MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS | Han here was pretty much determined to help get rid of the menacing ‘Golem’ threat in any way, shape, or form; so it was to no surprise that she found herself in Sarum once again; this time looking through the giant board for anything that she could take in order to pass the time. She was pretty much up to speed with her Crafting, however her Main Class now felt like it was being placed in the ‘time-out’ corner; therefore she was looking for something to do. After scanning the various quests for a bit, she then saw one that had a particularly ‘comedic’ air; and the title, strangely enough, was ‘Golem Bowling’. Who would put up a quest with this title? It’s absolutely ridiculous… she thought with a smirk as she quickly reached up for the piece of paper and snatched it, before taking a look at the details. Seeing that the quest just involved ordinary Golem extermination, she decided to take it on anyway; before noticing that there was one Golem Sentinel who was apparently leading the pack; and an undisclosed number of Golem Sentries.
I really need to approach someone with my idea of elemental-tipped arrows, but who to ask? It’s hard enough as it is looking for someone willing to tag along with my crazy plans… never mind that Bunji agreed to be my Pharmacist test subject, but that’s not the point… she thought to herself as she began looking around, hoping that there would be someone, anyone who would want to join her on this ridiculously-titled quest; but at least it involved a certain amount of killing things anyways. As she began scanning the crowd, she then decided to lean against the large bulletin board and hope that someone would catch her eye. In the end, she decided to throw up a sign that said this:
“Looking for: willing companion to go Golem Bowling with.”
Never mind that the title itself sounded extremely incredulous (not to mention stupid) but it was straight to the point. The moment she threw up the sign, some of the Landers looked her way before skidding off… and she could hear them snerking, or laughing, or trying their best not to burst out in mirth; because quite honestly, that was the Quest title she’d taken. “Don’t judge,” she said to nobody in particular, and then folded her arms across her chest, scanning the crowd and ignoring the pointed looks that were being thrown her way. She then decided to whistle in order to pass the time, hoping that someone would eventually join her…

It was a rude awakening for Nisha who had just slept off the last battle a bit, wanting to relax a little, she had looked for something to sleep in, preferredly a tree and had settled on one in seeing distance to the bulletin board, so she could see if anyone was looking for some party members as soon as she woke up. But not only was she kept awake for at least three hundred times longer than she had wanted by the incessant chatter all around her from landers and players all around. And then some oaf had the audacity to try and cut down the tree she had settled on, after some hissing and arguing, they had agreed that he should cut down some other tree and leave Nisha be. Finally she had gotten some relaxing in after everyone else had cleared out as well after watching the scene of a foxtail dangling by one leg hissing at a guy who was clearly feeling unwell under everyones eyes and had quickly scattered after it had finished. And now she was rudely awoken by golems clunking around, souring her mood a little, but not enough for Nisha to open one eye and see something which made her literally fall out of the tree. Golem bowling, the idea of it alone was hilarious and made her wonder why no one else was calling it that. Nisha had fought golems before and teh sound they made when tumbling together after being taken apart sounded just like bowling pins falling down and giving someone a strike.
Also, she was remembered of tsun-chan as she saw the lone girl standing there. What was it with higher leveled players and standing around alone like that anyway? She sighed and wondered if it was really that appaling to people to go into a group with them, after all, they usually synched down and took up most of the lower leveled peoples slack. She had rested her eyes a bit closer to the ground this time to interrupt whoever else might want to cut down her tree and thus the falling distance was not as high, but it still was a tumble down the tree that ended with her landing on her tail. Rubbing her behind she walked over to a girl who was standing alone at the bulletin board and had the weirdest sign over her head, drawing close enough to make someone wonder if she knew personal space, she tilted her head, looked into the eyes close to her own and said: "You serious, count me in?" Nisha smiled and took a step back, her tail wagging around excitedly, Nisha extended her hand toward the girl for a handshake wondering if she would get one this time around: "Name´s Nisha, nice to see that some people still have humor around here." She turned sharply and yelled: "Unlike some woodworms!" Turning back, her smile returned and rubbing her behind, she wondered why her tail was such an awesome pillow.

MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS | She was wondering about this ‘Teacher system’ that she’d stumbled upon while tinkering through her menu (though externally, it looked like she was just standing there with her arms crossed; in her peripheral vision she was reading more about the system that was now apparently available to her) when she heard a voice catch her attention. She looked up in time to see someone quite literally staring at her; much closer than Bunji would normally would; and then blinked and saw that this time it was a fox-tail; although this one was a fellow female just like she was. Regardless of race, she then pointed a finger up to the sign and then said, “Well, yes, someone posted a Golem-hunting quest with that title, so who would want to pass it up?” she began, a chuckle ripping through the grin on her face. Finally deciding that she would sync down to the girl’s level (because according to the peripheral vision that she could see, she was level 13, which was a relief) she then saw her display name, and then fiddled around for a bit with the Interface in front of her before sending her a Party request; and then promptly got started with the introductions.
“Call me Han, its short for Hanelli,” she said, giving her in-game nickname; because it was much easier to identify with that name instead of her real name; she then continued with, “Yeah, some people just have the weirdest sense of humor. I mean, look at this quest, why would it be titled ‘Golem Bowling’ in the first place? Someone may be fooling, but anyway we have to get rid of those Golem Sentries, they’re multiplying like rabbits again,” she added with a huff at the ‘rabbits’ part; because nobody could determine what was causing them to keep spawning almost endlessly. She then followed Nisha down and out of the base camp; and chuckled when her companion turned back and hollered something she couldn’t quite understand, but she knew it was a snipe at the people who had no sense of humor! While she was doing so, she decided to turn down her level and make it match Nisha’s; so that they would be on an even playing field. “To be fair, I turned my level down somewhat; so that at least we’re on equal terms,” she said, quickly and quietly slinging out her dagger; along with the kunai and holding each bladed weapon in one hand.
“If there’s something I know, it’s that electric attacks don’t work too well on them,” she said a few moments later, now that they were well away from the base camp and headed down one of the random paths that led into the heart of the unexplored wilderness. “Okay, give me a moment…” she continued, picking up some stray pebbles and tossing them here and there in front of her. “You should probably do the same; one of my previous companions did this and we found a lot of Golems hiding in the ground this way,” she continued in a low voice, continuing to toss the pebbles left and right. Most of them clattered off into the distance, rolling away on the dirt; but one of them struck something that sounded unnaturally… hollow. “Oh shit, better get ready,” she continued, watching as the ground not too far ahead of them shifted forward; before something came rising up out of the grit; before hitting its own artificial ‘fists’ together; as if taunting whoever had disrupted its sleep!
“Looks like we have company…” she said, continuing to back up and toss even more pebbles around her; and two of them also made hollow, echoing noises; and the Frankenstein-like ‘rising from the ground’ thing happened once again; now there were three Golem Sentries in front of them; and each of them were level 7; something they could definitely handle. “Sorry,” she began, looking at her companion with a shifty grin; before quickly letting the dagger fly and striking the first Sentry that she’d accidentally woken up! The disturbed Sentry then gave a roar; before charging down the path as… quickly as it could manage! “The good thing about this is… they’re slow!” she shouted, quickly activating her Quick Draw skill; facing forward and then surprising the lead Golem; before striking it with a surprise attack. The two Sentries behind it suddenly erupted into a full scale of pandemonium noise; and went charging towards the two adventurers; intent of wrecking them for disturbing their sleep!

