Verin walked into St. Pancras Station with his new equipment and weapon ready, today he was going to explore the new subways tunnels underground and the only entrance was in St. Pancras. With the new area found you could see small groups of lower level players and some higher level solo players. Verin had heard of the new area opening and that made Verin want explore the area and see how strong he could get. He had recently replaced his Serpent Bolt for the skill Orb of Lava since some of the info that the first people that had explored the place had brought back info that some of the enemies they fought against were weak to fire and nothing else, so Verin had bought a skill change and then also bought some supplies for the exploration. Verin had also posted a wanted ad and he got replies from a samurai named Falfura along with an assassin named Eniko. Also Luka who he had meet a few weeks and had given him some mentoring when they and a few others. Verin had gotten to the entrance of the underground passageway and sat down and waited for the others. lukavminaev Eniko Falfura[198]

'Waking the Demon' (As a note, Falfura is male in game but female out of game so I refer to "him" as a her.)
Just as it was with every event, there was a buzz in active about this new one. Something to do with an underground station that had long since been abandoned and was now taken over by Kobolds. By not being the first one on the scene she was given the opportunity to gather information about it before seeing it. Just like a true tacticion she didn't care about being the first, she would much rather have others take the risk for her first so she knew what she was up against.
Once she had gathered enough information, Falfura decided that it was time to check out the underground for herself. Naturally with that decision came the need for a party, one that was pretty solid she hoped. When she first started asking around no one was truly interested in risking their lives down there. Yet eventually and with some persistence she was able to persuade a Sorcerer and an Assassin to let her join up with them for this.
As she arrived at the entrance to the station and the place where they would be exploring her armour would announce her arrival. It was not paticularly stealthy as it did make a softer clamoring sound as she walked. Chain mail was definitely not the best if one wanted to sneak up on other people that was for sure. Luckily for her she was the tank and not the assassin or she would be having quite a rough time with all of this.
Spotting the Sorcerer who she assumed was Verin, she made her way over to him. Crossing her arms over her chest, she looked down at him with a blank expression and took his appearance in. Falfura's avatar was covered from head to toe in chain mail, even wearing an intimidating samurai mask to cover her face. On her back she wore a rather large Nodachi, her sword of choice for tanking in the beginning.
For a time she said nothing, simply watched the boy, before returning her gaze to the hole they would be entering. She was not fond of the way in they had to take but she was sure the experience and the treasure would be worth the risk. Nothing worth doing in this game didn't carry some sort of higher risk to it. Deciding to end the long period of silence she looked down to Verin.
"Are we waiting on the assassin still?" she asked. Her voice was rather cool and calm sounding as it was clear she had practiced. It was not as deep as one would have expected though and that was the only way she feared that one might figure out her secret one day. Even in the real world she had a deeper voice than most girls but it was still easy to tell what she was if she didn't careful alter the way she sounded. |

