In my curiosity I began to question Murasaki about the new city dedicated to landers, due to the time of night I cannot remember for the life of me all the questions I have asked but I am sure that I will be pestering Saki more about it. Here is all the info I am able to remember:
This is the drawn layout of the City, it is not final an the credit goes to Blue. The city has a similar size Londanium (can't remember the name, don't care too) since they have built outward. The government is an Oligarchy run by the heads of each district with the white district run by the priests, the black district is very loosely run by a few mafia bosses; if you create a well known mafia boss for the black district then you are not in charge, if trying to find out the name of one of those bosses it's going to be very difficult to locate one. There is no royal bloodline or else you would have disappeared when the disaster happened. There is no separation of church and state, makes a little sense since there is a confirmed existence of demigods, but the science based districts have more tolerance matter fact they do respect it. Not sure what the specific religion is in the white district and I'm too tired to find out but I do know that Saki said that elemental theory is the common religion in the science based districts. Since this is a city meant to stand on it's own it has it's own police force and a military force, starting off the military is not the size of Avon so we cannot wage war on other large cities unless there is an alliance in place or there is a large advantage someone thinks up, I have no idea what the military of Lune will be doing but I do know that there is a representative for the military portion and a representative for the police force portion. Like in real life the military force and the police force do not mix that well together except for rare cases, do with that what you will. in each district there is a mini penitentiary, meaning each district has it's own prison, I am proposing that since the white district has the royal guard then the white district can house the largest one. But considering how each state and city has it's own laws I would propose that each district has it's own set of laws they can create, destroy, edit.
Now on to the Landers themselves, they cannot exceed the level of 90 without a special quest just like the adventurers so cut that line of thinking short. The landers in Lune have access to the interface and all the other skills just like we have, not sure to what extent so if someone can add to this then please do. Next, Saki prefers we not be the royal guard since it would be far to way to say "I'm a royal guard! I'm going to go berserk and kill everything in sight!" so I recommend to avoid headache you avoid the route of making a royal guard, their restricted to the white district anyway. Next I proposed that there be actual guards wearing armor just like an adventurer until the rest of the city acquires the ability to sport the royal guard, Saki said it's cool, Vice captain of the guard shall be played by me and he will be in the district of my choosing! Anyway on to the crimes of the next bit of info. I asked about the black district cause that was something that may have needed to be covered, I imagine the black district like Chicago or Detroit ,if you don't know imagine the police unable to do their job due to too many crimes, so I asked about what crimes are we able to reference or be straight out in the open with I think I was wrong in comparing Lune's black district to Chicago. Saki responded with murder being able to being spoken straight out as long as we're not gruesome with it, that may mean landers inside the city do not burst in to a bunch of bubbles btw, rape is something that is a requirement to be referenced to but mind you it is not something easy to so I would avoid doing so unless you wanna risk it, prostitution must also be referenced to but they kind of expected this to be a thing since courtesan is a subclass. Drug addiction is a thing and what was recommended was drinking MP and HP potions in excess, we can determine the symptoms but the ones Saki thought of were: addiction, euphoria, withdrawal leading to pain, etc. this may be achieved when a pharmacist produces a potion that heals more and gives drug like pleasure at safety risks, please take note that hp potion side effects are more physical and mp potions are more mental. Now all the previous crimes I have mentioned are uncommon, uncommon not impossible, and won't be seen often unless some new boss is being an idiot or something. The crimes usually seen are robberies like pocket picking or petty theft. The law itself is a bit more lenient when it comes to landers i presume but the main goal still is detainment, I'll propose a guard only skill to assist in this but for now I suppose the death sentence is only held for severe crimes.
