Basically just a fun poll you can do for us to see what ideas are popular.
If you can describe your reasoning, it would be a good help to see if anything needs to be changed or added.

Top 5 Favorite Tier I Skills: 1. Tongue of Nature: Who would not want to know what dogs say when they woof at you, what incredible insults they throw at you, if crows really mean aho or not? 2. Any Equipment mastery: I love it when these things are opened up to anyone, so they can wield any weapon they want and have less restriction. 3. Ace Move - Seinarushinken: 'SHINING GOLDEN FINGER!' 4. Ante Up: More weapons at once is always good and makes a player really versatile if he uses many different kinds of weapons. 5. Ace Move - Samurai's Challenge: I laughed so hard as Caer used this skill and I imagined her doing all kinds of various insults at the golems.
Top 5 Favorite Tier II Skills: 1. Ace Move - Yabouzan: A vanish skill with a severe punishment for everyone caught in it´s trail? Sold! 2. Summon Follower - Unicorn: Eff yeah, unicorns! 3. Spirited Away: Removed from field, also I love skills that have to do with other dimensions. 4. Ace Move - Murakumonotachi: So far I think this is by far the best skill for a tanky samurai and very nice to have even if soloing. 5. Ace Move - Ikusanehan: Though I don´t like the long cooldown on this one, about the only buff a samurai would need aside from denkousekka´s movement speed, but seriously, maybe tone down some of the cooldowns? Some of them are really awfully long for having few skills to choose from, since it´s only one skill every three level.
Top 5 Favorite Subclass Skills: 1. Mana crystalization: Wonderful skill and very useful, if I had gone for a sorcerer class or support, definitely would have picked alchemist 2. Holy Banishment: Who would not want to shoot lasers out of their hands? 3. Prediction: Seeing the future, nuff said 4. Iron Stomach: Funny skill and very useful for chefs just starting out 5. All-Terrain: Legolas some orcs and stuff, add shield surfing and it would be number one!
Top 3 Favorite Classes: 1. Samurai: I as a player really like chaining attacks together and creating devastating effects due to it, and this class has that 2. Summoner: Summoning unicorns? 10/10 would buy 3. Shaman: Another class that can chain shields and defenses together and is a bit more than just a healer class
Top 3 Favorite Subclasses: 1. Exorcist: Since one of my favorite movies ever is constantine and since I really like games with exorcist elements like destroying ghosts and such this class is my definitive first pick 2. Scribe: All around the class you would want to take if your character is supposed to do more than just hit people with objects and gives everyone some versatility 3. Chef: Yummy food
Top 3 Favorite Monsters: 1. Black Lagoon: Oh god, not the grass 2. Iron-Tusked Gerald: Nice idea to give the young ones a little chance too 3. Any Slime: I love their passive ability P.S.: Too many golems, why not call some of them earth elementals like the good old days?
Top 3 Favorite Subforums: 1. London: I really like that the setting is london instead of the usual japanese setting, makes it much easier to do stuff, since I have never been to japan and I think everyones view of japan is askew from animes and such. 2-x: Have not rped in that many subboards, or better none as of yet, but I guess all of them would be quite nice, even though I am missing some kind of small image maybe to show people what they have to expect.

