Walking towards the entrance to the forest surrounding the city still in a bit of a daze due to his experience last he was with Saskia, due to his state of mind he was not really in the mood for a morning workout. With a yawn and a scratch at the back of his black fur covered head he arrived at his destination without much time passing, Spade was not in the mood to wait around for Saskia but he was sure that due to their status of being in a party he was sure she would be informed that he was in combat and even more that he would be near death. He once more was too impatient to sit and wait around for a event to happen either; he had already walked past the post board and he refused to walk back in to that crowd just to find a minor quest to kill some weaklings. Spade put his fists up to his face in a boxing stance and began to bounce on his toes taking a few quick jabs to the invisible opponent in front of him, he danced around his invisible target continuing to throw jabs moving faster punch by punch until he started to throw out a fierce uppercut involving all his weight with his right hand followed immediately by a left hand to the area where the kidney would be.
After his small workout Spade felt he was ready to go fight something minor monster, Spade began to look for something that should not take that long. He scanned the forest for the first thing that registered in his sight and with a *ding* he found his warm up target, it was a garden snake at level 4, Spade had no trouble with snakes since he's seen them often enough that he holds no nervousness towards the reptile. Spade took up a boxing set and began to bounce back and forth on his feet since he did not need to sneak up from a blind spot, not like he could do so anyway with it being the middle of the day and Spade being a tall black cat, he then charged forward with his good foot with his set still up he approached the snake and opened up the battle with a left jab his fist. With uncanny reaction the snake coiled up quickly and launched itself at Spade's chest and Spade leaned to the side and give the reptile two quick jabs with his right hand while it was in mid flight, thinking the fight was assured Spade smirked and was about to laugh once more when he was suddenly attacked by the direction the snake dived. Dazed and confused Spade was unsure how he was struck when he saw a small tail following the rest of the creature, in a rage he attempted to grab it and slam it on the ground he reached for the tail but it was already out of his reach, Spade had reached too far and he was off balance but he was able to recover by getting on all fours and charging towards the snake he was able to give a ferocious downward punch to his enemy and it collided with the ground, not giving it any chance to recover Spade stomped on it's head and twisted his foot to grind it to the ground. He had the creature pinned the ground he ignored the minor damage to himself with the snakes tail, after a short time Spade was able to turn the snake into blue spheres and a little bit of gold, he also lost 20% of his hp but he was confident that his party member would come by the time he returned to full health. Spade crossed his arms and was tapping his foot on the green grass to pass the time but he was still impatient, "I hope she hurries up!" he said to himself.

Guardian - Cavalier - Brewer ____________________________________________________ Saskia laid in her bed at the inn, curled up in a ball as daybreak lit through the window sill and ignited a warm sensation in Saskia's face that made her open her eyes lightly. Slim fingers ran through the pink messy bed head and tangled vines of hair that fell over her face, sliding them back behind her end and tucking it there neatly. She wrinkled her face and wiped her cheek with her wrist, removing the slobber from her lips. She blinked around at her surroundings in a dazed manner and she releases a long yawn, before smacking her lips several times. Feeling a bit sluggish, she rubbed her forehead and scratched her thigh lazily.
Suddenly, she stretched out her arms wide, welcoming the sky that glistened from the window sill and began to sing vividly. "I woke up like thissss, flawless!" She laughed as she rose out of bed, belching and scratching her stomache and beginning to look around for her brush as she slid across the floor in her pajamas. A white knuckle began to rub the sleep out of her eye as she walked over to the drawer and grabbed a brush, beginning to lightly style her hair back to it's former glory.
"Ah, now that's the Radiant Queen the people know and love..." She chuckled as she gazed at herself in the mirror, before winking at herself and giving herself a nod of approval. She began to head towards the bathroom cabinet and grab a toothbrush, an started brushing her teeth. She made a few goofy faces in the mirror before gargling and spitting the residue into the sink. She licked her pink lips clean and began to grab a face towel and dipping it in water she began wipe her face off.
Taking in a calm and soothing breath of serenity, she began to massage the back of her next as she walked out of the bathroom. She began to twist her lips and stare around the room blankly. She knew she was supposed to be doing...something today, but she couldn't seem to quite put her finger on it for the life of her. She shrugged her shoulders and began to dig through her satchel pulling out a silver whistle. She began to glance at it and chuckle as she reflected to a moment when Icarus and her went on a ride with a scared little pussycat....
Oh crap! The kitten! We were supposed to be out in the field training together! What time is it?!
Saskia began to flail about as she started making her bed and cleaning up her room. She paused for a minute, putting her left hand out and clenching it into a fist then releasing, causing a sudden burst on white electrical energy to surge through the air, forming into a thin crystalline cocoon that weaved into the shape of a interface menu. Her eyes glanced down towards the clock in shock.
9:15 A.M. !?! Bullocks! We were supposed to be leaving out at 8:30! Why didn't he wake me up! I missed the free complimentary breakfast now and everything! And Saskia's cranky when she doesn't get her fruit snacks!
"Damn it...I've got to hurry. That crazy cat...going off on his own without me..." Saskia scowled as she began to bring up the party chat menu on her interface.
Oi, Spade! I'm getting ready now. The Queen of Hearts will be there soon! Should be quick, I got Icarus! - Party message sent.
Saskia typed the message out with lightning fast speed as her eyes darted around the menu before zeroing in on her inventory. She selected the menu quickly and tapped on her gear, equipping sword, shield, and armor alike. Her pajamas began to solidify and fortify itself into a different material. A shiny platemail that was very bulky and sturdy. Saskia groaned at the armor in disgust, rolling her eyes as she sheathed her sword.
These silly video games..I swear...
Saskia shook her head in disappointment. She took a deep breath and then put on a more aggressive face as she cracked her knuckles, which was amusing since she had such smooth and slender doll-like fingers. She squinted her eyes at the doorknob with a sense of purpose and determination as she waled up to it and curled her fingers around it, yanking it open and storming outside the hall with great haste.
The pounding of iron greaves began to slam against the wooden stairs as she scurried down them before leaping towards the end and then jogging lightly to the front desk, her shimmering pink strands of hair swaying in the wind from her speed. She quickly grabbed the quill and did a quick chicken scratch signature on the check out sheet and burst out the doors.
Coming upon a dirt path, she dashed inbetween landers and adventurers to make her way to the stables outside the inn. Her eyes glancing back and forth between all the horses there, she caught a glimmer of a vanilla tail swishing back and forth in the back. She walked over towards the horse and saw the familiar white stallion that was resting on it's knees quietly.
"Come on boy...time to get a move on and terrorize the kitty." Saskia chuckled as she petted him softly, kneeling down by his side to try and motivate him to get up.
Reluctantly, the colt sluggishly rose to his feet before blinking at Saskia and shaking his head, making with blonde mane go about wildly.
Saskia began to detach the rope that had him tied to a post and grinned tenderly at him.
"We'll get you fed soon, sweetheart. Mommy hasn't eaten breakfast yet, either. For now we got to head out. Maybe we'll find something nice out in the wilderness."
Saskia gave the beast a reassuring pat on it's side, as she hopped up mounting it.
"Hyaa!" She cried as she snapped the reigns and led the horse out of the stables and trotting down the street before it made it's way to the outer city gates and began sprinting in a furious gallop.
In the distance she could see a Black werecat wrestling with a snake, before seeing the snake burst into gold and items.
She trotted up beside the impatient kitten who seemed to be tapping his foot and muttering curses.
"Oh, come on, don't be like that! You act like you never had to wait on a girl to get ready before! We can't just roll out of bed like you guys can, so don't even make a fuss! I was only fourty five minutes late. And I skipped me breakfast! I sure hope there's some delicious grub out here. Icarus and I are starving!"
She exclaimed before pouting roughly, her hand gripping the reigns tightly as she brought the horse to a halt.

