Skill Iron Body Time seemed to have flowed differently since arriving in this world of code, yet it felt real as the world she once knew. There seemed to right amount of realism in the world. Birds chirping and water whooshing and people expressing there gratuitous anger for what happened to them. Oh the joys of questions to which answers never seem to sprout out of the air, such a sad thought yet so true. Shi departed the small town not to long after she arrived and wandered off into small clearing to sit on a long forgotten tree stump and think awhile longer.
Looking over her avatar body and smiled slightly at her handiwork. “Well I suppose it could be worse than being stuck in something I created.”
The details were amazing the clothes, the feel and even the menu didn’t deviate at this point, just like when she played the game. This was truly a blessed and cursed event that happened to her. Though there was little time to think about the subtle and possible supernatural explanation that has occurred. Such thoughts intruded her thought. She quickly dismissed them as a hoax. The setting sun was filled with bright hues of reds and oranges that reminded Shi of her real life hair. The lake that cascaded a reflection of the equally brilliant sky was nothing if not in perfect harmony of both computer code and real-life surrealism. Her eyes were fixated upon a tiny bird that landed just feet from her. Her golden eyes shifted in tandem left then to right keeping a lock on the bird’s movements. She twitched her small erect wolf ears slightly as the wind blew across them gently. Her tail seemed to match her personality quite well still as a newly dug grave. She continued to watch the bird until it flew off away from her.
“Such is life I guess.” She raised her hands slowly upwards to cup her new set of canine ears.
Playing softly with them she noticed that they gave off a sensation of both happy tickles and something else more private that she hoped no one else would find out about as well. Her face became red from the sensation and stopped. She then as if involuntary brought her tail up around her side to inspect it. Her small somewhat rough hands gripped it tightly as she ran them through the thick silver coat. Something stirred within the fur, something do horrible that she dare not speak of it to others. A tiny prick of the thin flesh sent a shiver up her spine. Her eyes flashed as she began to look for the source of annoyance. She riffled threw her fur in a frenzy to stop this biting stinging sensation and to her surprise, the tiny thing was a flea. Her mind snapped in anger as she grabbed the flea in two fingers crushing it till it stopped moving.
“Great this world comes complete not only with ears and a tail, but fleas as well. Should have seen that one coming a mile away, ahh well, you okay there my frooofy tail hmm?” Her soft voice asked it, almost as if the tail was another living thing. The fur and skin swished side to side in a happy manner after she asked it as if to agree with her.
She was alone with no one else to guard her back this didn’t matter much to her at this point. Whatever comes her way she will just roll with the flow and make the best of it or so she thought. Despite the small clearing and the lake to her east a large patch of dense wood closed the gap to her north and all manner of monsters could spring upon her at any given moment. Life was simple now kill or be killed. Get high enough in level to protect those that can’t protect themselves. Become what her uncle and father always wanted her to become a sensei. That indeed is what she would become if the powers that be were willing to let her.
A noise caught the attention of her newly formed sensitive ears making her left one twitch slightly. She closed her eyes, turning toward the sound. She opened them and put on her grave stone game face. No emotion means no one could tell what she was thinking. She was ready for monsters, stray people or something else to greet her in the setting sun.

Loki opened his eyes, remember how he had been running for hours and hours the day before. It almost was surreal in such a sense. His body rigid with tired expression, the moment he slowly brought himself to a pace in his own mind before feeling something along himself. A brushing feeling he felt ever so uncomfortable with as his eyes peered down at that silver tail. The white silver hair tail similar to a fox while there was twitching as well. His ear twitching that caused him to blink numerous times to sufficiently feel himself bringing a hand up and touching the ear, his ear, a fox ear. Eyes keen of gold and blue, curved pointy teeth, and lastly the familiar sense that his body was more agile than before, back in the real world and reality where he was a tech student. His eyes scurried however along the ground, looking with curious pace.
Then a scent, his nose picked up the smell of fire and looking ten feet to the side, he went in, and smirked to himself, and these adventurers before him. Or rather just adventurer, as there was only one. He moved in, and from what he recalled of the game he had a single skill he was fond off as he stood up, dusting off his black suit with swallowtail trimmings. Smoothing his silver hair back with a slick smile he performed a test, a test of the spell he could utilize as he held a hand out, forming around that hand was a purple aura and as he drew a pentagram in the air the same aura remained in the air as the lines were drawn. One the lines were finished, the aura expanded into a magic circle and sent out a single feather, a feather that drooped down catching that targets attention and putting him to sleep. “Looks like that is how we play this game. Very well then.”
