Nisha had just woken up as she heard rumoring below her tree, seems like she was in for another rude awakening, until she noticed the point the sun was standing at and knew that it was high time to wake up, seeing as it was past lunch time as it seemed. Looking down, she wondered if it was another woodpecker who wanted to take down her tree? But no, it was actually just a group of people talking in hushed voices about not having enough supplies to go on and what not. Looking up, she saw the blue sky, another beautiful day here. Some serious business stuff that Nisha did not really care for anyway, since they were clothed quite plainly like landers, she also came to the genius observation that they were most likely lander. Nisha wondered if she should get involved, what they were talking about sounded like a heavy stuff to become involved in and not like something funny. Rolling on the branch she had slept on, she browsed through her stats and wondered if it would be fun to up her crafting level. After all, with a higher crafting level she could do more and sometimes for fun you needed to break your own rules a bit, or at least bend them until they fit. Seeing no more problem after doing so, she tilted her head and wondered what kind of an entrance to make.
Deciding on spontaneous, she yawned, climbed down and jumped right into the midst of the landers. requesting to know what was going on. But just a few minutes later, she was one quest more rich and was on her way to a tent close to the tree she always slept by and also close to the bulletin board. Black smoke was billowing in the wind, wares lay outside and waited to be crafted into supplies to support the people running around, maps, armor, clothing, etc, whatever could be used to make it even a little bit easier for everyone. Knowing only how to craft with paper and ink, she knew that she would mostly create maps and such, maybe repair some stuff along the way, but mass producing maps. Also a huge amount of repairs that needed to be done, items with durabilities so close to broken they were more or less already broken anyway, scrap that people let go of when it came to the end of it´s cycle and by the amount of it, it seemed like really all of it landed here to make another entrance for people who were roped in to these kinds of quests. It was pitiful to look at and Nisha knew she would not be able to even take some of it and help out. The more the merrier she thought and threw up a party request for everyone to see. 'Quest: Up the support, landers need YOU!' Nisha wondered if anyone would come to help, but then again it was the perfect opportunity to get some crafting levels, so it should not be that difficult to find people.

Striding off with slight annoyance on her face, with cheeks puffed out to an extent and her face slightly reddish a lone newbie has found herself walking down a well lit path down to who knows where. Her ears would stand straight as passersby would watch from afar or beside, having to tilt their head lower then needed just to get a good look at her face as her arms were crossed her chest and her tail swung fiercely. "...That guy.." ~ A few minutes before ~ "Ho ho ho! Lookie what I got here~" A player standing straight wielding a large two handed weapon in one hand while the blade rested on his shoulder, slender in form and yet the tip and hilt were pretty unique, much different from the basic weapon you'd start with. With his chest puffed out and his face shined brightly with excitement he'd decided to show off his blade to those who'd pass by. One of which was a young wolf hair that went by the name of Mari, a new found member of the game Elder Tale and was on the verge of becoming knowledgeable with the games aspects. Her face grew with glee at the sight of the unique size and shape. Though her knew found likeness toward weapon/armor smithing didn't help her personal situation, still standing a actual distance from the man himself rather then beside him to get a better view of the blade. "Oi, where's your weapon!?" He'd ask with a sureness in his face as he lifted a brow, that whatever she'd pull out wouldn't be as amazing as his new blade. Jumping frantically Mari would fig git about before actually complying to the mans demands and retrieved her weapon. Having started anew, she only had the first weapon she was able to pick from the character creation section of the game before a light shimmered about between her hands. With the slight of hand, she'd spin the light before him before it lengthened and materialized into the actual weapon. With that a large foam noodle stick, that one would use at the pool or the beach appeared when the light faded. Silence consumed the area before the man would throwing himself onto his back and releasing large amounts of laughter, he'd drop his weapon to hold his stomach from the pain. Mari's ear's and her foam noodle would slump downward in sadness before putting her weapon away and rushing off, leaving the man to roll around and laugh alone. ~ Present ~ With a new found reason to start her blacksmithing career sooner rather then later she can provide herself with the most enhanced and strongest gear that other players might not have until later on in the future. But to where to start was the actual problem and just starting out didn't give her the actual