Spade’s patience was beginning to wear thin once more as he began to go a little stir crazy from standing and doing nothing, he wanted to hunt another monster but he had already done so he was to wait more but he was starting to reconsider doing so. His foot was making a resounding sound throughout the area as he began to provide more force in to his taps without meaning to, Spade was beginning to reach the end of his patience and if he could not wait anymore he would do any random thing that comes to his mind just to compensate for the fact that he did nothing but stand around for the past 20 min and wait on a person that had arranged the meeting time in the first place! To help pass the time without moving Spade began to think of what he bought from the vendor in purple once more, he had 5 crimson apples, 2 oranges, and a green canteen containing water; this amount would last Spade 2 days or so of not returning to the city if he so needed to. With this task done he needed more things to lengthen his patience, Spade then had the bright idea on how he could punish Saskia when she finally shows up. “I punch the top of her head, or I could even pull my punches so that she retains the enemies attention and be forced to take on more than one, or better yet I could challenge her to a scrimmage fight and break her down bit by bit or...” Spade was mumbling to himself with a evil smile on his face and a chuckle escaping his lips, he began to think of many scenarios on how he could cause misfortune on his party member generally not caring about the consequences that may follow said actions if he was found out. Still in the middle of his mental preparations for his punishments for being late he suddenly got a message from Saskia, Spade read the message annoyed and curious at the same time wondering what excuse that she would say about her being so late scoffing at the fact she called herself the queen of hearts thinking that she is trying to have fun with the fact his name is Spades, he was going to decide which punishment to perform when he suddenly read the last sentence of the message. Spade figured out that she was referring to the horse by the way she said she would be arriving quickly, his entire train of thought got derailed from the fact of having to deal with the horse once more memory of their first meeting still fresh in his mind. He suddenly went from almost descending into blind rage to slight annoyance and a great amount of nervousness, Spade would have gone in to full blown scared kitten but he still did not move for the past 25 min so he was not fully nervous due to his near blistering fury underneath it so all it left him with was a very annoyed expression. The mere knowledge that he was going to see that thing again made Spade completely freeze and forget entirely he was standing still for a moment, his mind reset when he heard the sound of hooves coming to the entrance. Spade was still prideful so he put on a face that he was angry for being forced to wait for who knows how long, when she came within hearing, or in his case yelling distance, she finally yelled her excuse for being late in a vague way and tried to add empathy to herself by saying she didn't eat and neither did her horse. Spade’s nervousness was briefly replaced by his original blistering rage over the fact that she did not apologize over making him wait and being late to the meeting time she had set up, Spade suddenly lost his temper resulting in him visibly snarling and in one powerful step cutting from the distance from his original position to within punching distance of Saskia he reached out his right hand aiming for her wrist in a attempt to drag her off her horse with one pull but he stopped just short of reaching his target when he decided that it would not be worth possibly fighting both the horse and it’s heavily armored owner, he slowly pulled back his right hand with his left and took a very troubled breath to help calm himself down. “Follow!” Spade growled toning out whatever noise would follow. He stomped once more back in to the city and he found the nearest cook’s shop that supplied meat with sides, Spade was well aware of the short line of 3 or so people in front of him but from the atmosphere around him they somehow knew that this werecat was in a very foul mood and needed to get his business over and done with quickly. The three people stepped out of Spade’s way so he had the next in line for the cook, Spade was not complaining as he really did not want his companion to fight at a lower capacity and he did not want to waste more time than needed so he was going to pay and get the money out of her later. Spade approached the counter and said “beef stew and 3 whole carrots, hurry it up.” The chef was obviously an experienced person as he was not fazed by Spade’s mood or stature, he responded in kind “I don’t know how you do things where ever your from but in my store you will treat me with respect!” Spade had a feeling that he may have unintentionally reverted back to the days when he only had to show his body to get his way, he took a deep breath and fixed his tone “I’m sorry may I please have a medium beef stew with 3 whole carrots.” The chef smiled wide and grunted as he accepted Spades more polite way of talking and body language, a surprisingly short time after he placed the order Spade received the bowl containing the stew and three large orange carrots. Spade thanked the man and payed him his proper amount of money, carrying the items to the outside tables and gently placed both the stew and carrots on the table closest to the entrance sitting down along with the food but he faced the other way and crossed his arms so he won’t have to look at his party member cause he know that he will end up apologizing somehow if he did. Guardian - Cavalier - Brewer ____________________________________________________ Spades didn’t seem to be too please with the series of excuses that Saskia was offering for her lack of punctuality. He actually appeared to be boiling with silent rage for some odd reason. His face scrunched up into a menacing scowl as he glared at her with his greyish black eyes. She freaked out as he advanced towards her in a hostile manner as her heart skipped a beat and she didn’t know whether to draw her sword or to lead Icarus away from the insane cat demon. The horse neighed violently by the sudden motion and back away a few steps before blinking at Spades in bewilderment. As the werecat retracted back his hand, Saskia furried her brow in quiet animosity as she was not privy to such undesired actions from her companion. He seemed as it was like second nature for him to solve all his probalems by putting his hands on something or someone. She began to think it was time for the ferocious feline to have those kitty claws trimmed before he scratched her face out. He grunted a command for her to follow and all of a sudden her sapphire eyes began to glint in the sunlight as she tilted her head and glanced curiously at the sprinting cat as he dashed off.
“Hey, wait just a minu-....”
Now why does he always have to go off and run like that? I have a freaking horse! It doesn’t bite, and it has yet to kick anyone in the face...unless they walk behind him. Poor Dwarf...he never saw it coming...
Before she could even get a word in edge wise, the arrogant kitten had stormed off on his own, and didn’t even look back to check if she was following.
Saskia snapped the reigns against the colt’s neck as she made Icarus grunt roughly and begin to gallop swiftly behind the hasty werecat. It seemed as if he was pretty darn hungry himself, because his first stop was a rather remarkable bistro that served a fast array of fine foods. Food that was appealing to the eye, but bland to the taste buds. A cruel punishment for players in the server to have to endure. Spades stood in line behind the three people but his groughy demeanor displayed an intimidating aura that channeled around him as he walked through the line and the customers parted like he was Moses crossing the Red Sea. As it seemed Spades had ordered his food in a rude and especially arrogant manner as he rushed the cook for a slab of meat an some veggies.
The chef however, was a brave soul who would argue to the death to defend his scarred ego. As he shouted.
“I dont know how you do things where ever your from but in my store you will treat me with respect!”
A reasonable demand, given the circumstances, Saskia grimaced as she tugged on the strap that attached her shield to her back, realizing things were getting heated. Much to her surprise the cat ate a slice of humble pie and apologized.
“I’m sorry may I please have a medium beef stew with 3 whole carrots.”
This made Saskia snicker as she rather enjoyed the cat having to submit during this exchange of words. She smiled warmly at the fact that he didn’t cause a scene and it seemed that he saved himself from the cook spitting in the food, because the cook grinned wide as well in sincere appreciation. After a few moments, the cook produced the delicious meal to Spades who took the items and paid the man quite handsomely. He sat down at a table and place the contents of the food he purchased on the table. He seemed to be uneasy about something as he folded his arms and didn’t bother to look at Saskia. He was hiding something. Saskia was sure of it. Saskia hopped off of her horse, and proceeded to run her fingers through it’s mane, softly caressing it in a nurturing manner, before turning to face Spades, who was sitting alone at the table. Saskia sat down beside him and tried to diffuse the situation as best she could as she reached across the table for a carrot.