With that much figured out, he picked up his bow and quiver of arrows and headed out to do his job, the job quite familiar to his own style as a smile to his lips formed. This much was easy at the least for him as he began to move along the workings of the ground. The trees surrounding him hid him fairly easily however soon enough he ran into someone, someone he just was not familiar with while his eyes gleamed and watched. He recognized the character race at least, a wolf hair and that much was simple enough as he approached in a kind and kindred fashion. “Hello there, who might you be?” he asked, utilizing a very calm accent of the northern united states. Accents derived from German and Canadian mixture of tone and dialect quality.

CEquipped: Starter GreatShield| Starter Buckler Skill Outrage Eden gripped her left shoulder phantom pain shooting up the length of her left arm nearly dropping her to her knees. She was going to have to get use to having her left arm back that much was obvious luckily she was left handed before she came here so that at least carried over. She ran a hand through her thick dreaded hair feeling the tips of her wolf ears. A small smirk came to her lips. She could feel the strength in her body not much taller than she was in the real world she felt at home in this new body of hers. Her nose twitched getting a unknown yet distinctly familiar scent. The smell hit her hard the deeper she breathed it in, and the more she tried to stop smelling it the more her nose would twitch to do so. She couldn't place the smell but her body was uneasy it was the smell of rot, the smell of death almost. Shrugging she picked up her gear sliding her buckler onto her back and tapping her greatshield before sliding it onto her right arm. There was only one way to figure it out now wasn't there she thought, she was after all an adventurer. She began her stroll in the direction of her nose, taking the chance to feel out her bodies capabilities. Seeing a tree with a low hanging branch a full three heads above her she tested her limits jumping. She landed nimbly on the branch, not surprised she hopped down and began to jog. Feeling that her legs could take her much farther even with this heavy plate armor she pushed herself to a full out sprint. Eden slowed hearing voices, she sniffed the air the smell of death was gone, the wind had shifted she wondered what it was. But on the other side of the brush stood a Fox, she wasn't very fond of them before when this was all a game, and another Wolf hair this made her ears stand on end. She sat back in the brush watching, not much of a people person herself she just wanted to make sure nothing bad was going to happen, the other Wolf hair was fairly small. WORD COUNT:375

Skill Iron Body Shi slightly turned her ears back showing a small sign of hesitation towards the new person appearing before her. Her fur and tail had an equally similar color and thickness. Shi narrowed her eyes some as he approached and spoke in a soft Northern American accent Japanese and Yankee would be the best way to describe it.
“Hello to you as well, I maybe lots of things a wolf in sheep’s clothing or even a girl that masks as the wolf. How may I help you on this fine evening good sir?” Her voice steady as ever not changing pitch or tone and blank grave stare often unnerved people, none the less it could be a good thing right now as he is taller than Shi was. For some reason almost as an impulse she sniffed the air slightly. The scent was neutral and safe for now.
“I assure you just as there are others around us good sir I wish no trouble please.” Shi closed her eyes slightly and turned her nose upwards as if to look at some random object falling from the sky’s horizon line. Her hands placed upon her knees in the sitting position. Her nerves stead and her body gave no indication of what her emotions were at the given time. She was like a gravestone only the writing of the eyes and small closed mouth were the words and the rest silent and obscure. She focused once again beyond him to just beyond the tree line as she shook her head.
“You know one good thing about being a wolf…is your senses are so finely tuned that I wonder why people forget this. You over there come out or be considered an enemy, the choice is yours, oh hidden one” Shi’s voice partially directed at the hidden figure in the bushes and then at the Male Fox standing in front of her. Looking back down towards him she paused momentarily before speaking. “Night’s coming, I think it best we find shelter soon, yes?” Shi rose up off the tree stump nice and slow so that her body language would not be misconstrued as hostile and dusted herself off. Loki smiled at the girl who seemed to be speaking in such a monotone voice, that he had to take a double back just to make certain she was not making fun of him in any sense. Of course, in such a blatant town as this one, that was quite difficult to foresee and as such she merely sighed that much more and thought up the possibilities that could be seen. His eyes watching the girl as she spoke more, his silence being a gift for him as he watched and listened to her allegorical speaking. Although she spoke with no tone quality or perspective, the words she used were enough for him to get a feeling as he kept up with the smiles and the silly grin he always wore. It was just who he was after all. Yet in this sense, he held a sense of urgency when looking at this wolf girl as she soon noted on the senses a wolf held.