He never felt this late before, even before he was trapped in this new world. After a treasure hunt hi-jinks, he wanted to try out his new sketchbook, but due to the announcement about a cave under St. Pancras Station and in need of clearing some monsters, his curiosity made him missed his chance to try it out. But due to the difficulty about the new monsters, he felt he need a party to explore it. Luckily, he found a wanted ad about finding a Scribe in the party and he couldn't say no about it. Other than leveled up to 11 and gained new skills, he managed to find new ways to use Silent Move thanks to his new Hiding Entry skill. And yet, no matter what he can do to prepare for the dangers inside the new cavern, he still isn't on time to wake up, due to wanted to try out his sketchbook at the end. Luckily, he managed to made it on time to the entrance of the underground passageway as he met a man in a black coat and a man in a samurai mask and chain mail armor. Upon he saw them, he guessed they must be the same people and the former is the party leader. And despite gasped his breath as he hold both of his knees to recharge, he managed to retain his serious and cold demeanor. Walking into the darkness of underground passageway. I find no difficult on watching the surrounding area. Whether it was lightened by nearby adventurer’s magic light, or just complete darkness. Sparse and silent, likely invite me to take a rest there, take a sit, enjoying the illusion of stoppage time. Meh, if only there are no monster crawling nearby, forcing it to becomes a loud battleground. Well, these battles likely will last long, and I doubt it will be still a quiet place even after the battles end. This place is changing. I follow the path created by broken pillars. The dark background favored the scenery of abandoned underground site in my night vision. Some fights still be noticeable even without this additional ability for my race, the sparks and magic light illuminated the battlegrounds, still faint from this distance and considering the size of this site. All those fights seems like creating dots of light lined up all the way to the darkness in my view. Sometimes, my vision blocked by the pillars, makes me just rely on my memory to find the right path. Step by step I drag my feet on the cold floor, enjoying the scenery of the abandoned ruin. With this level of coldness and humidity, it seems there is water reservoir nearby. I can guess it was created by nature. Hmm, maybe I will face some water dwellers there. Ah, that can be done later. Today, my objective is to meet with some adventurers at promised place. With my new skills and improved level (yay) I hope I can be more helpful in battle. Yeah, I participate in this exploration leads by battle type sorcerer named Verin, accompanied by scriber assassin named Eniko and samurai named Falfura. Falfura and I both tank type, and as far as I know with my newbie gamer experience is less dependable than actual guardian class. So, I hope we can move together as team under Verin tactic in this exploration. As far as I know along with my level risen up, team battle is most crucial. In addition of allowing layer to face stronger monster, it also give much more points rather than solo hunting, which so much needed by higher leveled player. With that, following team leader is tactical advantageous, since it simplified task for other players when facing monsters, also it will synchronize each other moves to minimize the chance of death. Well, that just what I got from my battles so far, maybe I can learn new things in this exploration. Hmm, so much things in my mind today rather distract me from thinking about the route. Ah, am I too fast or to slow, I hope I didn’t miss the meeting place. I am looking at surrounding, hoping to spot one or two familiar persons. Hmm, there is someone there. Ah, that long sword and red hair with fox tail, that must be Verin. I waved my hand “hi” I want to ask about other thing regardless our exploration, but he seems busy conversing with the guardian and assassin. Ah, that must be the original party members. Words : 523

Ame stretched her arms out as she entered into the Londinium Underground. She had recently reached level eight in her main class and had decided that she needed to step her game up a notch. She breathed in deeply as she entered into darkness at first, but her eyes began to adjust to the surrounding area. She was used to spending time in the savill flower grove and the lesser levelled areas of Elder Tale, so when she found an ad about a party searching for a cleric, she jumped at the chance to join the party on their journey. She nodded her head and began to walk through the tunnels. They had set up a meeting place and she was sure that it would be coming up soon, but even still, she opened her interface and clicked on her map, bringing up the screen. She knew that red dots were the monsters, and that blue dots were other characters, so she began to search as she walked. Soon, she found a group of blues within a mass of reds. She felt nervous as she would be facing new and higher leveled beasts. She had done her research though, and had checked up on the beastiary, finding little information on the area, but enough to know that she could handle the place.
Closing her interface, she came up on the group and found herself facing four male characters. 'I would be the only female here, wouldn't I?' She shook the thought out of her head and looked each character up and down. She knew the party had another fox tail, and that he would be a sorcerer. She nodded, as she spotted him. Then she looked to see the assassin, a samurai and then a monk, who had seemingly just joined as well. She blew out a breath and sunk her head. 'Seems like I'm the last one here.' She breathed in deep and the raised her head. Putting on her glorious smile, she walked up to the group and raised her hand in welcome. "Hello everyone." She would stand beside the monk who had shown up just before her and wait for the others to notice that their party was complete. She was eager to begin their adventure and would wait to be instructed on the plan that she assumed Verin would have, as he would more than likely be the leader for this party.

