Akira
Character Info
REAL NAME: Inokuma Ritsuko
REAL GENDER: Female
GAME GENDER: Female
AGE: 19
SEXUALITY: Heterosexual
FACE-CLAIM: Kokonoe Tsubaki, Haik's OC
PLAYED BY: Moonaki
RACE: Foxtail
FACTION: Adventurer
Appearance In the game, Akira is a foxtail girl that's extremely skinny and has a height of 5'4. Her build is extremely delicate and appears to be so. She never bothers to hide her fox ears and tail(s) because they were the only reason she chose the foxtail race. She has long blonde hair, which matches her tail and ears, that is about down to her butt but she generally wears her hair down with a big red bow in it. Aside from the bow her hair is wild and free. Akira's outfit is a large mix of brown, black, and red. ( the outfit and general features in the picture below aside the already stated things ) Akira also has matching yinyang tattoos on the spot between her sleeves and shirt on both arms and a tattoo on her face that's exactly like the one Jellal from the anime Fairy Tail except her tattoo is black instead of red. Her last tattoo is two small red marks on both sides of her face. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Akira's real life appearance is that a too tall gawky girl with glasses. She has a bad hunching problem and extremely mousy and frizzy dark black hair. Her eyes are green but her hair and glasses to hide them and most of her face. She's also slightly on the chubby side and her arms are extremely long. She doesn't wear any makeup or cosmetic type things. She wears mostly jeans and random tshirts with combat boots. She mostly dresses as inconspicuously as possible in hopes of not getting noticed. Her glasses fall off a lot. She has a lot of cuts, bruises and bandaids on daily due to bullying. | Personality Akira's in-game personality is a complete 360 from her real personality. In real life she's extremely introverted and quiet. She rarely speaks, even if she's spoken to. She has an inferiority complex due to constant bullying since she was in grade school (will be explained further in bio). She cries almost every night but still never tells a soul. Akira is generally distrusting and mostly ends up observing things. She can quote pretty much any history fact because she loves history and that's what she mostly reads about. Despite the fact that she's introverted and believes herself to be extremely ugly Akira is very sweet and extremely nice, even if no one except the occasional internet friend. She's generally distrustful of people and likes to observe mostly. Lastly, she's extremely clumsy, like airhead anime girl clumsy, and is always falling. Her in game personality is the polar opposite. When Akira made her character she purposely made her appearance extremely pretty. Because of that she thought herself to be pretty, especially after getting trapped in the game. Once Akira realized she was in the game and looked very pretty she created a new personality and started acting based on the personality. It goes as follows: Akira is extremely friendly and trusting. She'll talk about anything and everything with anyone. She has a problem of interrupting a little too much. She has an air of confidence around her and it allows her to approach people easily, sometimes they even approach her first. Akira tells a lot of jokes and is almost never serious. She refuses to actually talk about herself, especially her real life self and life in general. |

Biography
Akira grew up in a well off suburban home in London, England. Her mom was english and her dad was japanese and moved to England at the age of 16. Since Akira was young she had lived very comfortably money and house wise. However it only appeared that way. Since Akira was in about 2nd grade she had started to be bullied daily due to her stutter and tallness, she was always the too tall girl, sometimes taller than the boys. She was also bullied for being half japanese and wearing glasses. She continued to be bullied for the rest of her school career all through junior high and high school for many different reasons along the way but ultimately because she was the too tall girl with glasses.
Her first year of highschool Akira started to get physically hurt when she was bullied. She never told a soul and her parents just bought it and thought it as nothing more than a falling injury to her extreme clumsiness. After her highschool year started and the bullying got worse Akira turned to the internet and ended up scrolling on it mindlessly. For the rest of her highschool career she mostly just scrolled along the internet looking at anything and everything on it.
Later on, she went to college and in the december of the first semester she was shopping and discovered a game when it came out called Elder Tale. It looked interesting so Akira bought it and made a character. The rest is history.