Loki knew that much, since the fox held equivalently equal noses in this world, and so the individual around here was enough for him to smile about as his eyes never wavered, yet he did begin twirling his ringer, a small habit of his when channeling his mana and preparing for utilizing a spell even if it was not needed. His only spell useful at the current point in time was the spell used to put others to sleep. That was good for some spell casting yet he needed to learn more in the near future, which was just putting it blatantly and as he thoroughly trusted the system of the game with his own knowledge. That would be made all that much easier in a sense while he watched with hopes to hear that the perpetrator pointed out by the girl would be pulled through. He noticed however that he never did get the girl’s name, but then again, he did not give his own.
He nodded his head with a kind ‘adieu’ form of thanks as he said in kind, “My name is here is Loki by the way. What might your name be, both you and the one out there hiding.” During the final part of such a question he had raised the voice so he could be heard by her, even with the advanced hearing and smell, he merely wanted to make certain that he covered all the bases in that sense. It was the best part of who he was after all. With eyes on the area around, and soon the sky, shelter did not sound too bad though he had no real place in mind and he did kindly to point out that much. “I don’t really have tent equipment in any of my inventory space, and even though I am sure there are some caves around here, I am not sure where they would be either. What might you have in mind?” His question geared to her, and as it was, he did all intentional purposes to make it sound gentle and kind without any form of hesitation behind it.

CEquipped: Starter GreatShield| Starter Buckler Skill Outrage Eden smiled nodding she could hear their conversation just fine. She couldn't hide from another wolf hair it seemed yet she made no move to introduce herself. Instead she tapped on her shield a few times softly moving around a bit. She didn't want to speak but she guessed she had to say something. Clearing her throat she spoke quietly in a near mumble but loud enough for the likes of her kind. "I'm a Cleric, mean you no harm. If you open your ears up abit and sniff the air you might be able to find a clearing or cave. That stump you were sitting on seems to be from being chopped down. Might be a town near by even."She paused been a while since she said so much to a stranger, guess it was a comfort to see people who looked like her at least. SHe stood stretching and stepping forward into the light. She bowed putting her hand to her chest, she tapped her shield impatiently. Waiting hesitantly, It was only two of them but she could feel her nerves rising. Eden was a small ball of energy and nerves she needed to get moving. She stared pointedly into the eyes of the Enchanter, looking at his fidgeting. She made a point of imprinting his scent as well as the others Wolf Hair's into her brain.WORD COUNT: 230 "Shall we?" she whispered

From a distance, he could hear the sounds of people talking. Three, at the very least. It was very disorienting at first, but Tsukina had quickly gotten used to his newfound appendages. His ears were sensitive to the slightest of sounds, and from it he could discern one male and two female players in the distance beyond the bushes. Thankfully, he still had a whisker-free human nose, but that didn't deter from his heightened sense of smell. From it, he could determine two wolf hairs and one fox tail. They weren't as smelly as he thought they would, particularly one of the wolf hairs. She had a pleasant smell that reminded him of a home far away. With physical abilities akin to the kitsune, he moved along the underbrush, creeping up along them without drawing much attention to himself. It wasn't his intention to do so, but the temptation to test his abilities was too wonderful to resist. The only thing he didn't like about his changed appearance was the namesake of his race. The tail was too puffy, swished back and forth, and was a general annoyance. He hadn't yet figured out how to hide it like the spirits of his ancestors could. Then again, its warmth was useful in cold nights, and it was oh so fluffy.
He hid himself behind a tree, listening closely to their conversation. He could see them clearly now, and he was right about the female wolf hair -- she was indeed very lovely, with silver hair and pale skin, the perfect image of the yamato nadeshiko. The other fox tail was... he didn't know exactly if he was male or not. His appearance gave Tsukina conflicted thoughts. And the last one seemed the most guarded. She looked very heavy underneath all that armor. A smile crossed his face. He kept as quiet as he could, even though he knew they could all detect him based on smell alone. The question now was who would catch him first.

Skill Iron Body Shi blinked slowly three times at his response and shook her head. “That is because I haven’t given it to you yet sir. Names are such a formality that in here one could never know the true name without questioning the real name behind it. If you insist it’s Shi, and nice to meet you Loki I see that you’re just like me a virgin player yet to be forged in the fires of combat. Funny though, you take the name of a Nordic deity of trickery, interesting, or are you seeking to spread chaos that you seek in this now new home world for the amusement of someone per se unseen by us?”
Shi twirled her hair slightly and looked at the new person stepping quietly near them her eyes narrowed some as her athletic sculpt muscles flexed slightly as her right leg slid back some. Her hand folded down by her side. That was before she spoke the pleasant sound of a fellow Wolf calmed Shi’s nerves some. “Indeed sister, I think that is paramount idea at this time. If we manage to into trouble we can always send the Fox here in front as bait, nice, juicy, edible, bait. Then again he seems important enough to let live for now. One thing though, your name before I even take one foot fall with you anywhere ma’am, if you please?” Shi was relaxed but not stupid, many here are scared or even worse dangerous, she had to be on guard at all times lest a bigger wolf made a meal out of her so soon.
