A while back I made a thread in Noihara's lounge where we could list some quests for the Adventurers' League, and now I realize it may be a good idea to make something similar but for the public. As such, this is the Quest Board. The idea is simple: Post an example quest if you want to, and if you are ever in need of a quest for your own thread you can come here and pick one. It helps people out with their writer's block when they have it, and I think this could be a useful thing. Feel free to be as creative as you want with your quests, not only in story but also in execution!
Quest Name: Another Day Another Dollar
Quest Description: A young Person of The Land merchant has just begun his exciting life as a traveling peddler and is in need of some protection. Travel from Londinium to Sarum City alongside the merchant, protecting their cart from monsters and bandits.
Completion Requirements: Survive six post cycles, three of which must be combat posts; 1500 words (per person, not added into a total) required (250 per post)
Requirements: A combat party is advised.

Quest Name: Shrooms, Man...
Quest Description: A famous chef has hired you to head to the Northern Marshland of Thames in order to retrieve several Potent Aromatic Mushrooms for his grand masterpiece dish!
Completion Requirements: Collect five Potent Aromatic Mushrooms, information on how to gather these are in the Extra Info section.
Requirements: A combat party is not necessary but can help.

Extra Info: At the end of each post that takes place in the Northern Marshland of Thames (assuming you started the quest in Londinium and traveled to the marshland; you can begin the quest in the marshland if you wish) include the code "[%roll=10%]" without the %. This will generate a random number between one and ten, which will give you the result. Do not roll during a combat encounter, unless you are not part of the encounter. (such as if your party is dealing with the fight while you gather mushrooms) Roll results: 1: Critical failure! That mushroom you just grabbed was really a Potent Black Toadstool! Those are extremely poisonous, drop one mushroom. 2-4: You searched around for a while but failed to find any mushrooms this turn. 5-9: You found one Potent Aromatic Mushroom! Add one to your count! 10: As if by some stroke of luck, you managed to find two mushrooms! Add two to your count! If your subclass is Chef or Gardener, add 1 to your roll result; these bonuses do not stack.

Quest Description: Medicinal Herbs Required: I need a few bundles of Red Ring Roses from the Savill Flower Grove. There should be a small field of them around the outer reaches of the Grove, but if you're feeling adventurous the inner reaches have much larger fields... and larger monsters. Please return with at least two small baskets.
Completion Requirements: At least three to four posts at least 250 words each.
Requirements: If staying in the outer edges of the Flower Grove: N/A, if going closer to the center a combat party might be a good help.
Quest Giver: Weegee
Extra Info: Each basket should contain about a dozen flowers, two baskets per person. Flowers are easiest to find in the areas closer to the center, hardest to find in the easier areas.