CLASS SKILLS
Main Class: Swashbuckler
Viper Raise: Tier I Skill. An attack that targets the arm tendons. A successful hit will result in a Bleeding status ailment, which deals damage to the target every time they use a skill or attack. This is accommodated by the wound area seeping out a constant trail of blood. Despite the move's somewhat gory animation, this bleeding effect is fairly minor and scales in a manner similarly to a poison effect. Also, for the next 10 seconds, the target's attack speed will be decreased by 10% due to the pain associated with moving the arms. This skill has a 2 second animation time and a 9 second cooldown.
Mirage Dealer: Tier I Skill. Dual wield skill. The Swashbuckler performs a forward X-slash with their two weapons to slash at an opponent, then immediately teleports a meter forward. This usually places them behind the enemy, allowing them to either bypass their line or enable them to continue attacking before the enemy realizes what just happened. Because of the flashiness of this skill, it's a popular technique among aspiring warriors. Try not to use it while the opponent's at the edge of a cliff or right against a wall, though. You'll either plummet to your death or crash face-first into a wall. This skill has an animation time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 8 seconds.
Fickle Roulette: Tier I Skill. A swashbuckler skill that is initiated by the swashbuckler holding their weapons to the shoulders while spinning. This builds up centripetal force at which the swashbuckler lets go of their weapons, causing them to fly out to the distance and revolve in a circle around the swashbuckler's position for a few seconds before falling to the ground. Because using this technique with the swashbuckler's primary weapons results in temporary disarmament, many users prefer to use disposable throwing weapons instead. This skill has an animation time of 3 seconds and a cooldown time of 15 seconds.
Fencer Style: Tier I Skill.
A passive skill that activates when the swashbuckler is only equipping a single one-handed weapon and nothing in their off hand, increasing the attack damage of their one-handed weapon. Dual wielding has its merits in granting the swashbuckler with an opportunity to apply two different effects to the opponent upon a successful hit, while fighting with the Fencing Style sacrifices this versatility for a greater form of fighting stability.

Fold Step: Tier I Skill.
Using this skill, the user's body suddenly is propelled and accelerates in a desired direction. It is often used as a surprise burst of momentum when delivering an attack or used as a last-ditch dodging maneuver. The only downside to this technique is that once activated, the swashbuckler cannot stop or adjust their trajectory. It should be noted that if this skill is used for an attack, the momentum from initiating the attack will not increase damage in any way. It merely allows the Swashbuckler to quickly close in on the opponent for a possible surprise attack. This skill has an animation time of 1 second and a cooldown time of 6 seconds.Shuffle Windmill

Shuffle Windmill: Tier I Skill.
The Swashbuckler spins in place and performs 4 rotations with outstretched weapons, forming a horizontal sawblade attack. It can also be performed from a downed position in order to spin and transition into a final standing pose. This technique has optimal results if the lengths of both weapons are the same. Be careful of your party members' positions before you attempt it though. This skill has an animation time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 8 seconds.

High Roller: Tier I Skill.
The swashbuckler attempts to bridge defense with offense by dodging an incoming attack and curling the body together to make multiple mid-air rolls as they land over to a new position. At the same time, their weapons are pointed outward, cutting at any opponent that tries to reach at them. This skill has an animation time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 10 seconds.

Dart-Tack Target: Tier I Skill.
The swashbuckler pricks the target with their weapon four times in quick succession, each strike dealing light damage but moderate aggro. This allows the swashbuckler to temporarily gain the attention of the enemy and serve as an off-tank. While the tanking role is often left to the warrior classes, this skill might serve as a brief respite to the team in order to maintain momentum. This skill has an animation time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 10 seconds.

Crafting Class: Blacksmith
Heatsink: Blacksmiths are able to wear chain armor without penalties if they are normally unable to wear chain armor. They are able to wear plate armor without penalties if they are normally able to wear chain armor but not plate armor. Also a toggle skill. Through their skills at working around a forge, blacksmiths have developed a slight tolerance toward heat. They take reduced damage of 10% from fire-based attacks.