Quickly they formed a party and off the were, or so Nisha thought, but she had heard that she would tone down her level and Nisha looked over her shoulder and looked at her smiling, it did not really matter to Nisha if she did, but it was nice? she guessed. That way she would not feel as stupid hanging with a high level, but in the end, it would help them both, Han would get as much aggro as Nisha and Nisha and Han would get the same amount of xp. So all in all, it was a good move from han. moving on, they moved out into the fields where the monsters would spawn, but unlike last time, they were not already there when the battle began. It made Nisha wonder if they were any different from the other ones she had already encountered. But apparently, there was a trick to these things as well. picking up a few pebbles herself, Nisha decided to watch for now and wait what would happen, seeing the first few pebbles hit nothing special, Nisha was just about to ask if this would really drive the monsters here as she heard it too, that weird sound as if the pebble had hit something like a barrel or bucket, something that was empty inside and not the normal 'click' sound stones gave or the 'thud' from the ground. Letting her own pebbles rain to the ground, Nisha spoke up finally: "I see, electricity is weak against them, huh? Well, I don´t think I have any attacks with that element anyway, so we should be good, though I wonder who would use electricity against stones anyway? Sounds kind of weird." Nisha heard the rumble and all, but her stance was still relaxed and calm, as if she did not really mind all the weird stuff happening around her at all and was used to it.
It was not far from the truth and yet not really the reason why she had not gone into battle mode already. She had played games like these before and as long as it wasn´t about those transparent floaty things that send a shiver down her spine, barely anything shocked her anymore, just like how she had grown up in real life, pampered by life and not needing anything, yet still seeking the thrill of something, but because she had found enough thrills, she had become more expectant and it had been a spiral from there, leaving her cold to these kinds of things. "But whoever had the idea with the pebbles is a genius, just imagine someone standing on top of one of these and suddenly being surprised by it, would be hilarious, right?" Nisha chuckled a little and saw the first golem slowly rise from it´s bed in the ground. "Kind of reminds me of tremors, ever watched that movie? With the explodey worms and stuff. Don´t worry, we should be able to handle these as long as we are cautious." Smiling she took out her grimoire and put a hand on the grip of her katana. She wanted to try out some new skills and these things were perfect for that. And since they were slow, as han had said, Nisha should have all the time she needed to actually try them as well. But she started off as always, lightning and electricity playing on her skin and armor, she really needed to get some vanity clothes, encasing her and making her faster in movement, why it did not give some speed bonus when attacking was a mystery to her, but with this speedboost, as long as it held, she could at least outrun whatever the golems tried, hopefully. It would work itself out as always. Skipping and jumping toward the first golem in her vicinity and another one than han was attacking.
"Let´s do this and play some bowling with whatever is left... if any." Nisha added quietly with a smirk and pulled out her katana in a slashing motion, using her passive skill of iaido or slashdraw to deal a devastating or at least somewhat hurting strike, though it did pull a bit of weight and decimated quite some health on the life bar of the golem in front of her, which was now, with a surprising agility trying to hit her. Using her speed, she ran in the opposite direction and behind the golem, shooting a blue magical bolt form her grimoire at the golem. As before, she targeted the joints of the legs of the golem, trying to wither it away over time, since they did have a surprising amount of health. To pull some more aggro, she ran over to the other golems that had risen and tried to gain their attention, while thinking about how to best place her second chain strike, she wanted to get all golems close to go for a devastating third chain attack and maybe kill them all in one go with that attack that even in the description said it was awesome. "How many of these do we have to kill?" Wondering about that, she also pondered if she should use all her skills like that or keep some in reserve.

MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS | As for Nisha’s first quip, Han felt her own face burn red out of embarrassment; before falling back from the initial strike that she’d caused due to her Quick Draw attack. “…I was the one who discovered that electricity wasn’t that effective against them, I was just a level 1 back then and my only special ‘attack’ involved enchanting my throwing weapons with the electric property,” she began, her ears flushing red for her. Thankfully she’d hidden her Elvin ears; because she was absolutely sure that even those were flushed red as well! As for the ‘tossing pebbles’ idea… she cracked a grin at that too, and continued, getting out of the way of an incoming fist slam from the Sentry she was attacking, “That was Oxford’s idea, he taught me about that the last time I’d gone hunting with him here. Took us a while to get rid of the Golems too but thanks to his discovery, at least we weren’t jumped on,” she said, barely sidestepping an incoming fist swing again; and then using Accel Dance in order to increase her speed.
Some of the skills she had were locked off for the time being; but at least she had the important skills she needed in order to make this encounter bearable. As for the last question, she then realized why the quest was titled ‘Golem Bowling’, and stopped for a moment to smack a palm to her forehead, before replying, “I think I know why the quest is titled like that… we need to take out ten of these uglies,” she said, gesturing towards the three Sentries that were now in various states of aggression. The first one was now rolling her way, intent on squishing her flat; so she quickly applied her Deadly Dance skill, leaping into the air and spinning before coming down on the Sentry with a vertical slash; and that knocked off some of its Health points. “At least they’re not too tough…” she said, but more to herself as she launched another succession of Accel Dance, dealing another quick slashing attack toward the Golem that was now tipping forward due to losing its balance! This was also the point where she remembered something else; and she then saw that the Sentry had a shadow, so she then twirled the kunai around her hand, before activating the Shadow Bind skill; stabbing the weapon into the dirt, trapping the Sentry that was now stuck in a falling motion.
“Try to knock them over, then they’ll be completely harmless and easy to get rid of,” she continued, activating another instance of Deadly Dance and coming down on the now-immobilized Sentry; and seeing that the other one was now headed Nisha’s way, she knew she had to do something fast in order to prevent the other girl from getting overwhelmed! Ah crap! She hissed in the back of her mind, activating another instance of Accel Dance and slashing downward on the Sentry she was now taking care of; before jumping to one side and then picking up the kunai that she’d used to trap it. Now that this Sentry had been released from its ‘trap’ it pitched forward, before landing with a dull-sounding thud on the soil; and Han now knew that this one was incapacitated and would be easier to get rid of. She then picked up the speed and then activated her Shadow Bind skill once more; stabbing at the second lumbering Sentry’s shadow; trapping it in a ‘forward march’ pose… although it was a bit too close, because it was very near where Nisha was now facing off against the other Sentry that was trying to take a swing at her!
“Phew, there we go,” she said, dashing back to her own fallen Sentry; and then hacking and slashing away at its Health bar. It did take some time; but sooner or later, the sound of exploding pixels rang throughout the area; and the Quest counter on her peripheral vision flashed; indicating that one of the required targets had been dealt with.

