we all hide behind masks Autumn was a wonderful season in Izaya's opinion. The forests were at their most beautiful as the leaves on the trees died, falling off to dance on the cool breeze. Right now the forest was especially beautiful with the way the light reflected off of its trees. Izaya looked at the forest from his place in the fields which were impressive themselves. Vegetation that threatened to take over everything if it wasn't maintained by the creatures of this world. Boars, slime's, and rabbits could be seen eating or just moving about the field. Izaya also knew there were hidden dangers not just in the forest, but here as well. He also resolved to avoid anything that was two levels higher than him or more. Though he'd revive he didn't fancy the idea of dying at all even in a game. Izaya sighed taking one last look around. He didn't come here to appreciate the view, but to finally get out of this slump he's been in. There wasn't anything too dangerous around he concluded as he dark brown eyes searched the field. His blue hair and most of his face were covered as was the rest of his body. He was at the very least warm, and protected against the cold wind. Time to get started I guess , he thought as his eyes settled on a target. Okay, lets try this then.
"Frost Spear!" A shard of ice shot from Izaya's staff impaling a Young Pittered Boar slowing it down as it started to run towards the sorcerer boy. Okay, remember what you've learned since coming here Izaya thought to himself as it got closer. "Icicle Impale!" After four seconds of glowing blue his staff now held the appearance of being crystalized. Now! The boar was now within range Izaya quickly stepped to his right allowing the boar to run pass him. Thwack! Izaya struck with his staff dealing damage to the young boar, but he wasn't done yet. Turning as quickly as this body would let him he aimed for the area the boar was in as it started to turn towards him. "Blink." Izaya appeared on the side of the boar one meter away from it, just within reach. Thwack, thwack! This time twice with his staff. The boar was defeated exploding into colorful bubbles. In most games magic classes are weak in close combat, but since the apocalypse everything has changed. Magic classes aren't as adept as melee classes, but I guess if you knew how to fight in the real world you could implement it here. Izaya opened his skills list looking at auto attack. "I'm supposed to only be able to attack every two seconds with auto attack, but if I don't actually use it and just swing I guess I can bypass it, and still do damage that way." He closed his skill list and looked over the field. He gripped his staff, and a new look of resolve appeared on his face. "I can do this!" he said as he started running to his next target. Ren goes to Windsor Greatwood, hunting some monsters to get some gold to buy a house but he can sleep at the guild hall. While walking up to the Windsor Greatwood, he sees an apple tree. Nice timing, I should put three apples in my inventory and eat it after I’m finish; the swashbuckler said when he sees that apple tree. He goes to it and gets three apples. While walking toward the Windsor Greatwood, he sees some frenmic rabbit, he analyze it with his eyes, counts how many are there, he only sees two frenmic rabbit. He shows up and with that two rabbit, he killed him instantly, he only uses the skill Mirage Dealer, using that, he killed the two frenmic rabbit. And there is a colorful bubble, when monsters died, they turn in colorful bubbles. He still hiking to go to the top of the Windsor Greatwood, while he walks, he eats an apple, he felt hungry so when he sees a stump, he sit at that stump, eating the apple that he gets. When he finishes eating that, he realizes that he have no water in the inventory so he goes to a nearest river and drinks some water from it. After drinking from it he started to walk again, but not far away, he heard some steps. Is it an enemy or an adventurer? It is from the right, so he faced his right getting his two long swords, waiting for it to show up, but before he sees, he bump from something and didn’t see who made that steps. When he gets up, he sees that an adventurer is the capable of doing those steps. I’m Ren, a swashbuckler, from my suit I’m only a level 6, but I want to train hard, so that I can become strong just like Hirosame. What’s your name, the swashbuckler asks, waiting for the adventurer to answer his question.