I should do this myself. No specific order since I'm mostly going off the lists from top to bottom.
Top 5 Favorite Tier I Skills: 1. Tongue of Nature - Adventurer Skill: Those of you who were here for the SAO RP we used to be on may remember the Familiar Communication skill, which was one of the skills with the greatest potential but a severely limited restriction of Beast Tamer as a mandatory co-skill. I always wanted to use it but couldn't. Regardless, like what we've seen with threads such as the Mayahuel boss raid here, I think this skill could be a fun thing to RP out. 2. Ante Up - Swashbuckler Skill: It's no surprise that it's one of the fan favorites in the Swashbuckler skill list, but this skill opens up a lot of flexibility in your fighting style. It's good for pretty much any playstyle due to its versatility. 3. Glacial Freeze - Druid Skill: Start up a portable ice skating rink or use it to trip monsters everywhere. It has a lot of fun uses and can be a pretty strategic skill as well. 4. Psychic Conductor - Sorcerer Skill: My character specializes in this skill and you can't really go wrong with telekinesis. 5. Inversion - Enchanter Skill: Look! You're charging that Seinarushinken at me! Now you're using it on your party member! Have fun ~
Top 5 Favorite Tier II Skills: 1. Doppelganger - Assassin Skill: I've RPed enough Naruto before to know the practical uses for this. 2. Geyser Chorus - Bard Skill: Truth be told, it's a little situational and there aren't too many Bards, much less a Tier II Bard. Either way, I feel as though someone specializing in this skill, in the right situations, would make for a really tough opponent. 3. Magatama Manifestation - Shaman Skill: A move pretty blatantly taken from Akame ga Kiru. It's unlikely anyone's going to want to use this skill all the way due to its drawback, but it would make for interesting RPing. Runner-up goes to Faustian Contract for its similar effect. 4. Classical Liner - Sorcerer Skill: A rather recently added skill, but it's basically three different skills in one. Makes for a good and reliable attack if you can time the cooldowns correctly. 5. Soul Swap - Enchanter Skill: You can pretty much RP a thread about using this skill alone. It makes for some interesting situations.
Top 5 Favorite Subclass Skills: 1. Picnic - Chef Skill: Actually a pretty useful skill if you think about Chef giving buffing effects. 2. Squire Training - Cavalier Skill: Cavalier doesn't seem as popular as I originally expected, but this skill is very effective at unlocking creative fighting styles. Use it to quickly accelerate, break barriers, and bash people with shields without even dismounting. 3. Checkpoint - Courier Skill: Elder Tale is still an MMO at heart, so MMO players would really appreciate having this skill if they were the ones stuck in the RP universe. The default quest log can't really compare. 4. Prophecy - Fortuneteller Skill: A fairly metagaming skill, excellent for restricting someone's strategy. It's also a reliable healing skill to use against monsters with a limited skill list. 5. Foresight - Scholar Skill: A good skill for learning your opponents' tricks and figuring how to counter them.
Top 3 Favorite Classes: 1. Sorcerer - Pretty much my character's class is the top choice. Sorcerer is a good option of a strong magic attacker or a supportive spellsword, depending on your build. 2. Enchanter - The class I debated having my character be if I didn't pick Sorcerer. Has plenty of status debuff techniques to carefully plan strategies to beat the enemy. 3. Swashbuckler - Flashy and fun, skills are named after gambling terms which means I have to go look up some gambling lingo every single time I make new skills for this class.
Top 3 Favorite Subclasses: 1. Cavalier - As stated before, Cavalier is very versatile and can change up one's fighting strategy in an instant. 2. Puppeteer - A slightly similar flavor to Cavalier in that your fighting strategy is more flexible. Now your opponents have two targets to worry about. 3. Exorcist - I think the coolness factor really makes this subclass stand out. Right now, there aren't too many Spirit monsters for Exorcist to be relevant, but it might get its time in the spotlight in later dungeons.
Top 3 Favorite Monsters: 1. Maledict Mayahuel, Savill Field Boss - Data Holder's GMing of this yandere/magical girl/senpai/carnivorous plant really nails it in terms of personality for monsters. 2. Enemic Buster, Windsor Elite - My little rabbit can't be this violent? 3. Chaos Emperor Dragon, Shadow Realm Ultimate Boss - If there's anything that can be called the game's final boss, this was it. Too bad no one actually battled it.
Top 3 Favorite Subforums: 1. Sarum Frontier - Lots of activity due to the recent plot events have made this otherwise unassuming valley a pretty fun place. 2. London - The main city of the RP and pretty much the location where any seasonal events are bound to happen. 3. Windsor Castle Dungeon - Just because Sarum's out doesn't mean this place is gone. It's a rather interesting place in terms of setting.

Top 5 Favorite Tier I Skills: 1. Ante Up - Imagine all the different combinations you could come up with at level 90. This skill can make a Swashbuckler anything, from a Support to a DPS to a tank. 2. Bank Shot - Changing the trajectory of the arrow is totally cheating 3. Bullet Punch - Pokemon! 4. Resilience - Battle Healing from SAO 5. Tongue of Nature - So you can tell someone that the horse hates him if he can't understand it
Top 5 Favorite Tier II Skills: 1. Double down - The more weapons you have... :D 2. Assassinate - OP damage 3. Memory Shot - Looks like Gate of Babylon if you time it right 4. Soul Swap - All the body swapping confusion one could have... 5. Magatama Manifestation - If only Esdese didn't kill Susanoo... D:
Top 5 Favorite Subclass Skills: 1. Picnic - Free food, not sure if it tastes like salty crackers though... 2. Squire Training - Props for using Fold Step while mounted, not sure how the cavalier's going to stay on the horse AFTER that, though... 3. Outrage - Again, Pokemon!
Top 3 Favorite Classes: 1. Swashbuckler - Versatile class 2. Assassin - Again, OP damage 3. Enchanter - Excellent supports
Top 3 Favorite Subclasses: 1. Pharmacist - All kinds of potions for every situation. 2. Apprentice - Jack of all trades, master of none. 3. Blacksmith - No Swashbuckler is complete without weapons.
Top 3 Favorite Monsters: 1.Maledict Mayahuel - It has Solar Beam. 2. Ancestral Ammut - Renekton, is that you? 3. Savage Sycamore - The trees are punishing us for what we have done to their brethren.
Top 3 Favorite Subforums: 1. London - Many important events happen here, but with the addition of new towns, this may not hold true for the future... 2. Windsor Greatwood - I wrote my first post here, I still remember the agonizing death of the first boar I killed 3. Northen Marshland of Thames - First attempt at a solo quest written here, it was bad but at least I tried