Seeing the first sentry fall and dissolve into rewards after exploding into pixels, was a nice little somethinng to happen in between her taunting the golems to follow her, two more had sprung up from all her running around and Nisha was happy as she would ever be to run around like the wind while dodging attacks and only barely at the side noticed han coming to help her, calling out a quick: "Thanks." She ran stright into the mass of rock in front of her, blocking themself with their own massive bodies, just barely avoiding damaging each other as Nisha tied the knot deeper and deeper to group them together, after all her next attack would be a ranged one with some distance and if she had her elemental chart in mind and it worked just like it had started back with pokemon and such games, it should do some nice damage. Ducking under a hit, she noticed that it had barely hit, but torn away her practical lightning shield and gone through and even taken a small portion of her own health, time to stop fool around. There were barely 30 seconds left on her movement speed up and she had to use them wisely as she weaseled through the legs of one golem to line up the in a row, while she stood behind them.
They were turning but much too slow to react to any of what she would do, it was one of these skills that made the samurai in her mind one of the best classes around. Usually she played mages or healer to do massive damage or support people, but as she had read through the skillset of the samurai, some skills had just burned in her eyes as extremely useful and necessary to have. Just like this one. Sending a spark of blue into the back of the golem, she activated her other skill, overhead wind slash as she had named it, since who could ever say all these weird japanese or chinese names? lifting her katana over her head, she felt the power pooling into her sword as she rushed the sword down and sending out a shockwave, definitely stolen from the zelda games or some other myth and definitely quite powerful. Nisha cut deep into the golem with her sword, but the sword of wind rushing from her katana cut through the whole golem and right into the face of the next, bend and toppled that golem and rushed into the third one behind that. Well, Nisha had thought it would maybe hit one or two, but for it to not only cut a golem in half, topple the next and cut into a third... Well, that was just overkill. Staring at the carnage as the golem in front of her exploded into pixels and the one beyond that tried to get back up, Nisha tilted her head and looked at her blade. "Well, I guess they are weak against wind. And don´t worry, we all have to explore this world from the start, who knows if elemental charts are still right in a world with magic, right?" Nisha said loud enough for Han to hear and got back into a battle stance, since the one golem who had been unaffected by it had appeared behind her and swung down it´s fist, Nisha had not heard it and even though she jumped away, she felt how the stones hand came down on her foot and took quite some health of hers away, but now it was time for chain 3, since samurai stacked skill after skill and could by proxy only use certain skills after the next, most chain 3 attacks were quite powerful, just like the one she had in mind, as she rushed behind the new golem, trying to somewhat line up the golems and stay in the back of the golem that was closest.
Another overhead strike, but with three times the animation time and a minute long cooldown. But for that the effects were supposed to be spectactular. Again she lifted her sword and this time she did not only feel power pool in her sword, she also saw it happening. A swirling over her blade and as she released it as she smashed the blade on teh ground, it felt like the earth was shaking for a split second, a wave of golden energy cutting through the earth, the golem in front of her, all of the golem that lay on the ground and scraped the golem behind it enough to wound it quite heavily. One or two normal strikes would be enough to deal with it, seeing as maybe 5 seconds were left on her counter of movement speed, she used it to dash below the slowly eroding and exploding parts of golems as she sheathed her weapon for the one free strike of quickslash she had after chain three. Jumping she pulled out her katana and slashed the last golem from top to bottom. Now she really felt silly for doing so, but in the spur of the moment, it had seemed like an awesome idea. Landing, she put her blade away again, looked serious suddenly and said: "I cut something worthless again." Spat to the side and laughed out loud, since she had just ripped off a movie scene she adored. Ah, now she felt all giddy and happy. "Well, that was awesome, and nice hint they gave us, bowling, ten, huh? I just wonder if we are supposed to be the ball or something else. Good work Han. Let´s see how many we can draw out this time." And with that, she bend down and picked up a few pebbles throwing them in no direction especially.

MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS | Once Han had dealt with the first Golem everything fell into place; she had to bite her lip, just because the series of moves that Nisha was using reminded her of a certain red-headed Samurai (who also happened to be a fox-tail as well) and saw the familiar moves; Izunagiri, and then that golden energy wave, which she had just decided to call ‘Getsuga Tensho’ since Bunji didn’t know the name f it as well, but whatever it was it was just as effective; and then chuckled. “You know, you remind me of one of your fellow fox-tail cohorts,” she began, once the other two were done for and nothing but pixels; and Nisha was tossing rocks again in front of her; “…he uses almost the same moves as you do, though he has this… Kabutowari attack I think, which I haven’t seen from you yet,” she continued, picking up more pebbles and holding it in her left hand, before scattering some with her right hand. Most of said pebbles that she was tossing clattered away and rolled off into the darkness; and she very nearly missed the echoing noise that she heard; because she’d walked almost right atop it!
The ground beneath her feet started shaking; wondering if there was an earthquake, she looked around wildly; and then felt the wind getting knocked out of her as a rocky fist connected with her midsection, sending her flying and crashing into a tree! “Gah… ouch!” she shouted, hitting the trunk of the tree face-first and then sliding down to the floor. She then blinked stars out of her vision, and pulled herself up to a standing position in time to see that she had actually stepped on another Golem; and now it was pulling itself out of the ground like a zombie! “Ugh… reminds me of those scary fairy tales I’ve heard before about zombies…” she said with a groan, blinking the rest of the stars out of her field of vision; before shaking her head in order to clear it up. With a loud roar that sounded like stones clattering around, the ground near the Sentry that she’d stepped on (and where Nisha would most likely be, unless she’d headed off in another direction) suddenly shook like all hell; and then the ground split apart in several additional places.
One, two, three… oh crap four more?! she thought, blinking rapidly so that her field of vision would return to its normalcy; and then she moved as quickly as she could manage, hissing painfully at the sudden jerky movements. Two of the other Sentries weren’t out of the ground yet, so she decided to use both her bladed weapons in order to hold them both in place to stall for time! Activating the Shadow Bind skill in succession, she then stabbed the two shadows of the half-bodies of the Sentries that were attempting to crawl out of the ground; therefore leaving only three Sentries rumbling and groaning about. Ah shit I’m out of… wait a second… she thought, quickly flipping through her inventory and equipping her longbow; and a spare quiver of arrows that she’d had lying around somewhere. “Okay, so at least we’re taking out only three instead of five. I hope you’re ready. I’ll provide covering fire!” she said, positioning herself so that she was behind the Samurai; in order to provide said covering fire if she would choose to charge forward. She then remembered that the ‘Getsuga’-like golden wave attack had a long cool down, so she decided to take the initiative and began loading up her bow with arrows and taking aim… before letting them fly from her position!
Soon, arrow after arrow was whistling towards the air, as Han was trying to aim for the ‘chink in the armor’ that Oxford had pointed out to her; but looking for it on a moving target was a difficult task. The two other Sentries that she’d pinned down were still trying to break free from the Shadow Bind technique; but as long as it held, then there would be nothing much to worry about…

Taking the time time she needed to throw her pebbles and listened to Han speak, she wondered about who Han was referring to, she only knew one other foxtail so far and he was not a samurai, but then again, there were as many players as there were digital stars in the sky and it would be weird if they knew players, even though she had also mentioned oxford, but it had to have been someone else, maybe with a one or something at the end that was just not spoekn or something like that. Well, no matter, Nisha enojoyed the battle and han seemed to be a very nice person, so it made the battle all the more pleasant. "Yeah, I wondered if I should take that attack as well, but decided against it because I wanted to play a little more variable and give myself a little advantage or at least equalizer against fast paced classes and monsters. Which is why I took the lightning armor, so that I can take the first strike with an extra armor and stay close to whoever attacks and do damage. though, actually I really wanted that skill, after all, samurai have to have something to attack quickly, but quick slash is good enough for me to fulfill that requirement. How about you, any skills you wanted, but..." But at that moment it rumbled and Han was thrown away into a tree face first.
Apparently, one of Nisha´s throws or them talking had pissed them off enough to actually break out of the earth like that and attack right away. Nisha did not laugh at the comical sight of Han sliding down the tree face first, but she did grin at the prophetic thing she had done. Not only had it been not Nisha who had been flung like that, but she had also prophecised that this could happen and et vóila there someone went and had the golem trampoline, though it looked like it had hurt. "Are you okay Han? Need help?" Pulling out her katana in a wide motion again as she cut a golem that was appearing close to her above the head, she also activated the lightning armor again, which had finished it´s cooldown some time before. Since han would do support archery, seemingly she was fine, Nisha would have to keep the golems close, what better way than to sprint around, slashing, shooting and sliding under fists of rock coming down at her, she pulled a good aggro and soon enough she had all of their attention. Once she had lined up two, she swung the blade over her head again and while slashing she jumped and turned her body ninety degrees, shooting another overhead wind slash and decapitating two golems at once without killing them though.
It just made them run around without rhyme or reason and controlling some more golems into them, they punched their allies and did some nice damage on them. Nisha was laughing at the two headless golems and rushed around like a needles leading thread into shapes, as she tried to keep the aggro and give Han some more good shots into their backs or easy targets. All to prepare herself for her other third chain skill, she had yet to try out, but due to it´s short duration, the golems had to stand close and Nisha had to make sure that she had enough room to create a cage they would not flee out of and would be pulverized in teh few seconds she would have. While running around, it was sadly expected, but another golem came out and was added to the mass of rocks. but the two headless golems should have been weak enough for Han to take them out whenever she wanted.

MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS | Since Han was now recovering from having all the wind knocked out of her by an inanimate object, she was now firing arrows as fast as she could sling them into her bow; saying, “Yeah, I’m fine, I’ll live… as long as I stay away from them, they’re absolutely nasty,” and then watched as she decided to take the battle up close and personal; cleaving off not just one, but two of the Sentries’ heads (the ones that was lumbering close to their position) and then chuckling as their ‘heads’ rolled off to one side; and that was where general chaos erupted. Now that two of them were headless, the only other one that still had its own head was coming under fire from blind fist-swinging attacks the other two were causing; but that was the least of their worries, because the two that Han had managed to pin down earlier with her Shadow Bind had somehow managed to break loose, and now there were three Sentries with heads, and two flailing, borderline useless headless ones that were now hitting whatever they could reach. Of course, the two recently-freed Sentries that joined the fray were now also sustaining damage from the ‘headless wonders’; and she paused to snicker for a few moments before realizing that her quiver of arrows was empty.
“Drats,” she said to herself before hissing and then freezing for a few moments, shuffling around and then eventually making another quiver of arrows fall into her hands. She then discarded the empty one, and then loaded up her bow with another arrow from the full one she’d just slung on. Now that there was golem pandemonium breaking out, Han decided to snipe down the two headless ones that were thankfully making their lives much easier; moving in a sideways motion as she slowly but surely approached her two blades that were now stuck in the ground, pointless and useless now that the targets were free. The Sentries were now trying to swipe and take out the considerably faster Nisha; but failing, due to the fact that she was darting around them like a cat and effectively hacking and slashing away at them. Now that the two headless freaks were down on Health, she then felt her face break out into a grin before loading up another arrow and letting it loose; keeping the sideways stepping motion consistent. One of the headless Sentries then exploded into bits of data; having been peppered constantly by the flying arrows; but then another Sentry decided to join the chaos; and she was now very close to where her two bladed weapons were.
Firing off a few more shots, she then watched as the other headless Sentry then exploded into bits of data as well; bringing up their ‘kill count’ to five; but that now left them with three more Sentries to take care of. Right on cue, she thought to herself, picking up one of the daggers and quickly opening her Inventory, before shuffling and dropping the longbow and the half-empty quiver of arrows into it. she then closed it out and then picked up the kunai, and began twirling it; before quickly launching into another instance of Accel Dance, picking up as much movement speed as she was able; and then darting around and behind the freshly-joined Sentry; before activating a surprise Quick Draw attack on the unsuspecting target. She knew that it wouldn’t have as much effect as a normal attack; but at least she was now making up for lost time with the damage output that she was now contributing. A few moments later, after confounding the Sentry from behind, she then leapt into the air and executed the Deadly Dance skill; coming down with a vertical slash and chipping off another portion of this Sentry’s Health bar.
Seeing that it was now down to near half, she then activated Accel Dance once more and then cut across the next Sentry who was about to smash its combined fists into Nisha’s face and cut that one off with an unusual instance of Deadly Dance; normally the skill involved jumping up into the air and coming down with a slash; but this time it was the reverse; it involved jumping up from the ground and then going for an uppercut-like slashing attack, shaving off a portion of this Sentry’s Health bar, and knocking it off-balance. “Nisha, go! Take care of this one!” she said, giving an extra shove to the off-balance Golem for good measure, and watching as it toppled in slow motion, before hitting the ground with a muffled thud.

Ah, this was music for Nisha, she loved the sounds of battle, after mmorpgs, her next favorite genre was definitely strategy games that played on a real time map, with hundreds over hundreds of enemies against whatever army you could muster and throw into the fold of the battle, with or without allies or support. And even though it was far from hundreds of enemies or even a small army around, the sounds of arrows hitting their targets, splintering and taking chunks of health with them as they disappeared, the grunts of pain of the golems, getting hit by arrows as well as by themselves, the sound of stone and the ground cracking up under the golems heavy blows, spraying dirt and small splinters or rock or golem everywhere, her own sword singing through the air and hitting it´s targets, creating a delicious sound as well as vibrations due to to the steel on stone sutuation, coursing through her whole body and exiting through her soles into the ground. All this created a scenery she always looked for in a game like this, a true virtual reality games and not something like that old oculus rift and such, the chaos and controlled panic of all the golems around as Nisha rushed between them, creating havoc by just being there, like a mouse and elephants inside of a porcelain store, destroying and panicking as they saw the mouse, trying to squash it just to be outrun by the fast mouse.
The well timed pauses in her running to invite the golems along with her and make them try and punch her while she stayed still, just to let their fist crush into the back of another golem slowly turning around and making them tumble. Trying to keep the aggro so that han could keep up the firing of her arrows even after the golems had been released from their shadow prison, yes, this was indeed a battle she had wished for. She felt like a fox in a henhouse, her tail and ears twitched as if to remind her that that was at least partially true, even more so now that she had leveled up a little and become able to use skills that were quite exquisite to use and also did quite some damage, sure, she was still low leveled, but her skill 'giving the golden finger' of chain 3 she had used before was just awesome and a literal finger to slow tanks, just like these golems, sure it would be pretty much worthless against faster enemies, but since there would always be tanks around and she was a tank, she knew that it would definitely become one of her favorite skills in no time flat to help out her team against high health enemies. Stopping for a few seconds to see what was going on since she had not heard an arrow for several seconds, she suddenly heard the sound of feet other than hers and as she turned saw that her stopping nearly had cost Nisha quite some health as a fist of a golem just barely missed her due to Han´s interruption.
Hearing Han tell her to finish the golems off was a welcome idea, even though she had liked to drag the battle out a bit longer still, but there had to be an end to anything and in a group, one had to take these things seriously and even more so since they were definitely outmatching the golems so far. Monsters that were slow had most of the time a bad time against adventurers if they did not have skills, but these seemed to be low level enough to not deserve skills yet. Jumping on top of the toppled Golem, she activated the last of her new skills, shadow double blade just as she came down with her sword and pierced through the golems hard shell with a 'frch' sound as her sword went in through a crack in the golems rocky armor. The golems were all standing close enough for a skill of this short duration to make sense and that had been just what she wanted as she started to collect them this closely. Running toward them with her sword in the golem, she cut in half while running and shooting a singular magical bolt at it, she jumped just as the golem exploded into hundreds of experience balls and such and did a side swipe with her katana at the golem she had jumped at, creating afterimages of her blade as she went and slashing the low health golem dead as well, falling through the explosion and coming to a halt behind it, only one golem was left with about half health, if it was really only ten, this would be the last of them. Taking a little time, she said: "Good job Han and thanks for the rescue, he is all yours." Shoting another magical bolt at it to make it target Nisha and give han all the time she needed, she stepped back teh same distance the golem tried to come closer.