materials to actually start working. She'd continue to walk in a more relaxed stance with a hand on her chin, deep in thought. With the possibility of a starter quest that will help any player get started on their crafting abilities. Maybe there is a quest board in the area near by that she could look upon and find something to the relative situation. With a posting board nearby she looked about for anything crafting related. With a unique name caught her eye 'Quest: Up the support, landers need YOU!', it refereed to someone who was looking for some other players to help with crafting. Maybe if she'd joined, she'd be able to see how crafting is actually done and she'd be able get more information from other people too. Hesitantly she'd agree to the party invitation. | Skills: Tags: | : Word Count : 0601 OOC Notes: Quick Slot: Windsor Antiqua Throwing Knives | What was Ryuu doing again? He turned around to see what he was about to deal with as he looked at his Guild House from the outside. He looked down at his generic guild member who had a face of horror stuck on his face. Ryuu placed his hand on his forehead and tried to think of something to fix the drapes he had just put up not too long ago. He had bought them with their guild budget, and that didn’t come cheap either. Having other crafters make things was a lesser load on his part, but cost exceedingly more than what it would’ve taken him to make himself. He looked up after lifting his hand from his forehead and looked at the guild member straight in the eye. “You’re paying for it… the whole thing. No excuses,” he said to him. The guild member nodded hesitantly. It wasn’t cheap, as the guild leader had said before. “What was that pause? I want a surefire answer, or I’ll make you wish that you had never broken this thing… yes… that’s right… latrine duty… for a year!” “Yes Kumori-sempai! I promise to pay for it!” Ryuu nodded in satisfaction and smiled. “Good. Place it on my desk before I get home… which should be in about two hours… 3000 gold pieces… good luck,” he said to him. He didn’t care how he got his money, but he better get his money, or he’d be having to clean the toilets and restrooms for the rest of the week, and no one liked cleaning up restrooms. I know I don’t.
Ryuu turned towards the market. He needed to get his mind off of the problem that had just happened, and doing a mission would do it. It didn’t have to be combat. Actually, at the current moment, he preferred to do something relaxing, and it seemed that crafting through tailoring had developed some type of relaxation in him whenever he did so. It was the joy of being able work hard and be good at your craft and trade. He was a tailor, and probably the most popular of the adventurers, but he never flaunted it. He disguised his work with an F, or at least he tried to with as much subtlety as possible. He couldn’t control crowds from telling others who the F denoted, but for the most part, people didn’t know who or what the F stood for. It also stopped people thinking that Kumori was the creator, because of his name. In reality though, all he wanted was to relax and maybe help some people.
Finally, a party request was put up in order to find other members that were willing to help out the Landers. All it said was supporting the Landers. It was a bit vague, but he shrugged. It seemed it was a crafting party request anyways. He noticed that the other two people that were in the party were low in level Ryuu did not question why they were so, as he attempted to be very polite about it. He went over to them to introduce himself, but not before syncing all of his levels to level 1. “Hello everyone. If you haven’t already checked, my name is Kumori… it’s nice to meet the both of you… Nisha and Mari.” he said. He hoped the warm welcome would put them at more ease as they continued throughout the day to help landers, probably doing odd-jobs, repairs, and other tasks they could probably do themselves.
“So… any idea of what we’ll be doing today?” he asked.

Nisha stood there humming as she waited, one of her favorite songs, it was something about fire and burning down houses, but all that had really stuck with her was the melody that she now hummed and thought about what to do first once she had gathered enough people to help the good cause. Actually, it was weird to think that way, the good cause, good for who? The digital pixels around forming what they saw? The quest for whatever you wanted, money fame, glory, you named it? The monsters and animals which had lived in harmony before the landers and questers had come in and started to destroy everything in their path to reach some city or something, killing or using them as ingredients for things, even her tree she was getting used to sleep in had a huge crack from an axe in it, that if she had not stopped it would have gone on to be quite deeper and potentially felling the tree? Humming the funny little tune as she imagined the path from here back to london plastered with golem tiles and some marking stones that said something along the lines that before it had been a nice meadow, but now it was a dusty ground with some houses standing scattered around that no one really needed, but the lander wanted to give some quests since they did not know what to do with the adventurers after they had finished doing stuff.
