Regardless, he'll want payment, and that payment can come in the form of exactly the amount of material fees, though if it's a research thread or not a speed craft, he'll ask for +11% on the price. He's got a thing for the number eleven, slay him. I, as his player, have the goal of researching every mechanic recipe already on the list and then creating even more myself. However, this does not mean that Empyrean will become a known person. Allow me to repeat: he will not be anyone so renowned that your character would have heard of him in plain conversation. If you want to have him be mentioned in someone else's thread, when said someone actually has interacted with him before? Sure! But it has to be some sort of proxy interaction, you get me?