They had popped up one after another, Falfura first, Eniko next, Lukav next, and finally KittyGrey who instantly got the nickname Kit Kat in Verin's mind. After they all appeared Verin got up and prepared himself. After a slight sigh Verin looked at the quartet and smiled. " I'm happy you all came and I'm happy that you want to explore the underground with me. As you all know my name is Verin and I'm a Sorcerer, I will be taking the main long range attacker and if needed I will get up close and personal and I also have defense spell incase of emergencies. I will now explain your roles in battle. Lukav I want you on tank and then send them flying after they're concentrated on you. Falfura I also want you on tank but you will actually be a decoy for Eniko who will slash them from behind once you have the aggro. Of course Eniko just heard his job but I also want you to create a map after this Eniko so we have some data. Finally I want you Kit Kat to stay in the back and stay healing these three I will be in charge of keeping you safe. I will usually be the first one to strike with Orb of Lava, but if you see them before me tell us and then attack. I have some supplies for us to use. I have one Medical Formula for each of us, but don't use it unless Kit Kat can't heal you. I have three Lesser Mana Potions for Kit Kat, Falfura, and Lukav. Eniko and I have the highest amounts of MP in the party. I also have Potions of Night Eye for Falfura and Eniko since humans don't have a racial eyesight ability. Well does anybody have anything to ask or to give to the rest of us?" [314] lukavminaev kittygrey Falfura Eniko

As he waited for other party members, he was surprised at one of the new arrivals, namely the same Were Cat Monk he met before. Although he wanted to say hi, he decided to keep quiet as he remained cold and serious as always since there are three people he didn't know about. Another player after the Were Cat is somehow a Fox Tail who said hello to everyone. "A Fox Tail and more importantly, a Cleric. Looks like we have a healer in this party."After Verin explained his plan to scan around this new cavern, Eniko nodded in agreement. Although he was still rusty at being a Scribe, he was not a bad fighter since he not only knew how to fight without a skill menu, but also that he set up some skills based on stealth and ambush, since he knew that what Assassin's all about other than higher DPS. However, he was worried not only about his level, but also the Fox Tail girl. Upon he took a closer look at her level, which is Level 8, he was worried if she might not survive in this cavern. However. with Verin gave them some potions to help them see in the dark, he felt that he can detect any monster ambushes more easily for five minutes. But he wondered if he can actually make a map of these caverns after Verin asked if they have anything to ask or give to the others. "Actually, I have a question. What if we run into a monster that has a higher level as us? If we did encounter it, it means that it will wipe us out of here and into the Cathedral." His words are true. If they did, that means their exploration will be all for nothing. I have changed my pose to not giving an uneasy feeling toward our only female member. It surprising yet giving relief for having a healer class join us, it will save our need for potion and very helpful if there will be dead party member to not having to run back here from cathedral. I take a moment of relief by lay on my back on the nearest structure, standing and listening Verin explaining our tasks. As I anticipated, me and Falfura having our task as tank, sharing our responsibility to hold the front line. I am confident with my taunting skill and area attack for attracting the monsters to not targeting other party members. However, no one will know what will happen in the battlefield, there may be a couple careless mistakes that will destroy our formation. I, or maybe we, have to know what to do, so we can be back to our formation. Following the formation is important, although it’s depend for each person. From what I know, it is a sign of good intention to be accepted by other party members. Other is, to ease other members to just follow the task and concentrate on enemy, and don’t have to take care of one naughty member that just jump all over the place, confusing the plan. Of course it will be different if one or more party member are disabled or cannot participate in the battle, for example dead. Then everyone may be smart enough to buy the time and protect the cleric to resurrect the dead member, then go back to the planned formation.
“Yep” I am stating my agreement for the formation. What Eniko said next, is true however. Our party average level, excluding me, is around 9. Higher leveled enemy than that will be difficult to deal. However, as long as they are 10 level below me, I may be able to hold them while others ganging each of them one by one. It will different however, if the enemy around my level. Then I hope we only meet one or two of them, or we have leveled enough in this underground before meeting them. I want to pass these information to Verin, but something holding me. It’s not a matter of know or don’t know, but authority as party leader. I just hope he also grasped this info, after all I am a newbie who just have my experience in battling the monsters since I trapped in this world. Any pro players I saw, can execute any task they assigned in and still being smart when the battle ground won’t go as planned.
I am looking to the opposite direction from the entrance, watching in the dark if there will be any movement from monsters. Nope, we save for now. I take a look on my status panel and try to memorize my skills. It will be helpful for fast execution later. (Yawn) ah, am too serious handling all these. I must rest my mind before actual battle, stressing won’t help. Eh, so I still have this item. Well (scratch scratch) I can’t wear it, it will looks weird on me. I click the item name to materialize it, looking it for moments before putting it back to my inventory. I shift my eyes to our only female member. Hmm, maybe I can ask if she want it later. I am looking at the ground, then looking at the depth of underground again. I take deep breath to ease my mind and waiting the leader to lead and start the exploration.

