Sandwiches and Tailoring [Solo/Crafting]

Plopping herself in front of an unoccupied workbench, the red/pink-haired female placed several items on top of it, tailoring materials. As well as the materials she needed to craft a simple item, Beginner Equipment, she also had placed a sandwich she had purchased from an NPC vendor and a cup of water, she was pretty hungry after all.
Just as she picked up the sandwich, she remembered hearing rumours about the food in this land, how it wasn't the most pleasent to eat, maybe those people didn't have the Chef Subclass? That was really the only explanation she could come up with. But what if it was indeed true? She was just going to have to find out herself!
Taking a bite out of the sandwich, a taste similar to soggy crackers filled her mouth, in other words, disgusting. Resisting the urge to spit out the appetite-destroying sandwich, she slowly chewed it before, painfully, swallowing it.

"I guess those rumours were right... Maybe if I didn't eat it until later, I might not have noticed the taste if I was starving..." Sorano mumbled to herself. She looks at the sandwich once again, placing it back into the wrappers before focusing on her tailoring work. Staring at the materials for a few moments, a thought came to mind, how exactly was she going to do this? She couldn't sew in the real world! Why did she even chose it for a class? Oh, that's right, she wasn't very smart.

"Hmm... Do I just choose the materials from the menu? Or do I craft it myself... How would I even craft it myself? Well, it's only a beginner item, there's no harm in just winging it... I guess..." Using her Kunai, she cut the fabric into several different pieces, of all shapes and sizes, it would have been better if she used a pair of scissors, but she didn't have one on hand, so she had to make do with what she had. Once the fabric was cut- quite horribly too, Sorano began to use the thread to stitch together two pieces, intending on creating a simple Cloth Armor.

"Please don't screw this up, please don't screw this up..." Sorano mumbled to herself as she stitched the fabric pieces together. The end result of this one small piece of armor was an arm piece, it looked entirely useless in defense.
But no one can be an expert from the beginning, right?

Staring blankly at the material, she began to imagine the result of the equipment she was creating. She had a feeling that it would have three sleeves and no way of getting ones head through the clothing item, knowing her luck. But still, it would have been pretty hard to screw things up THAT badly, so she was probably fine.
Placing the work in progress equipment on the bench, she placed her elbows on the bench, resting her head on her hands, letting out a sigh, she was honestly beginning to regret making her crafting class Tailor. If memory served her right, she was positive that her crafting class on the Japanese server of Elder Tale was Blacksmith, not like it mattered now. Besides, crafting was mainly menu-based, until the appocalypse, but then again, wasn't she still able to use the menus to craft? Probably not, who knows.
Letting out a sigh, she grabbed the glass of water next to her- completely forgetting it was there for a moment, before practically skulling it. Remembering what had happened with the sandwich, she nearly spat the drink out at the memory, yet since it tasted like, well, normal, she managed to prevent such an incident, swallowing her drink.
"Okay, so sandwiches don't have a very... Appetising taste, so I assume that meals must only have that horrible taste, while water is just fine... Maybe I should change my crafting class to chef, hmm..." Sorano mumbled to herself. Placing the glass down, she shook her head a few times before picking up the equipment.
"No, I think I might stick with Tailor, I dunno how to change crafting classes anyway." Shrugging, she began to continue her work, the equipment was beginning to take shape, although the craftsmanship still looked rather sloppy and rough.

It didn't take the pinkette very long to get the hang of things when it came to tailoring, despite her not being incredibly good at it. Regardless, the item she was working on didn't seem to be THAT bad now, although it still looked quite horrible. Holding up the item by the sleeves, she tilted her head towards it, narrowing her eyes slightly, was there anything she could do to fix it?
Placing the almost finished item down once again, she rested her chin on her hand, letting out a sigh. She began to remind herself of Elder Tale, before the appocalypse that was, before she even moved to London in the real world. While she rarely talked to anyone there and just went along with her business, it was proven to be stupid in the end, seeing as her class at the time was a support class. There was another thing that tugged at her mind, did the people on the Japanese server experience this same incident? Were they trapped inside the world of Elder Tale as well? She had no way of knowing, that question would most likely forever remain unanswered.
"Now that I think about it, does anyone even know how and why we all ended up here? I don't recall hearing anything but rumours, wonderful," Sorano mumbled to herself. Taking a deep breath, she let out a rather frustrated sigh.
"Why am I even thinking of such depressing things, sheesh... Okay! I'm almost finished... whatever this is, let's get back to work!" Picking up the item, she continued her work, stopping occasionally to make sure she wasn't horribly screwing things up. Knowing her, it was possible to mess things up that easily. Once she was finished, she held the item in both hands, sighing in relief.
"It's finished... Although I think this would be worse than the very basic armor everyone gets at level 1, but at least I did it. It's better than nothing, I guess..." She muttered to herself.
"Oh wait, I can write a name and description for it? Let's see... I think I'll just call it Basic Cloth Armor. As for a description, hmm... I guess I can worry about that later."