Her ears twitched once again as she heard light sounding steps from the west coming upon them, she stopped talking and sniffed a few times in the air. The night was getting interesting indeed first a fellow Wolf in the pack and then a Fox, not the same but tolerable at least and finally another Wolf in the midst to add to the growing pack tonight.
“What will this one bring to the table?” Shi mused mentally as she scratched absently under chin.
“I say the same thing to you as I did her, show yourself or be considered an enemy. You tell has been heard and smelled.” Shi was getting a little tired of all the intrusions that were happening as the sun was slowly setting down and the night was growing bolder in showing its deep hidden cloak.
“I agree with the Cleric we should find shelter soon. Come then let’s be off, if that one wants to follow us then they can.” Shi walks to the north heading towards the scent of food, maybe.

Loki was interested with how the other girl was a wolf hair, his eyes perking up in a steady pace with which he merely smiled more and eased his mind until the scent of a fox tail flooded his nose. He only grinned at that scent, a true smile from his lips forming as he lifted his bow, deciding to play a simple minded trick because, after all, the wolf hair child guessed his name and meaning almost to the letter. He grinned, moving his arm back with a pull of an immediate arrow from his hip before quickly and smoothly aiming and soon firing directly at the scent. The arrow would not hit the fox tail at all, unless the foolish one moved to stand in front of the tree he hid behind. That was the target after all, and he only grinned with a simple surplus to his mental image as the woodcutter ability cut the tree more than an average player as well, allowing for the tree to crack at the very impact of the arrow into it.
“I do recommend you listen to the wolf hair, come on out little fox,” his smile remained while moving his bow back onto his back, a grin remained to his lips as he soon looked at the girls and smiled calmly, “trickery was never my intention. Though I do have to disagree, a name is merely a name no matter what is behind it. The only names that carry power are those given by another individual to you. Nickname or alias, does not matter so long as the other player is the one to give you such a name. That is when the true representation of your skill goes full bound. However that is merely an opinion of mine.” An ancient opinion nonetheless as it was passed down by his own ancestry before having moved into the American continents. His eyes looking up at the sky and smiled, remembering he had now tested all necessary skills at the current point in time.
He looked at the other fox, the one who gave no name and was a cleric. However, two shields on a cleric left him to wonder, and the purpose behind that as well. It was plenty in his mind to wonder while his ears kept twitching, as it was a subtle moment. All that he said before seemed to still matter to him as that other wolf hair cleric whom carried two shields was far more than just a regular fighter. No, that was probably a head fighter or one who went into the front acting like a guardian. Yet being wolf hair with cleric class only meant the defense would be moderate at best. He paid it little mind for now though, awaiting the answer as he did have in his mind how he was a terrible person to put out in the front lines, that in itself spelled disaster since he was an enchanter, his only true offense being his bow.

CEquipped: Starter GreatShield| Starter Buckler Skill Outrage Eden moved without thinking although she wore plate mail and being in a new body she was faster than back home. She was in Loki's face, her eyes on fire. She spoke very clearly "What gives you the right?" she asked almost hissing. Both her ears laid back as a growl escaped her throat, slowing stepping away from the enchanter she bowed in apology, one thing hadn't changed she was still very much a child of the gods. She was visibly shaking as she tried to grab a hold of her rage further, breathing deeply. "Two rules, I only have two. One you never point your weapon at another player when I'm around unless you intend on killing them. Otherwise you will see your skull bashed into the very tree you stand in front of." Eden's voice began to lower back down to a near whisper as she began to calm further. speaking seeming to ease her mind. " Two, if you wish to travel with me," she looked around at everyone taking the chance to burn all their features into her mind,"two words it up. Trust and loyalty, that is all I have to give and all I ask." Eden bowed again in apology, "Excuse my flash of anger, intent to harm others does not sit well with me. My name is Eden." She tapped her shield anxious again, part of her hoped that scared at least one of them off but the other part of her hope it clarified everything for everyone in an instant. They were strangers. The sun was dipping lower and the wind was shifting again, a smell began of what seemed to be roasting meat hit Eden's nose. Her nose twitched furiously and her mouth began to water, looks like hunger was still the same as it was in the real world. She didn't wait for any response she simply began to walk in the direction of her nose, she could tell it wasn't far off. If the others decided t follow she knew she would be rather relieved, phantom pain shot up her left arm as she made her way through the brush seeing a clearing up ahead. In the middle she could smell and see roasting boar, but around the fire