Accel Dance (active) Deadly Dance (active) Quick Draw (active) |
MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS | Thankfully Han was fast enough to get moving, using more instances of Accel Dance and Deadly Dance in order to be able to rout around the two Golems that were now headed their way! Seeing as Nisha had already decided to ‘take the battle to them’, she then continued darting around the edges of the entire ‘battlefield’, hacking and slashing away; but ducking at the same time her companion’s attacks would come whistling out of nowhere. Sooner or later; the remaining Sentries then exploded, leaving them with just one more that was already teetering; threatening to go off-balance any moment. “Alright, I got this one,” she said with a grin, using Accel Dance once more and closing the distance; before unleashing Quick Draw once again, catching the Sentry unawares. Now that its attention had been diverted to her, she then circled around it and leapt into the air; before unleashing one more instance of the Deadly Dance attack, coming down and scoring a clean hit on the Sentry that was now flailing around; she even knocked off its head in the process! Snickering for a few moments, she continued attacking the flailing Sentry; until its Health bar read zero; before watching it burst into bits of data and fade away.
“Whew…” she said presently, dropping down and then leaning against a rock to catch her breath; glad that all ten ‘pins’ they needed to take down were now just figures. However, though, there was just one more they hadn’t managed to find yet… it was the ‘bowling ball’, otherwise known as the Golem Sentinel. “Where could that one be…” she contemplated to herself, picking up some fallen pebbles and tossing it over her shoulder in a random manner. She then heard most of the pebbles clatter against the ground; but a few hit something which then caused an echoing noise… “Uh-oh…” was all she had time for as she quickly scrambled off the rock she was resting; and very narrowly avoided being squashed by yet another Golem’s fists! This one though, had a different name… and she knew right away that it would spell trouble. It was a Golem Sentinel, and it was at level 18, something that was slightly higher than they were. She then remembered one of its attacks, and saw that it had broken up its body and was now causing a hurricane of spinning rock to come forth; and that’s where she bolted.
“OH CRAP!” she was heard to shout, dashing back towards her companions direction; screeching all manner of obscenities as the rocks that formed the currently disjointed Golem Sentinel’s body were raining down all around her; and she was trying her hardest to avoid the flying projectiles. “Crap, crap, crap!” she was heard to shout, before almost crashing into Nisha; and then bending over to catch her breath. “Looks like Big Ugly’s here!” she continued, pointing at the spinning mass of rock; which then stopped and then reformed into tis shape. Unlike its underlings, though, this one was made of more steady rock; and possessed a considerably tougher Defense… not to mention a much longer Health bar. “Yikes,” Was all she had time for, as she stood up and held her blades; one in each hand. “Looks like this is it, the main attraction… are you ready?” she asked, looking sideways at her companion; no, at her comrade-in arms. “Let’s take this ugly idiot out and get back to the camp!” she shouted, charging forward and releasing Accel Dance yet again in order to pick up speed; before jumping into the air and unleashing Deadly Dance, delivering the downward slash and knocking off a small portion of its Health bar.

Nisha relaxed a little as she watched Han do her stuff, it was cool to see her jumping around like that and all the buffs seemed to be quite nice to have, but Nisha was glad she did not have so many of them. Nisha was terrible when it came to multitasking anything above and beyond and keeping up all these buffs and also attack and run around all that, too much work, burst damage with health or burst magic damage as a sorcerer was what she liked best. While doing so, Nisha sheathed her sword and put her grimoire back on the chain at her side, looking back up, she saw that the golem was just exploding and turning into all the good stuff that they got from it. It was weird to just stand by, but with how much Han had helped her out in this fight, she felt like it would go against her pride if she was stingy with kills. About one per time Han had helped her, that seemed about right, just thinking back on decapitating the golems with the overhead windslash brought a smile to her face and she grinned as she saw han pick up more pebbles, so she did want to fight some more, huh? Well, that was exactly how Nisha felt as well and since there had been no quest fulfilled sound, it seemed like ten were just not enough for the quest either.
Ah, but the rumble from her pebble as it hit another thing was definitely different from all the other golems, this one had more boss quality or at least bigger golem, all in all, so far it had felt like all the golems had been small and all and Nisha had thought it was just their level, so maybe they got something bigger this time, some big golem? And just as she thought, another golem, and nearly like before, han got hit by a fist again, Nisha just wanted to laugh and call out to her as she saw in slight surprise how the golem fractured itself up and turned into a tornado of stone and death. Nisha wondered if she should go to rescue Han in a valian effort and get her out of there with a ightning armor, but before she could act on it, Han was already out anyway and Nisha wondered if it would just stay that way, Nisha did not really have any kind of ranged weapon, so it would be difficult for her to do that, but soon enough it pulled itself back together and Han had gotten her breath back and said something about big and ugly and Nisha nodded and added: "If this guy had come out before, we could have really played bowling with the other ones, I mean he turns into balls of rock? How weird is that? And he is bald to boot." Nisha said with a smirk and saw that Han had already gone and was going for the golem already. Well, no use standing around then, if Han attacked high, she would go low. Starting to walk and then run toward the golem, she activated her lightning armor and dashed to it just as Han finished her attack, to get teh aggro back on Nisha, she would have to at least match her in danger and skill usage, maybe even get on it´s bad side to control where it was facing. Thinking about that, she fastened her grip on her katana, she still had that free iaito strike, as well as her second chain and the first strike for this chain.
All in all two nearly instantaneous attacks and one against which the golem was weak. Nice, and seeing how little it had suffered from han´s strike, she had to use whatever she could to damage it more, this could become quite a long battle. The first iaido strike was delivered as soon as she got into reach and aimed at the leg, the next iaido strike against the other leg and sliding over the ground, sliding an inch deep into the earth with the foot she had braked with, she spun to not lsoe all momentum and jumped up, activating her overhead wind slash, right into the golems back, releasing the air blade as she striked the golems back and creating a huge wind scar in which she shot a magical bolt, not knowing if it would do any extra damage, but it was worth a try. But even with all that, she had only gone and done about twice the damage Han had done, furrowing her brow, she landed and wanted to jump back as she saw that the golem had just rearranged itself and turned it´s front into it´s back in the short time she had needed to land and it´s hand was already smashing down, but it was different from normal golem strikes, this one had much more weight behind it and suddenly, Nisha knew she was in peril, but good that she still had her armor on, using her movement speed, she sped out of the shadow of the fist and jumped. But the shockwave from the smash carried her and Nisha flew off at least thirty feet. "WHOA NELLY!" She yelled before landing not really graceful on her tail and having lost ten percent of her health and her lightning armor. "Yeowch." She called out and stood up while rubbing her behind. "What frig kind of bs ability is that, stomp? You just wait till I show you the golden finger!" She yelled at the golem in anger, shaking her fist at it even though she knew she would get no answer from it.

MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS | Han then chuckled in Nisha’s direction; what chaos would have happened indeed if the Sentinel had shown up before all the Sentries indeed. Since she was now recovering from the landing from her earlier attack, she watched for a few moments, waiting for an opportunity to dive in again; because the Sentinel wasn’t going down as fast as they’d have liked it to. Once she was done with her string of attacks, she was about to go in when the Sentinel managed to catch Nisha in an attack; therefore sending her flying quite some distance away… and landing smack on her rear. “Ouch,” she said with a cringe, before raising her voice and shouting in her direction, “Are you okay?!” while spinning around the two bladed weapons she was now wielding, one in each hand. wondering if it was possible to actually pin the Sentinel down, she chuckled when Nisha shouted in said Sentinel’s direction about giving it the ‘golden finger’; in her mind she knew that she was referring to the Getsuga Tenshou-like attack, which release a golden wave that could practically obliterate anything in its path, give or take a few hits. “If he could answer,” she continued, unable to keep the chuckle out of her voice, “…he’d most likely say, ‘up yours!’ and then wham you with that fist again…” she ended, finally letting herself laugh with Nisha for a few moments.
Now that she had recovered enough, she then spun her weapons around, trying to look for an opening; before looking up towards the sky and seeing that there were clouds, therefore no chance of getting her Shadow Bind attack down. “Drat, just when I need the sun…” she hissed, before seeing that its body was disintegrating into rock constructs once again before spinning and headed their way, some convoluted form of a rock-headed tornado. “Ah crap, incoming!” she shouted, quickly taking a dive and seeing that the sentinel’s fist-like ‘construct’ was headed her way; she had barely made it behind the tree she’d seen when she heard the graven crunch against the trunk. It shuddered violently, before Han heard a cracking noise and watched as the tree she’d ducked behind for cover was seemingly cloven into two! She then jumped out of the way, shouting, “Timber!” just to lighten things, and with a loud crash, the trunk fell to the ground, a few inches closer and Han would’ve been done for. That was too close… she thought to herself as she waited for the tornado of rock to re-form; and saw that her chance was coming, the spinning debris was slowing down and it was like watching the Matrix in slow-motion: the constructs then flew close together, and not minding the extremely slow time, the Sentinel then reformed into its ugly self… which meant one thing.
“Charge!” she shouted; quickly activating her Accel Dance to pick up speed and come in for a quick strike, then shifting gears and then chaining it to Quick Draw; which caught the Sentinel (who will now be known as the Bowling Ball) off-guard; before flipping away and then coming in for a powered-up Deadly Dance; bringing the dagger down in a powerful slash! Now that she had done the first bit of damage, she looked upwards and saw that the sun was now coming out… and a shadow was starting to stretch from the Bowling Ball’s feet. “Heh, perfect,” she said with a smirk darting around and then chaining a Shadow Bind; stabbing Bowling Ball’s shadow and then gripping the kunai as best as she could while avoiding the flailing fists that were trying to clobber her off and away. “Go, do it! Use Getsu… I mean, the golden finger! I’ll try to pin it down!” she shouted, clapping both hands on the kunai, because Bowling Ball here was trying to resist the binding effects of her Shadow Bind; and it was proving difficult to keep hold on its shadow; it kept on thrashing around!

