Revive Skill Questions

This is a question in regards to both the Revive skill available to Druids/Clerics and Gaean Rebirth (available to Druids).

Also possible spoilers so I guess I'm spoilering the questions.

1. Can it be used on Landers? I remember there being something that might suggest it can't but I don't really know.

2. The memory loss component associated with Adventurer death. Is it negated if an adventurer is revived by the revive skill as opposed to revival in the Cathedral?

A: if i remember right, it said that revive spells can be used on landers but they don't work in the sense there mind in the game/real life elder-thingy is already lost or "scattered" :/

A: yeah, they don't lose any memories if they get revived by a skill, because their mind doesn't have to travel to the cathedral.

{Oh hey I can do titles with spoilers? Awesome!} The Anime showed that using a Resurrection skill does not work on Landers. From what was shown in the Anime, the resurrection skills delays the moment his body disappears, and recovering his Mana causes his consciousness to come back. But ultimately, no matter what we do, he'll still die for good.

1. They are usable on Landers but there's a big difference. Resurrection skills are skills that recover dispersed anima (HP) energy from the atmosphere and returns it to the target's body. The major difference between a Lander and an Adventurer's body is that the Adventurer's body works like a magnet - when anima is returned to it, it stays and then the Adventurer comes back to life. Meanwhile if anima is returned to the body of a Lander, it will inevitably disperse again after about a minute. This was why the characters in the anime had to cycle their revival spells to delay Rudy's death long enough for Shiroe to arrive. Theoretically with enough healers cycling through their revival spells, it is possible to keep a Lander alive for a while. But it is very inefficient and merely delaying the inevitable. On that note, Shiroe's method for saving Rudy will probably be possible in this RP once a Scribe reaches his level.

2. When an Adventurer dies, their anima is scattered and recollected back at the cathedral. However, there is a small portion of anima that does not manage to reach its destination. This is why Adventurers canonically lose EXP and memories on death. Resurrection skills are a little more efficient in that they can return the anima to the body before it disperses too far away, lowering the EXP you lose on death. But I imagine that if you lose EXP, then you must probably still lose some of your memories. Albeit, a smaller portion of an already small amount.
