The town was bustling with the first ever wedding to be done in Londinium. The entire town was decorated, and everything was directing patrons, both People of the Land and adventurers alike to the Abbey. The bells were tolling, not for people to tell time, but in order to celebrate the union between two warriors. There were two things to know about these two. The first was that no one in their right mind would want to mess with them alone, no less together. Secondly, they’ve known each other for several years now, and have publically announced their true feelings for each other. The feelings were developed over years of studying together, playing games together, and hanging out together. It wasn’t until they were forced to live close to each other and rely on each other in Elder Tales that they realized how they truly felt for each other. Now, the town was decorated with several balloons, using silver and blue as their colors. The big day was finally here. The entire town was bustling to prepare for the wedding that was to happen this day. There were several festival-like activities for the townsmen to enjoy as the wedding was being prepared, and while the wedding was at the Abbey, Ryuu had decided to have a banquet for the participants. Obviously, the amount of people who could attend the banquet were fewer, and so it was on a first come first serve basis. While he was not fond of how he had to do it, it was a necessary evil. In any case, it was a time for celebration and not sulking about how some people weren’t going to be able to join in on their banquet. The assassin, who is also the groom, was waiting in his room. He had put on his tailored suit and blue tie and looked at himself in the mirror. He then put on his blue boutonniere He smiled and then looked at his side to see his ring-bearer there. It was the gianormous centipede that he abhorred. He shuttered every time he looked at him, but he couldn’t do much, as it was Kyuu’s pet. His wife really liked him, so he had to let him be part of the ceremony, much to his chagrin. Ryuu peaked outside to see how many people had made it. He was looking, more specifically, for his best man, Oxford. The sanctuary of the Abbey was sectioned off so that the reviving players would not interfere with the ceremony. Guards were placed there to ensure that they either left quickly or decided to join them in celebration. The sanctuary was decorated with their wedding colors, silver and blue. Streamers of silk, flowers of a mixture of blue and green. It was a beautiful sight to behold when you walked in. The entire church was decorated. In the center, their stood a single large candle and two smaller candles to symbolize their union they would have here today. While the groom had already seen his bride in her dress, he was forcefully made to forget it with a punch in the head. He had made the dress, but he had forgotten what it looked like on her. He was a bit anxious, but he was excited for what was about to happen. He looked around, hoping to catch a glimpse of his soon-to-be wife.

No way. There was absolutely no way that Caerbannog would step out of her room while wearing a dress! So what if Bakaryuu had already seen her in it? That was his fault for looking... who peeks into rooms when a girl is changing anyway?! He certainly deserved that punch to the head back then. And even if Bakaryuu did already see her wearing the fluffy blue dress, it did not make things any less scary or embarrassing. A wedding! In Elder Tale! The samurai paced around her room; some of the people of the land who’d always been at the Abbey had checked up on her already. The wedding was set for today! Today, of all days! Wait, what day was it? Caerbannog could not even remember... all she knew was that she had to walk through the Abbey in a dress, and that in itself was scary enough.
Who cares if it’s a dress, right? She’d already run around while wearing a super short sailor uniform anyway. Well, Caer cares! A dress was different from a uniform’s skirt, and it certainly was not a kimono either! The landers were hurrying up and down the hall. While the guild Aeryn was mostly able to keep their activities from interfering with lander work in the Abbey, today was a different day. Kumori and Caerbannog were in the Abbey not because they died or had some guild activities to attend to, but it was because a wedding day. Their wedding day...
The samurai, in her white and blue wedding dress which was tailored by none other than her own fiancé Kumori, poked her head out of her bedroom’s door. She looked down the hall; the coast seemed to be clear for the landers had gone off somewhere else. Now, if only they would stay away until she was able to race down the stairs, then everything would be fine.
“Hello?” Caerbannog said to an empty hall, which was hopefully completely empty, “Anyone there?”
With no immediate answer, the wolf-hair then hurriedly took up the ends of her dress and ran towards the stairs and down to where the ceremony was to be held. But of course, little Caerbannog was not used to wearing a billowy dress, or two-inch heels on a pretty blue pair of shoes; when she was halfway down the stairs, the samurai came tumbling down. It wasn’t anything extremely painful, much less fatal, but still it was quite the sight. As soon as she reached the end of the flight of stairs, Caerbannog sat up and looked at the people around her through her teary eyes. Help!

Word Count: 850
The dwarf stood as a silent sentinel at the alter of an empty cathedral, a silence punctuated by only stewards, nuns and priests and the first guests that came in. Tobin was visibly more pale, more quiet then his usual, bold as brass self. A nod and perhaps a smile would be offered to any of the guests that took note of him. Though in his mind he cursed.
-Remind me, how did I end up doing this job again? I know I work with spirits, but this is silly-
Of course, even turds could be polished in this church and for the dwarf extra special attention was paid to him. The beard had been neatly trimmed after he had bathed in holy water, so his facial hair was neat as well as smelling faintly of roses and vanilla. His attire had been largely leant for the event, a large, white sweeping robe that cascaded down from the shoulders to the knees that wrapped around his entire frame so that only around his chest, a purple under jacket could be seen. His head was adorned with a simple pair of rose pink tinted spectacles that were rimed with a gold trim, so that from a distance he appeared more regal as the glasses concealed his eyes, only those close to him could see his blue eyes flick around the audience like a cat on catnip. His saintly appearance was enhanced by being behind the alter as he seemed to swell in stature from the position, though really his artificial height was due to a stool that he snook back there. As much as platforms or stilts may have benefitted him it was doubtable that Caer would allow the dwarf to be taller than her on her big day.
The only personal object's he carried on his person was the brass knuckle duster that he loosely carried in his right hand and a bronze coin in the left, the latter of which the dwarf twirled between his fingers deftly to form a river of of the warmest light. Truth be told, Tobin was incredibly nervous. In real life there had been challenges that made him nervous, exams, that yearly final project on designer drugs (A subtitle hint, don't take them kids.) he had even gone skydiving once on a rare break from the monochrome grindstone. But those experiences compared poorly to actually running a wedding, never in his wildest dreams had he imagined that he would be in the unfortunate position of being a priest reading the holy vows! He wasn't even a Christian, never mind an inapproiate lover of children! Still he had been approached with the role by Kumori at some point and the dwarf had ended up accepting, though he had been surprised since that was the kind of thing he would expect Caer to do. The dwarf let his gaze settle on Kumori from up above as he pulled a metal flask from within his robes, took a deep draft and sighed. This was quite a bind to be put into.
-Still, I have to ponder the wisdom, I can get not bein' the best man. But making me the Officator? Did this guy even think of precisely what this means?- He paused, almost as if playing up to an imaginary audience inside his head, the 4th wall gasped. - Fun, that’s what this means.- The dwarf allowed himself a little laugh. He had to admit, it had been organised remarkably well. Even now, the atmosphere was quite incredible, infectous even.
The Dwarf was brought back into reality when the lass fell down the stairs, the dwarf repressed a chuckle as he stepped down around the alter with a steady broad step. As much as he was a joker he wouldn't allow herself to remain down for long. An arm extended out towards the lass as he prepared for his latest party trick. He focused the -magnet rise- on her head and drew his hand back, as if he were pulling her up.
"Lassie, Rise up!"
Hopefully she would rise to her feet with the invisible resistance, the dwarf as always seemed greatly amused with his little tricks. Though he would be a little less amused if she fell on her face. In any case Tobin strolled up to her with both arms concealed behind his back, the trade mark dwarf grin began to reassert itself as he winked from behind the glasses as he looked up (for a change) as he began to joke. Though he was a sceptical fellow at the best of times, even he had to admit she looked beautiful on this occasion, Kumori had done fine craftsmanship on her dress.
-And probably done more measurements then necessary.-
Dwarf. Please stop that.
"So, ya readeh fa ya big day lassie? I thought I told ya nut ta be drinkin' before ya came in 'ere."
Oh, and here’s some pretty pictures of the Abby. Do you know that the royal family got married here? Such significance. Here’s some pictures of the place, it be swaging.

