"Brave Adventurer! Bold Expediter! Ladies, Gentlemen, and everything in between!" Hiro's voice rang out loudly. "Need you some armor? Perhaps a new blade! Maybe even a new kitchen utensil! Then, come right on over to Bastion's Benevolent Boutique!" Hiro cast his arms out wide. "Come see the most finely crafted items on this side of town! Metals, Cloths, Leathers, and more! A collaboration of many different types of crafters, all under one name, and all under their opponents' prices!" He put his arms to his side, as a small crowd began to form around him. "Now, you're probably wondering: What makes this all different from everything else? Well, I'll tell you!" Striking a triumphant pose, he continued. "These items were crafted from materials gathered just yesterday, and slaved over for HOURS today, in order to maintain a standard that raises the bar by at least 5 notches! Come on inside, and you'll be able to smell the quality! Bastion's Benevolent Boutique! Serving high-quality goods to high-quality people!" The crowd began to clap a bit, as they started to pick up some of the fliers from the table next to Hiro.

Perhaps some sort of an explanation is in order, for those who aren't fully aware of the situation (Everybody). Hiro had been asked to help out with a few local shops that weren't doing quite as well as they should be, despite the amount of effort that they had been putting into their work. While this wasn't going to be the only store that Hiro was advertising for, it was the only one that dealt in metals, leathers, cloths, and a few other things. Most of the other businesses that had asked for some help were restaurants who served some rather exotic foods, gathered from higher-leveled monsters. As such, they needed a bit of notoriety in order to garner a few more customers, to break even. Anything more than that would be more than welcomed, but just having a few people partake of their business, word of mouth would begin to work around, and they would see a much larger increase in patronage. As such, they needed somebody with some natural allure in order to bring people into their stores. Somebody with talent. Somebody who had the natural skills needed to bring more people in... Of course, when they couldn't find that, they got Hiro.

It was probably the next best thing, right? An Idol was useful for gathering some forms of attention. This of course meant that he would need to do some singing at a later time, though the first few stores didn't need it quite so badly. Bastion's Benevolent Boutique was actually doing quite well, but they needed somebody to be their poster boy in order to tell people about their most recent influx of materials, which they spent a majority of the past day working on. The items were rather high-quality, and they needed to be sold out as quick as possible. And, since weaponry, armor, and utensils were quite often hot sellers, they figured that they could make some really quick money out of it, as they had hired a load of adventurers to gather the materials over the past week. In order to really sell out their stocks, they needed somebody outside to gather some more attention. No songs or anything stage-like required, just somebody loud, had a few skills to get attention, and keep people interested. As the crowd began to walk away, Hiro turned back and looked into the establishment, where the owners and crafters nodded with their approval, big smiles on their faces. Soon enough, though, they found a new influx of customers, to which Hiro smiled and turned around as well. He waited for a few more minutes, before beginning the speech all over again. Potentially, to new customers. And the best part: He was getting paid for all this. So many winning situations here, how could he pass it up?

Youka was in town for the like the fifth time in one week, horrendous, it was completely beyond her why she had even been in town and among the people. She wasn't even sure why she was in town in the first place at the moment. Maybe she craved human attention? Pffft. Yeah totally. Like she'd ever go into town for the attention the people she..oh she doesnn't know...maybe hated? Yeah totally go to be with people she hates. Because that's like the best idea in the history of like um.. ever?



Youka smiled a tiny bit at her sarcasm but her hair mostly hid her smile because she was looking down so that she could see where she was going and because of hanging her head her twintails/pigtails more or less fell in a way that covered the side of her face.



Youka wandered around the town not even sure what she was doing with thoughts of hate and anger roaming around in her head. It showed on her expression. She also had thoughts of punching every god damned person in front of her because they walked so slow and she couldn't find a single way to get in front said persons because the town was bustling and possibly bursting at the seems with people. It really annoyed her.



As Youka was thinking about the annoyances of the vast amount of people she heard a familiar voice yelling. Well kind of familiar. It sounded a bit like that guy who had answered her accidental mentor request. Youka started walking towards the voice.

[Hirosame]

"You heard it here, people!" Hiro's voice rang out, loud and proud. "Bastion's Benevolent Boutique! Serving high-quality items to high-quality people!" Finishing the tagline once again, Hiro noticed that not quite as many people were around to hear the speech. He wasn't really disappointed by this at all, especially since he didn't necessarily get paid by the amount of people that showed up. He was just promised a bit extra if they beat the quota that they wanted to reach. This quota had long been met, but that didn't mean that he was going to stop trying to help out where he could. Any extra people that showed up meant that he would be able to get extra notoriety for the guild, should these smaller places need an extra hand in the future. Not to mention, word of mouth of the guy who brought in so many people would definitely get him some more jobs in this area in the future, which meant more potential money, and more potential customers for his own work place. The Handy Wrench hadn't really had a lot of people come in lately, though he didn't really mind it. Working on research for now was more than enough, and that's just how things would be for the time being.

