Incompatible Skills & Satchel Slots

Okay the basis of this is that I wanted to make my character easier to get around while attacking at a range, so I thought why not use Spellwalk and Blink together. Except the more I thought about it the idea got me wondering if the skills were compatible and I knew some skills even said they were incompatible like Singularity cannot be performed with Energy Fraction thus I ask if a list or something of the like could be made that way people know what is possible and what is not unless they get an Overskill that somehow get's around this. The other point of this thread, as you probably should know the Satchel Bag is a crafted item that stores items without having to go to the inventory as such I think a Satchel Bag should have a limit on how much can contain depending on the level of the Satchel Bag.

Here is the idea for the first 25 levels:
Lvl.1 = 5 items
Lvl.2 = 7 items
Lvl.3 = 9 items
Lvl.4 = 11 items
Lvl.5 = 13 items
Lvl.6 = 15 items
Lvl.7 = 17 items
Lvl.8 = 19 items
Lvl.9 = 21 items
Lvl.10 = 24 items
Lvl.11 = 27 items
Lvl.12 = 30 items
Lvl.13 = 33 items
Lvl.14 = 36 items
Lvl.15 = 39 items
Lvl.16 = 41 items
Lvl.17 = 44 items
Lvl.18 = 47 items
Lvl.19 = 50 items
Lvl.20 = 54 items
Lvl.21 = 58 items
Lvl.22 = 62 items
Lvl.23 = 66 items
Lvl.24 = 70 items
Lvl.25 = 74 items

Essentially the item space amount you get a level goes like this:
Lvl.1-9 = 2 items
Lvl.10-19 = 3 items
Lvl.20-29 = 4 items
Lvl.30-39 = 5 items
Lvl.40-49 = 6 items
Lvl.50-59 = 7 items
Lvl.60-69 = 8 items
Lvl.70-79 = 9 items
Lvl.80-89 = 10 items
Lvl.90-99 = 11 items
Lvl.100 = 12 items

Most skill effects may stack on top of each other, such as Spellwalk for any skill with cast times. If there is an exception, like with the Energy Fraction skill, it will be stated in the description.

I figured that Satchel Bags were usually in-RP flavor items allowing people to use items out of convenience. If I were to implement how many items could be held, it definitely wouldn't be 74 items at Level 25. Probably closer to 1-2 items every 10 levels.