Today was a big day for Aeryn and it meant its newest member was along for the ride. Being the newbie of the group, Reynard was assigned with the most splendid job during a wedding: Security. Mainly it was just making sure people who revived either got out or joined in the celebration. At least that was his job until someone decided to peek on the bride changing into her wedding gown. Really it was only a few more minutes of waiting left to do! Now, Reynard’s job was to guard the entrance leading to the groom’s area to prevent him from getting out before the bride was ready. 'Ready' meaning she was actually clothed this time.
Still the post gave him a good view of the place. People were coming in, or in the case of those that died, teleported in and took some seats. He could probably spot some people if he was just sightseeing; in fact he had just found out Tobin was part of the same guild and was officiating this event. Reynard had a job to do though so he would search for some friends later on.
The groom did come out of his room and searched the church, probably for his bride again. As long as he didn’t try to crossover Reynard’s threshold he wouldn’t bother Kumori. This was a once-in-a-life-time (usually) occasion he should take in anyway. After a few moments though, there was a small crash along the staircase as the bride took a tumble and landed at the bottom. Unfortunately, Reynard was beaten to the punch at helping her by the Tobin, who cheated by using a skill to raise her up. Seeing as the bride was being cared for already, it was up to Reynard to inform the groom of the happenings.
“Guild Master, Caer has come down." he may have omitted the part about falling if the groom didn't notice.
"The ceremony might start soon.”
This was probably the first time Reynard had addressed his Guild Master directly. It wasn’t surprising Reynard was still a bit paranoid about this guild, being recruited strangely and all. But he would put aside those worries for today as he respected the sanctity of this Sacrament. His religion might not exist exactly the same way in this world but he still had his habits to follow. Plus there was cake later; always a good thing.

Ame stood in front of the giant cathedral. It had been her first time here, probably wouldn't be her last, but she was grateful that she had decided to do some sight seeing around the town. She tilted her head looking up at the scene. It was large, and gorgeous, but it seemed like a lot of people were here. She had had the pleasure of making a pie for a wedding present, and thought that perhaps she had come on the day of the wedding. She opened her interface, looking through her inventory. She huffed lightly as she had nothing to give but a roast beef sandwich, and she had been hoping to save that, but, she also didn't want to go to a party empty handed. She sighed, and looked down at her feet. She was sure everyone would be dressed up as well, but she was still new, so she didn't have anything else to wear. No presents, no dressing up? At least her outfit was in the form of a dress, even though she sported shorts underneath. She looked back up and breathed in. 'I hope they won't mind if I join the festivities, and at least give my blessing.' She smiled and walked into the building, her eyes wide as she did so.
The inside was a massive hall with gorgeous ceilings and windows, and a lot of seating. There were already many people sitting in the hues as she looked around, hoping to find someone she knew. She walked along the back of the large room, and then down the side. Her eyes took another view of the hall and she smiled widely at it. She looked down and continued along, wondering when the ceremony would start. She would make sure to make up for her mistake of not bringing something along with her, though, she hadn't really planned on even going to the wedding, though she was glad she had stumbled in on the correct day, even if it had been pure coincidence.
As she continued on, she saw a familiar face a little ways away. He was standing in front of a door way, calling into it from the outside. Perhaps the bride, or groom was in the room. She put her hand up as she got closer to him and smiled widely. "Hey Reynard, fancy seeing you here." She continued to smile as she addressed him. She looked him up and down, blushing a little as she did so. "Are you, security or something?" She asked giggling a bit. He had had a hard face on him, which gave her the first clue. "Is there anything I can do to help?" She was sure there probably wasn't, everything seemed to be under control, but there was no harm in asking, and she really was more than willing to help with anything.

Let's rewind the clock of time a bit to explain why the best man was late:
About an hour or so before our current position in the ceaseless, ebbing flow of time, Oxford woke up in his room at the guild's brand spankin' new castle headquarters. However, to the guardian's dismay, he was not aware as to when the guild house transition occurred. Apparently when he fell asleep for an indeterminate amount of time.
I wonder if this is how Rip Van Winkle felt when he finally woke up...
Letting out an enormous yawn and rubbing the sleep from his eyes, Oxford noticed a large pile of papers underneath his door. After pulling out the loose slips of paper, he began to rifle through them. Most of them ended up in his trash can designated filing cabinet, but only a few items remained in his hands.
Oh no. Not another bar-raid party...I'm still recovering from the last coupl--Wait a second.
Oxford blinked a few times when he read the text on the invite inside.
"A wedding?...Caer and Kumori?! Getting married?! TODAY?!?! HOW LONG WAS I OUT?!?!?!!?!"
The familiar face of Omo, his pet Briar Weasel, held a small velvet box in his mouth as he leapt into his owner's lap. He looked up at the guardian, staring up at him as if saying "It's dangerous to go alone. Take this." Further examination of the box revealed a fabulously crafted ring. It suddenly hit him that he faintly remembered volunteering to be his bro's best man for the wedding.
And here he was. Sitting in his PJs with tousled hair and bad case of morning breath. Everything was a blur as he struggled to get to the Abbey.
[>> Fast fowarding to our current position...]
"I knew I should've splurged and got the Agility+5 modifier for this outfit!"
Landers and other adventurers were beginning their travel to the Abbey as Oxford desperately ran down the streets. The tuxedo he bought was nice and comfortable, but it felt like he was wearing a suit of lead as he hurried. Dozens of faces flashed by as he bounded up the Abbey's steps, many of them unfamiliar to him as he came to a stop in front of a pair of Clerics guarding the back rooms.
"Hi, sorry I'm late. Which room is Kumori's? I've got something here that he'll probably be wanting in...oh, an hour or so?"
Once he was given a direction, he ran down the appropriate hall before skidding to a halt. The guardian cleared his throat before calmly knocking on the door.
"HEY, BOSS! YOU IN THERE?!"
He stood there with his hands inside his pockets as he waited, making sure that the ring and its case were still there.

