The sun was starting to set on a long day of running around town, trading mercilessly. As it happened, people liked pork, bacon, and various other boar-related drops. That came in handy for Luccio, who had been bartering and selling and buying for the goal of amassing a sizable amount of alcoholic drinks. As the Assassin walked through town, scythe stowed in the inventory for the moment. He didn't need it in town. He walked up to the Green Dragon Inn, a small place on the outskirts of London, with a small grin. The place wasn't in business. The door sat on the ground, and an old bar was in plain sight. Luccio walked up to the place, manipulating his menu and getting his resources into place for the first round of drinks; some cheap vodka, tomato sauce, and a little hot sauce from a beginner chef; two units of each. He grinned and tapped his friends list, currently rather low on names, and clicked the button for telepathy, sending a message to Okami. Okami! It's me, Luccio, from the hunting group the other day. Meet me at the Green Dragon Inn, I'll pour you those drinks I promised. I've already got the first one waiting. As he said that, Luccio started to work, going through the familiar motions; two glasses came up from beneath the bar, in good shape from Luccio's previous visits, along with a couple shakers. He combined the vodka and the sauces carefully, giving them a hearty shake and meting out the two bloody marys, taking stock of his other ingredients while he waited to see if Okami would show up. OkamiNOTES: Used 6 level 1 mats; 2 servings Stale Liquor in the form of Vodka, 2 servings tomato juice, 2 servings weak hot sauce. MARI @ GS!

Ping!
And like that, Okami's interest was perked. It wasn't often that someone sent her a request for telepathy. Or at all, really. A small, fragile friends list prevented her from getting any real calls. But, hey, it wasn't from a lack of trying! It was from all the people who took to running in terror from her. Was she a bad person? Did they not like her? She thought she was a likeable person. And fluffy! How could they not love her fluff? Shaking her-self from her thoughts, Okami listened to the tele-message from her newly acquainted brewer friend. Green Dragon Inn? Sounded pretty awesome. Yes yes yes yes I would love too! was her reply, before ending the telepathy and pulling up a map.
It hadn't taken her much time to find the inn. Worn down and abandoned, not exactly the best place to ask a lady out to a drink. Waltzing her way through the entrance, she spotted the familiar wolf-tail at the bar table. "Hi Luccy! Bit of an odd place to be asking a lady to drink isn't it? Don't have anything dark and sinister planned do you~?" she asked playfully, bouncing her way right up to the table. Plopping her rear down on a worn out stool, she tried to give her-self an experimental spin of the chair. It only went half-way before locking up. Giving a displease huff at the chairs like of fun dispersal, the fox-tail instead turned her sight on the assassin at work. "Hmm..." she said, watching luccio work his brewery magic. "While you're doing that, I think I'll get a bit of grinding in."
With a few simple clicks, items had appeared like magic. Crystals humming with magic, old lamps and parts spread out across the table. With simple, practiced maneuvers, inheriting a sense of correct procedures and practical application from her chosen crafting class, Okami got to work breaking down the old lamps into useable pieces. Removing screws and peeling away the layers of metal around the lamps. For those who knew Okami, and how she couldn't seem to sit still for even half a minute, the expression of concentration and apparent patience she wore must have looked quite foreign on her.

Luccio visibly winced in the middle of shaking the first Bloody Mary. It probably had something to do with the atrocity of a nickname that had been bestowed upon him by Okami. "Luccy? That just hurts, calling me by a girl's name." The wolf hair feigned pain, clasping one hand to his chest. "I'm here because it's as good a home base as any. Once I get some cash together, I'm going to buy the place, open up a bar. That way I can adventure during the day and make some money and XP at night."
The assassin peeked inside the first shaker, smiling at the color of the contents. The hot sauce and tomato juice lent a deep red to the vodka, and he drew a pair of containers to fill with the drink; a shot glass and a small bottle with a stopper. He filled the shot glass first, sliding it towards the sorcerer. He happened to look up and spot the girl tinkering with some old devices, a look of concentration on her face. It was utterly foreign to him; Okami was usually way more hyper. "Ever have a Bloody Mary before?" He poured the rest of the drink into the stoppered bottle, sliding it over to her as well. " For the field. It's no health pot, but mixed drinks like this one help with HP regen. What'cha working on, anyway?"OkamiPosting the crafting claim for Bloody Mary number one, which goes to Okami. "Mrmp" Was the only response offered to the assassin as Okami worked. Hands moved, and bit by bit the pieces that made up the lamps came off. It was a mechanical procedure, not sure in the expertise needed to strip down the items - but in her movements. As a level 1 alchemist, she didn't have any true 'experience' with handling subclass. So instead of moving with the grace and fluidity of someone who'd mastered the craft, hers were movements that moved like a rusted machine in terrible condition. Some would argue that as long as one arrived at the final product without problem, such concerns as 'skill' didn't matter as much. Okami could tell you otherwise.
It would only be after she'd completely stripped down the final lamp and put everything into assorted piles across the bar desk that Okami would finally take notice of the drink. "Bluh?" She looked at the substance, which had appeared as if like magic to her. Quickly looking around in confusion until she spotted the wolf-tail and taking another glance at where she'd been, it finally clicked into place where she was. "Oh," she said blankly, "Oh! Oh, I'm sorry Luccy!" The fox-tail said apologetically, having realized she'd been ignoring her host.
"Oh, no, I've never had one before." She picked up the red drink, holding it by the edge of it's class while she slowly turned it around, examining it. "Hmm hmm," she hummed approvingly, ears twitching in curiosity. "It looks tasty Luccy!" With that said, she set the drink aside and winked at the man. "I'll have a sip after I finish with this here. It's a mana lamp. Fueled by foul wizardry from the darkest of abysses." The sorcerer wiggled her fingers, giving a 'OooOooohhh~' to accompany her explanation. Like she was telling a ghost story to kids. "And with it, I shall become Queen of the land with my almighty dark lamp of, um, darkness?" she offered lamely. Then the fox-tail snapped her finger. "Dark lamp of terror! There we go!" She said, tail swishing behind her excitedly. "Yes! The greatest dark lamp that has ever existed! And it will be all mine. Mwhahahahaha~"

Luccio couldn't help it; he started laughing, and loud. First Okami, of all people, concentrated on something to the degree of blocking out conversation, then there was the deal with the "dark lamp of terror," It was like the Fox Tail was a little ball of drama and energy; it was cute. One he finally got himself under control, he nodded. "I thought it was powered by mana crystals, but OK. Wouldn't it be a dark lamp of light, since it's, y'know, a lamp? Or is that just a paradox."The Wolf Hair put on a thoughtful expression as he started eyeballing the measurements of ingredients for his own Bloody Mary. He poured the correct amount of vodka into the shaker, followed by the tomato juice and hot sauce. What little was left of that bottle of vodka went into a shot glass and down the bartender's throat. "It's weird how vodka sold as a drink is tasteless and vodka sold as an ingredient is exactly like normal." He fished out another stoppered bottle and a clean rag, the former of which went on the bar and the latter on a wood peg, ready for later. "So, you're an alchemist, then. Seems like a fun craft skill, if a little tricky. After all, it's not like we have alchemy on this scale back home. A dark lamp of terror looks pretty handy, though. You got enough supplies to make a second one?"MARI @ GS!
