Kane was sick and tired of all the depression and monsters and what-not. He was pretty sure he wasn't the only one, but it was his own discomfort that led to his planning.
He decided to create a bunch of fliers and post them around Londonium, maybe a few Mythic Scripts as well, advertising his plans.
"Do You Want Some Relaxation? Looking For A Fun Time? A trip down to the river may be what you need! A Cabin and Inner tubes will be provided! Location will be along the beautiful Avon River! Contact Noctis Corvo for details!"
He figured that would do it, and spread them out and about the area before heading off to secure all the food, drinks, tubes and a cabin that would be needed for the trip.