"Will you get moving? We're gonna be late!" Saeko whispered to Hiro, as she angrily dragged him behind her. The two were on their way to the wedding between Caer and Kumori, to which they had received an invitation for. Hiro was just casually walking towards the Abbey, where the wedding would be taking place. Sure, he wanted to go pay respects to the newlyweds, but probably just at the party afterwards. However, Saeko was adamant that they go attend the service as well. It was the least she could do for her Samurai friend, Caer. Saeko had grabbed onto Hiro's hand, and started to pull him along with as much force as one would suspect.
Hiro let out a little sigh, a smile on his face. "Not sure why we couldn't just take the board and roller blades, we'd get there faster."
Saeko turned around abruptly, stopping just in front of the Abbey. She looked him in the eyes, with daggers spewing from her's. "Look at this dress, Hiro." Saeko motioned towards her beautifully crafted white Silk dress, which she had bought for this occasion. Using Hiro's money, of course. "Do you really think I could show up to a wedding, wearing this, in ROLLER BLADES!?" Her voice escalated from a soft whisper to a dull roar.
Hiro shrugged, and put an arm around Saeko, beginning to walk into the building. "Not my fault you took forever getting ready. I was ready in only a minute." Hiro was wearing a black tuxedo, one he earned from a request a while back. A Tailor really wanted a Music Box, and paid in this tuxedo, to which he felt that he had gotten the better half of the bargain. Saeko was now the one being dragged, as she followed her companion into the hall, begrudgingly. Once inside, they noticed that only a few people were already there, but things were going to get started soon.
Saeko turned to Hiro with a smile on her face. "I'm gonna go see Caer, okay?" She started to walk off in a direction that Hiro figured was probably on the way to Caer's room. She turned around, before getting too far away, and frowned, placing her hands on her hips. "Don't you leave here, Hiro!" She glared at him for another moment, before turning around to walk away. From here, let's see what happens to the two respectively, starting with Saeko.
------------
Saeko had just finished her little reminder to Hiro, as she made her way towards the bride's room. When she got there, and knocked, she received no answer. Saeko was a bit curious for a moment, until she heard the commotion down the hall. She started to walk over in that direction, and saw the bite-sized Samurai halfway down the stairs, to which she smiled. Saeko began to walk down the steps, as the dwarf had attempted to bring Caer back up to her feet. Saeko stood only a few steps behind the bride, before announcing herself. "Hey, Caer." Saeko began, a warm smile across her face. "Congratulations on today." She moved down to the same step as the other female samurai, and knelt down a bit, looking her friend in the eyes. Saeko's warm, happy smile was a rare sight to see, for sure. Maybe Caer would be grateful for seeing that?
------------
After Saeko's departure, Hiro figured that he could probably waste some time inside the halls for a bit, but thought that that wouldn't be too good of an idea. So, the next thing that crossed his mind was to go see Kumori, and say hi for a little bit, before things get started. As he started to walk, placing his hands in his pockets, he wondered if Kumori was getting flustered about things, since it was his wedding. He continued to walk until he found Oxford, knocking on a door, and proclaiming aloud to the heavens to see if Kumori was in the room. He could only assume that it was Kumori's room, as the only title given was "Boss." Hiro walked up behind the Guardian, and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Still alive in there, Kumori?!" Hiro proclaimed, a smile flashing across his face. He took his hand off the Guardian's shoulder, and waited for their eventual reply. Sure, he and Hiro had no real connection aside from the Mayahuel fight and the bar scene a while back, but another friendly face may be better than just one.

Mab could not remember the last time she had been to a wedding. It was very likely this was her first time. She had made her way to the cathedral. The girl had decided on a simple sunny yellow dress with a fitting and nice yellow hat to shelter her face against the weather. Besides Mab liked hats.... so sue her. Mab hated heels so she wore flat shoes, heels would only make her appear even freakishly taller. It was strange to know that people attending this wedding were strangers to her, but likely were part of the same strange guild she had joined not so long ago. Mab would have loved to help out with the preparations or something like that, but no-one asked, and she had no clue who to ask. So today the girl was just a guest. Once she made her way into the cathedral she looked at the decorated place. Mab had to suppress her giggles.... This did not seem the place for caerbannog to get married.... Mab wondered if she would come down the aisle in a pretty dress or her warrior costume. Not like anyone wouldn’t tell her she looked beautiful on her wedding day. Mab had pictured this wedding in a sausage shop or something. “Do you caer take this sometimes overbearing assassin to be your waifu blablabla yep.... Cool let’s eat!” The smirk that had been only widened by this mental picture, and had left Mab in a perfect mood. She asked one of her fellow guests. “Which is the bride’s side of the aisle?” Once the blonde had been given her answer she would sit herself near the end of the rows. Mab felt this was a perfect place to wait for this whole shebang to start. She looked at the different people that made their way into the church. Mab felt so weird and out of place. She really did not that many people here. Mab was curious if Either Cearbannog or kumori had this many friends.

There were many disadvantages to being an antisocial person. Sure, he gets all the peace and quiet he wants, but when it comes to big events like the wedding he was currently making his way to, the downsides were glaringly obvious. For starters, he did not know most of the people streaming into the Abbey, both Adventurers and People of the Land alike. Why the People of the Land were interested in an Adventurer wedding, he was not in a position say, but they were certainly doing a good job of making him feel out of place by increasing the percentage of people he did not know. As far as things stood, he only knew the two Adventurers to be married and the priest. He seriously hoped that more people he knew would turn up. Even that bubbly fox tail Sorcerer would have been a welcome sight, although he hadn't seen her in a while.
When he learned of the wedding a few days ago, he was honestly stumped. A schooling teenager, he had never been to such events before, so he had little idea what he should do, apart from ordering something as a wedding present. He hoped pie would be fine, considering his classmates back in the real world had a strange obsession with pies which he never really understood.
The next problem was clothes. Having no place to call home yet, he'd never even bothered to get much other than the basic necessities, much less clothes for a formal event. In the end, he simply decided that he would attend the wedding in his normal battle gear, the one Kumori had crafted for him. As he walked into the abbey, he was somewhat pleased to note that he was not the only one who had decided to wear his or her battle gear as he saw pockets of Adventurers garbed in a various assortment of light and heavy armor, some of which were already badly worn out. Well, at least that took care of his worry about being hurled through a window by the bride. Then again, maybe they'll all be hurled through various windows which lined the grand abbey in all its splendor, and he was only taking comfort in the fact that he won't be alone when it comes to that.
Looking around, he spotted the Fox Tail Chef who had prepared his wedding gift to the couple. Plus one to the number of people he knew. Or not, considering he didn't know her very well. As she seemed to be in conversation with someone else, he turned to head deeper into the abbey. Perhaps his awkwardness will ebb when the wedding starts, or there might be someone he knew further in. Letting himself be taken away by the current of people, he headed further in, looking for a good seat while he was at it. After all, there seemed to be a great crowd, thus seats may be in short supply if he didn't hurry.