'Waking the demon' It didn't take long until everyone started to appear out of thin air for the party. It seemed that she was not the only one who he recruited for this little venture. An assassin, a monk, and a cleric as well made for a five man group which was the norm for most games. Turning to take in everyone's appearance, Falfura bowed to them in greeting as she was also a role-player. Normally her demeanor was a bit more inviting and talkative but they had business to attend to today, there was no time for that.
"I have but one tank ability, fair warning. The Samurai's Challenge skill is an area of effect taunt. Other than that my abilities are more geared toward damage dealing." she said. In all honesty she had rolled a Samurai on this server for the express purpose of it being a melee damage dealer that could wear all armor types. Some day she might decide to drift more towards a tank type but for now she had no real interest in it.
"I am still able to provide a decoy, however, or off-tank the monsters that Lukav cannot pick up." she added. Falfura's voice was smooth, well spoken, as if she planned everything she said in advance and rehearsed it. As usual there were questions, they came from the assassin who had been the quietest through out this entire briefing. Something about a strategy if they were to encounter a higher level monster than their average party levels.
There was a smirk under the mask she wore as she was the first one to speak up. "Then we die a glorious death in combat." she replied with a short laugh. It was hard to tell if the Samurai was serious when she said things like that. After that the samurai seemed to lose interest in hearing it's voice so she remained quiet until the questions and points brought up were addressed. |

Ame listened closely as Verin explained his plan to the group. She had been paying such close attention to him that she hadn't realized the first time he had called her by her, apparently new, nickname. Upon the second calling, she raised her brow. 'Kit... Kat?' She hadn't realized when it had happened, but her head was tilted and the look on her face was one of confusion, but she shook it off, hopefully before anyone had the chance to notice it, though she doubted she could get away with it. She was, after all, standing before the group, so they all should have seen her look, but she would keep the thought out of her head. She nodded to him as he finished, turning her head to Eniko. She felt her head nodding again at his question and she honestly felt a bit afraid. 'Maybe I should have waited until I leveled up a bit more.' Because she was a healer type, she knew that if she got hit, she was pretty much dead, though it was a relief that they would just end up in a cathedral. She had been afraid of actual, real life death upon dying, but she wouldn't voice anything on that subject, ever. Now she knew her real self wasn't dying, not that way anyways, so she felt a little more at easy. It was kind of strange that she had thought that if she died, she would actually die, stranger still that she even bothered to go out and fight, a bunch, and once on her own even. She wasn't wanting to, but it was almost as if she had been staring Death in the face and telling him she wouldn't be meeting him. The thought made her feel more confident, more brave even.
She looked to Lukav who had simply just voiced his agreement to Verin's plan, and then to Falfura who was speaking of his own abilities. She tilted her head towards him as he spoke his last line and raised her brow. 'Glorious death.. hmm..' She understood the meaning of it, though she couldn't, for some reason, catch on to what he was saying, but she decided to clear her mind from his words and looked to the group. "Okay, so I suppose I should let you know of my abilities then as well." She surveyed the group one last time and took a breath in. "Firstly, my reactive heal will only heal you when you have been hit. So should that happen, I need you all to communicate with me at all times when you get hit hard, so I can cast right away. I also have Saint Channeling, which will allow me to heal, but completely immobilizes me. It'll heal as many players that are in the circle for as long as I'm casting it, but when I cast it, you all need to be watching both yours and my back." She stopped for a moment and directed her last line at Verin, as he said that he would be the one watching out for her. "And lastly, I can use my staff to do some damage but it isn't very strong. I do have a magic attack, so Verin, should anything get past you, as long as it's almost defeated, I should be able to kill it off, but because of the size of the party, I need to be cautious with my mana, so don't let that happen, okay?" She tilted her head and smiled widely at him. She thought about the nickname he had given her and wondered why he wanted to call her that, but she shrugged the thought off and breathed in deep. She was ready to do battle, all fear aside.

