~~ TARIRI ~~ “Open the doors for you, But I’m running out the door I opened for you Future connection, unconsciously, moving closer to our truth, Over lapping energy, surrounded by bright blue lights.”
And here is another wonderful morning in London. Ah, the fresh air, seems like it isn’t really polluted. The sun, shining brightly on the people. The sky, so blue like the ocean. And the trees, with its green leaves falling one by one, but are dancing gracefully as they fall— —Okay, this is really turning into a monologue. As Tariri walked around calmly, she smiled. Her face is showing her serene smile, that oh calm and sweet-looking smile. Her pink hair is being blown by the wind, as she was thinking, about… love. Oh there she is, thinking about who is going to be her love. ‘Maybe sooner or later…’ she thought, smiling more— BANG! Tariri’s head bumped into a tree! “Ouch!” She cried out in pain, her right hand slowly rubbing her head. Little by little, the pain subsided. Then later, after that pain is gone, she thought to herself, ‘Tariri! Focus! Don’t let even a tree hurt you!’With that thought in her head, she keeps thinking, ‘Focus. Focus. Focus. Focus. Focus. Focus—’—But alas, yet another tree hit her head once again. “OWW!” She cried out in pain, now both of her hands caressing her head. Tariri was about to cry, but fortunately she held back her tears. She was crying, “Agonyagonyagonyagonyagonyagony! Gaoooo…”To calm herself down, she took deep breaths until she was completely calm. “Okay, don’t worry,” She turned to the tree which hit her head, glaring at it, “I won’t let my head get hurt you ever again, Mister Tree!”Tariri turned away from the tree with a “Hmph” and continued her walk. She is trying. Trying to focus… NOT AGAIN! “AAAAAAAH!” Tariri cried out in pain once again, yet this time, with a bit of an angry tone. “GAAH!” She glared at the tree, making a fist at it. “GRAAAH!” Due to anger, she punched the tree. But instead, her fist hurts. Okay, that’s it. “I’ve had it!”

▲ | He was back! It had been quite some time since he set foot in London. Ever since he lost touch with his old friends he sort of wandered and did his own thing. It actually felt nice to be back here though- he could feel the hustle of the city. All the players around him, landers working from their stalls! It filled him with a sense of joy he had thought long forgotten.
Marching down the road with his feet stomping as he went, Balore had no cares in the world. His coin purse was a little light but he would figure that out at a later date when it mattered. The sun light seemed to gleam off the brighter trimmings of his dark armor- nearly as radiant as the goofy grin he wore. Nothing could bring down his spirits but he soon grew quite distracted when he saw a player running into a tree.
"Ah! Are you alright?" he asked as he went running over- armor clanking as he did so. Never before had he seen anything like this, someone so disoriented that they seemed to be drawn to trees! Maybe she was under some sort of status effect that she could not shake off. Confusion of some sort? He tried to be polite but perhaps he was standing too close as he blinked at her with his big blue eyes.
"A-are you suffering from some kind of status effect or debuff?" he asked. He seemed genuine enough in his concern. |

Fallout walked along the forest path, it had been a long day of work so he decided to reward himself with some peace and quiet. The assassin decided to dwell on future decision, he had recently earned himself a good amount of coin and questioned on what to buy himself. A gentle breeze blew the leave past his feet, branches rustled and the sound of a flowing river could be heard in the distance. ‘Hmmm, maybe a house. No, i'm always moving. No point in spending the money on something I will never use, though it would be nice to own my own place. Maybe I could save it for the guild hall, it would be a nice gesture.’ He looked down at his apparel ‘I could use an armor upgrade, but it's doing it job for now so it's not a necessity. Maybe a…’ His thoughts were interrupted by the sound of a bang followed by a cry of pain, looking around he couldn't see anyone. It feel silent for a couple of seconds, walking in the direction of the sound Fall noticed something. In the distance a tall woman with pink hair stood out rather...distinctly, along with the loud noises. Making his way over it was clear what was causing the commotion. On the way over the girl had not hit her head on a tree once, but twice. The anger was clear by the she had punched a tree, and hurt herself. ‘Maybe the bangs caused her to lose brain cells, or maybe she never had any’. He had reached the angry pink haired girl but as he turned the corner he noticed a male behind the tree , “What are you two doing?” He said with a serious voice, before tripping on a tree root. He face planted the dirt with a loud thud, “Uggghh, my nose”. Standing up he brushed the dirt of himself, “As I was saying, what are you two doing?” He tried to keep a serious voice whilst he massaged his now sore nose.