“It’s hard sometimes isn’t it?” Saskia inquired in a gentle and graceful manner as she glanced up at a nest of birds nuzzling up against one another. “I feel like sometimes it’s hard for me to be able to open up to people and express my feelings...sometimes even the people closest to me like my boyfriend I met in this game, Bailin. You know what I used to think when I came to this world? That everything would be handed down to me on a silver platter. I used to be an idol in the music industry in the real world. But that doesn’t mean anything here. I learned that to get respect here, I have to give it...the Landers here, they don’t tolerate any bad habits I might have picked up in the real world. Some of them may be weak in physical capabilities, but the truth is that we rely on them for pretty much everything. The inns, the banks, the shops, the quests...It’s all really a lot to take in. It’s a foreign world so there will be a bit of cultural differences. So try not to beat yourself up about it. I made my fair share of mistakes here as well and offended quite a few people here in my day. “ Saskia stated as she quietly began to nibble chunks away of her carrot, her cerulean blue gaze drifting subtley at the feline as she spoke her words softly. “I want you to know I’m proud of you for how you handled the cook.”
Saskia gave a warmhearted smile as she chuckled lightly, then added. “Oh, and thanks for covering for me, I didn’t know you knew I didn’t have any money!”
Saskia snickered and then added as she finished of her carrot. “But you know word around the street here is that the cook there occasionally gives out quests to hunt down certain animals and bring back the raw meat back for some nice exp and gold. We should check it out, yeah?”

Spade was still in a sour mood due to Saskia’s lateness and excuses, but the old chef helped reign in his rage, he still did not want to apologize so he made sure to avoid eye contact with his companion no matter how mad she would get. He would have been content even if she left the party and never decided to talk to him, to Spades it would be back to how he used to live, alone and behind the scenes. He was preparing for a message being told that Saskia had left his party but there was no green message, only the sudden sensation of extra eight being added to the bench and the cold feel of cold metal lightly touching his fur. The fact that a person was suddenly in his personal space made him look at both of her hands and her waist to spot any firearm or small knife, not seeing any Spade relaxed and looked away from her once more. Next thing Spade knew he was given a speech on how she had a hard time opening up her feelings and about how she was a famous idol, Spade had never cared to listen to famous music stars and such during his time in the previous world he liked to play classical music to set the tone for any person crazy or stupid enough to go against his boss. Spade could guess that when she came to this game along with him and thousands of others she expected to be treated the same as she was in the previous world, he laughed inside his head when he imagined a pink haired low level player demanding this and that from any person stupid enough to listen. Spade continued to listen to her talk about how the people trapped here have to respect the people born here, he then began to tone out the rest since he was already very versatile on how to play people. He knew how to put up a fake face and he knows how to stay on ones good side when they have a use for him, finally done with her speech she added a final compliment about how she was proud he didn’t kill the chef out of anger. A few moments later Saskia informed Spade that she was dead broke, this statement caused Spade to have a very large twitch in his left hand since he had to restrain himself from hurting the girl once more. He would have instinctively used the utensils at hand to issue a valid threat to the person that owes him money, preferably the porcelain bowl that held the beef stew since it was able to become a make shift knife, since Spade has done this action so many times in his life he did not show any changes in his demeanor except the rather noticeable twitch. Following the words that almost got her hurt she said that the old chef gives out quests for animals he’s never heard of, Saskia stopped talking so he assumed she was done so he began to process all the words that was given to him, he was int he middle of doing so until he mentally came across the fact that she said she had a significant other in the world. Once more angry but not enough to incite his violent personality he stood up quickly facing Saskia face with anger showing once more. He then began to think whether or not he should tell her about his past since in most cases people would run off and never speak to him again, Spade waved off the thought since he was not here to make friends but to escape as soon as he could he spoke to the girl with great confidence but at the same time a look of great fear in his emerald eyes “we were both famous in the previous worlds for different reasons, you sang and danced for people’s enjoyment, I on the other hand was an enforcer for a drug lord. The things I've done for the sake of another schmucks gain would put many of you law abiding citizens in the nut house, I've burned down entire neighborhoods just for territory, helped transport many tons of narcotics across the state, bribed who many police officers and intimidated and blackmailed lord knows how many more, I’ve helped create and over saw red light districts in my state, I’ve sent men to the slammer for life just to cover a rich idiots ass! I’ve been in charge of mass robberies, hell I’ve even done the irreversible act many times since I was 15 just to set an example for others! Do you know the cry a father makes when his wife and children are broken or sold right in front of him? I’ve heard it so much I don’t even lose a wink of sleep from it, that’s as normal to me as eating dinner!” Spade stopped his rant as his greatest fear was starting to rise up once more, it was even starting to show on his face as his scowl began to transform little by little to match with the look in his eyes. He quieted down his voice now since he was afraid what would happen if he said it too loud “but despite all that I do it for the two most important people in the world to me and I would do it 10 times over.” Spades fear was now on the front of his mind, his eyes were fat against his head he naturally looked down at the pink haired woman’s feet “I’m in charge of half a state and I’ve gone on my knees and begged and was looked down on with contempt by a no neck loser of a principle just so he can accept two people to his school. “My very existence is for them to live their life without having to go down the same path I have. My greatest fear is that my boss will be coming for them since I’m no longer there to do his dirty work, I don’t know how long they have or even how much time has passed in the other world but I’m determined to get out of here as soon as possible before he needs someone to cover up my slack.” Spade finished his last sentence with a barely audible whisper, Spade was once more sulking. thinking about his sibling’s life without him in their previous world. He was sure that they are looking for him since he did not respond to them in a while or even worse that they were stuck in this world with him. This thought process made him panic immensely, he turned quickly once more ignoring any sounds around him he rushed up to the counter cutting in line and spoke in a frantic and panicked way “I need your toughest quests!” The old chef heaved a heavy sigh, this time he was sympathetic to his rude behavior since he and the rest of the shop heard Spades story about the people most important to him. “I have a dish that requires pork and beef, but I need the best ones the forest can provide. You have to get the beef from the Crag cow and Iron tusked Gerald, you have a week to do this!” With a *ding* Spade saw a green window saying he received a elite quest and asking for confirmation, without hesitation he accepted and ran past the table sopped and said “If you’re deciding to stay with me head to the south entrance and try to spot the Crag cow, don’t engage without me. I’m going to get info on how to find Gerald, met me here by dinner time.” Spades then sprinted towards the northern entrance like his life depended on it or more likely the life of his younger siblings. Guardian - Cavalier - Brewer ____________________________________________________ No prosperity for the wounded.
It seemed that Saskia had struck a nerve with Spade by sitting so close to him. Of course, invading anyone’s personal space bubble would be enough to bring them a little bit out of their comfort zone, but for Spades, it was a whole other ball game. Saskia glanced up curiously as to look at her hands. She couldn’t finger out why. Maybe it was him checking to see if she had washed her hands before eating? Shortly, thereafter he seemed to calm down a bit, which was good because, well, nobody had time for that as this was a different world, with different laws, and after long battle, she started to forget about being clssy, refined and elegant. While in her heart she was hoping her words would have a positive reaction out of Spades, she was to immersed in hearing herself talk to realize that he was ignoring her, and for the most part blowing her off.
As her speech was going in one ear and out the other and mentally Spades was probably thinking of slapping a stick of duct tape across her mouth and dumping her body into river, she began to make Spades privy to the fact that she was about as rich as a bum in the city slums. That’s right. She was broke, busted, and disgusted without two gold coins to rub together. I guess spending all that money on fashion products and scented soaps really put a hole in her pants, but hey, girl’s got to keep her looks up, right? She noticed him glaring at the utensils and the bowl on the counter and deduced that it was quite possible that the kitten was hungry himself and hadn’t eaten like she had did. However, it seemed Spades was more trained on the quests that Saskia had mentioned that the cook offered as he immediately hopped up from the table. She glanced up to find angry eyes that crashed against her like a gray meteor plummeting fro the sky as he gave her a snarl and a rather illustrious rebuttal about his past life. Saskia felt her sense of security become unhinged, even though they were currently inhabiting a safe zone from player kills. She wasn’t used to this kind of behavior, especially from her companions.