we all hide behind masks Izaya ran towards his next target quickly closing the distance with his long strides. Running still feels weird, and though I’m running fast it isn’t the same as my own speed back in the real world. Having long legs was still something he wasn’t so use to just yet having gone 18 years of life with short legs before spending a year with longer legs. The same went for the length of his arms, or this type of hair for the matter. Well the hair was a lot more manageable than other features. Izaya wouldn’t let these differences stop him however as he charged the next boar. He was close enough now. Izaya was getting ready to stop and cast a spell when something or someone appeared that he hadn’t noticed before. Izaya tried to stop in time, but the difference between his virtual and real body were enough to affect even the stopping of his body. And so, he crashed.
Izaya sat up straight looking for who or what he ran into before his eyes settled down on the human right in front of him, another adventurer. Ugh, where did he come from? From the looks of it this guy was a swashbuckler who was more than likely a higher level than him if he was out here. Then again he may be the same level as himself. Before Izaya could get the chance to apologize the were-cat was already introducing himself as Ren. He was a swashbuckler who was level six, and wanted to get as strong as…Hirosame? Well he was right about his level being higher, but who was this Hirosame guy? And why was this Ren character just giving out his information like that? Even though from one glance you could tell his class, and closer inspection would tell you his level, and name. Izaya simply sighed standing up with his staff, and dusting himself off. ”I’m sorry about that. My name is Izaya, Izaya D. Cross. My class is Sorcerer, I am a level one who belongs to no guild, and has no affiliations with anyone whatsoever.” In any type of game Izaya would prefer to keep information about his character a secret until he could trust that person. However one cannot exactly gain the trust of others without trusting other’s themselves. Guess that’s what compelled him to show a bit of trust and respect to someone who didn’t even get mad when he knocked the guy over. Izaya looked over this guy with an inquisitive eye before once again sighing, and offering his hand to the other adventurer. ”Once again I am sorry, but it is very nice to meet you.” WORDS: 447 - TAGS: Ren - NOTES: sorry for late reply made by Jasmin of GS

It’s okay, I always bump to other peoples even trees, I bump them, and I’m so careless. I think I will change this characteristic of mine. By the way nice to meet you Izaya. Would you join my party? A party to adventure this forest. I’m not a strong adventurer but if we team up, I think we can become the best duo. You’re a DPS also me, I’m a DPS also but I can tank some monsters. I ask the sorcerer if he can join my party. Because I want him to become one of my members, I want to be friend with him. I think he can become strong, just like Hirosame and also Bailin. I’m waiting for the sorcerer to answer my question. If he agrees, I think I should start to teach him the basics of fighting. Just like casting some skills. When the Elder Tale is a game, there is a menu and in the menu there is skills, in the skills, you should pick what skill you want to do in that round. But when this Elder Tale become a reality, everything change. Even some adventurers don’t get some quests from people of the land, but when this game, the quests came from the people of the land. This game is totally a different world than when this is a pc game. But if he didn’t agree. It’s still okay for me, I can find some members, and asks them to join our guild. The Apocrypha, I will be waiting the answer of the sorcerer. They stand still, the swashbuckler waiting for the answer of the sorcerer who bumps to him. Waiting if he will agree or not.

Heruza was walking around the forest, watching his step as he wove around the many trees. He had no clue why his body was that of his Elder Tale avatar's, but it didn't matter to him. The real world was okay, but anything else was undoubtedly better. He was a blue-haired orange-eyed Guardian, stuck in a brand new world.
Heruza did know one thing about this fantastic place he was now stranded in; it used to be an MMORPG game. MMORPGs usually involve lots of combat, and to live in a world based off of one of these games, one would probably need to fight. So, he was searching this forest for his first opponent.
At least, he was, until he spotted two people. One was a tall and lean teen with light blue hair and a bandanna. The other was just as tall as the other, if not taller. He was muscular, and had very light yellow hair.
Heruza's priorities suddenly changed. He didn't care so much about fighting now. Instead, he wanted to find out who these people were, and maybe join up with them for a bit. Not knowing what to say, Heruza just approached the two, and stood there. |
