Explanation: Shuwen came up with the idea while brainstorming food item ideas that could be useful in ways other then simply nourishment. Monsters need to eat too don’t they? The key is to make something that would appeal to something/someone with primitive tastes; something sugary, fatty, and/or salty would probably work, so I don’t see this requiring a great deal of technical knowledge.

Monster Bait
Materials Required: Two food ingredients
Requirement: Level 5 Chef
A food item that is more appealing to monsters then humanoids. Does not provide any bonuses from being eaten, but can lure monsters to a specific location, draw agro when held, or act as a distraction. May not effect monsters whose level is higher then the item’s.