sat three scout goblins, in the low light she could still make out their ugly mugs. Their skin was a dark green, horribly deformed with hunched backs and twisted limbs. Their skin seemed leathery as if they were perpetually sick pimples and lesions everywhere. This was definitely not a game anymore, she readied her shield and pulled her buckler from her back. If she remembered correctly scouts where the weakest, they would tend to fight from the back or flee during fights while in game, and seeing as there were only three this was most likely just a random band not part of a larger force of demi humans in wait. She nodded this would settle the shelter bit of things the clearing was small, defensible, and they wouldn't have to worry about food or a fire tonight. Perfect she thought, "Goblins." she whispered knowing she would be heard and hoping it what spark something in her party. She readied her self taking a deep breath and saying a quick prayer. Interesting. All of them had noticed his presence behind the trees. He was sure that at least one of them has a weapon trained in his general direction-- no, scratch that. One of them had actually fired a shot at the tree he was hiding in, so the logical thing to do would be to come out and express his peaceful intentions. But he had no intention of doing so. His tail swished back and forth, reflecting his sudden excitement at this turn of events. He saw himself as one of those ninjas from the anime he liked watching as a child, with the smoke bombs, the shuriken, the stealth, and the clandestine operations. So no, he stayed hidden behind the tree, keeping himself absolutely silent as much as possible, waiting for the tension to thicken before revealing himself. In the end, one of the wolf hairs moved away from the party, towards some deeper part of the woods. He resolved himself to follow her closely -- because she was the one who argued against the shooting of other players, namely him -- but not before throwing a single magatama bead in the direction of the two remaining players. Once he got near the one called Eden, the scent of roasting meat filled his nostrils. Soon enough he saw the green creatures called goblins huddled around a fire, with a hunk of meat spinning on a spit over a crude fire. His chef instincts couldn't help but feel sorry for the ingredient for being treated that way. Pushing that thought from his mind, he announced his presence to the wolf hair, loud enough for her to hear but not enough to give away their position to the monsters.
"Greetings. Stay your hand, for I am not an enemy but a friend," Tsukina said, putting on his best innocent expression, even flapping his black fox ears up and down. "My name is Tsukina, a wandering shaman, and I find myself stumbling here in this forest because I've allowed myself to fall into the temptation of adventure. Believe me when I tell you that I wasn't aware of your presences here, but that I am willing to fight alongside you all if need be. I don't look it, but I am quite skilled with the bow and the shamanistic rituals of my people." He then scratched his head in embarrassment. "I say that, even though I am but a wee chick that is still finding his way in the world."
He held his weapon tight, his hand hovering over his quiver of arrows in case he needed to let loose a shot. He wasn't a great melee combatant, but he took pride in his archery skills. When he was young, he used to dazzle his family and friends with excellent display of Kyuujutsu, the Art of the Bow. To know that he could use these skills still in Elder Tale was a great comfort. Add to that the spells and rituals of the Shaman class, and he took pride in being a very capable ranged support character.

Skill Iron Body Shi followed the arrow with her eyes as best as she could her whole body seemed no deviate from the motionless stance. That was until she seen where it was about to hit. Her eyes closed slowly as she shook her head. Listening to what he said made her cringe inside but on the outside her cool exterior was the same. Shi walked in front of the both player placed her arms out to both of them and separated them before they continued to walk any further. “I can see the agenda’s already coming out…how fun.” Thinking as she sighs heavily.
Shi looked at both of them before they walked along the road and spoke plain and clear, her voice never deviating from the monotone softness. “Let’s get one thing straight right off the bat here. I only spoke a warning, you good sir actually fired a warning shot at the person. Not the best way to inspire new members to like you. What was it you said just a moment ago? Ah yes, a name is merely a name no matter what is behind it. That sir, you are wrong…so dead wrong. A name means many things in life the title is merely hidden behind the name, it does not make as you say, given to someone. They earn it by trust and loyalty sir, though many in history would sadly disagree and state that power and fear is better to rule with.” Shi looked away from him and back at the fellow Wolf girl.
“I shall add to those rules, since you can always add too, but never take away. First off we don’t know each other from a hole in the ground, that much is assured. Number one if we are going to be a group then trust and loyalty is all we have to go on for now. No attacking or using a weapon as intent of getting attention when attracting new members to us. Verbal is fine but no weapons or spells for that matter as a threat. You don’t like it.” Shi points at some random open space and stares blankly at Loki.
