Chef Blackcoat discovered a way to turn sugar into rock candy, a simple treat that is bad for your teeth. Eating the rock candy increases your mana regeneration by a minor amount. Be careful of eating too much, lest you spoil your supper. The rock candy can be flavored and colored depending on the chef in question.
