FACE-CLAIM: Willard H. Wright, Umineko no Naku Koro ni
PLAYED BY: Zack (Yashamoto)

Appearance - Above is Yasha's casual attire while in town. He wears a Red Shirt, not white. - Height: 5'9" - Weight: 160 lbs. - Physique: Lean and slender. - He bears two scars. One is a vertical slash above his left eye that skips over the eye itself and continues half-way down his cheek. The other is a slash across the bridge of his nose that crisscrosses with the other scar. - His necklace features a silver sunburst, not the default golden symbol depicted. | Personality A somber and rather introverted Lander whose past has permanently changed his outlook on life. Despite his aversion to socializing, he is a compassionate and caring individual interested only in improving the lives of others. He is always ready enough to lend his assistance to others. Yasha is also rather humble and never one to speak much about himself or his exploits at all. He has a rather hard time making friends because of this, but his natural charisma and magnetism seem to have an alluring effect on people, particularly other Landers. He is not one to overestimate his own abilities, but is known to take a risk if there is a chance that it will help another. He is commonly described as brave, but worrisome. Others call it "reckless yet stubborn." He is a loyal man through and through, never forsaking a person who has aided him or done him no wrong. In fact, the chances are high that he will save anyone who needs it, no matter if they have been faithful or traitorous in nature. He is someone who can sense or see the good in others, thereby choosing mercy and understanding over swift judgment. |

Biography
Born into a small family who lived and farmed in the countryside, Yasha had no special notions of grandeur in his life. He had a Mother, Taka, who worked as an apothecary, a Father, Yusuke, who farmed, and two younger brothers, Yushao and Yutaro, who assisted with farming. All was well until Yasha turned twelve. That was when trouble started. Masses of monsters began to terrorize the local towns in the country, away from the legions of royal troops or adventurers who could easily dispose of them. It came to the Landers themselves to defend their families from the raids. A campaign was lead by a single noble Lander, and it turned out that Yasha's father joined his army as a Militia-man. The campaign was a success and peace was restored, but Yusuke did not return alive. Bearing the pain and despair that came with his Father's fall, Yasha shouldered the responsibilities of providing for his family.
Years passed and life mostly returned to normal, but it fell to Yasha and his brothers to continue the grueling farm-work that it took to earn a decent living and still be able to eat well. Eventually, six years after the first campaign, trouble began to rise again. Adventurers were even less interested in defending the countryside than before, and so no aid came this time at all. There was also no Noble leader to head another crusade against the horde of monsters that threatened their communities. It fell to the village chiefs to organize their Army. Yasha, being the oldest of the household, was chosen as a conscript. He left the farm and became a Cleric, promptly answering the Chief's call to arms. He left his brothers behind with the task of defending their Mother to the last, and to escape should the Army fall. Soon after he marched off to battle.
The beginning of the conflict was little more than a smattering of skirmishes with the Landers routing the monsters at every turn. Little did they know that what they faced was a tithe of the enemy hordes. The vast majority skirted around the army and attacked the villages of the People. Without orders and without leadership, each Lander withdrew to defend their individual villages, including Yasha. What he returned to was a village smoldering in ruins, but at least the monsters were still there. With a burning passion, the Landers charged the ranks of their hated enemies and killed them all, but at a terrible price. Every villager died in the surprise attacks. They couldn't flee. They were surrounded. Also, at least 75% of the Landers who fought in the battle were killed, not even leaving enough to start the village anew. When Yasha at last came to his home, exhausted and bearing a horrifically amputated left-arm, he almost didn't go inside the house...
He buried what remained of his family along with every other villager the survivors could find.
Two years later Yasha still roamed the Lands as a healer, vowing to defend and aid anyone who needed it. He also devoted his life to improving the lives of Landers everywhere. He turned to the Adventurers for help, bearing no resentment to them for not driving away the monsters as they used to. It was inherently not their problem and he understood that. Instead, he vowed to emulate their strength and ingenuity in the hopes that he might become as powerful as they were one day.
His years of traveling brought him to Londinium, the Great Capital where he knew his dreams could be achieved...

CLASS SKILLS
Main Class: CLERIC
Heal: The most fundamental HP recovery magic of the healer classes and the root of all restorative skills. Although it grants HP restoration, it is known for its poor mana efficiency compared to other healing skills, barrier skills and reactive activation skills, thus putting this on low priority amongst healing skills. Beginners often look at healers based on how much HP this skill heals, causing some to be called second-rate or third-rate healers. That said, truly useless healers are out of the question, since most are at least competent in using restorative magic. When this skill is used, the caster is surrounded by a hazy warm light, and the chosen target is showered down with particles of light. This skill has a casting time of 2 seconds and no cooldown. If used by a non-healer class, the cooldown is 5 seconds.
Cure: A basic cure magic that removes negative status effects from a single ally. It consumes little MP and has the ability to remove negative status effects such as poison or bind. Its effect is a pale blue light similar to that of Heal. The effectiveness of its status curing effect may vary based on the level of the skill and the gap between the level of the user and the level of the monster which gave the status effect. This skill has a casting time of 2 seconds and no cooldown time.
Resurrection: A fundamental resurrection magic for low level healing classes. A Player is transported to a nearby Cathedral when its HP becomes 0, but can be revived before this could happen. Resurrection has a long casting time, consumes a lot of MP, and the target must not make contact with anything else during casting, making this skill very difficult to use during combat. The target is revived with 25% HP and is invulnerable to damage for 3 seconds. This skill has a casting time of 5 seconds and triggers a global cooldown during its cast.
Level 4 Tier I Skill: A Tier I skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. Unlocked at Level 4.
Level 7 Tier I Skill: A Tier I skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. Unlocked at Level 7.
Level 10 Tier I Skill: A Tier I skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. Unlocked at Level 10.
Level 13 Tier I Skill: A Tier I skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. Unlocked at Level 13.
Level 16 Tier I Skill: A Tier I skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. Unlocked at Level 16.
Level 19 Tier I Skill: A Tier I skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. Unlocked at Level 19.
Level 22 Tier I Skill: A Tier I skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. Unlocked at Level 22.
Level 25 Tier I Skill: A Tier I skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. Unlocked at Level 25.
Level 28 Tier I Skill: A Tier I skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. Unlocked at Level 28.
Level 31 Tier II Skill: A skill slot that can be occupied with either an Adventurer or Main Class skill. The skill may be either a Tier I or II skill. Unlocked at Level 31.
Roleplay Class: Scholar
Evaluate: This skill allows the scholar to gain additional details about the enemy. While most players can access an interface that shows the monster's name, level, current HP, and current MP, the scholar obtains an additional interface when this skill is used. It has a one second cast time and one second cooldown time. The target's elemental weaknesses and a brief summary of their skills will be made available to the Scholar any time they access the target's interface.
Crafting Class: Alchemist
Transmutation: Alchemists are naturally aligned with the power of magical equipment, able to use the Adventurer skill [Equipment Mastery: Magical] as a Beginner-level skill without having it take up a skill slot. Their research also gives them an advantage in fighting Artificial Life to deal an additional 10% damage. If [Equipment Mastery: Magical] is already learned through racial or class bonuses, Magitech damage increases by 10%.
