Landmarks of Partridge:
Festivity Hall: A large building at the top of the hill in Partridge. Many Adventurers know it as the area where the first Snowfell Winter Ball was held. The surrounding streets are decorated every winter with plenty of familiar decorations, making the small housing district a must-visit during the holiday season.
Bountiful Pear Grove: The "pear grove" referenced in Partridge's full district name actually consists of a number of different berry groves. The fruits more resistant to the cold weather are found higher up along the hill and at the very top, there is a dedicated pine tree forest where residents commonly bring one home for the Snowfell season.
Crystal Cavern: A small cave is found to the north of Partridge, cutting into a mountain. The path leads about a few dozen meters inward, stopping at a clearing filled with multicolored ice crystals.

Avalon's House Lv2: This is a fairy tale castle home design. The turrets spiral upward reaching for the heavens. They are perfectly balanced for a symmetrical look and feel. Placed perfectly on a mountainside lot, staircases spiral around the rooms in an appealing modern display. This sweet housing is filled with round walls and contains three levels. The first level contains the basic necessities, a kitchen with an island bar, and a living room for guests to enjoy. The second floor contains the library, crafts room, and her own bedroom with a personal bathroom connected to it. Covering the rooftop patio is a glass enclosure containing a see-through meditation room and a lush garden with a comfortable sitting area and wet bar next to it.
Capsule's House Lv3 - Katzenjammer: A home that gets its name from the wail of wildcats that stalk the area. It is built into the lee side of a mountain, and accessible by a camouflaged door. A set of well polished stone steps spirals down into and around a spacious modern home. The greenhouse rests alongside the mountain home, covered by a thick layer of snow, and accessible via a connecting tunnel -- just one of many rumored passageways that double as emergency escape routes. Overall, it is a home that doubles as a place of research and respite. The grounds are maintained and protected by tamed Goat Servants.
Midori's House Lv2 - Hibernal Rhizome: A house situated in Partridge along the Snowdonia nature trails. It is surrounded by forestry and is situated in a rather secluded place overlooking the mountainside. True to its name, most of its infrastructure is found below ground and thus initial impressions would have one thinking that it's a smaller building than it really is. One might suspect that its placement in Snowdonia would make the interior a rather cold place, but actually it is rather well-insulated due to its design.
Tobin's House Lv1: Brewery is a process that can take many months to produce a high quality beverage. As such, it became necessary for the Dwarf to have a permanent dwelling to store some of his more secretive products. As such the house itself simply consists of two parts, a simple bungalow situated against the hillside containing all the basic essentials and the brewery and bathhouse both based behind the house through a short tunnel into the mountain itself.