There werecat spoke of many terrible things, implying that he had earned his fame through other means. Though one would regard it as fame, but rather an ill twisted form of infamy at it’s finest. He reveled in the underworld, and spoke of being employed in a narcotic ring, under the lead of a drug lord. The words were seared with malice and burned a hole in Saskia’s heart that she was traveling with a drug lord. He was so cocky and boisterous in his mannerisms, as if taking pride in the things he had done.
He grinned at the thought of setting neighborhoods ablaze just for expansion purposes. There was no doubt about it, he was a true menace to society. Drug trafficking seemed like child’s play the way he spoke of it so callously. He bought his way out of villainous crimes by taking advantage of corrupted cops greed and manipulated others like puppets on strings with malicious blackmail without thinking twice about it. Apparently, he wasn’t shy at all about his experience operating red light districts, a rather promiscuous form of compensation. Sadly, it seems he’s stepped over the backs of quite a few people as well, setting them up to get imprisoned on for the sake of loyalty. It was if he was a loyal bloodhound to this master of his. He even headed the organized crime racket of many robberies in the city and spoke about how most of the mischief he had done had only begun when he was but a prepubescent teenager. It was all very dreadful to the ears. He spoke of degrading families, tearing apart women and children from the provider of the household, and seemed to have complete and utter disregard for human life as he was still able to sleep peacefully at night.
Saskia sat frozen with a chunk of carrot in her mouth as she was shocked by Spades words. She was disgusted and slightly scared herself. Most of all she was appalled by how loud he was being and began to wonder what others would think of her for associating herself with him. Her first instinct was to get up, hop on Icarus, and ride away into the wild blue yonder, but the werecat paused for a moment and reluctantly revealed a bit of extra information that made Saskia have a slight change of heart about the whole ordeal.
He confessed that his reasons for being involved in such a dangerous, but lucrative line of work was so that he could support two individuals that seemed to be very near and dear to his heart and proclaimed that in hindsight about the situation, he had held no regrets and would easily do it all over again if given the chance. To Saskia, this seemed to be a very warped and twisted mentality that developed due to years of corruption. Saskia tried to find the right words to get the cat to think clearly, some positive ray of hope in the darkness, but her voice fell silent as the werecat’s eyes dropped their gaze to Saskia’s feet.
He brushed off the idea of hope, as he spoke of how hard he pleaded for some worthless school faculty member to accept two individuals into their school. He even went as far as to say that his whole purpose in life was acting as a guardian for the other two, whom he had not yet dedicated a more precise relation to. Whoever they were to him, he did not want them to have to walk down the same treacherous path that he had to in his years. From the sound of it, the two individuals seemed to be of youth, possibly siblings, cousins, or even possibly his own children. The thought of the situation made Saskia’s heart sink as she place her hands into her lap and looked down, not knowing what to do or say. It was then that the notorious kitten began to reveal his deepest, darkest fear. He mentioned that he believed that his infernal employer would be possibly planning to retaliate at the two people previously mentioned in an attempt to get back at Spades for his sudden unexcused absence. The thought popped into Saskia’s head that it was a bit ironic that a hardcore gangster would even find himself in this situation, trapped inside a video game. It seemed a bit innocent and childish for someone who was suppose to be intimidating. A rather odd hobby for a criminal, indeed. Perhaps, he was bluffing? Although he seemed rather eager to get back in the real word so that he could resume doing his dastardly deeds.
Saskia blinked her eyes in amazement, scoffing at the idea and shaking her head in disappointment. However, she couldn’t ignore the sadness in his heart. She was sure that he missed his companions that he tried so desperately to protect and could sympathize with the fact that he must have missed them and hated being thrown in this world unexpectedly. Such was the case for Saskia as well, being ripped from her family. However, her sister was around here somewhere...though she hadn’t seemed to be able to find her yet. Saskia began to sulk herself, after thinking about her own people she had lost, and the millions she had made with her employers at the studio. Her eyes began to tear up slightly, as she noticed the werecat stammer off and shout haphazardly at the cook for an intense quest. Maybe that’s what they both needed right now, to be able to knocks some heads loose and blow off a bit of steam. Saskia rubbed her wet eyes with the inside of the cloth from her gauntlet and mustered the courage to rise once more. She walked over to the cook, who mentioned that they had an assortment of dishes that they needed to prepare, but lacked the high quality of meat that they desired for the meal. It appeared that the source of the meat would be found in the forest and could be traced to a mob known as the crag cow, and the other known as the behemoth, Iron tusked Gerald. Just the mere mention of the name made Saskia feel very uncomfortable because she knew that she’d be the meatshield getting stabbed to death with those...iron tusks. However, her fate was sealed as the werecat had already prompted her by accepting the quest that appeared in the large green menu. Saskia saw her own green message pop up and was reluctant to accept it. The werecat however had a ‘get rich or die trying’ ttitude about the situation and practically told her she can get with the program or get lost. Not being one to want to get left behind, and also needing much gold to feed her empty pockets, she let out an exhausted sigh and clicked the accept button. She ruffled her pink streams of hair and glanced towards the party menu.
“Alright, but just keep in touch through the party chat, or wait...how about I just add you to my friends list so we can do the telepathy thing...chatting using that works a lot better than trying to type if I get caught up in combat...” Saskia suggested as she sent the kitten friend request.

Spade was running off in a hurry to the northern entrance, while running he’s vision was blocked by a green window. This threw the werecat’s concentration off and he almost fell but he was able to recover thanks to getting in a football starting position and taking off once more quickly within seconds, but instead of going at a full sprint he was going at a light jog dodging through the light crowd. Reading the window he was being requested to accept Saskia’s friend request, he almost stopped jogging because he was surely surprised that she decided to stay in his party and more surprised that she wanted to continue communication with him. He continued jogging while staring at the message re-reading it over and over again not really able to comprehend the message that was in front of his face. Finally reaching the entrance, Spade stopped to re-read the message once more, the message began to disappear by flashing, not sure of what to do Spade was still stuck in the fact that he received a friend message in the first place he was too slow to keep it open and it seemed to drain in to an envelope in the corner of his vision. A few seconds after the message disappeared the rest of his HUD disappeared except for the envelope and it began to flash, Spade shrugged and was about to continue out to the wilderness but the flashing icon continued to jump to the front of his mind. About five feet from the entrance he had enough and stopped his forward movement and rotated on the spot to the right and preceded to walk swiftly towards he nearest person to ask about how to get rid of the now annoying green icon. In his view he saw two landers discussing some unimportant matter to his current situation, then over by a posting board he was able to spot a player staring at the post board looking for something to do for the day. “ Bingo!” Spade said and he walked at a quick pace over to the player and said politely “ Can you tell me how I can get rid of this flashing piece of mail in the corner of my sight?” he pointed to his eyes with his index finger in a attempt to show them what’s the envelope. Few seconds after he did that he felt embarrassed to the fact that he just attempted to show them the envelope even though he is the only one he can see his HUD. The player did not mind the honest mistake Spade had made, he began to tell Spade about how he can go through his menu to his unopened messages through his social tab. Spade thanked the man with a nod and and jogged to the entrance to the plains once more, “ alright you can do this.” he said to himself in a attempt to psyche himself up. Spade clapped his hands together and held them together for a few seconds, he then relaxed the area around of his knuckles forming a small green light. Extending his hands the light expanded to the his in game menu, Spade remembered that once more he can’t manage the game menu that well as he tried to find his mail like it was a separate tab. Spade was dragging his hand across the menu and nothing was happening, he was starting to get angry as he was not used to video games even after all this time stuck in this world. Spade continued his attempts to select a tab in vain getting more frustrated as nothing was happening, reaching his breaking point Spade yelled in frustration and tried punching his menu, his fist went right through and he was even angrier that he could not punch the problem away. Spade’s anger was reaching