Binoculars shifted from side to side, observing the area. Behind the glass lenses stood Osamu, the newly-assigned Warden of the area. His blade was fastened to his side, as was his pistol on the other. He squinted as he saw the rabbits in question, the miasma having gently tainted their coloring. It wasn't easily noticed, but it was something that a trained professional could see, even from this distance. But, to his benefit, he had some kind of a vision-aiding device, such as the binoculars, which were standard issue for the Wardens. Taking the binoculars away from his face, he placed them in his pack, and began to walk towards the rendezvous location. He was to meet with a female druid, who was also a Person of the Land, much like himself. He opened up his dossier, and went over the name of the woman once again, just to make sure it was right. The name read Rihn Autumnfall on the paper, which he folded back up and placed into his pack. The female druid should be here sometime soon, so he would just meet her at the location, and wait for her there.
Osamu would be there in just a minute, but figured he'd take the time to make sure that nobody else was around. It would be weird for someone to see him meeting up with a druid, let alone a female. His persona aura resonated Warden to the rest of the world, mostly because of his futuristic-styled clothing that housed his armor underneath. Keeping his weapons to his side, he tried to keep as casual as he could while he was observing the area. He had noted that nobody else was around him for the time being, so he figured it would be fine for him to proceed to the meeting point. Looking towards the ground for a moment to check to see if there were any little holes in the ground to obstruct his path, but after confirming that there weren't, he continued on his way. There looked to be a tree or something where the two were supposed to meet, so he'd use that as a landmark of sorts. This was something that he had learned back when he was a trainee in the Wardens, to always keep in mind your surroundings, and make landmarks to mark where you have or haven't been yet. Imagery is a powerful memory tool.
Osamu walked up to the base of the tree, and placed his hand on it. It still felt like a tree, which was more than a good thing to the Warden. It meant that the corruption in this area was still contained. He sighed out in relief, and looked up at the leaves. They still glistened with the sun's rays, as bright sunshine fluttered through them. Taking a few seconds to look around again, he sat down beneath the tree, keeping his eyes pointed upwards and watched the clouds as they rolled by. He could feel his body get a little tired, but he was well trained in maintaining consciousness even when under relaxing situations. While on the job, nothing is more important than your mission. He was basically whipped into that shape, and it has become a part of his life. As such, he can no longer nap during the day, unless he hasn't gotten sleep at all the night before. It's just part of his system by this point, so he was used to it. There's a lot of things that one can learn just by being in the service of a Warden for a while. Mikumo Osamu has been a Warden for six years now, and the mission burns in his very being. Heretics must pay for dissolving the land as they have. They cannot be allowed to continue. He will not allow it.
