An effect that reduces the cooldown time for a skill before you can use it again. Not all skills have specifically described cooldowns, but it can usually be gauged based on the skill description. Let's say you have a Level 10 accessory for reducing the Cooldown of Flame Revolver. Flame Revolver's cooldown will be reduced by 0.1 seconds per Item Level, or 1 second. The maximum cap that a single skill's cooldown can be reduced by is 50%.
This will be for my Accel Dance skill. All lvl 1 material used, so it'll most likely not be much. Still, appreciated that I finally got to Magitech! :)
Please respond if I posting or did anything wrong please. This is my first claim for crafting, and since I couldn't get some questions answered it may be a bit off. All the posts are there and I bought the right material. Thanks again! :D Also, please equip in one of my slots.
Magic Accessory
Materials Required: 3 Mana Fragments, 1 Old Diode, 2 Old Filament
Posts Required: 3
The Alchemist's answer to accessories, using basic magitech-producing abilities to create small trinkets that react with mana sources. Most accessories producible at early levels provide basic magic boosting effects, such as increased magic damage, increased magic resistance, or very minor changes in MP costs, cast time, skill duration, or cooldowns. Average damage/defense value is equal to Item Level / 4, MP costs are usually decreased by 1% per 2 Item Levels, and cast time, skill duration, cooldowns are typically 0.1 seconds per Item level. The Alchemist that crafts this item may rewrite its name and description.
Item Name: LV 1 Frozen Crescent, belt pendant
Effects: A beginner level trinket that reduces the cooldown timer of Accel Dance by one second. A mass of metal with a crescent moon symbol carved into the surface. Small copper wires encircle the crystal and provide a small loop at the top for a rope to attach it to ones belt. It glows a soft blue color while the center of it glows silver.
Used up three of my lvl 1 material and the mana fragments I bought. :)