"Sorry Falfura, I like to believe in the knights code of chivalry, but I would rather not want to lose all of our hard work and stuff getting lost. Rather Eniko here's what we do, we run, we run like hell is on our heels." Then after Kit Kat had told him her skills he smiled and said, "Okay that's good to know, thanks Kit Kat." With this he distributed the items to the proper people and then said, "Well let's get going we'll probably be spending the night in there, so I hope you guys are ready." With this Verin started walking down the stairway, once he got to the bottom he looked around and the first thing he noticed was that light was able to get in besides from just the stairwell. "That's a good thing otherwise we would be screwed tonight since the Potions of Night Eye would have been used up long before night fell." As Verin looked around the tunnel he was in a then started touching the wall nearest him to see if they were going to hold, which thankfully from the feel he was getting it would hold. He had read the public releases on the earlier expeditions so he new that some areas were blocked off from the ceiling collapsing. Verin then turned around and looked at the others and said, "Okay let the expedition begin!"

With Verin declared that they start the expedition, Eniko followed him as he pull out his pen and paper, ready to gather some data to this new cavern under Londinium. Although he saw some light, he felt it will get darker the further they venture into the cave. Nevertheless, he started looking around the cave so he can start on the map. "Focus, try to work on your cartography, Eniko..." Yet, he felt something might pop out right in front of them any second now. Luckily, Verin made a good idea on have Lukav and Falfura have tank roles while he let Eniko slash the monster behind when they are distracted. After all, his battling style is to not only make first strikes, but also ambushes with a powerful attack with his scythe. Why else did he choose Hiding Entry and Silent Move in the first place? When he looked around the cave, he drew not only the pathways in it on his map, but he tried his best on the legends representing traps and stuff. But with darkness started covered the light in the cave, Eniko felt nervous if they might be ambush by some monster. Despite this, he silently continued to look around the cave while continued to follow Verin and his party and drew what he saw on his map. "I hope no high level monster can pop out of nowhere and ambush us. I don't want Verin and the others' lives and hard work go sour after this. I am positioning myself on the front as stated but still trying to not blocking the vision from other party members behind. Why I start positioning myself? No reason, just brought by the hype because our expedition has started, and I want to be in position where I can easily jump and halt the enemy encounter. Well, for me being here is advantageous, except if I am requested to be in other position, then that will be following the leader which is tactical advantageous. Other than that, I use my night vision and –Hearing Aptitude- to detect if there will be encounter ahead of us. I still don’t activate both my monk Iron skills to let my agility kick in when in need. I think it’s better to be positioned on the right spot faster than waiting passively on one spot. After all, I am not guardian who has many selection of taunting skills to gather enemy. However, we still have Falfura that makes our team advantageous. Our range of protection is larger since we have two tanks. Falfura can move closer so I can steal the aggro if the monster is too high leveled, or the other way around. Having two same types sometimes not a waste, it can double the advantage. I keep watching the area from my position. Sometimes my right fist instinctively hit my left palm, and the other way around repeatedly while waiting if there will be some creatures jump toward us. I keep my calm as far as I could, try to not bother the other members. Well, isn’t this expediton serious? I don’t know, I just play along, keeping my awareness so I can do the task as requested. Other than that, I hope we can still joke together which sometimes forgotten because too many seriousness around.
Come to think about it, Verin stated something about spend our night inside. Well, I have my fur, and extra meat. I can curl and make myself at home. Other than that, I can help if party decides to make tent or bonfire. I have experienced my disastrous attempt to cook. That was one thing. Says for someone who never cook and find his cooking is bad, he may say ‘meh, I will try again. However for someone who used to cook but suddenly can cook, that will be major depression. At least that was what I thought before deciding to depend on others. Well, everyone has their advantage and disadvantage, and in this world ‘specialization’ looks like major thing. So I just give up on my cooking and see if I may eat something raw. Meh, yeah, I regret to not prepared enough for this expedition, and depend too much on my sheer of strength. I hope it can be in use later even we are not in battle, such as for lifting things or breaking things. Meh, raw power expected to be used for raw power, unless there is certain circumstance, which makes me pondering of so little of use battle built like me outside battle. I scratch my back head while looking at Eniko. He still busy mapping the area with his scribe ability. Then, I am looking back to the crowd before looking to the front again. Back to my assignment and watching if there is enemy lurking ahead.