“Then the world is vast and big, don’t let me stop you from walking in any random direction then where we are going. You need no excuse fellow Wolf sister your words are very true. Next is very simple we share everything equally when we travel period. Those that do not like this idea are free to leave. We buy what we need and give to those what they need as well. Why hold a staff when Loki can use it with more skill then I or someone else can? I am new to this world but not in life, living with two sisters back in the real world gives proper meaning to sharing with each other, whether they agreed with me or not. Finally, no heroics at all, nobody is John Rambo here at all. Teamwork is stronger than heroes, period. I am done talking now though. We will see what actions speak when adventuring, much like the night air that is coming upon us winds change in whatever direction the persons agenda follows. Isn’t that right Loki?” Shi moves near Eden and motions her to take the lead, even though Eden had already thought that far ahead apparently.
As Shi walked just behind Eden a few paces to the right Shi eyes focused upon Eden’s arm movements. The strange thing was, the way her arm flexed and spasm slightly, it almost seemed to be causing her pain. Shi noted it and kept moving. She would inquire more about it later on. See that there was a clearing Shi focused on other more important things like sights, smells and sounds. She had to make sure everyone was protected, even that fox boy near her.
As Shi was walking as quite as she could following Eden she overheard his words to Eden. “I say that you’re more than a wee chick, sir.” Shi remarked softly.
“Its fine though so long as you can pull your weight all will be fine, just don’t let Mr. fox boy over here intimidate you, I’ve seen his kind in the game and real life. All ass on the outside, but deep down a bigger one that has yet to come out, were all in for a treat I tell yah.” Shi was giggling on the inside but remained cool and detached on the outside while speaking.
Shi’s eyes spied the same thing her fellow wolf girl did a fat roasting boar and three scout goblins. The sight of them made it all the more impact in her mind that this wasn’t in fact a game anymore this was indeed something much, much worse. Shi quickly and as quietly as she could behind Eden as she whispered near her. “They don’t see us yet so play it cool, the element of surprise is on our side for now ma’am.” Shi placed her smaller hand upon Eden’s shoulder for comfort. Loki focused his eyes on the target, knowing that the arrow should have spooked whatever was out there, and even though the individual playing ninja was trying to be all stealthy, Loki could tell they were not of the assassin or tracker classes. With such in mind, he stayed his hand until noting how the others reacted, luckily enough he was yelled at in the face by the one girl, Eden he believed she called herself, while then the other girl Shi soon reacted as well. He only chuckled at it when presented his way out, his way to get out from all the rules that were issued all the while his mana channeled and he already had a good deal of the spell ready. Yet he would merely smile at them, holding in his temper and with thorough patience, he would raise his non-channeling hand and wave it off, “Well, trust and loyalty mean nothing to me.
“I don’t give it and therefore do not ever expect any in return. However, it does not change the fact that a name is just a name. Further, more you talk like an alpha wolf that is bearing claws and teeth at another wolf. I am only a fox and your rules will not apply to me. So I am happy to make your acquaintance and now will be on my merry way.” In addition, with that he simply walked off giving a casual wave. True, it was near the direction that Eden went, but he took the long way getting there and even if the smell of food cooking was a fresh delight, all the food in this world tasted the same. No matter, he merely did what came naturally to him. Stealing food from goblins was child’s play once one knew what to do, and luckily, he knew enough to make certain he was not killed all for it.
There by, the magic, he channeled for the past few minutes from talking with the girl to now, was effectively used as he cast the sleep spell to render the three goblins to sleep. The three of them no doubt watching the feather flutter down in the center of them while he walked in with a smile, looking at the food in the center of the goblins, gripping the food comically before walking out of the camp. So long as no one disturbed the goblin bodies, they would not wake for any time soon at all. Due to their highly lacking wisdom stats for being goblins, they would fall asleep for the next ten seconds, more than enough time for Loki to get in and steal the food before walking off in the direction he came from, opposite of the three who arrived just around the same time.

25% 100% Eden watched not shocked at all by Loki's actions. Instead She stood picked up a rock and chucked it at the head of the nearest goblin and whistling a loud piercing whistle. Arousing the poor bastards. She ran out into the field and slammed all three in the back of the head. She stood there long enough to allow them time to attack her and gain their full blown attention. She swung her Shield's wide and ran in Loki's direction, if she overtook him which was likely, the goblins would aggro him. "Oi, Enchanter coming your way." she said as she ran past him. She laughed knowing his spells would be on cool down for some time. He had no choice but to run or he could try and fight which most likely wouldn't end well without any help.
