"It took a while but everyone is gradually getting used to our current situation and moving on." Steel said to himself with a slight smile. He began to wonder how that felt as he himself was one of the few people who had adapted to the Apocalypse quickly and began hunting the day of that event. As he began to walk towards the gate that he usually went through for hunting, he saw a girl standing right on the edge of the border of the town and outside of it. She looked determined to go out and hunt but it looked like all she needed was that first step. Steel couldn't help but walk over to her. When he got right behind her, he gently pushed the girl, forcing her to take a step forward and outside the border. "Now that you've taken the first step, slowly but surely, you'll be able to move forward." Steel said to the girl with a grin.

She had already dealt with the whole 'woe is me, this is a nightmare, blah blah blah. But to be honest, she was kind of getting used to the idea. No more work, no more bills, no more worrying about blemishes or gaining weight or anything like that. She was stuck in this stupid game, might as well look on the bright side of things, even if some of the things weren't that bright. She'd look around, already seeing a surplus of the usual damage dealers. Everyone wants to be a DPS and yet no one wants to be the Healer. Typical. Welp she 'did' choose a Druid which were healers, though she saw so much more than just a nature themed cleric, she had seen the CC and the DPS she herself could dish out, perhaps not the best, but it was better than being a over glorified 'heal bot' anyways. She was looking around at the border, wondering if she could venture out by her lonesome, thinking that she would join up with her friends she had selected two healing spells. She didn't care if the game called them skills, they were friggan spells and there was no way to paint over it.
She was flipping through the menus, once again spotting that log out button with that near menacing red 'X' to show it was out of order. She sighed and looked over her inventory and looked to herself, thankfully she had chosen the correct clothing at least, nothing typical about this Druid. She would be dressed in white mostly with hues of pink and green with any red jeweled accessory she could find. Her purple hair done up in it's six 'curls' or did they call them 'drills'? She never knew when it came to that form of knowledge. She'd then ack and wave her arms about as someone shoved her! Shoving? What the hell was this? Kindergarten? She'd turn around, hand moving to her whip, ready to whip the smug off of whoever just did that! She'd then see some smirking idiot saying.
"Now that you've taken the first step, slowly but surely, you'll be able to move forward."
And just standing there, like he wanted a cookie. Pft, fat chance, she'd hmph and turn her head away from him. Probably just some kid who thought he could impress her into joining him on some epic quest. What did he think this was? Some crappy anime where a guy with a sword would show up out of the blue, dressed all in black and offhandedly expect a bunch of girls to fawn over his 'badassery'? Pffft, what a dumb concept that was! She'd look him over and then make a simple 'What?' gesture before looking around, she wasn't afraid! She was cautious, there's a difference! Though he probably thought what he was doing was a good deed and she supposed she should...thank him? Thank him for what? Pushing her? Fat chance!
"What?" She asks, a hand moving to her hip as she then looks to him and taps her foot against the ground, waiting for him to respond, she expected a variety of ways for him to ask her to join up with him. She swears to god that if he says 'Milady' she'll flipping lose it and probably end up a PK'er.

"You're looking at me as if you think I'm some sort of harem starter from an anime." Steel said with a sweat drop. "I assure you, I'm not that sort of person. In fact, I don't think I'd be capable of doing that in the first place. And it seems the light push pissed you off, sorry about that." He then proceeded to walk out the gate and into the forest. After taking a few steps, he stopped and turned around. "The name's Steel by the way. If you want, why don't you come along and train with me? It's more fun to hunt with others than by yourself right?" Grandeur