the levels where he would go on a rampage and hurt the nearest things next to him but he knew that the only result from that would be him losing much needed reputation from any person that could be a potential connection in his life. Thanks to this thought Spade was able to work through his escalating anger to navigate the menu, instead of him dragging his furry finger across the menu he tapped it and there was a response immediately. Spade’s heart soared as he was able to replace his anger with a feeling of accomplishment, he smiled bigger than he ever had in his life for figuring out how to get handle the menu in this blasted game! After figuring out how to get through his menu, he slowly but surely was able to think through the process of where the request might be, “ friend’s are usually a social thing so I’m going to take a chance and say that Saskia’s request will be in the social tab”. With pride swelling in his chest he pressed his finger on the side tab that said “Social” and the only thing that he saw was that he had a friend request from Saskia and asking him if he wanted to accept it. He didn't hesitate this time and pressed the yes button before somehow went wrong, With a *ding* his friends list grew by 1 and it shown the pink haired woman’s information, it said she was a guardian and she was level 15. Spade was greatly irritated that the woman somehow was able to become stronger than him in the time that they both were active trying to get stronger. With reignited resolve he set out from the entrance to find out information about his target. He didn't take long until he came across the adventurer fighting a boar and having trouble with it, Spade approached their battle crossing his arms and waiting for the player to be finished with his battle. The person must have been new since he had no clue about it surroundings at all, he was completely unaware of Spade’s presence even though the werecat did not match the surroundings of the forest at any point in the day time. The boar on the other hand was instantly aware of Spade’s presence since Spade was still angry about his weakness he was giving out a threatening aura causing the boar to work it’s way back away from the black werecat. Unfortunately it backed itself into a corner causing the player to be able to corner the boar and with a decisive strike to the back of the boar’s head it disappeared in to blue lights. The player gave out a sigh of relief as he wiped his brow, this came strange to Spade as to this point he did not sweat at all since he’s come to this game, he thought about it for a moment but he placed this to the back of his mind as he needed to focus on gathering information. Spade uncrossed his arms and slowly approached the player, he must been focused on something because when he turned around he saw Spade’s waist and he looked up to see the approaching cat with a mean look on his face, he jumped in the air, turned to run but he tripped on his own feet falling on his face. Spade took a sigh and stopped his movements, “ If I wanted to hurt you then I would have done so since you have no clue about your surroundings in a fight.” He unwittingly gave information to the newer player, “ All I need from you is to know how I can come across Gerald.” He have his request to the still scared adventurer Spade was waiting on him to stop his trembling to wait for his answer. With the passing of a dozen seconds Spade with no end to the trembling in sight Spade lost his patience and took a powerful step towards the player and grabbed him by the hem of his cotton shirt and lifted him up until he was staring face to face with the werecat’s angry emerald eyes. “ I’ve waited long enough on you to get over your cowardice! Now tell me what I want to know before I give you something to cry about!” Spade yelled, this did barely any good as his unfortunate victim began to sniffle and was o the verge of tears fearing that he would be killed by the random player. Spade was still holding him face to face and all that was in his vision was tears and what was starting to be the dribble of snot from the adventurer’s nose, once more a dozen seconds passed and Spade, once again, got lost his temper. His next step would have been to punch the player instilling in him the fear of not listening to his demands but it would be pointless considering that everyone from his world revives and he would have been marked as a murderer. Spade then came up with the idea that in most cases before now he would never think of, he slowly closed his eyes and imagined himself bouncing on his feet getting ready for a boxing match. With this image in his head he was able to cast Beatdown and he then tensed his muscles imagining himself getting ready for an oncoming attack, his body then flashed with a white light signifying that his Iron Body skill was active, right after the flash was done his skin started to turn in to metal from his feet quickly escalating up to his head. Spade had a gut feeling that his hips were now iron he opened his eyes just in time to see his black furry hands were being covered with a metallic sheen, he threw the sniveling player some distance away from himself, he punched his right fist in to his left and and he smiled one of his more malicious smiles getting ready to turn the useless person in to blue lights. Spade was walking slowly to raise the fear in his next victim and also he was slowed anyway, forgetting that he was supposed to gather info, Just as he was about to deliver the first punch the player finally yelled “ I don’t know who Gerald is, I’ve never met anyone like that either!” once he was able to get this fact out of his mouth he was now full on crying, Spade released iron body and not really wanting to say another word to the crying boy he pointed his head to his right but he used his eyes to tell him that he could leave. When the boy still sat on the ground in shock Spade looked him in the eye and silently gave the threat that if he doesn't get out of his sight he will kill him. This got the message across loud and clear since he scrambled to his feet and ran crying past Spade beginning his short journey to the main city. Spade was slightly annoyed that he had to waste precious time getting no info from the first person he saw, with a small grumble he continued walking through the forest looking for anyone that may have any clothes. Spade had encountered multiple players fighting various creatures but he did not bother talking to any of them if they were not aware of his presence even if he did not blend in with the environment. This was done so he could avoid what happened when he just left the city, Spade walked past the boars and the snakes and the rabbit only without having to enter battle because he was just a person passing through not planning to interact with their short lives. Spade walked for another 10 minutes until he saw a group of what appeared to be a pair of high level players sitting and eating from a cooking pot, they noticed his presence immediately and stopped cooking together and looked at Spade nonchalantly. In most cases Spade would have been annoyed but he was too tired from seeing the groups of newer players not being aware of whats going on around them so he welcomed the sight of more experienced people. Spade took note of what they were wearing and he saw that the woman was wearing cloth armor and the young boy was wearing heavy armor, he even saw some emblems and other items on the woman. He guessed she was the stronger one of the two people present, he nodded at the boy since he needed to give his respects to both people in the party since he needed to acquire information about where to find Gerald. The woman whispered something to the boy and he nodded, he appeared to be completely confident in the woman’s ability to fight as he did not seem to consider the chance of Spade being a potential threat. The woman approached Spade and she held her staff with two hands just in case he drew a weapon, Spade took note of her stance and thought about a plan to counter her attacks, keeping the plan in his mind he said to the woman, “ I came to ask questions nothing more nothing less, answer them and I’ll be out of your way.” he did not want to play around and make new friends so he kept it simple. “ Alright, ask away.” the woman responded with no hostility in her voice. “ I’m looking for Iron-tusked Gerald, I heard he is hard to find and I don’t feel like looking around all day. Can you tell me where to find him?” Spade asked, the woman put her index finger on her cheek and tilted her head in the opposite direction that her finger was laying on. “ Haven’t heard that name in a while, it’s impossible to find him be simply searching around. You have to attack and kill a certain number of the young boars before he comes out, get ready for a fight though because when he comes out he will bring friends. The number of things he brings changes but on average he brings three adult boars to the fight.” The woman gave him valuable info, while she was doing it she relaxed only slightly as Spade himself returned to his regular scowl. With this info he gave a nod to the pair in thanks and he turned towards the previous field he came from. On is way to the field Spade began to roll his neck to make sure that he would be able to look around himself quickly, approaching the clearing in the forest he saw the players and monsters fighting. Spade was able to see in the corners of the field the baby boars hiding behind the trees and various shrubs, he smiled once more because his troubles would be greatly shortened. Spade bounced on his feet and had his boxing guard half cocked, Beatdown activated and his body released a white light for a brief second. With his skill ticking down Spade charged at the boars hiding in fear from the adventurer’s fighting their mothers, Spade saw one of them further out from the treeline than it should have been so he targeted it first jumping in the air to initiate his attack. Spade reared his left leg back in mid air and when he released it he