Bumbb, a sound of something unpleasant could be heard by many people. It was Wolf, he pushed the door so hard, and almost break it. Aeryn was a famous guild around, and many players wanted to join them but failed. It was such an honor if Wolf managed to get himself in the guild. First step for him was to attend a wedding ceremony. He prepared his suit well, and tie made of fine leathers. Well, It was quite expensive, but he could afford it after getting a donation from a kind woman in Aeryn. Wolf wanted to repay her by attending the wedding, Wolf dashed toward the venue with only his feet, he finally arrived on a big cathedral. Wow, they must be a big guild to be able to make a wedding ceremony here, whispered Wolf. Wolf wasn't a shy person, but with the amount of people there, he tried to behave and didn't want to ruin the wedding.
Wolf made a few steps inside, and was amazed with the event, of course, the wedding was perfectly prepared. Wolf's eyes scanned the are for a good seat, Wolf was carrying a gift for the couple, but didn't know where to put them because the place was crowded. So, he decided to take a seat first, he relaxed his back and waited for the ceremony to start. I hope I don't make a big mess around here, or I should pay them, the world is watching you ,Wolf" whispered Wolf.

The Enchanter did not pay much attention to the trash at first, but as they (she and her new aquatic friends) went along, it was evident that something big was amiss. «You land lubbers are so glubbing gross,» Meenah the Sahaugin Brute said. «I sea it's not only the river you mother glubbers neep up. What is all this garbage, anemone?» The Sahaugin stooped over to pluck a silver and blue card from the ground. «What do these funky ass letters say?»
Capsule barely glanced over the card before she resumed walking. «It's probably someone's business card or a flyer or something. It's probably no big deal.» She didn't see what all the hubbub was; some people were lazy and inconsiderate pricks who liked to litter. Their garbage was hardly anything interesting, just old wrappers and stuff. What interested her was the influx of travelers coming to and fro. Was there a big event going on that she was not aware of? If there was word of it on the Isle of Grain, she missed it by skirting around the area entirely. Fish monsters were good for that much, at least.
«It is quite nice, dear, despite all of the filth,» the sweet and grandmotherly Shield Mollusk, Aranea, said. «Is it always like this, though?» Aranea was scuttling around beside Capsule, carefully stepping over every piece of litter they came across.
«No, not all the time. It's usually rather clean, except when there are large events or parties going on. Landers and Adventurers alike get drawn in, and they're usually in such a hurry that they can't be bothered to properly dispose of their waste.» She was rather annoyed whenever it happened. Sure, they were in a virtual world, but that did not mean people shouldn't take care of it like they would the real world. She felt sorry for the poor Landers that generally got shafted into cleaning this mess up. It was a real shame that her new friends had to see this.
Meenah snarled and snapped at a passing Adventurer, sufficiently scaring the poor lad back into the city. «Meenah! Behave!»
«Yo, why I gotta behave?! That little buoy looked at me funny!»
Aranea lightly pinched the tall Sahaugin's side. «Of course he would! You're a monster much bigger and taller than he is! Do try to keep a cool head when we're in a city, surrounded by Adventurers!»
«I could always return you to your slot, if you can't.»
«Come on, man! Don't do that. It glubbing sucks, yo! And how come I only get slotted? Why not Aranea?!» Despite how nice Aranea was to her, Capsule had yet to domesticize her. The hermit crab could be trusted to run about on her own. Meenah, on the other hand, was far too high strung.
The three of them continued on until they were in the city, and made a beeline for the Tower of London, Avarice's guild house. Along the way, they found their path blocked by small crowds of cheering and singing Landers, and occasionally fancily dressed Adventurers running to and fro. The way they carried on, you would think royalty was in town for some kind of ritzy banquet. Capsule was a little too busy trying to keep Meenah from arousing the Royal Guard to pay any heed to the people around her.
It wasn't until she was in the quiet lobby that she realized what was going on, and only because her owl, Duke, grumpily dropped a letter on her head. Capsule took it, thinking it was work. 'Probably someone looking for their fix - .' It was one fancy envelope, that was for sure. She had yet to meet a client that was so extravagant with their requests, but this surely was something else. Capsule tore into the letter, ignoring Meenah's demands and Aranea's insistence that the Sahaugin hush. «Eeeeeeeeeh? Caerbannog and Kumori are getting married?!» When the hell did this happen? She wasn't aware that they were even dating. They seemed more like siblings than lovers. Just… how?
Meenah snagged the letter from the blank eyed Capsule. «Coolio, more garbage! Who are these Nog and Ku chumps? …! Are they in a -» The Sahaugin winked. «- red romance?» The fish monster was now grinning and winking so much that she may have had something in her eye. «These naming customs are so screwy, but I'm guessing Nog is the buoy and Ku is the gill - or are they both buoys or gills?!» Meenah wouldn't shut up, which is why she completely missed Capsule turning from side to side, hands flailing empty air.
Fudge fudge fudge. The wedding would be starting soon, and she had nothing fancy to wear. She could show up in her armor, but wouldn't that be kind of inappropriate? Her wardrobe was far too boyish and practical for her to get away with wearing. «Are you all right there, ducky? You look a little peaked.» No, she was not all right! You're supposed to give out warning weeks in advance for this kind of stuff, right?!
Capsule left the two aquatic monsters unattended while she fled upstairs to tear her room apart. There was a wardrobe that was still housing some clothing she had not bothered to toss out yet, notably all men's wear. At the time, she had thought nothing of them, but now… Near the back of the wardrobe she found a black suit that was a little long in the legs, but should fit her.
She nearly fell flat on her face hurrying to put on the suit, and almost tripped over her rabbit, Fiver, as she brushed at her hair. The long strands of red hair that framed her face was pulled back into a small ponytail as she hopped down the stairs, stopping at the bottom to roll up her pants legs. "What's the big rush for, Capsule?! You just got here. Gimme delicious fruit," Fiver begged as he tugged at Capsule's leg.
The rabbit squeaked as he was picked up and placed on top of Aranea's shell. Meenah was cut off in mid-sentence as she was swapped out in favor of Dobby, Capsule's Golem Sentinel. Dobby was still in his maid uniform, and did not budge until Capsule climbed onto his back and demanded he take her to the Abbey - at high speed. "I JUST WANTED FRUUUUUUUUIT," Fiver wailed from his perch on the rapidly scuttling hermit crab. He was danger of falling off, but Aranea would stop and help him up if that was the case.
The small procession of people gathered in front of the Abbey squealed and scattered like roaches as the small (in number, anyway) group came charging through. "Oh no," several people cried out. "OH YEAH," the golem shouted out as he rammed into the side of the building. Capsule winced as the dust of broken brick showered down on her, and moved to brush the debris off - oh God why.
There was now a sizable hole in the side of the Abbey, but hopefully no one would notice it. Still, Capsule thought it would be wise if Dobby stood "guard" in front of the wall until the wedding was over. Besides, they were most likely loaded, so it wasn't like the wall couldn't be replaced ASAP. "The time of man has come to an end," the golem stated when a few people dared to come near enough to inspect him.
Aranea dabbed a wet claw behind Capsule's ear before she was permitted to sneak into the decorated hall. She used Form Shift to enhance her boyish countenance, oblivious to the looks she was getting because of Aranea and the rabbit now cradled in her arms. Judging from the amount of strangers in the room, many of them must have been snatched fresh off the altar and coerced into joining the festivities. Capsule stole a seat in the far back, at the end of the aisle so that she could sit next to Aranea. The hermit crab just yawned and tucked herself deep inside her shell for the time being. The mad dash had probably worn her out.