'Waking the Demon' It would seem that some took her more seriously than they ought to. There was a wide grin under her mask as she mentally sighed. Would she stand her ground and fight if she was alone? Yes, most likely, but she never expected them to die for a hopeless cause. That was not their way and so to expect that out of them was not truly something she would press. Clicking her tongue, the samurai let out a soft 'hm' as she went back to listening to the plan. Everything seemed to be sound, the most of it hinged on the Werecat tank.
Things would unravel quickly however if they were all worried about the prospect of failure. None of them seemed to consider that they might succeed in their venture and make out with some experience and items. Falfura noted that about the group and filed it away for a later date. While she was often emotionless herself, the fact that they were lacking in confidence raised a few red flags to her about this whole event. Once Verin concluded the briefing, he decided to head underground which was finally something she was interested in.
Deep in the underground she would be push to the limits which was a challenge she sought since arriving. Leveling up by fighting low level monsters was fun and all sometimes but this was where the true excitement was. If she was lucky they would fight waves upon waves of menacing enemies and with her nodachi she would cut them down. Her right hand trembled with anticipation which was slightly noticeable to anyone who might have been paying attention. Fear was not a factor in her mind as death held no permanence in this world.
Turning her gaze to the rest of them once more, she took a closer look at who she was working with. A fox tail cleric whom had quite adorable features, a lanky assassin who seemed to be buried in his maps, and a rather buff werecat. Seemed like she was in good hands but with the assassin asking about how to avoid fighting a high level monster she wondered. Would he be much faster than they were? He was the map maker, if they lost him things would be quite terrible for them.
"Is it possible to make multiple copies of the map quickly? Or does it take the same time as it actually would?" she asked. |

Ame continued listening to everyone's words. She nodded to Verin as he thanked her and then raised her brow at him. 'We'll be spending the night in here?' She felt her eyes shift to the side. 'I should have made some food..' She wanted to open her inventory to see what she had, though she already knew she had nothing. Perhaps one of the other adventurers had thought ahead and prepared some, though she was unaware of everyone's crafting skills, other than, of course, Eniko's. She watched him as he followed closely behind Verin, looking down at his map. She then looked to Falfura. She tilted her head at his question, actually very interested in knowing the answer. She had wondered about the scribe skill upon making her own adventure, but knew that she wasn't made for the task. She was most comfortable with cooking, even though she could have tried something out of her comfortable zone for once, she was happy that she hadn't, especially in the situation she was currently in. Being stuck in a world and not enjoying your skills, what could be worse than that? She thought about it, then shook it off, because all she found she could muster up, was the word death. It made her skin crawl.
She watched as the group began walking and turned on her heels to follow. Her tail wagged from side to side, but not in it's nice, happy motions, no, it's movements were much more sharp, like it sensed something, though her ears were perked up and one kept twitching. Obviously there were monsters down here, but how close? It had been her first time going anywhere like the underground. She felt scared, and began shivering, but she kept moving forward. She was happy for the warmth of the light, but was sure that as the sun went down, the air would become thick and chilly. She breathed, not seeing her breath. That was a good sign, so far. What would they find down here? What was waiting for them? She shivered again and shook her head, hoping to make her thoughts reassess themselves and turn into happier ones. One of, nope, they were stuck on death and decay. Mentally, she thanked herself for being so co-operative, which was complete sarcasm. She equipped her staff, seemingly the first one to do it and gripped it tight.
Ame held her staff towards Verin and quietly said, "Reactive Heal!" Everyone would see a cast of golden light illuminating around him for a moment, and he himself would feel a warmth as it set itself in. She wanted everyone stacked with reactive heal should anything pop out, and in Eniko's words, a higher level than they. She was also the one to say 'better safe, than sorry.' Once her cooldown time of 15 seconds was up, she would hit Eniko next then wait each time, but remain in order, hitting Lukav and then Falfura, each would feel their own warmth. She would hit herself as well, just for safe measures, her mana standing at just below three quarters. She would smile and shrug should anyone disapprove of her actions, but she was looking out for the team, and as a cleric, it was her duty to make sure their health did not diminish, or very quickly anyways.