~~ TARIRI ~~ “Trees. They’re a blessing of nature, But at times, they don’t like me. Seriously, they don’t.” “Ugh, the trees hate me,” Tariri muttered, her eyes squinting. She also shook the hand she used to punch the tree, seeing as, well, she did punch that tree, yet her hand hurts instead. Of course, she likes trees, they’re a blessing of nature. However, the trees don’t, as you can see, Tariri bumps her head into trees. Or maybe it’s just her. Then she saw a man near her. He was just blinking his blue eyes at her, asking if she’s under a negative status effect. She replied, “Me? Oh, no, I’m not. But thanks for asking me.”And then there’s another man who, well… tripped on a tree root and face planting the dirt. “… I guess the tree roots are playing pranks at you, huh?” But to be honest, that statement is a bit… well, hypocritical? Tariri did bump into a tree around, well… thrice. The man who tripped on the tree root earlier asked this statement as he rubbed his sore nose from face-planting the dirt, “What are you two doing?”Tariri replied, “Uhh… I bumped into trees and punched one, but my fist hurts. So there—”—A fruit fell from above and hit her head. The fruit isn’t really a heavy one, but it hurts. “OWWW!” She cried out. The fruit landed on the ground as she rubbed her head and growling. “Grr…”Again, due to anger, she punched the tree which the fruit is from. And again, her fist hurts instead of the tree which she punched. Tariri bowed her head, sighing. “The trees don’t like me, that’s what is going on…”A small fruit landed on her head. Fortunately it was small, otherwise, she’ll go crazy again. Instead, she just sighed and bowed her head again. “… You see? That’s what is going on.”

▲ | The guardian adjust his position when another player started to approach them. He raised his hand to signal a greeting but then he too fell over as if the tree was purposefully assaulting the two of them. A bead of sweat almost visibly ran down his forehead as he blinked and looked between the two of them. It was decided, they had to be under the effect of some sort of debuff. Nothing could explain how weird this was.
"I came over to see if I could be of help ehehe.." he said rubbing the back of his head. But of course it seemed that there was probably no aiding this unfortunate duo. Both of them probably stole a ghosts treasure or something that left them in this state. "It looks like the two of you are suffering from some sort of bad luck. Are you sure you didn't get cursed in a dungeon or som-" he started but did not finish.
His eyes drifted to their levels as he realized they had most likely never stepped foot into one. His idea about a curse status effect slipped away from him before his eyes. They were simply unlucky and he hoped it stayed with them exclusively and did not spread. "Err, I'm Balore. I was just sort of picking up some supplies when I came acros-" he started but once again did not finish.
Letting out a confused sigh, he looked at the girl with a face that said he could not believe what he was seeing. "Ya know if you keep hitting it it's only going to get worse" he said. As he finished, a fruit landed on the girls head with a thud. He was not wrong all the time and this confirmed his statement.
"Maybe you should become a Woodcrafter. Chop all the trees down around you." he suggested with his tone suggesting he was only teasing. |

The Wolf hair greeted Fall, he was a guardian with spiky white hair. “Ah, gooday guardian. Im Fallout from the Bunny Union, I am the recruiter of the guild. I left to go clear my mind when this all happened, I see now that she has been attacked by these trees” Watching as the fruits landed on the fox tails head Fallout was full of confusion. “What have you done to anger the trees? From personal experiance trees do not attack for no reason, maybe...just maybe their Ent’s” Fallout examined the trees around them, a suspicious look in his eyes. “If I am correct, we must leave. Ents enjoy teasing people, but can get violent” ‘Hmm, strange. The odds of this happening are very low, this can't just be a coincidence. I guess I should lead her out the forest where she cant get hurt’ The Guardian suggested cutting down the tree’s, which Fallout disagreed with “NO! If my assumption is correct then we are outnumbered, my suggestion is sneak away whilst we can. Thankfully for you i'm an assassin, we shall head back to the path. Follow me if we wish to escape the evil that is this forest.”

~~ TARIRI ~~ “They did it first! It was self-defense!”
She heard the Assassin man introduce himself: his name is Fallout, and he says that he is the recruiter of the guild named “Bunny Union.” A question he asked is, “What have you done to anger the trees?” Tariri, upon hearing that question, sighed, stood up back straight from punching that tree. “They did it first. It was self-defense—and oh, where are my manners, I almost forgot to introduce myself. My name is Tariri. A Shaman.”Balore, the spiky white-haired Guardian, suggested that she should become a Woodcrafter to chop the trees around her. Tariri wasn’t aware he was only teasing, as she was too focused on the trees and the “evil” they did to her. Upon hearing that, she just muttered, “Well…”However, Fallout, the Assassin, disagreed and suggested that they should sneak away and escape this “evil forest.” Tariri just replied, “YES! Wait… is this even a forest? I don’t remember anything about a forest…”Uh oh, that damage from the trees might made her forget if this is a forest or not. She shrugged, asking again, “Is this a forest or not?” Then she just said afterwards, “I’m not sure yet… let’s check…”Tariri walked around, the trees surrounding her. Their leaves falling one by one, the others made such a shade that makes this like a forest. Afterwards, she is now sure it is. “Yeah, I think we are in a forest, yet I don’t remember how did I get here. Must’ve ended up here due to that tree madness, huh?”