Bast Still hadn't figured out what to give the couple as a gift (he had experimented with things but a true gift had never really emerged) to this momentous occasion and well time had run out, so he pocked one and moved on…he sighed as he moved through the crowds in front of the abbey to hopefully find a seat on the bride’s side but somehow just from his encounters with the two he felt that side was going to be rather full in comparison to the grooms. Though he could be wrong from his brief encounters with Kumori he had seemed a very dependable and good man, but at least of those times Nast had experienced the groom had never seemed to have the Friendliest of expressions. But defiantly good for Caer, what happened in “The Australian Kiss” proved that, in Basts eyes anyway.
So wondering through the crowd in the butler outfit he had met the couple for the first time in, he tried to get through to a seat, still thinking on the gift… why had he even questioned cake, the only place he knew to get it was from Caer and the idea of getting her to make cake to have as a present from someone (well the idea had made him laugh it was a no go). Looking at all the Blue’s and silvers, he wondered what kind of dress she had chosen: colour schemed, white, European or kimono (remembering the couples little conversation out of language at the pub he questioned it).
When he finally got in he saw some space at the back and looked at the person there…did that shell just yawn…is it a hermit crabs, do hermit crabs yawn? He didn’t know but something told him he should move on, anyone interesting enough to bring a yawning shell and a rabbit in to a wedding was a person that might surpass his concentration with curiosity and with him here to see a wedding he reluctantly tried to find a seat further up the aisle.

| | Bother of the Bride
|
What day was it? Ah, that’s right, it was Wedding Day. So why was the bride down on her knees, nearly in tears? It wasn’t even their first night yet. Caerbannog had bumbled, tumbled and ended up at the bottom of the staircase. She was just about ready to cry, but the dwarf who had so kindly agreed to officiate the ceremony was able to remedy the situation with his trademarked dwarf antics. The bride got up to her feet and patted her dress down; it really was a pretty dress... was that why Kumori took his time when he was checking her measurements? Ryuu-nii didn’t have any strange *coughecchicough* motives when he did that, right? Nope, none at all. And so Caer remained oblivious of the fact that the assassin was a healthy young man... let’s hope she doesn’t get too shocked later in the evening.
ANYWAY.
The bride looked around for familiar faces; the dwarf was a given. Reynard was nearby and he seemed all stiff and serious. Did he eat something bad that morning? He was soon approached by another cleric, and the curious Caerbannog could not help but ask Reynard through a telepathic call “Is that your girlfriend?” She also pretty much stared at the two until the recipient of the call answered her, until a bright yellow tower of light that rose above the crowd walked in and grabbed her attention: Mab. Oh! Caer wanted to run over and hug the cute druid, and maybe pull her aside to be her maid of hono- waitaminute.
The wolf-hair looked around frantically for her designated Maid of Honor. Ryuu-nii said that a maid of honor would have to be someone close to the bride, and so Kyuu chose wisely. A fluffy little creature hopped down the staircase as it tried to catch up with the bride; @0x1dea rushed past the mini-beastie and was soon followed by Hirosame and- oh, there’s Saeko. Caerbannog waved enthusiastically to the taller samurai who was just as pretty, if not more. She was about to ask her something, but then Hrairoo, in his fluffy Maid of Honor dress which was all-blue and even had a hair decor, hopped past Saeko’s ankles and planted his bottom firmly beside Caer’s feet. Surely, that was a wise decision... I mean, would YOU want Hyzenthlay to be the Maid of Honor? Complete with a complementary club to the groom’s face? I think not. Foreman Mukade IX was already the Ring-bearer, so he could not be the Maid of Honor either.
“Are you getting married too?” was the wolf-hair’s very blunt question to Saeko, who seemed every bit just as glowing and happy as any bride should be.
Speaking of glowing things, Caerbannog gestured for Hrairoo to hop over to Mab, and the frenmic rabbit - oblivious to the fact that he was wearing something meant for girls - hopped over to the druid and tried to grab her attention with waves and peeps. Once Mab took notice of him, he would lead her to one of the front rows on the bride’s side of the Abbey. Suddenly, earthquake. Oh, no; no it wasn’t an earthquake. That was just Capsule on her golem. Speaking of Capsule, why was she not in a dress? The bride waited for Saeko to answer her question, or something similar, and then she dashed off to greet the enchanter and ask her a most important thing.
“What are your three sizes?” Caer asked as soon as Capsule took a seat with Fiver and what smelled like a creature of the sea, “Ryuu-nii can speedcraft a dress for you!”
What was this, Blunt Questions Day? Caerbannog did not even like running around in a poofy dress; but this and that were different, or rather, if she was to suffer in one, then everyone else should too! Someone, take this bride away to where she should be...
Up in the groom’s room, Foreman Mukade IX’s antennae twitched when Caerbannog fell down the stairs. His tamer-senses were tingling. The centipede crawled over to the doorway and meant to peek outside to check if the wolf-hair was doing well, but his appendages were quite unfit for opening doors.
“Kind Sir, please open this contraption so that I may check on the little meat baby in blue,” he politely requested of Kumori but of course, that only came out as hisses and spits to the assassin.
A loud knock on the door and voices from the other side made the centipede spring into action. It’s not good to surprise a Level 30 elite creature of the dark, after all... Mukade’s maxillipeds were poised to strike at anyone who walked through that door. That is, until he remembered that he was no longer in the cave and that Caerbannog had told him to not fight while in Londinium. Mukade lowered his natural weapons and instead used them to fix the little bow tie which was nicely tied around what seemed to be his neck.
“Oh, I almost made a mistake. I really should get used to all these loud sounds...” the centipede said out loud as he backed away from the door so that the assassin could attend to his guests.