A young child walked up to Hiro and tugged on the bottom of his shirt. Looking down at the boy, Hiro smiled and squatted down. "How can I help you, good sir?" He asked. Hiro looked up a little bit to see the boy's presumable parents, looking in shock at their child. The child turned back to his parents and pointed.

"Mommy and Daddy said that there aren't any more papers to take." Giving this short sentence, the boy returned his gaze at Hiro, who looked at the table.

The kid was right, there wasn't. "My goodness, you're right." Returning his eyes to the boy, Hiro patted him on the head. "Thank you very much!" Giving him a sincere smile, Hiro stood back up and walked into the shop. After taking a few steps in, Hiro called out. "Hey, Bastion!" A tall, muscular man with a slight tan walked over from the back. "There's no more papers out there."

"Oh, already out, are we?" Bastion spoke, his voice booming. He was definitely a crafter, who had the voice, build, and mentality to fit. "I've got a bunch more right over here in the back." He started to move over to one of the tables, and picked up a large stack, handing it to Hiro. "Good work out there, kid." Bastion gave Hiro a nod, and slight smile.

Hiro nodded in return. "Sure thing. I'll need to head out in about half an hour to help out some other people. Hope things will be okay once I go." He took the papers from Bastion, and while doing so, Bastion gave a light nod.

"Yeah, you've done your share around here. Much appreciated." The crafter said firmly, placing his hands triumphantly on his hips. "Just stop by when you've gotta go, and I'll give you your pay."

"Alright, sounds good." Hiro confirmed with his own nod, and walked back outside. He placed the papers on the table, giving one to the boy from earlier. "And, here you are." He knelt down to hand the boy a paper, and silently formed a Confetti Bomb in his hand, making use of the Idol skill. As the boy took the paper and began to walk away, Hiro stood up, and threw the confetti bomb into the air. It burst open with a loud pop, and confetti rained down, causing many peoples' heads to turn. "Congratulations!" Hiro shouted after the boy. "You're our 1001st Flier Customer!" He made that up. No such thing happened. "As a reward, you get to be..." Hiro pointed his finger at the child, and a spotlight from above shown down on him. He used the skill Showtime! to add in some extra flair. "The Super Star for the Day!" Hiro threw some more confetti bombs into the air, making more of a mess. "Everybody, please give this young man a round of applause!" As he began to clap, the rest of the people around did so as well, giving the boy a bright smile and a happy laugh. His parents also laughed along, thanked him, and the three walked away.

Hiro looked back at the store, looking in to see some of the employees clapping along with the crowd and smiling. Anything that drew more attention to the store would definitely help out, and he figured that if he was going to get paid for some extra effort, he might as well get a decent amount. Once all the commotion was done, Hiro went back to giving the speech for those who would possibly be interested. Normally, he'd wait a little bit, but after the commotion he'd just made, there would be a good chance of more people being interested. Especially with the refreshed amount of fliers on the table next to him now. "Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls of appropriate ages!" Hiro called out once more. "Are you in need of some better equipment? A new blade? A new buckler? Better armor? Well, look no further! Because right before you... is..." Hiro trailed off for a moment, his eye catching something. A mass of white hair. Long white hair. Atop what he imagined was a rather short person. Hair that reached down close to the ground. This could only mean one thing: The Violent Loli makes her return. "Oh shit..." Hiro mumbled to himself. He then realized that there were people looking at him, waiting for him to continue. Snapping back to reality, he continued speaking. "Right... before you is Bastion's Benevolent Boutique!" He continued the speech, hoping that he was just seeing things.

Youka watched Hiro make his speech about high quality items or something. It was annoying. This whole crowd was annoying. Extremely loud and bustling with lots of people who for some reason, always ALWAYS had to step on her hair. Even if it did reach the ground that was still extremely rude. Geez.. Youka frowned and shot glares at anyone that happened to step on her hair while she watched Hiro's speech. The speech itself wasn't exactly interesting per say but she was stuck in the place that she had been in due the fact that there were lots of people in the crowd and there were so many that she couldn't couldn't get through to anywhere or even leave the crowd all together at all. Frankly it just pissed her off even more than she already was. Which was probably bad for Hiro when she eventually got to him seeing as she'd probably try to cause injury to him or something along those lines.



Youka started growling louldly, no one heard it due to Hiro's booming voice. Several minutes went by as she growled loudly. That several minutes turned to 10 minutes and then a fullblown outburst when Hiro's confetti rained down over the whole crowd. Youka hated confetti almost as much as she hated people. The confetti pushed Youka off the limit. She was now fully and thoroughly pissed off at the crowd of people AND most it was directed, also for, Hiro.