Nisha was pissed off, but not just at the golem, but also at herself, ah, she had not watched one second and now the result was apparent, it was no fun anymore, the slashing and fighting had been fun, but being flung away like a leaf in the wind was not what Nisha had in mind when it came to fun. Heck, it was all wrong to begin with. It was not even on her bucketlist. Sure, she wanted to be sent flying, but by a direct fist and not by some afterblast like that, oh and yes, the other way around was in there too, but she already had a good idea where and when to do that. She had not given her brother summoner as his main class out of no reason at all. She smirked and regained her composure a little, thinking about how she would do this and see him flying off team rocket style, twinkling in the sky. Certainly, there would be repercussions, but in this one matter, she was just like her brother, she embraced that and would even accept some punishment for it. Well, that was if she could not avoid it with some kind of ploy, like a wasp or something on his arm or face or somewhere else. Ah, it would be glorious. But she would keep that a secret until went down. After jumping around a little trying to get her behind to friggin stop hurting like mad, actually, why the hell were they even feeling so much of the pain to begin with, it was not like they were really in the game, right? That would just be hilarious and kind of worrying since that would mean all the pain she put her body through and all the training and all that had not been only for naught, but also that she would miss this body even more. Wow, that would really make her a neet. Shaking her head, she picked up her sword a few feet off from where she had landed and looked back at the scene, finally taking in things again. She had thought about maybe either asking if they should retreat after all and try it again, or if Han should release her limiter and finish it faster, but then again, there was little fun in it and it was not as if the Golem was losing less than a percent of it´s health every time they struck it, heck it was even down to three fourths of it. If this went on they would finish it faster than not at all and even have a good time doing so if Nisha got over her hurt pride and feelings and concentrated back on the battle in which the golem was again raging around as a rock storm. "Yeah, staying away from that." She murmured to herself as she slowly walked closer toward where han was running to, so she could jump in on the fun once Han was starting her attack again, Nisha felt like taking the second hit to maybe gain it´s attention and maybe get it to follow Nisha this time around, who felt weirdly inadequate as a tank, even though she did not mind not getting hurt. But since han was giving her all, Nisha was not about to be outdone by her, even though she was kind of several level higher and most likely had some higher equipment, which made her remember to get some new stuff soonish. "I am fine, what about you? I did not get a tree nearly toppled on my head." Nisha chuckled a little at her comment and heard the charge order. Even though she did not like orders, Han was pretty experienced at this and going at it together was much more fun than waiting around for a chance. Running, she saw that she would not even be able to keep up with the speed han had with all her buffs and what not if she had her lightning armor which still had a little cooldown left. The second she got there, Han was already done with her attacks and was about to shadow sew the golem where he stood. Nisha did not mind that, knowingthat he could just turn where he faced by rearranging, she just had to use another blind spot and even though many might not take it as very ladylike, she stood directly under it now. Due ot it being panicking and trying to break out of the shadow sewing, she had a free shot and would use it. "SHINING GOLDEN FINGER! UP YOURS!" Taking time formulating these words, since she had three seconds, she screamed them out before letting go off the wave right into the middle of the golem. Nisha did not know if it shared some of the anatomy of humans, but anyway it must have hurt, seeing as even this one was trying to stumble back, but still held by the shadow sew. Nisha added a iaido into the crack that had opened where she had hit and another one for good measure. Jumping back out of the blindspot, not knowing how long the shadow sew would last she saw that she had been able to bring it down to half now. It was a good start, but it was only half down for now. Much could happen still and so it did, since it could not move from the spot it began to turn into a rock hurrican again and Nisha had her damn best run in a while while being hit by small debris and her life bar receding to three fourths before she could escape and turned around to see what was going on. Hoping that Han had escaped before it had happened again. Accel Dance (active) Deadly Dance (active) Quick Draw (active) Shadow Bind (active, debuff) |
MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS | Now that Han was busy holding down the Bowling Ball, she knew that they would never get another chance like this; so it was a good thing that Nisha had unloaded the ‘Getsuga Tenshou’ without further delay and it had also shaved off a particular portion of Bowling Ball’s Health bar; however, once she felt the wind stirring… she knew she had to get out of there! “Fair enough!” she shouted, watching as Bowling Ball decided to self-destruct into its multiple constructs once again; therefore making pinning it down with Shadow Bind absolutely useless. “Holy crap, how am I supposed to hit it if it’s in pieces?!” she shouted, quickly grabbing her kunai and barely escaping the incoming flying ‘fist’ that was whirling and hurtling her way. She also knew that the ‘golden wave’ had a very long cool down time (because of a certain Samurai) so she knew that Nisha would be vulnerable for the duration; so she decided to make use of this time by activating Accel Dance to get a boost in speed; dodging most of the incoming projectiles; however at the very last second she was not that lucky and what appeared to be Bowling Ball’s ‘chest’ area smacked her hard in the face, causing her to stop and flop over!
“Ugh… ouch! Stupid Bowling Ball!” she shrieked, pinching her left hand to her nose; she could feel that it wasn’t in its proper place anymore; what damage would there be sustained from a broken nose? The more important thing here was her Health bar was now nearing the halfway point; a few more hits like this and she could be wiped out without warning! Ugh, I have to be more careful now… she thought with a hiss as she pulled herself up; apparently Bowling Ball wanted to wreak as much havoc as possible before re-forming into his humanoid shape. There was debris flying everywhere; because anything that Bowling Ball struck here, was either snapped off its ‘bearings’ or sent flying due to the sheer power colliding with its surface. “Urgh…” she groaned again, shaking her head and then blinking in order to get the stars out of her field of vision. Once her vision stabilized, she then saw that Bowling Ball was re-forming again; but it didn’t have any intention of charging forward… because it now lifted its leg up and then brought it down in a powerful stomping motion! Since she was in close proximity when Bowling Ball brought its foot down in what Han called ‘the Almighty Stomp’, she then felt her balance go awry; before being knocked flat on her behind once again.
“Ugh… why are you such a pain…” she groaned once again, pulling herself up and spinning her weapons in her hands. “Well, time to contribute to bring you down… cover me,” she said in Nisha’s direction; quickly activating Accel Dance at first, dodging the incoming fist slam of Bowling Ball, before using its arms as a platform and jumping up high; and then activating Deadly Dance while in mid-air; spinning and coming down with a slash that hacked off another percentage of Bowling Ball’s Health bar. But no, Han wasn’t done yet. She then continued the chain by backing off; and then activating Quick Draw this time, letting the additional momentum build up and come in for an attack on Bowling Ball’s ‘blind spot’; the area underneath its arms, before tumbling backwards and activating Accel Dance once more for another speed boost. Even if she knew that the Assassin class had no ‘taunting’ moves, she chose to yell in its face, saying, “What, can’t hit something as fast as me?!” along with a grin as she narrowly avoided another fist-flailing attack, and using its own arms as a platform to springboard once more into the air and activated Deadly Dance once again; this time trying a different slashing direction; instead of the usual vertical slash, she held the weapon sideways and came in for another horizontal hacking attack; and watched as another portion of Bowling Ball’s Health bar chipped off and fell away.
Earlier it was in the yellow zone, now it’s in the orange… near red… we’re getting there! Almost! She thought to herself, activating Accel Dance one more time and then changing to Quick Draw, coming in low for a hacking attack at Bowling Ball’s legs in order to make it bend over and expose its head; its shiny, holey head which was apparently its weakest point. It did just that, and it was now bent over in quite a compromising position, trying to swat something that simply wasn’t there. “Whoops, there we go,” she said, backing away and then seeing that its shadow was very near her presence, so she then activated Shadow Bind and this time stabbed the dagger in, holding on with both hands. “He’s all yours, girl! Go!” she said, tightening the grip on the dagger; because Bowling Ball was flailing around again and was trying to fight off the Shadow Bind that she’d just applied.