While he was looking for his fiancée, soon-to-be-wife, she was elusive as ever and he just couldn’t find her. Saddened by that, he waited in his room, waiting for the ceremony to just start. He had caught a glimpse of the dwarf and could only comment about how well he could clean up. This didn’t change much, and he still had many regrets of choosing him as his officiator. What was he thinking?! Well, it didn’t matter what he was thinking now. He chose him, and he would have to live with the consequences. He heard a knock on his door and the voice of Reynard had come through telling him that his bride was ready. He had heard a clatter earlier, which had concerned him slightly. The ooos and aaahs told him that someone tripped… and well knowing his future wife, it was most likely her. Thankfully, with their ridiculous bodies (and physical attributes as adventurers) they were nearly indestructible to fall damage… not like that game where your health automatically goes to 1 if you fall from any distance greater than 100 yards. Yeah, that game sucked sometimes… anyways. It seemed that his time to remove himself from his room was near, and he wasn’t allowed to leave through the door Reynard was guarding… he had to go towards the front of the Abbey… the center of the Abbey where everyone could see him. Well, it wasn’t time yet… his Best Man had yet to come… and well, speak of the devil. A knock came and a familiar voice. “Yeah, Oxford? I’m here…” he said… almost softly. He was nervous. He hadn’t been this nervous in a while, and well… it was bittersweet. Hirosame also made an appearance at his door. He acknowledged his presence. “Hiro… thanks for making it out today,” he said with a smile through the door, not that he could see the smile… but who cared? It was his wedding. He could smile however he felt like. After Hirosame and Oxford had said what they needed to, there was a large bang which appeared to have come from outside. Ryuu rushed to the door, trying to pry it open. “Let me out! I need to see if my Caerbannog is okay!” he yelled at Reynard. “Let me out, damn it!” he exclaimed. Well… Reynard wouldn’t let him out… or at least he wasn’t supposed to, and someone hopefully explained to him the situation. Regardless, it did not help the already nervous man. -Side Note- If Kumori were able to hear conversations between pets and their masters, he would wonder how they had certain accents. Like seriously… is that a Scottish accent? Also… is that Golem shaped like a pitcher and filled with red liquid? I believe later renditions of him had jean shorts… seriously? Jean shorts? What are we… in the ninet-. Oh wait… that was in the nineties. -End Side Note- If someone needed a dress made via speedcraft... well it was speedcraft for a reason... Nothing was hard after making a suit for a centipede... oh how terrible that was. And then what was worse… the ring-bearer was trying to speak to him. Well… speech was just hisses and growls and movements of his pincer things. He understood nothing. He stared at Mukade and Mukade stared back at him. “It’s like he’s trying to speak to me, I know it!” he said to himself, and then he looked towards the large… I mean gianormous centipede. “Look… you’re really cu-… huge and all, but I can’t understand what you’re saying…”He sighed… the words that the centipede was saying were lost upon him, and all the assassin could do was shrug. Welp… after all was set, he was given a knock on the door for the OK. Oxford should already be at the front and everyone should already have taken their places. Ryuu turned towards the door that led to the stage and walked and approached the center stage, awaiting for his beloved bride to come forth to him. He looked at Oxford who was in front of him and on a step lower than he was on. “This is really happening, right Oxy?” he asked, trying to make sure he wasn’t dreaming.

Suddenly, someone rolled up a gigantic handcart into the Abbey! It contained a flower pot so big that no one even knew how it even made sense! But when does an RP make sense? Huh? Did you think you would someday be trapped in an MMO world and then there would one day be a wedding between some short girl who's been Level 89 for probably decades now and some guy whose RPer's name reminded the author of Reyn Time? Appropriate video here. Just before anyone could react, something started to grow out of the flower pot at such a rapid rate. And then, a huge red flower thing appeared. List of people who would possibly soil their clothes right now: @dindeen Kumori Hirosame Capsule @0x1dea List of people who probably won't get this reference: kittygrey WolfList of people who owes me gold: @winter Senpaiiiiiiiii... Why didn't you invite Maya-chan to the wedding? Your kouhai is hurt! The creature looked upset, releasing a small Miasma Cloud from its carnivorous flowery mouth. Good thing no one can take damage in town. But even if Senpai is a big meanie, Maya-chan brings a gift. A large 6-foot tall flower bouquet was tossed out of the handcart in the direction of Caerbannog. Congratulations! Don't get too drunk tonight! Nyoom. The handcart immediately started to accelerate, sending it and the giant flower crashing into a wall and making a hole like one of those gags from Looney Toons. The wall regenerated itself a few seconds later, but everyone is left to ponder wtf that was all about.

Do you believe in ghosts? It had been a long, long while since Saber was in London and he honestly didn’t know what to think of the stone walls as they came into his view. It was longer than a few days, longer than a few weeks since he had viewed the aged glroy. It was so long now that he couldn’t even remember how it looked except for the sight of lights in the far distance whenever he was on top of a mountain. The world beyond had called him from his stable life and summoned him to the lands London’s walls could not guard, and it had changed him. The world around him was dark, cold, and empty when he left. His mind had begun to fall to pieces and he was going mad; Elder Tale was making him into a beast he feared.
However, without seeing another person for so long, Saber had actually forgotten why he fought and why he did what he did. His burden simply washed away in the rivers which he traveled along and were covered up by the dirt and dust of the rest of the world. To say that the invitation to the event in London had come at a perfect time was an understatement, but it was something Saber needed deeply. He had become quite lonely out in the wilderness and the longing to return to the place he had called “home” in this world stung deep in his heart. In addition to that, the invitation was to a ceremony of someone he had once fought beside, someone he had once thought would be there longer than she actual was. Though, the outcome was fairly expected. Saber’s life and the woman’s life were completely different, and he was far too distant in the respect of love that leaving was probably for the best. Hopefully it would be.
As he had not seen anyone for a long while, and had not been seen for just as long, Saber did not expect anything as he walked through the gates of London. Yet, he was surprised anyways. Many faces which he remembered had grown, and the world had changed. Levels were higher, equipment was cleaner, faces were stronger. Saber’s level was no longer significant and it was actually quite satisfying to know that without him around, people whom he had expected to fail had proved him wrong. There was a young couple he had protected that were now locking arms, and staring up towards the sky in their own world. There was a young boy sitting on the ledge of a building, kicking his feet and smiling happily as he looked at the spectacle of people. That same boy was far too afraid to even move when he started… London had changed, yes it had, and for the better.
But London’s great change was not why Saber had returned. Saber had received an invitation to the event of a lifetime. Of course, it wasn’t his event to be a part of, but it was one which he would not dare miss even if it meant that he would see delays in his work and could potentially threaten the lives of his fellows. This was a wedding, a coupling of two families, and a binding of two people whom were in such deep love that only the Gods could bless them now. From where he was, Saber could see he was late. There was no doubt that the ceremony had been going on already, or was at least on the verge of starting. It made him a little upset to see such a thing. He wanted to actually be there, with everyone else, and watch the Samurai he had fought beside become a wife. Even so, he would have the best seat in the house; one where he could see everything, hear everything, and remain out of the way. This was not his day, but it was Caerbannog’s, and that brought a rare smile to Saber’s face.
And pain to his heart. Once more, his decisions in life had him sidelined; even completely erased from the equation. As proud of his choices as he was, it still hurt sometimes. Yet he was happy. Happy for the soon to wed, happy for their joy with each other, and happy for the choice they made to marry. If nothing else; he was happy that he had been remembered enough to be invited. So, Saber pulled his tattered cloak tight around his body and got comfortable as he closed in on the location of the wedding. The cloak was the same one he had worn when his level was much lower, and it was still just as warm. A few moments later, Saber took to the rooftops. He moved swiftly as he bounded silently across the city, and headed straight for the location of the marriage ceremony.
People filled the streets, making it difficult to traverse on the ground. Navigating through the sky would have been easier, but Saber had not been able to tame any winged beasts yet. Though, he was glad he hadn’t as it seemed there was already a commotion inside. A second later, some pot on a handcart blew out of the Abbey’s wall and disappeared At that same moment, Saber descended from above and landed carefully on a ledge in one of the Abbey’s upper left most windows, latching onto it with relative ease. Then with his safety ensured, he took a step to the right and moved out of the bright light from inside. A shadow in a window would most likely cause a disturbance for those with wandering eyes, and minimizing that was something Saber wanted. However, he still wished to watch, so he let himself blend in with the side of the window, leaning carefully against it as his eyes drifted down into the Abbey.
From his above perch, he could see from one end of the isle to the other, and there was no one in his way to block such a lovely sight. The work put into the ceremony was breath-taking, and the inside of the Abbey was beautifully decorated. Even some of the other Adventurer’s looked spectacular. Some of the men dressed in finely tailored suits and a decent number of females were wearing lovely dresses. Maybe staying out of sight was good; Saber still looked like some homeless person.
Before everything went quite, he cracked the window ever so slightly to allow the noise from inside to escape. The window creaked a little, but the noise from inside would most likely drown it out. With that, he remained still. Like a statue, Saber watched patiently and quietly, his eyes scanning the crowd for any ill-minded Adventurers. As he looked, he saw several familiar faces; the faces of people whom he had fought beside in Sarum, and some whom he had met during his regular adventurers. One stood out to him, and he bowed his head subtly towards him knowing full well he would not receive one back; Kumori, the man whom was the groom.
“So… it was you, huh?” Saber chuckled a little to himself and smirked.
“Good.” Saber made himself comfortable in his spot, and didn’t dare enter the room now. Doing so would be disrespectful beyond belief and he no doubt would be put to the stakes.