Turning just far enough ahead to see her handy work, Eden spoke out. "So here is a situation that we find ourselves in, four of us three goblins, and my sweet sweet Enchanter you are about to find yourself in a very bad position." She snickered a bit, "Not that I want to help the likes of you, but do understand something I really not watch these bastards rip you bit from bit and send you to the abbey." Eden shook her head, " Your Astral hypno has a pretty low cool down but every time you use it I'm just going to keep them from falling asleep, with these here rocks and seeing as your spell has a higher hate percentage than my little rocks." She trailed off for a second. "You get the picture." Eden stared him dead in the eye as the goblins got closer and she tossed a rock up and down. "I don't like you, you don't like rules. But the way I see it I need you." Eden spit on the ground.
"I need what you can do to be successful at my job. So I am asking you nicely will you join us or do I leave you here to the goblins?" She stared harder into his eyes and laughed shaking her head and walking past him back in front of the goblins. She really hoped the others had at least followed "Whether you trust me or not Loki," this was the first time she'd used his name after hearing it, it tasted better than she thought it would. "I am trusting you, my life and shield are in your hands let us see how this shall pan out."
Eden set herself deep in her stance as the first scout that got close enough shot a bow an arrow at her. It bounced off her shield harmlessly, taking a deep breath she charged the short distance and slammed the edge of her buckler into the face of the first Goblin. A sickening cracking nose came from it's nose as she spun and bashed the second in the chest. Continuing around a hard blow came to the side of her skull as the third one closed ranks with it's club, the blow staggered her and hurt like hell. She saw her hit points drop and knew for certain this wasn't a game. A grin split her face as she returned the blow three fold with her buckler. She could feel her blood rushing, boiling as the edge of her great shield sliced open the thigh of one and she could hear the sound of another deformed nose breaking. Eden was no unscathed however, she took another two blows to the head and a strike to the knew that dropped her. Her hit points were under half at this point, the world around her was hazy. Where the hell were the other two, and that god forsaken spell from Loki. Lifting her self from the dirt with the aide of her great shield, she felt her Outrage skill kick in. Her second wind was coming, she hadn't started with any healing spells even though she was a cleric. Eden began to laugh hysterically, her Berserker subclass increasing her damage as her health dropped to twenty five percent.
She Screamed loud "Holy Rampage." Knocking the goblins back enough to give her a breather as she saw Tsu, and Shi.

Ever since the Catastrophe, whenever a confrontation or a fight happened in this game it still took Tsukina a few moments to rouse himself, to convince himself that this was no longer happening behind an electronic screen, with figures and environments simulated by complex mathematical algorithms and code. Everything in front of him was real, or as close to reality as this strange situation would allow them. For there were no such things as goblins or ruined nations or magic in the real world. But that made Elder Tale all the more appealing for Tsukina. Perhaps, it was one of the reasons why he met the love of his life in such a strange world; he would have never been able to do so in reality.
Now, the reality of the situation was that the other fox tail (who he was sure was named Loki) had tried an underhanded tactic to steal the meat off the goblins. Tsukina didn't even know why he wanted to do so. As a chef, he could make three types of dishes from that amount of meat roasting on the spit. Of course, maybe he was simply trying to amuse himself by awakening the goblins, as was fitting for his namesake, the god of trickery. If he had the Mirror of Amaterasu, then he'd expose him for all of his lies. And then there was Eden, the young, brave lass who jumped into the fray, drawing the attention of the goblins. She proved to be a powerful warrior, capable of matching the three monsters in strength. A chill ran up Tsukina's spine as he noticed that Eden appeared to have given herself into the lust for battle, causing her to show more vulnerabilities that the goblins no doubt took advantage of. As a shaman, one sworn to defend the defenseless, he finally stepped in the fight, an arrow nocked in his bow.
"Art of the Heavy Laden Bush," he whispered. A purple glow enveloped the tip of his arrow, and once it was charged enough he shot it right in the middle of the three goblins. He hoped that the one-meter radius would slow the monsters well enough for Eden to recover and for her other two companions would provide assistance. Though he doubted the intentions of the one named Loki, he hoped that the other wolf hair at least would do something to help. In the meantime, he loaded another arrow and shot one of the goblins. He moved around to avoid being targeted by any of them, loading another arrow and preparing to shoot just in case.

Skill Iron Body Shi shook her head at the comments Loki made and was about to make a smart ass remark back but couldn’t as she chaos unfolded in front of her. He had cast a spell upon the goblins that put them to sleep so she would have to wait for a later time to interject it to him. The fact that Loki would steal the food after putting them to sleep meant he only cared for himself. This is not something she had in mind when it came to a group though. Everyone has to pull their weight in order for the group to survive in this unknown world. Shi looked at Eden and even before she could get a word in edge wise the young wolf sister picked up a rock and threw it hitting one of the Goblins and then whistled loudly in their direction.