Youka let out a shrill and extremely mostly angry loud yell. " HIRO GOD DAMN IT STOP ALL OF THIS FREAKING RUKUS?!?!?" Youka stopped to regain her breath due to the smallness of her body before continuing, with gestures this time. " WHAT THE HELL IS THIS CONFETTI HIRO!?!"



Youka started pushing her way her way through the crowd rather aggressively and violently until she reached Hiro and stopped a foot in front of him. She was huffing and puffing because of the extended violence and also the loudness of her outburst. She looked up at Hiro with a glare before asking through clenched teeth. "What the hell do you think you're doing?"

As though luck itself seemed to frown upon the Monk, his speech was very quickly cut off by the sudden and shrill shriek from the white-haired female just inside the crowd. Faces turned to look at her, most of them craning their necks down to look at her due to everybody being generally taller than her, and everybody began to move out of the way as the girl forced her way through. The people began to start diverging away from the scene, but some decided to stay because they like to see confrontation whenever it happened. As such, this caused a problem for Hiro, since the confrontation would definitely bring about some bad reputation for the store. Then again, it could bring about some better publicity, if somebody thought that Hiro was being confronted by a girl in front of a store. Spicy stuff, and people liked seeing such things. On the flip-side, though, Hiro wasn't really entertained by the idea of being publicly attacked by somebody who has had a record of punching him in the nuts. With the speech having been completely cut off by this point, Hiro let out a sigh.

"Hello, Youka." He started, a defeated sound in his voice. The people inside the store were starting to come out and see what was going on, but a few walked back inside. Not many people liked to see such things, so he was silently thankful for the fact that some like to avoid confrontation. If only the Violent Loli was the same way. As the girl stood there before him, gritting her teeth very angrily, Hiro was reminded of a certain Palmtop Tiger from a show he'd seen a very long time ago now. The same facial expressions, body size, maybe not so much in the chest region, but the mannerisms were fairly similar. Looking around the crowd that was still there, some of the people were chuckling, probably at the same thought. Either that, or they were laughing at him for having to deal with something of this caliber. Youka had asked, quite ferociously, what exactly what he was doing, however, and he started to conflict himself. Was there any real merit in telling the girl the truth? There wasn't, probably, anything wrong with letting her know what he was doing, but at the same time, having someone complain about his loudness while he was supposed to be loud didn't sound too pleasing.

He let himself make a decision, and spoke after the girl had finished. "I'm doing some advertising for some local businesses." Hiro began. "They were looking for someone who could bring in a lot of people in order to get more business, and they looked to me to do it. Being the subclass I am, Idol, I can bring some more people in." He was definitely enjoying the work, especially because he got paid to do it all, but he also liked helping people out from time to time. All in all, though, things were about to go south, if he didn't try and check out now. Somehow, as if the world knew what was going on, Bastion walked out and handed Hiro an envelope, before walking back inside without saying a word. "Thanks, Bastion." Hiro said, looking inside the envelope. The money he was promised, as well as some bonus for the number of people that had shown up, was all in there. Closing it back up with a smile, Hiro looked to Youka. "And, this is where I leave to go to the next store." Unwittingly, he began to speak further while he put the envelope into his inventory. "If you wanna help out, feel free to come along." Hiro froze. What did he just say? Did he just invite Youka along with him, without even realizing it? Oh well, there wouldn't be much harm in her coming along. So long as she created more of a crowd, perhaps things wouldn't be all that bad. He hoped.

"Why the hell are you asking me if I want to help you?" Youka asked angrily with her voice rising a lot louder than it was when she had asked her previous question a few minutes before. Youka frowned after she asked her question and growled at Hiro. Why in the hell would he even ask her to help him in the first when he knew first hand how much she hated him. Even more so if someone took in the fact that she had just made a giant scene due to confetti and the general loudness of what Hiro had just done to help the shop. Speaking of the confetti it was still all over her hair and clothes.



Youka started wiping the confetti off of her dress. She made a show of it and as she did it she said,"Look what you got all over me, Confetti. You're just lucky this is a game. Otherwise I'd probably be well...extremely sick." Youka paused and glared at Hiro profusely as she finished getting all of the confetti off of her clothes. All that was left would be her hair. There were two options she could take with her hair. Wipe all the confetti out of her hair and end up with crazy super bad hair or she could take the ribbons out of her hair and then shake it all out. The only problem with the second option would be that her hair would be down for a bit, or a while due to her laziness.



She ended up opting for the second option. Youka took both ribbons out at once and extremely quickly. Immediately after that Youka started shaking her hair out. Five minutes later her hair no longer had any confetti in it, or at least that Youka could tell. Youka didn't put her hair up once she finished. She looked at Hiro and smirked. "If you really need the help I guess that I could be bothered to help you. Just this once."