Verin smiled, "It's okay Kit Kat, you have plenty of time besides I'm sure we can all survive a fight with a group of kobolds since we have a good team," Verin then stopped and drew his sword, "Speaking of kobolds here we have some." Suddenly a group of five kobolds leaped out at the group and the fight began. "Don't worry guys, now get into position." Verin suddenly got close to Kit Kat and then launched of a quick Inferno Strike onto Falfura's blade and then shot off a Orb of Lava. "Remember the plan and don't freak out if they send a stronger attack than usual it's a skill of theirs, just stand tall and get ready to slaughter them where they stand." Verin had switched into somewhat crazy state, with fire burning in his eyes.

As what Verin somehow predicted, five Kobolds jumped out of the group, which Eniko wasted no time but to readied his scythe. He wanted to attack first, but since his role was to attack after Lukav and Falfura distract them, he can't able to ruin this plan. Instead, he quickly made a telepathy call to Lukav, Falfura, Verin, and KittyGrey. "Guys, I have Hiding Entry, Quick Draw, and Silent Move skills. If I able to use it without those Kobolds noticing me, I can sneak up behind them and attack when Lukav and Falfura got their attention."However, he made a mental note to pay attention to KittyGrey as well, since she has a low level and might get knocked out by the monsters before he tapped on his quickslot and silently said, "Silent Move." Upon he said the skill. his footsteps became silent as he tip-toed behind the Kobolds until he silent said again, "Hiding Entry." With the remaining light started to bend Eniko's appearance, he became invisible as he continued to silently walked behind the monsters slowly while he gripped his scythe tightly. "Okay, guys. I'm in position, just give me a holler if you were able to distract them. And just to answer your question, Falfura. I don't know if I can make copies, but I'll try." Eniko said with a serious tone in his telepathy call to his party mates once again, hoped that Verin's plan might work without him mess it up. But he then thought without the telepathy. Time flows slowly around me when Falfura finally decides to ask Eniko about his scribing skill, and kittygrey seems also interested about it. Somehow, I also intrigued to know about the answer. In real life, we need carbon paper to do such thing, stack it between papers to copy what written on topmost paper. I don’t know how much the influence of scribing skills added to the creation of map, so it may be more advantageous rather than manually draw it like normal. However, if it’s me and we are in real life, I may take on multiple stacked papers and draw each curve of the dungeon on each of them every time we encountered the curves. Just hold them for a while with writing hand, flip the paper, hold with the other hand, and then draw again. Ah, am I over thinking things again? Meh, I should concentrate more on the area around us, since the start of exploration have stated.
A sudden warm slowly engulfing my body, followed by a faint glow that little by little emanating from the same area, and then it dimmed. I shift my gaze to kittygrey and give her a smile for thanks. Ah, I hope she won’t misunderstand me as a creep by doing this, considering the area already dark enough to creeps a girl who travels alone. Surely, I praise her to be brave enough to travel alone with us. I have meet one or two adventurers that afraid to travel with a party they don’t know before, moreover to a dark place, shouting it will be different with actual body rather than looking the character from monitor. I cannot relate to them, since I just tag along everywhere I move, and find if there is something worth I can do of for them. I don’t know what motivate kittygrey to do such thing, but I like her for that.
Suddenly 5 kobolds show up in front of us. Eniko inform us with his telepathy about his move before doing so and hiding his appearance. Verin buffing Falfura before shooting a ball of fire. I let it hit the enemies and draw them closer to us, and then I use my skill –rafting taunt- to attract them all. “Groooaaar!!” the pressure of my taunting the enemies. They stopped for moment, shift their gaze toward me, and then rushing with their clubs in hand. I hope we will know if they have some kind of special move, like some monster.