There is an occasion sometimes where I found myself sustaining too much difficult feelings inside me. Like today, I am standing in front of the door to attend an adventurer’s marriage. Yeah, marriage, one of lifetime experience where two person can feel as a king and a queen, even for a day. Well, that was just an aphorism from my village. So, I can’t hope for people to feel the same. However, considering how glamorous the arrangement for this place, I cannot help but wonder if that was true. Hmm, I wonder if I can go in, considering I never meet either bride or groom before. Although, I know they have invited anyone, it just somehow as a loner cat, I may not find anyone familiar inside. Ponder… argh, forget it, I will just enter and make myself useful.
“Excuse me sir” a figure of lander halted me from going inside. I stopped my feet and turn my body, “uh yeah, what is it?” the lander seems glad that I notice him. “Umm, could you tell me whose marriage is this?” “Oh, the groom is Kumori and he bride is @dindeen if I am not mistaken” “thank you” “you’re welcome” with that said, the lander go somewhere and I continue to talk in. “Excuse me” “okay?” the second time, maybe this is just my day. “Could you tell me whose marriage is this?” sigh, “I believe the groom name is Kumori and the bride is @dindeen” “ah, thank you sir” and with that said, she goes somewhere and I move my foot again. “Excuse me young man” fu! Am I cursed to cannot enter this place. What’s this place again? Ah right, a cathedral. A cathedral? Then… “young man” “yes?” “can you escort me to go in?” “my pleasure” I give my arm for her to hold and then we both enter the door.
The place is as big as I imagined when I was resurrected here long ago. I spotted the area where adventurer’s resurrected is now guarded, isolated from the rest of festive area. With these amount of boisterousness, I thought someone like me will quickly be drowned among all the roar if I am not quickly find someone I can talk to. I hold the old lady’s hand thinking if he actually feel the same, or maybe not. Why she want to enter in the first place, does she has someone she know around here, or she just want to tag along among the crowd? Well, not my concern, since I just want to enjoy this party. There is so much to see, be it the crowd or decorations. The usual silent palace now transformed into festive adornment. There is happiness atmosphere whenever I walk around, enjoying the party. I cannot wait to see the main event of this ceremony, and enjoy everyone happy expressions. Yeah, it just that sense about happiness is contagious, being it a loner or among the crowd, when everyone filled with happiness, I somehow can also feel that.
We both looking around to see if there is a place we can fill, or there is someone who notice us, or just old lady. I take a look at her and found out she just looking around aimlessly like me, so I just suggest her if she want to accompany me. There is not a long pause before she nodded and tighten her grip on my hand. Hmm yeah, at least I have companion. We both take a walk around and encountered the groom and his friends. I bend my body in respect then the old woman and me take our place on the corner and listen to the holly man.

It's every shameful fall, every mistake that I've made
SO EMBARRASSING!! That was all Pwyll had in his head as his beet-red face was exposed from the nose down thanks to his bangs covering his eyes. Without his armor on, he usually referred to himself as Yuu. Instead of his typical dark toned jacket and long sleeve shirt combined with deep red jeans, he was now wearing an embarrassing black dress with frills and thigh-highs. The skirt also provided that " Absolute Territory" which, on top of being short skirt, was exposing skin so high up! For a guy in this clothing, it was embarrassing to death. He would die if not for the fact that he would be taken into the wedding itself that way. The dress itself was astounding and made just for the occasion somehow. In real life, Yuu had worn dresses before, both for work and under peer pressure, but nothing like this. He wanted to crawl in a hole and die. But he steeled himself and did this anyway. Why? Because he was 'requested' to wear it by someone he had become close friends with some time ago. That was Caerbannog, whom he would refer to as Kyuu at times. It was a joyous day for her, that day being marriage and wedding day. He hadn't particularly gotten to know many players so he doubted he would know anyone, but regardless he would attend. It would be rude to decline. Especially after such a dress was prepared. There were two things that perplexed him, howerever. Firstly, the dress was a perfect fit to him. How in the blazes did Kyuu ever get his measurements? And secondly, he couldn't help but be a bit confused on his feelings about how the chest size was a perfect fit too, to make him pass off perfectly as a female. And the shoulders were exposed too. Standing outside hidden in the shadows in his black dress, Pwyll crouched down and covered his face, resolving himself while hiding his embarrassment. Thanks to how the dress was designed, the back was covered so he only had to cover the front from 'exposing' anything. With his tail poking out from the tail-hole, the black furry 'limb' curled up and swayed side to side. His ears twitched vigorously in tune. Taking in a deep breath, he stood up and began walking into the cathedral. With a blush going from ear to ear, he did his best to avoid any eye contact with everyone. With his heart nearly pushing out of his rib cage, Yuu walked through the doors of the Cathedral. A feminine voice leaked out as he had his breath taken away. This was his first time entering the cathedral as he had not died yet. With his wavy hair reaching down to his shoulder blades, Yuu's bangs were still covering his obsidian eyes. Now inside, he decided to go with the flow. Styling his bangs properly, he tied his hair into twin-tails with the ribbons and began walking around, trying to find the person who invited him. Now comfortable with what he was wearing, those feelings of wearing them invoked the subconscious memories of how to act while wearing them. His walk became more feminine as he straightened his back and walked with his feet in line with each other and no longer swaying with each step as a male would. His facial expression softened up as well. It truly had been quite some time since he had worn a dress. Perhaps two, maybe three years. The last time was probably the waitress outfit he wore during training for work. Seeing @dindeen from across the room, Yuu was relieved to see a familiar face. Walking in her direction, he looked around at the outfits of everyone around him. There was a mix of fancy outfits and adventurer based outfits. Among the dressed up females, he had to admit that his own was rather... unique in design. A bit more gothic than wedding-suitable. In fact, who made it? He forgot to check the dress description, but he was adamant that it wasn't made by People of the Land. Getting closer to Kyuu, Yuu noticed her dress. She looked great. Within five meters now, he spotted the bunny at the Samurai's feet. It wasn't the one he was familiar with. Kneeling down, he petted it for a moment before standing up and addressing the bride while his own cheeks appeared rosy. 「Hello again, Kyuu. Congrats.」With white skin that contrasted the black dress he wore, Yuu congratulated the Samurai with a feminine voice and polite manners as he put his hands together in front of his skirt and bowed lightly.
These are the scars that have brought me where I am