pointed the heel at the soon to be dead baby boar, with this position Spade’s Wyvern Kick activated and he was propelled towards his target. When he collided with the boar it immediately burst in to blue lights with a loud squeal, Spade then bounced off the now vanquished enemy and now he had room to maneuver once more, he reared back and aimed for the young boar that was peeking out from behind the tree. Releasing his punch he miscounted his trajectory for landing so his punch would have missed but Spade’s arm extended and it collided with his intended target, unbeknownst to Spade he had finally activated his Zoom Attack turning this one in to sudden burst of light also. When he landed his body released a white aura two times before going back to normal, the werecat then got low and gave an explosive first step almost reaching his full sprint by the time he took his 3rd step he had already approached his next victim. Spade spared no time as he performed a low kick aiming at the body of the 3rd young boar, this one also had time to squeal alerting the other young ones and several boars of the immediate danger. With three of them suddenly gone they picked up the message and turned to run in to the clearing straight in to their respective parent’s protection. Spade picked this up and he began to move faster at the slight cost of his accuracy, one boar had ran past him and was attempting to make a break for it. He saw this one and once more performed a powerful first step reaching his full speed by his fourth step he had enough momentum to strike and kill the young-ling attempting to escape but ahead of Spade he saw a adult boar about to charge, with a new plan he jumped in the air and cocked back his fist intending to aim for the ground, his fist glowed yellow indicating he is activating the skill Tiger Echo Fist, his speed in the air propelled him past the young boar and almost in front of the still charging adult. He hit the ground and immediately punched it releasing the invisible aura knocking back the adult and killing his 4th young boar. With that one gone Spade shifted his focus to the adult recovering from the shock wave, he jumped from his crouching position and gave an elbow drop to the adult, in most cases this may not have killed but due to Spades beat-down ability his attack damage was still stronger so it was a fatal move, the boar under Spades gave out a rather loud squeal and burst in to blue light. With this defeat Spade’s body gave off a strong white light, this caught the attention of all the players in the area fighting the monsters and something beyond the treeline. Right when Spade was quickly scanning where to look for another boar to defeat the woman from earlier yelled from the distance. Spade didn't hear it since he was too busy concentrating, he sprinted over to the nearest duo of boars and gave the young one a leg sweep killing it instantly and using his momentum from the spin he followed up with a Zoom Punch even though he was close. Once more his body flashed a bright light and the death cries of the boar seemed to disturb something beyond the tree line but this time it seemed closer, and then he heard something like a yell coming from his northern side but he paid it no mind since he was on a mission he did not pay any mind to her yelling, he assumed the boy did something wrong to warrant the yelling. As he was thinking this he heard thundering steps from behind him, turning around he saw an adult charging him in a attempt to blindside him. Spade silently thanked his early life and side stepped the charging boar, as soon as he did this one more adult stepped up to fight Spades and it was able to successfully get a hit. Not only did this knock Spade over due to him being off guard he was now getting mauled by the tusks of two adults, with two enemies bearing down on them Spade had a hard time securing a good footing so he was taking a good amount of damage, while he was trying to block the tusks and hooves of the boars Spade felt a great amount of heat approaching him from his left side. The boars noticed this also because they stopped their attack and looked in the same direction and Spade was feeling the heat, suddenly everything in front of Spade was covered in flames and him and a small area around him had been hit by a potent fireball killing both the boars and almost killing the werecat, he jumped up and began to pat himself off even though he had no influence on the burn status that was flashing in his HUD. After a small time Spade was able to get his bearings and realize that he may have been save but he was still reduced to 3% of his health so he was a little more than angry, he turned to see the woman he spoke to earlier yelling out what appeared to be an apology, Spade the correctly guessed that she thought to lend a helping hand. Looking at their general direction Spade saw the woman with an apologetic face but when he looked past her to the young boy he saw that his arms were crossed and his eyes were closed not caring that he was almost mauled by boars. “ Little $#&@!” Spade said looking at the boy even though he had almost died due to his own carelessness, he was about to retreat to a safe place when the woman kept on yelling. Now Spade was curious what she was yelling about, he strained or more likely adjusted his ears to better hear the woman but she was still strangely inaudible. Spade stopped to take note of this and he began to look around himself, he saw no adventurers around him and the both adult and young boar were sitting at the edge of the treeline, this came as both an oddity and warning to Spade as he got ready to dodge any attack from any direction. Then Spade finally heard why the woman blasted the two boars off Spade, she was trying to tell him that Gerald was coming and she correctly assumed that Spade was alone and better yet he was not at the point where he can solo Gerald. Spade had a sense of urgency as he did not really want to die at any point in this game, he turned to run away but he flinched from the burn damage he received and fell over. There was a deafening thundering sound erupting from the treeline along with the pigs still present squealing loudly as Spade was now aware of what a boss was like in this game and the influence it had on other beings, he turned and attempted to get up once more but he flinched again due to his low health and burn damage. By now the sound had stopped and the clearing was silent as death, Spade was now trying to crawl away but he already had a good notion of what was coming next. With a sudden *BOOM* a large shadow erupted from the treeline opposite of Spade charging at him with a speed similar to a speeding car all Spade saw were tusks similar to his skin when he’s using iron body inches away from his face, he then felt the impact and his vision turned black. With a strange sensation he could not describe he work up taking a deep breath in what looked like to be a church, he felt his body frantically to see if all of his self was still there he took a sigh of relief. Spade did not like the thought of himself dying even if he was reviving, the thought scared him that there was a chance that he could have never opened his eyes again. Spade shook this to the back of his mind as he knew that if he dwelled on it he would receive mental damage that he may not recover from, he got up from the altar in the middle of the room and he began his way to the old chef’s shop, while walking he extended his right hand’s pinky and thumb in to a furry hand phone thought about Saskia’s image. He heard ringing and he thanked himself for taking sometime to get to know some of the controls of the game from some players earlier this week, with the sound of someone picking up a phone he heard a familiar and sometimes annoying voice say “ Hello?”, Spade responded with “ I found Gerald but he spawns after you kill a bunch of boars, shouldn’t be too hard. I’ll give you the full rundown of my time out when you get back anyway, meet me at the old man for dinner so we can get all the info we need and plan for tomorrow.” He released his extended appendages on his hand and ended the telepathy with his party member. Spade was strangely hungry and he needed some place to rest he approached the shop and gave a nod to the chef and began his wait for Saskia. Word Count: [4158] OOC note: NEW RECORD Tl;dr- Spade got angry, figured out his menu somewhat, got irritated at some kid, met someone that was helpful, performed slaughter of boars, almost killed by someone trying to save him, then got killed by a living truck, finally giving party member a short briefing before headed to the old man’s shop for food. Guardian - Cavalier - Brewer ____________________________________________________ Saskia noticed the werecat burning off in the distance. His legs shifted beneath him in accelerated fury as he dashed off. She cocked her head to the side, primarily because she didn’t understand what exactly the rush was. They would be stuck in this world seemingly forever, but it seemed that the cat was adamant about either leveling or possibly he just wanted to blow some steam and beat the living @#!% out of something, either way it made Saskia slightly uncomfortable. She wasn’t used to having to do so much work, so early in the morning and after eating her morning meal, she felt a bit tired. She exhaled a light yawn as she stood there, in her heavy armor that shimmered in the sunlight. She blinked her eyes staring at her pending friend request that she had sent him. She began to squint and cut her eyes back at the tiny silhouette of the cat cutting a corner to leave the city. Her face began to boil a bright red as she scowled, shaking her head in anger. Did he seriously just ignore her friend request? Sinuous thoughts began to enter her mind as she tapped the toe of her iron greaves against the cement. She folded her arms and pouted then began to look at her menu. He began to monitor her mini-map and look at which direction was south. The south gate was about one hundred meters from her location.
