Elite Class Hunting Time [S]

Seeing Black and Red words: 468/468. tag: @username. notes: blablah. Grey light churned through the forest canopy as Verin jumped from tree to tree with the chilled morning wind brushed past his face. Landing on a very solid tree branch Verin scanned the ground in search for anything to hunt with a set of expressionless eyes that let nothing be shown. At first it seemed like there was nothing to be seen, but after a second scanning Verin saw the slight movement of an animal. Crouching down to get a better look Verin saw the familiar light green aura given off by the ones wrapped around the mascots of Elder Tale, Brier Weasels. Taking this as an easy kill Verin jumped upward into the air and cast his incantation for the spell Blink, "I move faster than the speed of light in the blink of the eye." Instantly at the apex of his of his jump Verin felt space fold around his body until it actually did and then he felt it unfold putting him higher into the sky than he previously was. Dropping downwards Verin took out his holy sword, Heaven's Blade, and started to let his body spin like a top until he was within reach of hitting the beast at which time he straightened out and pierced the body of the in two which let forth a torrent of bubbles that was the soul of the mob. Landing perfectly fine Verin proceeded to pocket the gold which was left by the corpse, Verin was about to sheath Heaven's Blade when he noticed something rather strange to his left. It was a two foot tall rabbit with completely straight ears that where high up in the air which gave it an extra foot of height, but was really strange was that of its long tail that had a hold on a large wooden club. Instantly Verin knew what the monster was and was somewhat surprised that it had just been there, but shrugging that surprise away Verin put a smile on his face, held Heaven's Blade by his leg, and took a step forward. Alerted by the step the Enemic Buster took a few steps back in caution and moved its club in front of it in case of an attack. Taking that moment Verin ran forward at full speed and slammed his sword into the club, but that wasn't all as Verin put his hand past the club and called out an incantation, "Come forth flames of the earth!" Suddenly Verin's palm started to glow and steam started to rise as liquid fire formed in front of his hand and then shot out at the rabbit like a missile. As Orb of Lava slammed into the Elite class monster Verin jumped back as it gathered itself and got up, this time ready to fight back.

Lunging forward the Enemic Buster pun on the tip of its feet and brought the mighty wooden club it held ramming into Verin from the side, but Verin knew that attack was coming and like an expert Verin was already casting his incantation, "Rise from the earth my barrier." Jutting up from the ground a group of spiked stalagmites protected Verin like a wall which caused the rabbit's club to bounce off, but not one to be out witted the rabbit instantaneously took the new momentum and spun to the other side where Verin was at except he wasn't any more. Jumping over the barrier Verin landed perfectly fine and then swung at the monster with all his might. Caught off guard the Enemic Buster shed blood from its stomach as the blade made its way towards more vital organs, but taking this moment the Enemic Buster initiated one of its skills, Wabbit Season. Instantaneously the rabbit started spinning in place and gathered dust around itself and then released the dust which struck Verin head on and stunted his control over the battle as he started to see stars. Taking this moment to attack the heavily wounded monster pulled out another of its skills, Bunny Beatdown, and released a three hit combo on to Verin. Toppling over Verin decided to space himself from the rabbit by turning the initial topple into a roll and found himself to have a few feet of breathing room to commence a counter attack. Pointing at the rabbit's club with two fingers Verin spoke the incantation, "Come forth vile and constant trickster." Jumping from Verin's pointed fingers a line of crackling purple lightning bolted towards the club and once making its mark the lightning curled about it like a child holds on to their toys. Stopping in its tracks the Enemic Buster looked at its club and saw the weird lightning curled about it and didn't know what to do, but soon enough it did. While slightly confused at the spell the the rabbit turned to continue fighting when Serpent Bolt finally kicked in and struck the monster in the back of the head and it yelped in astonishment.
