Your numbers look good (my final word count for main class is 4575 instead of 4590 but the AP is the same), but I overlooked something last time I scanned over. Please include Final Levels for your classes so that it's easier to look up.

Titus, in the future I would recommend totaling all of your word count for the class and then dividing out by 250. In this case, you get a full extra AP for doing so.

4590/250=18.36
1468/250=5.86

If you take them individually you round them to 18 and 5 which is 23 but if you add your total word count for your main class together and then divide..

4590+1468=6058/250=24.23, rounded down to 24. So I will be giving you 24 AP, not 23. It also matters even more because you will be level 12, not 11. It would be helpful if you also listed the entire description of the skills you are taking.