Nisha about had enough of this bs rock storm the golem created every time they tried to get a few hits in, every time it would just shrug them off by turning into flying stones and shaving off the health of Han and Nsiha respectively. Sure, they had him down by quite some amount by now, but there was still ways to kill him that she had not tried yet and as she eyed the battle of han and the golem she took the moment of rest she had while walking back to the battle field to do some quick motions betraying her status as a new player as she fast and sure send a friend request to Hanelli. Had been quite a way since this happened, but Nisha was now quite sure that they did not only work good as a team, but would most likely become good friends over the course of the game, also she did not know if she would survive her next idea, it may backfire and become her death, but teh idea was interesting and it would be funny if it worked. Wherever it may lead them. Looking down at her skill bar, she had customized most of the bars and such to fit in the lower and right portion of her screen, so that she had maximum immersion and they stayed out of sight until Nisha actively looked, she saw that her lightning armor skill was done, izunagiri had two seconds left and Tsurugibunshin was nearly done as well, time to get back in the fray with her usual shenanigans. Due to teh golden finger being a chain 3 skill, she had a free iaido and made herself known as she walked up to the right leg of the golem, Han was flurrying around all over the golem still and Nisha had time to set some strikes before he would become aware of Nisha. Using her free iaido strike, she hit the middle of the right leg, shards flying through the air and her slash had left a little dent, another strike followed right after her activation of lightning armor, powered by iaido as well. "Now for the interesting part, let´s see how smart this thing is."Seeing that Han finished her interaction of the golem, Nisha had evaded a flail coming at her head, thus she knew that he was now focused on Nisha instead and Han was doing something else, apparently her shadow bind again, since he did not move from where he stood, which did not stop him from flailing though. Nisha ducked under another fist and got back to the position below the golem, wondering if she could crack him in half like an egg if she did this even more often. There was a nice crack just there where she had fired and slashed away at him, but it was not even enough to be considered deep, shooting another magical bolt in there casually, she also used her overhead swing to slash her sword in it and let go of the wave of wind that slashed over the whole body of the golem and left a little scar on his back and front side. Nisha jumped out of her formerly secure place, as he had finally thought up some way to counter her standing there by apparently sitting down on top of her. Rude and very effective if it had worked, but just like any of the movements, the golem had become more and more slow aside from teh rock tornado, or maybe it was just that Nisha became used to golems slowly? Actually she could not stand their sight anymore and just thinking about another quest with these got her to shiver. But well, Nisha would just do some other quests around here, there had to be other things aside from golems around she could hit and kill for experience and money. It was laughable that this was the only creature around they could take care of. "Going by how it acted before, about now would be right?" Nisha mumbled to herself and set her plan in motion that could potentially kill her if it did not work. Activating her shadow double blade, just as the golem got to retribute Nisha´s attacks with yet another rock storm, Nisha tried something out, since the blade of her sword was duplicated at any move she did and left afterimages, she should be able to do this. Running in a cricle, she whacked at stones and created a fence around the golem, damaging and repelling some of the stones flying around by them flying in the afterimages of her blade. It was an interesting sight indeed. And the stones she could not hit, she mostly evaded with her lightning armor, even though it was quickly stripped off her and only the movement speed stayed. It worked perfectly, Nisha had contained the storm inside of the cage she had created and even the golem saw that he hurt himself countless times with every afterimage he hit while flying around, his health rapidly decreasing as he did, he went down in the red and if there was a deep red color, he would be there. "Well, that worked better than I expected." Nisha said as she looked at her health bar, with her shield and all, she had only lost ten more percent from debris, even though she had stood so close to the golem. It was a small miracle. Chuckling she looked at the golem and screamed: "That´s what you get dumbass, stay like this." Turning toward Han, she bowed slightly with a smirk and said: "All yours, finish him with style, or not, not dure if he deserves stylish deaths." Nisha sheathed her sword and waited for Han to take the honors while hopping back from the fist that came at her, trying to turn the golem, so that Han faced his backside, making it easier hopefully for her to take care of him. MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS | Since Han was busy holding down the Bowling Ball, she had to keep as much concentration on the ‘task at hand’ while Nisha was whittling away at the Golem’s health, she saw that there were several more similar-looking attacks; but a few were really utilized in such a unique way. She was so concentrated on keeping the Bowling Ball pinned down she almost didn’t see the Friend request that Nisha had sent her way; it was by only looking at the lower left-hand side of her screen she saw that there was a flashing icon signifying that there was an incoming Friend request her way! Heh, give me time to acknowledge that later, I’m still holding the Bowling Ball down… she thought with a grin as several more attacks came flying towards the Ball’s way; and its Health bar took a beating. Now that it was in the flashing red, she then decided that it was time to release the Bowling Ball from its ‘bound’ state, so quick as a flash of lightning, the weapon she’d used to pin it down was now in her hands; and then Bowling Ball realized it could move.
She then watched as it tried to make up its mind; was it going to become a rock tornado again, or would it settle for another stomping attack instead? Since the Bowling Ball was pretty much down to its last ‘breaths’ (so to speak) it then decided to try and stomp down again, in a bid to knock them both to the ground! She saw it coming before Ball here raised its foot in order to bring it down with a powerful-sounding crash; as she’d already activated Accel Dance in order to gain a momentary burst of speed; before propelling herself into the air and delivering a horizontal variation of the Deadly Dance attack; chipping off a bit of what remained on its Health bar! Seeing that its foot was now going down and was about to initiate the stomping attack, Han used that as a spring board and then propelled herself up into the air and used Deadly Dance another time, delivering it the ‘classic way’, with the downward slash. A bit more of its Health shaved off; and seeing that it was at more or less one percent remaining, she then backed away and landed on the ground, not too long after the shock wave reverberated through the ground.
“Okay, ugly, much as I want to kill you in style, you’re not going to die that way. Instead, take this!” she shouted, activating Quick Draw and using the accumulated speed in order to deliver one final slash in the Bowling Ball’s direction. She then watched as the last chip of Health fell away from its bar; and as she backed away, it gave a low rumble. It was barely perceptible, at first; until it became a roar that was loud enough to wake the dead! It then tried to bring its fists together; but ended up exploding into bits of data instead; before fading away into nothingness. She then slumped down on a nearby rock; seeing as there was a notification going across her screen that read ‘Quest Complete!’ and breathed a sigh of relief! Now she could deal with the other flashing notification; and in a few moments she had added Nisha to her ever-so-growing Friend list; and then flopped over on the rock, trying to catch her breath! “Heh, glad to see that Bowling Ball deserved a nice, ugly death…” she said, grinning and apparently shooting off a two-fingered salute, before attempting to drag herself back into a sitting position and flail her legs to get rid of the accumulated adrenaline.
“Let’s go back and report this as ‘Complete’ then?” she asked a few moments later, now eating a green apple she’d found in her own Inventory; and tossed another one Nisha’s way, if in case she wanted to eat it.