"Brides side is ta tha left, I think? I dun't think theres realleh enough relatives here ta assign sides."
The dwarf spoke to Mab for her as she came in and gave a smile. Naturally speaking, the influx of guests made a coherent response and greeting somewhat difficult, beyond the simple nod, a smile, and perhaps a handshake to any who passed by him. Few were interested in speaking to dwarf and naturally so! If the couple in particular didn't receive most of the attention, something would be wrong. The Dwarf trembled as a first shudder rendered a hole through Westminster, a glance was cast in the general direction of Capsule and her motley, sea dog crew with a raised eyebrow, before, behind Caers back he gave a quick thumbs up and a one sided high five. Making an entrance like that was something that he wished he could do! At least if he hadn't been the officiator, a guild bitch member and burdened to look like a decidedly less friendly version of Casper.
Then the plant creature rolled in and, as it deposited it's presents and went straight through another wall. -I want to tame that next, is it even possible! MAHAHAHAHA- The dwarf rolled his eyes, uncapped his flask, necked the entire contents and threw said flask out of the resealing hole. Then without warning, he gave a bellowed announcement. Since ultimately it was his neck on the line if the place every adventure spawned collapsed with everyone in it.
"SERIOUSEH, I AM GONNA PUNCH THA' NEXT PERSON THAT COMES THROU' A WALL SO HARD, THA' NEXT IN FRIGGING KIN WILL FEEL IT! THA' FIRST TWO TIMES WAS REALLEH FUNNEH, BUT TWICE BE FECKIN' ENOUGH!"
Tobin fell silent as his chest heaved, before he chuckled at himself and wandered back up the isle. So far everything seemed to be going to plan, the guests were plentiful, he seen many familiar faces such as Mab, Bast, the friendly drug dealer cool aid dealer. Even perhaps a few fleeting glimpses of Reynard, Kittygrey and Ox... Wait. The dwarf turned back and stared, before he shrugged it off. There was no way that could be right. In any case, it wouldn’t be confirmed till later.
In any case, the dwarf had come out early and had stowed a number of little packages under the aisle seats that would roughly cover one per person. It was a simple grey box with the dwarfs face as the seal, with the description "Oi Dun't Open Dis all I'll bite ya ankles off" and when rattled, there was a slosh of liquid and a light cling of glass. Thankfully it was tough stuff, but the dwarf sincerely hoped that it would last till the end of the service to really kick off the celebrations.
Tobin then back flipped onto the alter and sat upon it, massaging his eyes as people continued to file in. The squat was already tired and the real party had yet to start!

Post by Reynard on Sept 4, 2014 15:27:16 GMT
Over the time he had been standing in this position since the start of the day, Reynard wondered what the point was in having him do security. Fighting was already illegal anyways in the city so no one was going to try killing anyone and the City Guards would be the only ones able to attack if someone did attack inside the cathedral. His low level wouldn’t be able to intimidate people into behaving either. Or a possible test by this guild. Up to know Reynard didn’t know why he ended up here. His serious thoughts were interrupted when a familiar voice greeted him. His mood considerable brightened when he turned around and was greeted to the sight of KittyGrey.
“Kitty! It is a pleasure to see you again.” He cheerfully greeted her.
Taking in her appearance, Reynard noticed she had changed since they last saw each other. While there were no visible difference and she was even wearing the same thing last time they saw each other, Kitty looked like she had some experience on her already. Her smile and giggling were still present showing that not everything about her had changed, which oddly did not bother Reynard. Even his tail agreed as it started wagging playfully,
“Yes, for some reason I am at security.”
Even though he was thinking it was a pointless exercise.
“You do not have to worry about helping. You can just enjoy the ceremony. Why don’t you seat over…”
Reynard took a quick look for a spot Kitty could have a good view of the ceremony. The place as starting to fill up fast as all sorts of people were entering.
“… over there.” Pointing at a spot near the front. “You can say you are with me as a guest of the guild. Maybe later we can-“
Their conversation was cut off by tuxedo wearing man asking for the groom. The cleric just nodded and pointed at the door showing where the Guild Master was waiting. Getting back to Kitty.
“So… Maybe later we-”
The beeping sound of a telepathic call started ringing cut-off Reynard mid-sentence as he excused himself to answer it. It was from the bride so it might be important. Turned out it just Caer asking if Kitty was his girlfriend. Normally, the only reaction you would see on Reynard was a slight reddening of his cheeks and nothing else, but thanks to his ears flattening and tail dipping down, you had another hint at his embarrassment. Reynard gave a silent thanks that that a telepathic call could not be overhead so at least Kitty wouldn’t know why he had gotten all flustered all of a sudden.
Reynard searched for the bride and found her looking at the both of them. He just gave her a shake of her head, not voicing anything lest Kitty become curious as to what he had heard.
“Again, would you like-”
This time he was cut-off by a golem barreling through the wall of the cathedral. Seeing as this was a possible security matter, the foxtail was suddenly on alert as he might have to prevent his post from being attacked. Unfortunately, the groom had heard the noise and started shouting to be let out since he was concerned about his bride. Reynard couldn’t really fault him for that but at the same time, nothing was really preventing Kumori from getting out by himself. He didn’t have any restriction access to the cathedral nor the level to be able to stop him if he decided to barrel through. But seeing as Reynard would want the same thing in his position, he opened the door and let man out of his room.
Hopefully Kitty was still at his post when he came back and would be able to ask her. The golem thing no longer seemed to be a concern as the other security staff handled it.
“Like I was trying to ask would you- Oh come on!”
This time a gigantic cart came through the door followed by a giant plant popping out of it. It was a strange sight which Reynard wasn’t so sure it was real anymore. Apparently even Dwarf had enough and shouted a warning to the rest of the place. As Dwarf back flipped towards the alter and the rest of the guest started settling themselves, Reynard only had one thing to say.
“This wedding is a frakking weird and it has not even started yet.”
With Kumori taking his place at the alter and everything looking set, it looked like the wedding was finally to get on the way. If Kitty had managed to stay there all throughout the events, Reynard would finally finish his conversation.
“So… we should sit down for the ceremony now.”
Reynard had a spot near the front, maybe a row or two behind the main row. Perks of being part of the guild of the bride and groom. He had extended the invitation to Kitty so hopefully she had accepted and took the spot near him. Adjusting his tail, the foxtail sat down and waited for this wedding get on with it while there was still a Church to host it in.
