As such, his in-game persona Calcifer represents a sort of idealised version of himself. Like Diego, he has brown skin and shaved, dyed hair. Unlike Diego, he is 6ft tall with slight musculature, and a tendency to wear his armor in revealing ways. Calcifer also tends to move like someone of the Dancer subclass should; deliberate, choreographed steps with a certain allure to them (Diego's real life skill with sultry dancing certainly helps here). Of course the biggest difference between Diego and Calcifer is the latter's rather obvious canine ears, which he proudly wears basically all the time. He also constantly shows his tail, which is slightly long (for a Wolf Hair) and very bushy. Diego is secretive about his real life appearance, preferring to slip into the role of Calcifer rather than show off his real body. Even some of those he frequently plays games with are unsure of how he looks, but they have inferred that he is quite short for a man, and with slightly more pudge than he would like. | [attr="class","tempo"] [attr="class","appbox1"] Calcifer is a charming and friendly individual, someone who greatly enjoys the company of others and will be unlikely to turn down the opportunity to meet new people. Now trapped in the game he spends his time seeking new and more interesting experiences, enjoying everything the world of Elder Tale has to offer. With the lack of a penalty for death he acts without fear or worry as, after all, he can always come back after being killed. He is open about his feelings with others, as well as open with giving and receiving affection. He enjoys creating, and the making of things that will outlast his finite mortal lifespan. As such, he often creates weapons or objects to commemorate or represent his experiences and memories. However, Calcifer can be impulsive. He prefers to act, rather than waste time planning, which can lead to him heading into situations head first without truly reasoning out his actions. Often this happens due to how easily he is swayed by strong emotions, which can further cloud his judgement. He also has a habit of not taking things entirely seriously, even during critical or life-threatening moments. Throughout his life this has caused him several major regrets, which he hopes to make amends for by being an overall better person than he once was. |

If asked he'll likely just say that he doesn't get on much with his parents due to ethical differences, and that he "willingly" moved out about age 15. He lived with friends at the time, and generally regards that period as some of the happiest days of his life. After barely passing his GCSEs he attended a local college on an arts course. A few years later he left with a relatively low A-Level in Art and Design, moving on to study tattooing at a higher education level. Again he scraped by on his education, leaving with nearly the minimum requirements. Out in the world at age 22, he struck out all on his own in an attempt to find a life for himself.
He currently lives alone in a small flat in London, where he has a part time job as an assistant at a local tattoo parlor. It turns out his tattoo skills (and art skills generally) aren't actually as good as he would like, and he has a lot of work to do before he can become a professional. While working towards his dream of being a professional tattoo artist, he discovered something he is much, much better at; professional dancing. In a night club. Around a pole.
Now working two jobs to make ends meet, one during the day and one during the night, Diego found relaxation in whatever little time he wasn't working, eating, or sleeping. Some of his longer-lasting friends were into gaming, as well as some newer friends he'd met online, and they dragged him into it with them. Soon he was joining them as they jumped from game to game, shooter to strategy, PC to console. He mostly rented what he needed, but he made one of his first real game purchases after seeing his friends play a game that captivated him; Elder Tale. His friends played on the Japanese servers, but they were abuzz with excitement over news of the soon-to-be British server. Diego was entranced by this amazing, expansive world of fantasy, and found himself joining the throng of players itching to get through the server's gates on day 1.
And as he logged into his account and made his first character, Calcifer awoke in the world of Elder Tale.

However it has quite a bit of potential to it, and you can feel the power flowing through it. But, what's odd are the bite marks that you can see along the Spear's shaft. There is a small crack in the spear at the butt of it and blood is stained into the pommel. In the flavor text, it reads; "His final stand was by her side. He fought for her song, and they bled for their freedom". I wonder what this means?

The only downside to this technique is that once activated, the swashbuckler cannot stop or adjust their trajectory. It should be noted that if this skill is used for an attack, the momentum from initiating the attack will not increase damage in any way. It merely allows the Swashbuckler to quickly close in on the opponent for a possible surprise attack. This skill has an animation time of 1 second and a cooldown time of 6 seconds.
Sword Rain Flurry - Tier 1 - The user pierces the target in rapid succession, usually amounting to an initial five stabs plus an additional one every 20 levels. Sword Rain Flurry is an adapted version of the Swashbuckler's Dart-Tack Target, only performed with the intention of damaging the target rather than simply diverting its attention. Despite its name, this skill can be performed with any weapon type although thrusting-type weapons often perform most optimally. Each strike deals a moderate amount of damage, but the main downside is that the user is locked into this animation until the move is completed. This skill has a total animation time of 3 seconds. Its cooldown time is 10 seconds.
Shuffle Windmill - Tier 1 - The Swashbuckler spins in place and performs 4 rotations with outstretched weapons, forming a horizontal sawblade attack. It can also be performed from a downed position in order to spin and transition into a final standing pose. This technique has optimal results if the lengths of both weapons are the same. Be careful of your party members' positions before you attempt it though. This skill has an animation time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 8 seconds.