So they had just made them build houses and some quaint little gardens and cultivate animals that should not even be here. Smirking a little at that and wondering if she had been the person to burn the grass down till it was gray earth, she saw that someone had accepted the quest. It was one of those rare times, Nisha had actually opened her menu to look at stuff, she liked to immerse herself in the world too much and thus often did not notice stuff going on in the menus since it always made her feel that she was not really in teh game, but just sitting in front of her gaming console of choice back home. Which was why she often missed names of people in her group, the goal of quests, her own level, skill cooldowns and all the like. But this time, she did see and also saw the name, it was a normal one. Mari, sounded cute and cuddly and turned out to be just like that, as she approached from over the bulletin board. Which made her wonder when she would meet the first XxdragonbornxX or some other stuff like that, names created out of anything but letters people would use for names for their children. Names so variably painful on many levels, that it made Nisha cringe a little on the inside just thinking about talking to ironscope247cod. And there went another one, one more of those with a foreign sounding name. Well, she could not really say that it was weird, since her own name was just another languages word for 'Night'. Sanskrit to be more specific, but it had sounded interesting and stuck with her through all of her games. Seeing both of them draw close through the semi transparent menus, she clicked on all the x´s to get out of there and greet them.
"Nice to meet you too, Mari, Kumori." Nisha smiled at the two of them, wondering how to get this on the road. "Well, actually I did not really listen as they explained what to do, but basically it is just like any other crafting mission? Do stuff with what is here and get that meter to fill up, I guess?" Nisha pointed to where default the quest bar was, it was on 0% yet, what a surprise. "Do you guys know how this all works? I think it is just like in any game, but I haven´t crafted since after the apocalypse happened. Anything changed?" She tilted her head and opened up the tarp leading into the tent, to get a look at what was inside, being quite curious if they would really be appropriately be working in here or would have to do some cleaning and stuff first, but no. It was fully equipped with whatever a crafter would want, from a fully equipped forge with tools hanging around to a desk for writing and ink and such nearby in huge masses over to a tanning rack and leathering table with as many knives for carving as you needed and needles and thread in every color and size, everything was there. Even a table in the middle of the room with quite some wooden cups and a few barrels of not yet clarified stuff. "Well, I will be..." Nisha said as she wandered in kind of with an open mouth and her tail wagging as hard as it could without her starting to fly like that fox dude from the sonic games.

Walking hesitantly looking downward into her hands thinking of the possibilities that would happen in this situation, seeing as this will be her actual interaction to a party with multiple characters. Though of course this isn't the first time she has been with people in general just that the chance of having a bully in such close quarters scares her and would put her in a even worse situation, where she'd be beaten down to a pulp and silenced for the rest of the quest where she'd learn nothing. Her mind wondered off before the bubble popped and she noticed she was walking subconsciously, shaking her head violently causing her hair to flail around. She wasn't going to let that happen again to her especially in a place where she has a chance to turn herself around and become stronger. As she got closer to the board itself she can already see someone waiting beside it, she assumed that it was the one that had put up the notice.
"Nice to meet you two, Mari, Kumori."
She spoke toward Mari direct, which made her confused since she was only one person. Turning around she'd suddenly notice the other person that was waiting behind her, causing her to jump to the side with her ears pointed straight up.
“Hello everyone. If you haven’t already checked, my name is Kumori… it’s nice to meet the both of you… Nisha and Mari.”
He'd speak toward them both in a friendly manner which actually made Mari feel a bit upset with herself, drooping her ears down as she was being sort of rude toward them both being hesitant and silent for the entire time. She'd look upward toward them both frantically before nodding.
"Nice to meet you both..."
She'd speak in a soft toned voice toward them both. Kumori would ask what they were going to be up to but even Mari didn't know what they were going to do in this situation, seeing as this is the first time actually doing anything crafting related but Nisha thought that it was like any other crafting quest. Mari would wonder if she meant in any other MMO, since she herself hasn't really played a different game, but crafting was a pretty simple aspect to understand and what its used for but in a game such as this it might mean to literally craft with their hands rather then click a button and automatically do it. But then again not even Nisha understood how the crafting application to the game worked so she felt a little relieved to hear that she wasn't alone in this situation.
Mari watched as Nisha opened some tarp, unleashing itself into a tent itself. Mari would watch with widened eyes that shimmered under the suns light, at the sight of it with her tail waging about in anticipation of what they were going to be up to. She quickly followed behind Nisha close enough that they wouldn't bump into each other. Looking into the internal portions of the tent that were much larger then the outside itself, full equipped with an assortment of different types of crafting equipment for the known crafting classes. Scurrying inside beside the smithy would be an assortment of hammers and chisels, she'd continuously flip the furnaces switch from on and off. There were already crafted bladed edges on the workbench that she caressed.