'Waking the Demon' It seemed that she was never going to get her answer to despite her question being a good one. Just as well the samurai figured she would just play it by ear and react to what was happening. That was exactly why she chose to play a shieldless tank/dps combo, she had a very good reaction speed. Listening to the group as they moved, part her figured they should have went quiet as to keep from drawing attention to themselves and she would have been right on that haunch it seemed. Just as they were moving through the tunnel she heard the shuffling before Verin even acted.
Drawing her nodachi from her back, she was unsurprised when it burst into flame. So he was a sorcerer who had support spells as well? She would remember that in case she needed the boost once more. Everyone seemed to be moving into position quickly, the assassin vanishing from sight. There was a smirk under her mask as she listened to him go and there was naught but silence. Oh yes, he would be a great assassin DPS to have along.
Just as she was about to step forward however the werecat seemed to do it first. There was a loud roar from him as he drew aggro to himself. The noise caused Falfura to cringe as they did not need to alert any further up sentries. "While the battle will be loud we should try to reduce the noise we make where we can. Rather not alert any scounts further up." she reasoned aloud for the rest of them to hear.
Now with the threat on the high level monk it was Falfura's time to shine. Choosing one of the targets she would issue the [Samurai's Challenge] which drew it's threat as he called it an "Honorless Coward" while moving towards it. She was amused by that skill and how monsters reacted to the noise and sometimes what was said by her. Before the mob could move away from the others though she charged next to it putting them all as close together as she possibly could.
'Chain one' she thought to herself as she smirked. Due to the complex combo system she would immediately move into the next attack which was one of her favorites so far. Suddenly side swiping all of the Kobolds with her flaming blade, a wind vacuum would form which cut the very air in front of them as well. Fire, wind, and steel would slash through them and create a barrier between them now. They would have to go around it if they wished to retaliate and that left them open to Eniko and Verin.
"Ace Move, Shunsen." she said with a smirk. |

Ame stood, waiting for Eniko to answer Falfura's question, but after he remained silent she figured they would have to wait, if they even got the answer at all. She watched as Lukav smiled at her, probably thanking her for her reactive heal. She would nod with a smile back and then feel a slight twitch to her ears. She could hear footsteps of sorts in the distance, headed in their direction and figured that the enemy was approaching. She looked at the group as everyone got into position with her tail wagging lightly behind her. She couldn't tell if it was slightly nervous, or excited, or possibly it was both, but either way, the thing had a mind of it's own. She felt her eyes squint into the direction that the sentries were coming in, waiting for them to pop into sight. It took a while, but finally, a group of Kobolds appeared, and she tightened her grip on her staff. This was it.
Ame watched the group as the kobolds came into sight. Verin was the first to notice them and she watched as he buffed Falfura's sword with flames and then sent an orb of lava at them. She nodded her head as she heard Eniko's voice in her head, a party plus that she had learned about recently. She watched as he activated his 'hiding entry' ability and became invisible to the eye, a plus to the assassin class. She would move her gaze to Lukav after he sent out a roaring taunt, and nodded as she heard Falfura's voice state that they should lessen the noise they make. She was in complete agreement with that, as they really didn't want to draw more attention than they had too, or could handle, but she also knew that he was only trying to draw aggro to himself, taking the Kobold's minds off of everyone else. Her eyes moved to Falfura, making them wide as she watched his combo attack. 'Wow, that's so cool!' She would voice the thought only to herself as she watched a barrier come into play. The samurai class was definitely awesome, and she found herself a bit jealous, watching the battle.
It wasn't that she couldn't fight, but with her staff, it would do minimal damage to the enemy, and she thought it best to stay back and watch as opposed to using her strength for such little damage. Her Martyr Spear was pretty powerful, but it was used as a last resort. Her mission was to watch everyone's health and make sure that if they needed it, she was there to give it back to them. She was sure that she would get the chance to fight at least once or twice in the tunnels, if they manage to escape through the other four who stood between her and the Kobolds. She felt herself smile a little at the thought. 'At this rate, nothing is going to get through.' It wasn't a bad thing, she was grateful for them being there along side with her and though she had an itch to, it would be bad if she had to enter the battle as a fighter. This way, she would keep her health, and her mana usage would be minimal, giving them a greater chance to keep moving further for some time.
