A harvest festival would be pretty cool. O: Although I'm not sure if we'll make it in time... By the time our first (and current) event is done, it'll probably be the beginning of December yknow? ><
I do love the idea of mass mentoring and meet and greet though ! I'll ask Hiro soon if he'd be okay with us borrowing his idea~

I do think we should focus on Christmas stuff this time around, given our current guild-focused quest; we'll be plenty busy next month with all the festivities. ^-^

If you mean a site wide event, the Homewelcoming event already has that covered. There have been quite a few events lately, plus Celestial Arms.

Anyway,so maybe we shouldn't host a forum wide event this Christmas since we already have something going on? o:
Tbh, while I'd love to spread holiday cheer among everyone, my main reason for suggesting something forum wide rather than just a guild event is because I'd like to really demonstrate the capabilities of our guild.
But, if it'd clash with other events going on, then it definitely makes sense to reconsider. c:

Alright everyone, a topic up for discussion!
We currently have:
1 Plot event going on
2 Christmas events (Well technically one but I will make the thread for secret santa tonight, therefore making it 2)
1 guild social thread (Moving In)

My question is, once our Christmas events are done, should we start up another thread? Maybe start the cafe thread? Ideas? Opinions? Should we just include setting up the cafe in the "Moving In" thread?
Also, as you guys may have noticed I got pretty busy and inactive during final projects/exams. Including me we have 10 members now which I think is suitable to bring this next topic up for discussion.
Do you guys think that officers should be appointed to help out with the guild?Keep things exciting/active/updated? Or do we have too little members for that to be an idea at the moment/ it just ins't necessary in general.

I think another thread should definitely be set up for after the Christmas events. The café might work, and yes we can always set it up in the Moving In thread. ^.^

Indeed, now that he wave double digits for our member count, I think having a couple Officers would be helpful; just some folks to help keep the guild organised and other such things.