Unfortunately, that was a bit too far of a walk for her, as she groaned at the feeling of getting another blister on her heel from so much traveling on foot. Not only that, but Icarus needed to rest and get food. As her mind drifted to thoughts of food, she was reminded about the meal that the kitten had left for her on the table. After deciding that it would be impolite to waste such a delicious courtesy, she walked over to the gray empty table and slid her legs around the seat. She gazed out around at the patrons, smiling at the local adventurers as they passed by. One of which was a level twenty four sorceress in emerald green armor outlined by streams of gold and a pitch black wizard hat. Saskia had a bit of a gut feeling so she raised her hand and waved at the girl in a friendly manner.
“Hey, so uhm...got any idea where I can find Crag Cows over here..I heard some were supposed to be to the south..?” Saskia inquired as she beamed with a bright smile.
The girl blinked and then wagged her finger in excitement after a light bulb clicked and she figured out what Saskia was talking about.
“Oh, yeahhhh, the crag cows! Yeah you’re right, they are to the south, if you go past the forest and hug the east part of the field of trees, then you will start to wander into some highlands, the crag cows are usually found close by the cliffs or large formations of rock and stone. Watch out for the Soil Golems though...they kind of watch over the Crag cows.” She replied with a gentle smile. “Good luck. Hope you beat them!”
Saskia smiled and waved good-bye to the woman before looking down at her meal and clapping in an overly excited manner.
“Work smarter, not harder I always say! Now it’s time to get some grub!” Saskia said as she grab a knife and chopped the carrots up, placing them into the beef stew. As the orange circles plopped into the bowl, she grabbed some sugar and began to shake the canister over the food. She giggled as she grabbed a spoon and began to take a bite of the hot stew. Her faced slightly grimaced at the taste as she was still getting adjusted to the city. After hanging her head in displeasure by it not tasting like what she wanted, she planted her cheek on the table and complained.
“Why does everything in this darn table have to be so stupid...got kool-aid, no sugar....cereal, no milk...peanut butter, no jelly...food, no taste. This is worse than an episode of Friday!” Saskia sighed as her eyes fluttered up at Icarus who trotted over and began to lick her face. “Go away you stupid horse...I’m sulking...” Saskia muttered gently as she pushed the horse face away. Afterwards the horse began to leave her alone, but then buried his head in her meal and began lapping away at the stew. Her eyes rolled up to him in wonder. “How can you even eat that stuff, Icarus? It’s grossssss...”
Saskia shrugged her shoulders lazily as her face still rested upon the surface of the table. She shifted in her seat to make herself more comfortable, then raised her arms up to fold them neatly under her head as she glance up at the beautiful mockingjays as they sang subtle sweet songs and she blinked her eyes in a tired manner as her pink strands blew blissfully in the wind. Her eyes began to get lower and lower until she finally drifted away to sleep. Several hours had passed by while she was off dreaming in her winter wonderland, when she received an incoming message from from her feline friend. She mumbled in her sleep as she heard the buzz in her ear tell her about how he had found out about how to find Iron Tusked Gerald. She turned her head over and ignored the message as she was enjoying her rest. A little bit of caked on saliva etched the corners of her lips. She was conscious, but still unaware. She knew she was supposed to be doing something. But the heavy weight of her body, caressed her to sleep once more. She rumbled about, shaking in her armor until she found a nice comfortable position to lay her head and enjoy the rest of her nap until the cat arrived.

| DON'T GET IN MY WAY!
Spade was currently waiting in line as the sun was in it’s decent for the day, he was mentally tired from his earlier exploits and a good meal would do the trick for his appetite no matter how little he tasted of the food made by the landers. Spade was once more stuck waiting on something he could not control, he was crossing his arms and patiently waiting for the line of eight people lander and adventurer alike to order their food and also receive it. Spade took note of the multiple times he’s come to this establishment and he guessed that this man was someone well known in the city for people to eat food at. Spade was impressed with the old chef and began to take notice of the store for the first time. The outside of the store, was covered by wood and supported by wooden beams, there is a fence rounding the edges of the parts covered by the outside wooden roof essentially creating an outside dining area for he store. There were about 4 tables that fit about 6 people each in this outside area, Spade saw some people eating and talking and he even saw a familiar shade of pink hair on someone that was sleeping at one of the few tables there. Spade did a double take and looked to look closer at the head of hair that was face down at the table. He tapped the man in front of him and asked “Hold my spot would you?” he left his spot in line and he traveled to the outside dining area to the sleeping player with pink hair, he stood on her right side and still not sure who is was he bent down until his eye level was even with the table surface. He looked past the arms blocking the face and heard the familiar sounds of his rather annoying party member. Spade tried to take a deep breath but they only came up ragged and strained, he was having a difficult time holding himself back this time as the idea was blaring at the front of his mind that after she finished her free meal she sat here and did nothing all day not even bothering to ask questions. Spade was at the point right now that he wanted to kill this girl and that thought became the only one in his mind as he stepped back to resist these dark but regular urges that may to him on a weekly basis. After a short time of taking deep breaths but still leaking his need to kill someone putting the landers and a few players in to a state of fear, the old chef called out to Spade once more “If your going to keep coming to my place you have to stop scaring the people in the your vicinity while you’re here! Keep it up and I’m banning you from here and the other shops!” With a threat containing that much of a downside to his future of obtaining sub-par food in jeopardy Spade was able to calm down more effectively and with a sigh he returned to the line behind the man he was standing behind, he received a dirty look from the woman he cut in front of. Spade scoffed at her and forced his way back in, the woman began to bring up a big fuss about him waling out of line. Spade only slightly turned and looked down with part contempt and rage at the woman, she immediately stopped her ranting in fear of what may happen to her person. She was obviously a lander from the way she was dressed wearing only a cream top wit a long black dress on, her hair having two buns on the side of her head looking like a famous space princess from Spade’s own time. The woman looked around for help since it seemed like Spade was about to end her life when she remembered that he just got a warning from the chef of the restaurant. She looked to him for help the one able to see the entire situation, he judged that Spade was not impeding business by asking someone to perform a strange tradition, he shrugged at the woman as she looked absolutely dejected as her only life line rejected her. She turned a nice shade of red and walked out of the store with her head down but a look of rage worthy of Spade on her face. With the woman gone both Spade and the people in the restaurant went back to their business of obtaining food. When Spade reached the front of the line he requested grilled chicken and he old chef requested him to wait at a table, he was staring across the table at Saskia’s sleeping visage thinking of ways to wake her up without causing the guards to appear, he could come to no conclusion that would keep him from angering the chef and from the guards not killing him. He continued to think this when he heard the sloshing of water, it struck Spade as the perfect way to wake the woman without causing too much trouble for him or the chef. He turned to see the source, with a look of interest he saw the woman from earlier carrying a bucket of water from down the almost now empty street, with the gears in his head turning he turned around once more and engaged his small friends list to to seem like he wasn't paying attention. The moment she approached the store the other eaters attention had been drawn to her but Spade continued to stare at the menu. The woman smiled a malicious smile and in a single motion she threw the contents of the bucket at Spade, he was already on to her so the moment she reared back he turned to her and smiled his own evil smile and moved his body out the way. The woman and the people in the store had a look of pure horror on their face as the water missed Spade and flew right towards the sleeping woman directly across from Spade, he was able to fit in the words “Nice try” while he dodged the last bits of water while keeping his smiled directed at the spiteful woman.Word Count:[1063]Tags: Saskia |

Guardian - Cavalier - Brewer ____________________________________________________ Saskia was enjoying her slumber as she began to dream about her time in the city of Londiminium. She relived the embarassing moment of when she walked through the city and was beginning to grow tired of her armor. So she went through her menu and unequipped it, eaving her only in her lingerie in the middle of the street in public. Only this time however, unlike in the past, she couldn’t find her armor. It had completely gone missing. She frantically searched between her various inventories, hoping that maybe it had been somehow glitched and tucked into the miscellaneous section. Nothing was found there except her whistle. She whimpered as she found the hundreds of eyes staring at her and laughing. She began to melt in her own skin as she curled into a ball in the fetal position. The laughter rang out louder and louder and the voices teasing words echoed in her brain. She had to escape. She began to crawl away on all fours like some canine as her hands and knees hit the cold cobblestone. All of a sudden the voice of the crowd merged into a single familiar voice. They began to grow tails and feline ears matched with furry whiskers and black fur. The face was masculine and the jawline impenetrable. As soon as she looked up, she realized that it was none other than that nefarious cat, Spades! Curse that black kitty! Inflicting horror and torment in her dreams.
