Hey there everyone,
With the first Activity Check having been completed and the initial archiving of all old characters complete (since a few months ago), it is now a thing that people may wish to have their characters retrieved from the Archive. Fetching a character is easy for the Staff and we are able to pull it and place it back into circulation with ease. The steps for us are to simply move your application back to the accepted board and then shift your Forum Account's group status back to the group your character was apart of. Groups are categorized by class, so if you're an Assassin you are apart of the Assassin Forum Group.
But, that is our part. Your part is to ensure that all of the information in your character sheet is up to date with the information in the Forum. If it is not, you must alert the Staff. You have to let us know what you need to change so that either we can change it when we move your character (if it's a quick fix) or so that we can slide it into the WIP forum and unlock it for you to make your adjustments. Once they're done, contact the Staff again so we can review it and make the final move for you. If the change is significant, you may have to go through the approval process again. However, that is the downside to going inactive so keep that in mind if you decide to come back.
Profiles which need updating from the Pre-Reset times all must go through a reapproval process. There are no exceptions. You must update your character to match the new standards and use the new template that has been provided for you. But, do know that you are allowed to create a whole new character if you wish. You can change as much about your character as you'd like, or as little as you want. The less you change, the faster your approval is. Though, acceptance now requires a bit more than it did before as the Staff isn't as loose with things so don't expect an easy approval even if you don't change anything.
And as always, if you have any questions or concerns, contact the Staff. For this topic, it is best that members don't listen to information from other members as profiles are looked at on a case-by-case basis. What was not allowed for one person may be allowed for another because of their character and playstyle. So if you ask in the chat and a Staff member contradicts what another player said, don't be surprised.
Thanks,

This thread has been left unlocked for questions, comments, and for people to notify the Staff about their characters.