And so the monster went down, the first one of many Nisha would take down with a group, but definitely the biggest one with this character and she had even proactively made it happen. At first it had looked quite difficult, but now that they were done, Nisha knew that it had been easy with someone else around who knew how to do what needed to be done. Maybe group activities were really what Nisha needed, more interaction with people, no matter the level maybe even. Lower levels to keep a clear head and see if she could not raise some interesting people, meet people and even maybe learn something from them, just like she had learned from Han to keep a flow in her attacks just now, due to the apocalypse, there was much more freedom in ones actions and skills, this she could learn from higher leveled players. She could also learn how to craft and research things, it had been on her mind quite a while to try out the new ways to the crafting system. She was sure there would be more ways, now that not the computer lead your hand at every step anymore, new crafts and recipes should be able to created free of style or restrictions, it made her eyes glint for a second, just thinking of the possibilities, ranging from magical archmage things up to tanks and skyscraper. Nisha did not know if they would age in the game, but it was unlikely that they would grow up in the game or even age, after all there had been no such thing before... Again she had thought in the limits of the old system and she scolded herself for it, sure they could and would most likely age at some point now, but with magic even that could be reversed most likely, rejuvenating spells, potions, contracts with demons, all of these and more would be able to be done, people could become evil archdemons or heroes, but it would not matter because both sides would revive every time inside of cathedrals so battles would be endless and without an end it would mean the only permanence that would show would be in the landers and the country. Scars everywhere, burnt pieces of land on which nothing grew anymore, all landers dying and perishing while the palyers raged on and did their battles until a war of attrition took care of it and they would all revert into fighting with their fists, the only commodity that was endless was magic and the first few who would understand that woudl most likely decide where the race was going to and how it would start, controlling how it would be done and why, over which ressources it would start, maybe create new worlds to live in, inception at it´s finest, because if people were able to summon animals and make people vanish for seconds at a time, there should also be the potential to create new worlds, realities waiting to be harvested and taken care off. A smirk appeared on her face thinking these things, one not of evil or good, but of understanding and mischief, knowing that as long as she could understand this, she could do whatever she wanted and would not be held down by whatever, hell, the only reason it could end was that those who wished to go home would leave at some points and Nisha would not be waiting to be the last if it did. She would have as much fun as she could challenging herself and monsters, finding out how far she could go and do as many interesting things she could walking along a path which was free from either evil or good and still able to branch off into each, just to be able to take a snakes turn and change to the other side at the drop of the fun coin. Thinking about that made her look up at where Han was standing as well as her level, she had reached some more levels while fighting and was now over level twenty. Thinking about it, she looked to her teammate and wondered if she had gotten a level or two too? Nisha did not know which level she had had before, but Han definitely was one of the best players she had met in the game so far. Her attacks were flowing and taking care of the enemy rapidly as well as watching out for whoever was around her, her shadow bind had come always at the right time giving Nisha time to get some damage in. The potential of that skill was quite high and if it could hold down such enemies as this golem, maybe there was not even a highest point it could hold back, maybe it would even be able to bind real field bosses and not just very strong variations of the monster usually around. Oh and naturally players too, but what else was to expect from teh assassin class in which name killing was already told off, even though the name had a very different origin and meaning in the real world. But in gaming these kinds of things always took another turn. And now that the enemy was dead, Nisha was sure that she had chosen the right class as well and that if she went on like this would have more fun than she could even imagine until now with being a samurai if she got more skills and let them flow into each other just like Han did with her skills, maybe she should think of real chains and maybe even create them so that she could continuously attack without the need to stop and wait for a skills cooldown, meaning she needed more chain x and first chains, because a chain was not always only as weak as it´s weakest member, but also if there was nowhere to start, there would be no chain. Seeing the golem fall and be destroyed like this with her very own help gave her euphoric feelings about the next boss kind of monster she would encounter and if it would be even more fun than this one, she just knew it and since she would have more skills by then it would mean more variations and stornger monsters. Since she did not see the sarum special missions ending some time soon, she was quite sure her next boos type battle would be another rocky encounter, literally. Not that Nisha had anything against rock monsters or golems in this case, but slowly and surely Nisha did not know if she even wanted to see another golem in her whole life. They just got bigger or smaller depending on what name they had with slightly different attacks, even though most of them shoudl be actually called earth elementals since golems would not be able to break themselves apart like this one, they had to stay connected to the magic word on their tongue, but Nisha had neither seen nor felt a mouth opening on a so called golem before in which thsi magic slip could be. Sighing, she walked back over to where Hanelli was standing and smiled as she said that the quest was finished and the jingle had already rung for it to be over. Nisha had heard two sounds in the last few seconds, one that her friend request had been accepted and the other that the quest had been finished, another sign that there was still a computer level to this, because in what world would a jingle play in your ear from finishing tasks? She was quite happy about both and told Hanelli, that she had been extraordinarily good as a teammate and that Nisha wished that she could go on another quest with her soon as well as calling her if she ever needed help and hoped she could do the same as well as that Nisha hoped that Hanelli had gotten some experience from the monsters too. It had been a good experience to see her battle and see how she had gone and taken care of the monster with all her different skills, as a healer Nisha, or rather Myriel had usually just spammed healing and buffs, but as a warrior she could not do that, even less as a samurai where she needed to chain the hits together to create perfect chains and finishers. Taking the apple from Hanelli with a thankful nod, feeling how hungry she had gotten due to the fight and the time spend fighting which had to have been at least half an hour or longer, at least it felt like it, she bit into the greenness and felt the apple taste on her tongue. It was quite nice and wet her appetite for food even more, refreshing her whole body and making her feel... No, maybe she should just take it easy for a day or two and get some other stuff done, maybe buy herself some nice food for a change and not eat what could be produced by any adventurer tasting like nothing in particular. But suddenly she felt a pain inside of her tail, she knew all too well. It had happened the first time around as well. It had been quite a spectacle actually, it was a pain she had not experienced before and it was one of those that made you scream in shock because you did not know what was going on and not because it was especially painful, screaming she had fallen down in front of her vanquished enemy one day, grinding alone as she reached a new level, writhing and breathing heavily as she felt like she could not get any air anymore, but it had just been from the first scream that had clogged her lung and she coughed heavily as soon as the pain had gone away. She had gotten used to having one tail just the other day, had even been able to control it to some amount and been pretty proud about herself. Sheesh, she had actually gone and feasted that day, but suddenly there had been two of these. And Nisha felt that she could control the second one just as well as her first one right off the bat. Maybe she should really try and get even more control over her body like this, she had thought that time and now, gasping once while biting into the apple, she felt the third tail form. She had hidden her second tail before, but she let it appear as soon as the third had materialized. There was a single tear in her eye, from happiness as well as shock, but she had been kind of prepared since the first time and so she actually just smiled broader and stroked over her new tail with her free hand, while biting into the apple and wiping the tear out of her eye. It would not do to show this one to Hanelli or anyone around. But she really had to wonder, she could not only let her tails vanish, but even her ears at will in this new body, making her look just like a human, maybe there was actually more to this than she had thought the first time it had happened. She had talked with some people lately and had browsed through the handbook in one of her moments, where immersiveness was not one of her priorities. Apparently fox tails were designed or at least done in the image of a japanese myth of fox demons with up to nine tails. Just imagining the fluff nine tails would have if two were already quite a polster was heavenly and made her feel even more enthusiastic about reaching a higher level. But she should definitely take some time off for a while and calm down, doing things too fast would lessen the fun she could have while taking it slow and easy considerably. Words: 2007 Mood: Finite?
