Housing Template
Name: Moonshadow Manor
Type: Personal
Level: 3
Cost: 4000g total, using Woodcrafter Skill Home Improvement for a 25% discount to remove 1000g from the price and using the secondary effect to use This Thread to reduce the price the remaining 50% allowed, resulting in a total 1000g cost
Skill being used: Home Improvement: Who needs to buy a house when you can make one? Having this skill passively allows the Woodcrafter to apply a 10% discount toward purchasing or upgrading Guild Housing and a 25% discount toward purchasing or upgrading Personal Housing. This discount stacks with any discounts provided by the Accountant subclass. Alternately, a Woodcrafter can perform a crafting thread for a Guild or Personal Housing. For every word they make in the thread, the cost of the Housing is reduced by the total word count x 2.
Now, if the initial 25% discount can't be applied alongside the thread, then the total cost of this build shall be 2000g total, instead of 1000g.

Description: A beautiful manor, painted in soft shades of silver and sky blue, placed alongside the Thames River and constructed in a rather unusual way. The building itself is built around a large oak tree, which towers into the sky and rests its upper branches above the second floor of the home. Due to this construction's design, the first and second floors surround the tree, resulting a hollow square. Several branches along the trunk provide additional support for the house's structure, with rope bridges helping to tie the two sides of the house together. The first floor sports the three largest of the crafting rooms, the Workshop that is located in the rear of the East Wing, the Forge, located in the rear of the West Wing and the Clothier at their center. The entire front area of the first floor consists of a spacious Living Room to allow guests a calm visit away from any noise the craft rooms may cause. Attached to the Living Room is a rather Basic Kitchen, simple enough for anyone to use in order to provide refreshments to any guests or simply those staying in the Manor. Behind the house, following a stone pathway from the Kitchen's outside door, lies the Greenhouse and garden, mostly used for growing vegetables for later consumption. As for the second floor, due to the split caused by the tree each side houses something different, namely the East Wing holding the Library while the West Wing sports the two bedrooms, one for Weegee himself and one for any guests.