▲ | The assassin seemed pleasant enough- somehow he had come to expect different of those who played that class. They were often introverts or generally people who were strongly opinionated in the most impolite way. Grinning at him, he listened carefuly before putting a hand to his chin as if thinking. "I don't think I have seen Bunny Union before. What is your focus?" he asked. When guilds were mentioned he was always interested in learning more.
"Nice to meet you Tariri, though I wish your circumstances were better." he said with a smirk. The way that the girl seemed to be hurting herself was comically tragic. But she was a Shaman, that was pretty neat to him as the class as a whole was under represented in this game. Almost no one seemed to be playing it because of the difficulty curve.
The next thing out of their mouths made him take a couple steps back. Outnumbered? What was going on here? Were they in the middle of some sort of mob hot spot? He saw nothing around here to battle plus he felt that they were too close to the city for something like that anyhow. They were quite strange and yet he did not find his feet moving in the opposite direction of them.
"I.. uh.. are you seeing something I am not?" he asked blinking. He looked around, hand over his eyes as he looked from left to right. "I see no immediate threats." he added. |

Fallout listened to the girl, she stated she acted in self defense and that she could not remember if this was a forest or not, after testing her theory she decided that it was a forest. “It may be a forest, but it is no doubt an evil forest and leaving is our best option. Have you at least tried apologizing? Maybe if you apologize that will let us leave peacefully” Fallout stated. The Wolf Hair was unaware of the danger that surrounded them, this confused the assassin. He wasn't sure what was so hard to spot, the attacker was above Tariri. Assaulting the fox tail with fruits. “Look around you guardian, any one of these trees could be a creature of darkness. They will start off slow with taunting but it will gradually grow worse, Ent’s are like that you see. They start of slow, but gradually grow violent. Ent’s dislike their territory being invaded, they have given their warning. Now it is time to leave.” Fallout warned them, he slowly walked backwards into the shadows in an attempt to create a dramatic effect. But ended up tripping over a tree root. “YOU SEE, THEY ARE EVIL!”. Tariri questioned how she got here as she could not remember. Which made sense as multiple blows to the head can do that. “You were hit in the head a lot”. Fallout looked behind the girl to release her footsteps were still clearly visible in the dirt. “We could follow your footsteps, maybe that will give you a clue.”

~~ TARIRI ~~ “Logic that doesn’t make any sense. Enough said.”
Upon hearing that apologizing to the trees… might help, Tariri thought of an idea. “Aha! Maybe apologizing to the trees might help! Since this is a new reality of Elder Tale, and Elder Tale was once a fantasy game, it’s not impossible to have a magical tree that can understand us! That must be why the trees are hitting me!”After thinking of that kind of logic, she took deep breaths. “Okay, let’s do this…” she mutters. And then a last deep breath… Tariri turned to the tree and said, “… I’m sorry tree…”… But nothing happened. “Uhh…” she tried thinking again. Then a minute passed then she has thought of another idea. “Maybe… apologizing with sincere feelings might work? Let’s try…”Tariri took a deep breath. “—Okay, another try…”She hugs the tree and starts to cry. “WAAAH! I’m so sorry tree!!! I didn’t mean to hurt you!!! WAAAAH!!!”… Awkward? “It’s just that I keep getting hit by you on accident! WAAAAAH!!! Please don’t kill us!!!! Please don’t kill me!!!!”… Nothing is happening. Instead of some magical path leading to safety appearing, another fruit fell on her head again. Tariri just sighed, not crying anymore. “No. Not working.”Fallout warned Balore and Tariri about how evil the forest is. After that warning, he attempted to make a dramatic exit, but is instead is made a victim of the forest’s evil deeds: by tripping over a root. As he stood up, he yelled that the trees are evil. The fox tail looked down as her tail is waving back and forth. What did she see? Footsteps. Her footsteps. Fallout also noticed the footsteps, and stated that following them might help the trio get out of this forest. “Hmm,” Tariri said, “Well, that could help…”
