[attr="class","tempo"] [attr="class","appbox1"] His in-game avatar looks much healthier-looking and with slightly softer-looking features. His hair, which used to be brown, and eyes, which used to be gray, are now both purple. His avatar's also taller by at around three inches (he used to be 5'8"), causing him to trip and stumble all the time. As for his clothes, he has a thing for capes, cloaks and coats. He doesn't mind if they're impractical. He just thinks they're great. He also seems to be drawn towards cool colors. | [attr="class","tempo"] [attr="class","appbox1"] Whenever it comes to satisfying Mercator's curiosity and desire to explore, everything else is secondary. He is very aware of this. He wants to be a good person, but he cannot help but see himself in a negative light. He is truthful and sincere, but that's just his lack of filter. He's single-minded and determined, but only because otherwise he'd be lost and without aim. He seeks to know how more about the world and if that ends up helping people, then that's just a happy bonus. To most people, he often comes off as absent-minded, negligent or rude. He used to be so focused on his interests that he forgot to work on his people skills. He tries to talk to people, but he just ends up saying whatever observation comes to mind. As a player, he prefers to solo, wandering around the game world, searching the nooks and crannies in the games he plays in for anything new and interesting. Unfortunately for him, he is awful at avoiding aggro and keeping mobs away from him. He's willing to join parties and help others in their quests, but has little to no idea how guilds, raids and large-scale events actually work. |

Henry was an only child. His mother was a doctor, and his father was an engineer. They were very supportive, but were rarely around because of their busy work schedules. Instead, he was raised among his grandfather's books and anecdotes. He grew up to be a bright, yet somewhat rude boy who sometimes got into trouble due to his curiosity and obliviousness.
His childhood was not much to write about, except for that one time when he almost burnt down the garage, back when he was eight. His grandfather nearly had a heart attack and he was banned from the garage ever since. (In Henry's defense he did not know the paint he used was flammable.) He did not interact with other kids that much and was content to hide among the books in his grandfather's miniature library.
He never noticed how alone he was until he was in high school. His classmates think he was a manic weirdo with his head in the clouds. (He is.) He tried and forced himself to fit in, only to find himself intimidated and unable to reach out to people. It was then that he realized how awful he was at any meaningful human interaction. His inability to socialize made his high school life difficult at times, especially whenever he had to work with someone. Eventually, he just kind of gave up.
He managed though, and graduated high school at the age of 17. A year later, he entered college. He is currently a chemistry undergrad who lives in an apartment all by himself, and spending most of his spare time studying his ass off or playing online games as a stress reliever. (However, between his studies and general lack of interest, he just ends up quitting these games after a month or two.) Outside his university and games, he has no social life at all.
A week before the Cataclysm, his younger cousin introduced him to Elder Tales, thinking that it may be his type of game. Henry got curious, accepted the free two week demo, and the rest is history.

[attr="class","skillbox1"]
Spellwalk - Tier 1 - A toggle skill that allows a character to cast a spell without forcing them to remain immobile during the spell's casting duration. It is an excellent skill to take for those who prefer an on-the-go strategy or at least a less vulnerable position. When the character moves while casting a spell, their movement speed is halved. This speed penalty decreases to 40% at Level 30, 25% at Level 60, and 10% at Level 90.
Psychic Conductor - Tier 1 - The Sorcerer channels mana toward an inanimate object within 10 meters and lifts it into the air. This object can then be used to bludgeon enemies until it either breaks or the user cancels their grip on the object. Psychic Conductor can lift objects with a maximum weight equal to 10 pounds times the user's level. It cannot be used on objects that are in the possession of another character and slowly drains the user's MP over time. This skill has a casting time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 10 seconds from the moment it is canceled.
Elemental Attunement effect: All Orbs +5%.
Thunderbolt Crash - Tier 1 - Elemental enchantment. The Sorcerer enchants a weapon with the lightning element, causing it to glow white and occasionally release sparks from its surface. A target struck by this weapon is inflicted with a minor paralysis effect. It can also affect a target who uses uninsulated metal equipment. This skill has a casting time of 4 seconds, a duration of 300 seconds, and a cooldown of 60 seconds. If this skill is used on a weapon that is already affected by an elemental enchant, the previous elemental enchantment is overwritten.

Evaluate - Level 1 - This skill allows the scholar to gain additional details about the enemy. While most players can access an interface that shows the monster's name, level, current HP, and current MP, the scholar obtains an additional interface when this skill is used. It has a one second cast time and one second cooldown time. The target's elemental weaknesses and a brief summary of their skills will be made available to the Scholar any time they access the target's interface.

Transcription - Level 1 - Scribes are known for their ability to copy and examine documents carefully. This allows them to obtain the Adventurer skill [Mythic Script] as a Beginner-level skill without it taking up a skill slot. Their knowledge also allows them to use and read grimoires in the Ancient Text, allowing them to use grimoires without penalties and perform some basic magic attacks depending on their Magic stat. If the character can already use grimoires through racial or class bonuses, grimoire damage increases by 10%.
