking / Feeling: Ryan tries his hardest to be as bias as possible, however, he is still human. He fails horribly at staying unbiased, for he is always judging himself, and his own emotions, thoughts, and actions. He is always criticizing himself, and making himself second guess things. - Judging / Perceiving: Ryan is great at perceiving the emotions of others, and figuring out how they feel. He loves to make people feel better about themselves, even though he can't do it for himself. - Ryan believes that one should be honest on most occations, the only exception being if it would hurt someone else. He struggles with a lot of dilemmas when it comes to answering the question of "Should he or should he not be honest." - Ryan is very trusting of others, and tends to be a very trust worthy person. This can sometimes be a crutch, or it can make him easily manipulable. - Even though he is very trusting, Ryan tends to be fairly relaxed around people he doesn't know if he is with a group of people, with one or two people he does know. Being alone with a complete stranger on the other hand makes him feel very self concious. Constantly asking himself what the other person is thinking about him. - Ryan prefers to be in groups of three to five people, including himself. Any smaller or larger then that (with the exception of soloing) making him rather uncomfortable during missions/raids. - He prioritizes friends higher then anything else. Having a poor connection with the world IRL, both with family and peers, Ryan tends to seek validation through his online friends, and treat them as if they were his true family. - Ryan started playing the game out of hopes of escaping his real world problems, and such a goal seemed to have worked a bit to well. He doesn't care much about being the top player in anything, he just wishes to play the game and enjoy himself. Of course, that doesn't mean he won't enter Lilac the occasional tournament to see how good of a player he is. - Ryan fears the judgments of other people, and tries to act as if he isn't even there. Sometimes Lilac gets confused for an NPC due to how emotionless and lifeless she sometimes is, however, this is simply because of his fear of being judged and treated like such. |
Extra
IRL, Ryan is affiliated with the Wicca Religion. even though he was born in a mixed religion household..
Biography
Ever sense Ryan was a child, he knew he was different. He didn't like playing with cars or wrestlers, instead he liked doll, and painting. His mother was a good person to have on his side, someone who would buy him such things. However, his father didn't really approve.
It was an abusive relationship between Ryan and his father. Not so much physically as verbally, constantly being reminded of his failures in the family. Things that weren't even failures were treated as such. Pointing out character traits that were perfectly normal and having them being labeled as "flaws". Of course, his father wasn't the only person to do this. Starting from preschool all the way to around his sophomore year of high school, Ryan suffered from some bullying. A higher amount then most people.
After a few attempts of taking his own life, it was obvious he suffered from depression. This feeling of emptiness, motivation him to do absolutely nothing, began to be channeled into gaming. He would spend most of his free time playing video games, not caring much about how well he did, just caring that it would work as a distraction from the real world.
It was then Log horizon came out. Ryan wasn't so sure about it, so it took him a little longer then most to finally stop playing the games he was currently invested in, and to go and buy that one. The moment he made a character, he was hooked. Literally, and was unable to log out.

CLASS SKILLS
Main Class: Heretic
Miasma Curtain: The Heretic concentrates Miasma in a dispersed form and swings its essence around them, causing a violet mist to materialize and rapidly whip out from the Heretic's body. The Miasma strikes all opponents within 2 meters with dark attribute damage and applies 1 point of Corruption to all affected targets. Miasma Curtain does not damage allies, but will still apply Corruption if they are within range. This skill has a minimum casting time of 2 seconds, a maximum casting time of 5 seconds, and a cooldown of 10 seconds. Miasma Curtain's casting time can be increased in order to deal 10% extra damage and 1 additional point of Corruption per second.
Oblivion Claw: A Heretic skill that conjures Miasma to shroud a melee weapon up to 1 meter away in a purple mist-like animation. It may also be cast on a character's bare hand, creating a purple mist silhouette resembling a demon's claw. A direct contact between the enchantment and the target's body deals minor darkness-attribute damage and places a harmful curse upon the target. When this skill is cast, the Heretic may select one of the following effects: [Increase the animation or cast time of this skill by 1 second], [After activation, increase the cooldown time of this skill by 5 seconds], [Reduce the duration of this skill by 10%], or [The user takes 5 points of Corruption immediately after this skill is used]. If a target was damaged by this skill, the selected effect will activate immediately when the target uses their next skill. After a curse was successfully placed upon the target, no additional curses may be placed unless the user recasts the skill. The animation and passive damage buff will remain, however. If it has been 10 seconds since this skill made contact with an enemy's body or equipment, it is canceled. This skill has a cooldown of 20 seconds, a minimum casting time of 3 seconds, and a maximum casting time of 8 seconds. For every second spent to charge the casting time, increase the curse's effect by 10%. A target currently affected by this skill's effect is treated as though their Corruption was increased by 5.
Pain Affliction: A concentrated stream of Miasma is fired toward a target's limb, causing a strong sensation of pain. Depending on where the burst made contact with, this psychological effect can cause a 25% reduction in attack speed or movement speed for 30 seconds. This skill has a casting time of 3 seconds and a cooldown of 60 seconds. A target currently affected by this skill's effect is treated as though their Corruption was increased by 2.
Level 4 Tier I Skill: A Tier I skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. Unlocked at Level 4.

Roleplay Class: Fortune Teller
Prediction: The fortuneteller is able to see into the future and predict certain situations. This skill allows them to survey an area of radius 5 meters from their current position. All monsters that will spawn within the next 5 minutes will appear as semi-transparent figures with timers above their heads showing their spawn time. This information is only visible to the Fortuneteller. While some Fortunetellers use this as a way to avoid trouble, there's been a number of field boss hunters who like to have one with them so that they can predict the incoming monster and make preparations.
Crafting Class: Pharmacist
Toxicity Tolerance: Pharmacists have developed a certain resistance around drugs. This skill can be toggled to make a pharmacist immune to status debuffs caused by potions. Additionally, they passively recover twice as fast from poison status effects.
