Disclaimer: From what I've seen this site follows the anime as canon. As such, any trivia from the (translated) original novels' should be taken carefully. That said, from what I've read the book has the chance to go into more detail!
I'll be avoiding as much spoiling as possible by avoiding naming names, and just describing the "world information" rather than plot arcs or character plots. Each spoiler is a chapter portion (each chapter has chapters). Once I figure out spoiler tags, I'll also include what each spoiler is about (eg: chapter 1 spoiler touches on the interface)
Volume 1: Chapter 1
Chapter 2
-Yes, you do need to go to the toilet. Also at Day 1 toilet paper didn't exist (don't ask what People of the Land did...)
- You feel pain when hit by an attack, and the intensity of that pain is proportional to the % it dealt
- Because you need to focus to see your own or other people's HP, the characters realise they need a field monitor position. This person's role is primarily to direct the flow of combat, watch statuses and give updates on monsters. Everyone else is too busy focusing on fighting / defending
- It takes a few minutes for a level 90 character to heal up and feel refreshed after being exhausted. This is attributed to being level 90, rather than being an adventurer per se
- Being "quite wealthy" is about $50K of gold in the established Japanese server
- At character creation you can adjust height, gender, body build (including chest diameter, leg length, shoulder width), facial texture, hair etc
- Many new tactics were required as the fighting is realistic now (eg: angle of your shield matters, monsters are stinky & scary) and old strategies discarded
- Some enchanter skills (like Keen Edge) can last "several hours"!

Volume 1: Chapter 1
- A level 90 character should be able to comfortably fight up to 2 dozen level 50 enemies
- Possible contradiction It is unclear but it seems like enemies do not explode into bubbles & loot, as there is passing reference to taking pelts & dismembering briar weasels (PS: Later confirmed in chapter 3, see below)
- A level 90 Enchanter has almost 30 spells
- In the game each adventurer was attractive but also did not have much detail. When the Catastrophe occurred, bodily details from the gamer were applied to the character. There is talk of the adventurer's scar being removed, and the gamer's eye-shape being applied.
- The menu / interface appears when you focus on your forehead. Skills are greyed out when in cooldown.
- Confirming that some real world places/locations/buildings were translated into Half-Gaia (There are Elder Tale versions of famous buildings and locations)
-In the Japanese server, 50% of the population were level 90

-Being in a party shares HP, status, and distance/direction
-When you purchase a zone, you then have to pay 1/500th each month as maintenance. This makes season2 of the anime make a lot more sense!
