[attr="class","tempo"] [attr="class","appbox1"] About 4'11" it took some time for Alex to get into the role of Kogitsune once he logged on. He had normally been about a foot taller, but thought that being rather short like this would be appropriate for his charecter. He's a Fox Tail, with pale skin and white hair, even though his fox ears and tail are the color of a red-fox. Generally he wears light cloth armor, basically just clothing, which he finds the best for dodging and keeping his agility up to snuff. However, when he wants to he can use leather armor to keep him protected when traveling in the wild. | [attr="class","tempo"] [attr="class","appbox1"] Kogitsune is a courier, a runner for the people, who uses all his talents to move items and messages between places and things. He was always a deep roleplay charecter, and continues to play as a courier. While he fights normally he specialises in speed and care, so he keeps to the lighter weapons that are easier to use quickly as one possibly could. While he seems somewhat aloof at first, that is merely his persona that he puts on while he's working, and when he's not actively doing a quest he's more than happy to have alot of fun. For Kogi, as his friends call him, fun means going out on the town and getting large amounts of food and drink... preferably on someone else's dollar. But when during most of the day he does his little quests, his quick jobs that usually don't take him terribly long. That's his job, moving things around, and he wants to be the best that there is. It's not that hard of a concept. |

Alexander was a normal guy, a nerd, he loved DnD and all sorts of rpg games. However, until playing Elder Tale, Alex was never the type to play MMOs. The main issue for him was that it was always problematic to get any real fun from an mmo, as he always wanted to play a particularly vervant RP charecter and could never find a great RP server. But Elder Tale seemed to be just the game for him, and he learned to love it and it's excentricities as he figured out just how much the game loved RP.
As he played he figured out that everything in the game was basically real-world for its fantasy setting. The awesome things were there, like the security system in towns being an actual entity that seemed to have health and thus presumably could die. He had to know more about the lore, so he picked the class he felt would be the best for that sort of thing. A Swashbuckler with a scribe subclass. It was not too long after until he gained the courier title, which he learned was perfect if he used it right, as he could move documents and letters around the game world and have a tap into what exactly was going on.

Main Class: Swashbuckler
[attr="class","skillbox1"]
Mirage Dealer - Tier 1 - Dual wield skill. The Swashbuckler performs a forward X-slash with their two weapons to slash at an opponent, then immediately teleports a meter forward. This usually places them behind the enemy, allowing them to either bypass their line or enable them to continue attacking before the enemy realizes what just happened. Because of the flashiness of this skill, it's a popular technique among aspiring warriors. Try not to use it while the opponent's at the edge of a cliff or right against a wall, though. You'll either plummet to your death or crash face-first into a wall. This skill has an animation time of 2 seconds and a cooldown of 8 seconds.
Ante Up - Tier 1 - The swashbuckler summons additional weapons from their inventory and claps their hands together to perform this spell. The weapons will then be levitated into the air and controlled by an AI to fight alongside them. Depending on vocal commands, the AI can be designated to either focus on all-out attacking, defensive play, or balance fighting. Maintaining this skill results in a constant drain on the swashbuckler's MP. From Level 1-30, only one weapon can be controlled by this skill. From Level 31-60, two weapons can be controlled. From Level 61-90, three weapons can be controlled. After Level 90, four weapons can be controlled. Ante Up has a casting time of 4 seconds and an effective controllable range of 1.5 meters. It drains MP at the rate of about 10% of the Swashbuckler's MP each turn, provided the maximum number of weapons is being controlled per tier. Shields cannot be controlled by this skill. Ranged weapons such as a bow or gun that is controlled by this skill cannot fire their projectiles.
Wind Bullet - Tier 1 - Toggle skill. A skill that is usually performed with a free hand, making it a useful technique for Monks and characters who wield only a single one-handed weapon. It can also be used with an actual firearm, causing wind bullets to be fired whenever the gun is not loaded with any form of ammunition. Its bare handed version is performed by extending the thumb and index finger while curling the other three fingers, as though a gun gesture is being made. Thanks to the toggle function of this skill acting as a safety, it can be turned off for those times where you don't want to accidentally shoot people because of your careless gestures. By pressing down the thumb or trigger, a concentrated shot of air is expelled forward from the index finger or barrel, causing a minor recoil from the shot. Wind bullets shot from this attack are fairly weak and are used more often to subdue or stall an opponent. This skill has a range of 10 meters, an animation time of 0.5 seconds [Instant], and a cooldown time of 1 second [1/6 Post].

Checkpoint - Level 1 - When you're supposed to be delivering items all over the country, you need to be able to keep track of where your clients are supposed to be! This toggle skill scans the Courier's quest log and notifies them of each destination point or individual they need to meet with in order to complete the quest. This works as a tall pillar of light that can be seen from up to 100 meters away. Additionally, if the Courtier possesses a map of the list, these points are marked with a [QUEST] icon. Only the Courier is able to see these details.

Transcription - Level 1 - Scribes are known for their ability to copy and examine documents carefully. This allows them to obtain the Adventurer skill [Mythic Script] as a Beginner-level skill without it taking up a skill slot. Their knowledge also allows them to use and read grimoires in the Ancient Text, allowing them to use grimoires without penalties and perform some basic magic attacks depending on their Magic stat. If the character can already use grimoires through racial or class bonuses, grimoire damage increases by 10%.
