Saskia chuckled as the girl blushed when Saskia had spoke about her making the dress. Was it that much of a comment to cause up such a stir? Maybe she was just being bashful. She did seem to hae an humble and modest spirit about her. Saskia liked the idea of how good natured she had seemed. It seemed as if the more she was around Piper the more she would get caught in the girls vibrant aura.
“Yeah, you’ll definitely get the hang of it. It takes a bit of practice to get these subclasses up. It also takes patience and perserverance if you want to rise about the rest.” Saskia laughed as she shaved a spoonful of shrimp fried rice in her mouth.
“Oh my gosh...thi is soooo good! I love shrimp. I’m so glad they finally figured out how to cook stuff in this game, I was soooooo freaking depressed when they had that regular salty food. Talk about hating life!” Saskia reared her head back teeming with laughter.
“Oh an, Those were some miserable days. You’d sit there and look at this bomb ass meal on the table that looked like it was made in heaven, but boy did it taste like you took a bite out of hell. I bet those damn sahagins taste better than what we had back then!” Saskia roared as her loud voice bellowed through the restaurant.
Saskia paused for a moment to take a few quick sips from her flask, before letting out a raspy sigh.
“Yeah, those were the good old days. You know...if you told me that a year ago, I’m be stuck wearing this smelling suit of armor and hunting crazy monsters in a video game. I’d probably would have hit you with my car!” Saskia joked. “But you know what, it’s not as bad as you think sometimes. Everything has it’s perks. I mean who knows, maybe we can start up some type of music show! Now that’s exciting!”
“Oh, yeah, Clerics are pretty nice. I met a few. Also met somes druids as well. From what I hear, they plan to fill out some registration forms and learn a thing or too. Should definitely be interesting. We were usually lacking in terms of supportive magics.” Saskia then leaned in with a devilish grin.
“You know what build I think is the best....check this out...Swashbuckler / Cavalier dual wielding giant two handed spears! It’d be so cool because of the horses passive to let people use two handed weapons as one handed! That melee damage would be insane!”

» Piper nodded eagerly at Saskia's commentary on the food. "Ugh, I know! When I first started playing I shelled out for a nice juicy steak. It looked delicious when it came to me. I'm sure you can imagine the face I made when I bit into that flavorless junk. It was not a happy one, I can assure you that." Piper happily chowed down on her own fish platter, thankful that those nightmarish early days were over. Piper loved food, as most people did, and the thought of living without flavor was simply unbearable despite the other advantages of this world. Piper hoped that the person who discovered cooking was a girl so she could kiss her.
Piper laughed merrily at Saskia's quip about being sucked into the game. "I don't think anyone expected to be spending their lives on this game quite so literally. And yeah, I agree; it's fun here, and there are some great people on the server. I expect great things to come out of my stay here." Piper's eyes widened and she blushed furiously at Saskia's suggestion they get an act together. "Oh no no no, I don't think I could do that! Definitely not good enough for it, besides, I played bass in the real world, totally lost with any other instrument, and I don't think they have electric instruments and I never learned how to play contrabass since my family's all rockers so it's either electric or nothing, you know, haha..." Piper had gotten pretty flustered at the idea, primarily at the thought of performing in general; sure, she had always wanted to get up on stage and rock out, but she was not a very talented musician. Or at least, she did not think she was.

Saskia chuckled at Piper’s animated delight as they enthusiastically talked of many different things that they each personally experience in this world. Saskia would have during their conversation as she ate her meal.
“Oh, but remember back then? Fruits were like my saving grace. Too much sugar or salt sucked. But! No matter what! An apple was still and apple. An orange was still an orange. And my gosh, you wouldn’t believe how many grapes I ate. I literally survived on grapes. I could never really get tired of them. I just kept popping the juicy bursts into my mouth. It was wonderful. If I could start my on vineyard I would!” She exclaimed energetically. "Oh, that’s actually a really good idea! It’d be so great for my wine! Oh, I can just taste it now!”
Saskia smiled, as her mind roamed to when the girl spoke about the fun she had in the game.
“Oh, you haven’t seen nothing yet, just wait until you break past like level fifteen and get a taste of the new areas and party up with people as you go on raids together. It will be so freaking epic. Oh, and when you unlock those Tier II skills, they are going to Blow. Your. Freaking.Mind.” Saskia smirked as she drank from her flask once more.
Saskia remembered one final note about what the woman had shared about music.
“Ah, that’s nonsense. You got the talent. I’m sure maybe with a bit of crafting we can make the right band instrument. We’d just have to learn how to build things from our world from scratch in this world. Shouldn’t be too hard, between woodworkers, blacksmiths, Alchemists, and Machinst, we should be able to do something fairly productive. I mean, come on, this world has something we never had, and that’s magic. You can make anything hapen with a little bit of magic!” Saskia nodded.

» Piper nodded and licked her lips at the thought of those fruits that had sustained her during the early days; Piper did not eat much of anything else at the time, since even simplistic recipes ended in shock and horror in those dark times. Piper made a gross face as she recalled the incident where she tried to salt a peanut. Piper never did figure out the amount of salt the game used to define a peanut with salt on it versus a salted peanut. Piper's face brightened up again at the notion of a vineyard. "That sounds like a really good idea, actually. I wonder how expensive the cost of land would be for that sort of thing here? The price of property is kind of all over the place, from what I've seen."
Piper nodded in agreement with Saskia's look forward to later levels. "Oh, of course. I actually spent some time reading a wiki on how to play the game before I registered... Apparently not enough time, but I did get a sneak peak at some of the later skills," Piper chuckled at herself as she continued, "Cross Counter seems like something I should get. I like strategies that focus on punishing opponent mistakes so it looks perfect for my playstyle."
Piper blushed and rubbed the back of her head at Saskia's insistence that Piper could take the stage. "W-well, if you insist, I guess, haha... It would certainly be really cool if some machinists could put together a working amplifier. I guess we will just have to wait and see what they come up with."
Piper leaned back in her chair and stretched, full and satisfied after the meal. "Ah, that was so good! Thanks for this, Saskia, I had a great time. I'm glad I saw those birds shitting on you earlier today, ahaha."