"So how do we do this!?"
She spoke in an uplifting tone, excited and impatient as her tail wag fast enough that it was hard to see and her cheeks pinkish.
(Sorry but I don't know if the tent was already there or if it was instantly created by the tart item. If it's a problem let me know and I'll edit.)

| Skills: Tags: | : Word Count : 0342 OOC Notes: Quick Slot: Windsor Antiqua Throwing Knives | Ryuu looked up at the two level 1 crafters who were unsure how to craft. It seemed they had yet to craft in the game since the Apocalypse. Ryuu then looked at the tools nearby in the tent. There was a tanning rack and several looms for a tailor to use. He wondered how he should play this. Should he continue to make it look like he was a noobie? Opened up his recipe log to see what he was able to make and then looked at the items that were present. “From what I’ve seen, I believe you’re supposed to make it yourself. I think you should try opening up your recipe book for your crafting class and then follow the instructions to craft it by hand. Try it, I think you two will be able to do it,” he said with a smile. He looked over the list of things that needed to be made. He scratched his head and nodded as he took his crafting tools out. They weren’t complicated crafts. All he had to do was make a few basic equipment that would allow for lower-level players to venture out with better equipment. All he could do, however, was make level 10 equipment at max.
The request were many, but with his experience in crafting, he’d be able to finish it quite quickly. Although he was synced to level 1, he still was able to craft the basic equipment necessary. They would be better than the starter gears that most people started with, so it’d help them a bit. He looked over at the other two crafters and checked on their progress. “Don’t try to overthink it. Try to do it as if you had to make or create whatever it is you were doing in real life. That’s how cooking is done as well, so all crafts are similar. Try it out! The worst you can do is that it’ll look nothing like what you wanted, but with practice, you’ll get better,” he said with a wink.

Listening to Kumori after they all entered the tent filled with stuff, she wondered if he even knew how to do this himself, maybe he was just as much as a beginner as them. But then again, maybe it was just Nisha´s lazyness that was shining through and wanted to get some loving too. Because after all she had expected some more help and maybe even instructions, but as soon as he was another subclass than her the process would most likely change quite heavily and any help he could offer would lead nowhere for her. But at least he had gotten the two of them on the right track, breaking her immersion into the world once more, she browsed through the recipes for all the various stuff they could do, ranging from maps to and so on. Sheesh, quite the collection they had in here, even though Nisha was not too sure she could use or need much of it, maybe it was time to just try it out, seeing as it would be wasteful to try and create something new. "I guess since we are new it would be okay if we try our hand at the broken stuff, even if it is destroyed I don´t think it will disturb too many people. Yeah, let´s see here..." Nisha said and grabbed a piece of map and another one that looked like they were from the same map, it was nearly illegible coffee stains and what seemed old age were signs of the durability having run out and so Nisha decided to fix it. Looking at the recipe needed to create it, she wondered if she should just work those in there and be done with it. Before the apocalypse she had just sat down pressed a button and looked as her hands had worked, but seeing how that would be stupid and kind of destroying the atmosphere this world had built up, she took a parchment from teh stack on the writing desk and put it below the map as well as some ink and began drawing on it, wondering if this would really work, but the process came to her as if sleep walking in the end, as if her hands kneew what tehy were supposed to do and she had only the minimal impact if she wanted to. In the end, she had failed what she had set out to do and instead of repairing the map, she had accidentally created a new one drawn from the bits and pieces and magically filled in the blanks that had been missing in the places torn. It was definitely not a master piece, the ink looked kind of blotchy at places, but it had changed id at some points and was now a map. "Well, seems liek I accidentally created a new one, did you guys find out how to repair your stuff? I thought just adding things needed for it would do, but I got a new one out of it... or at least something resembling something new." Nisha did not want to wave it too much, so she held it in two hands and carried it over to the table, where she filled a cup with beer from one of the barrels and asked: "One of you want some too? There seems to be lemonade in the other one here." Tapping the other barrel with the lemonade in it as well as engraved on the side, she took a sip and a shiver ran down her spine, it was the good stuff that was in there and Nisha felt like trying out the other barrels too, which had other words and stuff in it most likely, a smile played on her lips as she read through the other stuff.
