Housekeeper skill "busybody"

Hey there,
I want to ask something about the skill "busybody". 
In its description it says I could craft level 1-10 items as though I were a chef, woodcrafter or tailor.
1. Does the ability to craft those items depend on the housekeeper level?
2. Does "busybody" provide the basic tools one needs to craft?

As I understand it, the first answer would be "no" and the second "yes". This sounds kind of OP to me, so I thought it'd be better to ask.
Maybe it would be best to clarify the skill's description.

Example:
Busybody: The housekeeper can produce Level 1-10 items as though they were a Chef, Tailor, or Woodcrafter. If the housekeeper's crafting subclass is one of these classes, then they are able to craft items 5 levels higher than their crafting class's level. The skill does not provide the tools to craft and the housekeeper is not able to produce any type of armor or weapon.

I changed the skill a bit, because I believe a housekeeper is a butler/maid and not a provider of basic weapons and light armor, but of clothes and furniture.

I hope someone will help me to understand the skill.

Hello,

1. Yes. Whatever level your housekeeper level is is the highest level of item that you can craft. It is the same for Crafting subclasses themselves.
2. Yes. How crafting currently works is that everything is simply based off of gold. You do not require tools or materials to craft the actual item. How it works is essentially the gold you pay for the item is the money you use for supplies. That is the best way to look at it.

This skill isn't honestly as OP as you think it is. Level 10 isn't that high in the long run.