She growled as him and his clones and raised up. Only the sword in the blue scabbard that adorned her pink lacey panties being her only form of equipment, Her fingers strummed across the edge as she looked at him with a menacing gaze. She unleashed her sword and began to go kamikaze on all the Spades until they poofed one by one. She scattered the legion of kittens before she had reached the final one. A version of Spades wearing a gallant green king’s robe and a jewel encrusted crown that was tipped to the left side. She had magnificent Power fists, similiar to the ones found in fallout new vegas. Saskia squinted in anger as the nude warrior thrust her sword at King Spades abdomen, but the Monk king was far too swift dodging her every blow. They began running around the field kicking and slashing wildly at one another until the battle took to the skies. Yep. They pulled some dragon ball z moves and were charging up ki and taking to the skies. Apparently they had attained knowledge of foul sorcery as they were firing lightning bolts and fire balls from their hands and dodging and weaving around spells.
It was a stalemate at best until King Spades pulled out his trump card. Summoning all the power he had, hu summoned a ten thousand foot wave from behind the Royal Castle and sent it hurling towards the pink haired princess in pink lingerie as she summoned her own spell of destruction.
Bikini Armor!
This special time of armor enhanced her defenses to water spells and actualy absorbed them! She laughed maniacally as the typhoon loomed over head and washed over her.
Splash!
Saskia screamed as the bucket of water splashed her while she was sleeping. She flailed about, the corners of her lips still covered in drool. Her wet strands of hair began to stick together in shiny pink vines. Her armor began to drip with water as the top glistened with wet dots. Her wolf ears quivered to the sound of the same voice from her dream.
“Nice try.” It said in a rather dry manner.
Was he talking about her sleeping?
That bastard!
Saskia slammed her fist into the table and glanced in the direction of the voice.
He even had the nerve to turn his back on her and play innocent!
“Oi, what the hell was that all about, you crazy cat!?! What the hell makes you think you can ruin a girl’s beauty sleep by dumping water on her head!” Saskia shouted waving an angry fist.
“It’s already bad enough you took freaking hours to come back. I already found out where the crag cows are. It took me five bloody minutes!” Saskia glared as she puffed air from her nose.
“They are over by the cliffs to the southeast of the forest. A girl mentioned something about watching out for Soil Golems. She supposes that they are sort of like the Crag Cows protectors..” Saskia muttered in an annoyed manner before having a cute sneeze.
“See! Now I’m catching a damn cold!” Saskia whined as she pouted with a princess frown.
“Come on, Icarus...” Saskia said looking at the horse, still infuriated by what happened. She leaped up on it’s side, her hair still wet as she looked down at Spades, perched high on her horse.
“Well, come on. We’re burning daylight. We have got to get a move on before the higher level mobs come lurking out at night. It’ll be faster by horseback.” She replied as her face twitched in bitter resentment. She released a heavy sigh as she began to open up a digital map and mark the general area she believed the Crag Cow to be at.
She began to inspect the rest of the layout on her map, estimating the amout of time it would take them to reach their current destination. It would take about an hours time at best. Perhaps longer if they decided to stop for a break and let Icarus stop for a drink of water.

| DON'T GET IN MY WAY! Spade was enjoying the look on the woman that threw the bucket of water at him looking fearfully at the Saskia sitting angrily on the horse, to add more to his enjoyment she was even receiving dirty looks from the old chef. To add to his dark enjoyment Saskia was really angry and she was wet, maybe if he made her angrier she would actually dry herself off, he smiled mischievously thinking of his next words that would piss her off even more but he was never good at things that may require him to think past the 2nd or 3rd step outside of fighting. Immediately once he got off this idea his smile disappeared because Icarus was standing above his head, even if he would have stood the sight of Icarus made the werecat feel very nervous since he does not know what to do with horses in general. His black ears lay flat on his head and Spade had a hard time looking the female knight straight in the face due to the horse’s face being directly in his line of sight to her, he was looking down and away from the two and looked over at the feet of the many customers and the old chef that were staring at the two. Spade could not stand being under this much attention at the way he currently was, “I-I-I’ll get th-there on m-m-my own feet.” Spade was unable to provide his usual force and confidence once more since he was around Icarus once more. Without another word being said he rose from his sitting position as fast as he could silently activated Cardinal Rose so he cold tell which way was south and sprinted in that direction bumping past anyone standing in his way. He knew that the horse was a much better form of transportation, even Spade knew of the speed they can travel at much faster speeds than humans can but he could not stand being near the horse for extended periods of time, it made Spade very uneasy the longer he and Icarus were within the same block as each other. The horse aside Spade had been sprinting for a good 2 miles and he was not in the least bit tired, only thing he swore he could have felt was the sweat soaking in to his fur and cooling him off and that fact he was not so sure of. He put this to the back of his mind and lessened his movements to a run and continued on towards the destination. Spade was deep in thought for a whole and when he came out he was suddenly hearing hooves beating the ground near his person, he slowed from his run to a jog then finally he was walking just to make sure. He stopped focusing on the compass in his vision and turned to see the pink haired knight once more and to his fear he also saw Icarus, Spade’s ears once more lay flat on his head and he quickly looked away from both Saskia and her horse. He once more tried to focus on the compass and not say a single thing, he turned southwest once more and went to a full sprint. This time he was aware of the horse’s presence near his person and this made him sprint a bit faster, after some time Spade approached a cliff and he finally found his first target. Leaving the thick forest and emerging from the treeline he turned off his compass skill but in tandem he turned on Battle Perception to gain sight of any more enemies than he was informed about. He only saw the three enemies the soil golems both level 12 and the crag cow level 13, Spade did not need to think about whether or not someone would have his back nor did he really care; he needed to get his mind off the horse that was carrying his party member and fast. Without losing a single step his fur turned to a metallic shine, signifying that he has activated his 2nd toggle skill Iron Body. His running speed slowed down slightly due to his increased weight but he knew that his attacks would be that much more powerful, with his light foot steps becoming thuds the monsters noticed both the horses and Spade’s impending footsteps; they cow was turned it’s head to spot any potential threats and the golems were slowly turning to respond to the same thing the cow was. Spade was still sprinting towards the crag cow, just as a engage he jumped in the air as much as his metallic body would allow and he extended his foot out, activating Wyvern Kick. At this time the system took over and propelled the monk towards the cow at a speed he did not know he had. With a thud he struck the cow, the cow recoiled from the heavy kick delivered by the monk; without missing a beat Spade then activated Bullet Punch already landing 3 hits by the time he was made aware of how many thuds he heard and felt. In the same instant Spade started the fight one of the golems pushed the cow out of the way and lifted up it’s arms in defense, taking the rest of the hits from Spade’s skill threw his rhythm and he could not tell what to do next. As soon as he was done delivering his strikes the other golem stepped up from his right side and struck him with its left arm. Spade could not raise of a proper guard in time to stop most of the damage that would come. He was hit in the chest with the large brownish-gray arm of the golem, in response he was propelled backwards for 5 meters. With the wind knocked out of him Spade took a knee with his head looking at the ground, unaware of the cow getting ready to charge and finish off the weakened lone player.Word Count: 1005Tags: Saskia |