Shi could do nothing and would not do anything until this little agenda had played out its course. It was then that Shi realized people don’t change and everyone has an agenda on their plate. This however was not the time to squabble over details and petty insecurities about morality and oh so high and mighty or holier than thou bullshit mentality that these two portrayed towards each other. This will stop one way or another tonight. Shi walked her way forward toward one of the scouts and looked at it with near hatred and yet pity for what she had to do to it. The goblin took one swing with its sword as it connected with her right shoulder. The pain shot through her yet she expressed no emotion as it slid the blade out from the gash. The goblin took several more swipes each was not met with resistance from her. Shi spoke to it finally as she closed her eyes for a second or two and then re-opened them. Her eyes had changed colors from a beautiful golden color to a deep red one of hate and rage that expressed what her face could not show to others.
“You done yet…I take no pleasure in doing this to you, but my point will be made to others by this example creature of the darkness. I hunt those in the darkness that prey upon the weak and cannot defend themselves from the likes of you.” Her muscles tensed the ripples and lines could be seen clearly expanding outward as the sweat and blood trailed out from her fresh wounds. Her eyes widened at this pitiful green skinned creature and she extend out one hand to catch the blade it attempted to swung at Shi. Catching it within her left palm and encased it with the rest of her hand to keep it still, it hurt, but not enough to raise the threshold of pain to where she would utter one single grunt or yelp of weakness. Thanks her skill of “Iron Body.” Shi instinctually without hesitation or even the slightest bit of regret, gripped the green skinned creature neck without other hand. The pain was eminent and the look in its eyes somehow gave Shi a minor sense of sorrow for what she was about to do next. Her hand tightened its grip as her eyes grew even wider, and with one finally attempt the goblin made a downward strike into Shi’s shoulder, not caring one single bit as her wrist tensed up making one fluid motion snapping its little neck. Shi let the lifeless body fall to the ground with heavy thud. Her HP read a meager 15% at this point it was enough to keep her going.
As Shi turned about the pain hit her, and it showed in her body movements. She staggered some leaning against a tree for stability as she shook her head. Continuing to walk over where Eden and the others were. She heard snippets of conversation. Her steps were slow and mismatched as she shuffled her feet some due to the pain. Her mind would not let her utter the groans and satisfaction for Loki to throw in her face afterwards about how she committed herself to those actions herself and how chaos was ensuing in her life. Right now all she cared about was the safety of those around her. An arrow had stuck into her right butt cheek and she finally noticed it she closed her eyes and pulled it out making a light groan from the yank of her flesh being torn allowing the arrow to come out from its indent it made. Not caring about it at this point she turned around to face the others then back around once more in case any more came at them.

Loki was thoroughly pissed the plan had not gone the way he wanted. Hell, in fact he actually had the idea of sharing since he knew he could not eat it all. However, while walking away he listened to something in the air, his eyes going wide when the rock thrown had hit something. His eyes turning to the goblins as they were disturbed from their rest and immediately he knew this was going to be a very long night. Not only did his sleep spell go inactive, his spell also disembarked a need for a cool down time, even if it was a short one. His idea of getting what the others may need no doubt was blowing up in his face, however there were quite a few things going on that he took notice off, seeing his own siblings in all of them during the duration of this. The first having started with Eden of course having already understood that she awoke the goblins in the first place led Loki to despising the wench much more than any of the others.
The girl who woke them up really started to torment him pretty easily with the hates and trailing off discussion. However, never before had someone said they needed the suicidal idiot named Alex, or in the game it was Loki. Indeed, the very picking of such a name suited him decently when his eyes looked upon the girl and then to the others while finding himself called trusted, which led more disbelief into his eyes when looking at the girl and the others. “What was the world coming to with people trusting me?” Indeed, havoc was what he was best at. However, then the fox tail who was hidden for so long finally showed up as well, bearing the skills of a shaman as Loki immediately recalled the sign of slowing everything down, including himself since he was in this range of one meter from the three current goblins, something to which he hated more about this group as it had come under such siege of weaponry that he had no hope to match himself.
The Fox Tail’s next arrow launched and hit one of the three goblins knocked back by Eden’s barbaric state battle cry of holiness of the cleric skills, which left Loki able to be out of such range. However, that did not stop the fact that these beasts were high level, even if they were amongst the weakest of these creatures found of the goblin race, they were at minimum level five and at most level twenty, however with a group like theirs they were more so around level eight as the highest among them while the other two were level five knowingly. Logically putting all of them to sleep was the best plan but as it was ruined, Loki had to undergo another route. “Damn it all, they remind me of my siblings way too much, all of them having such different styles and all causing trouble without thinking ahead. The fight could have been avoided entirely…” such were the thoughts in his mind as his eyes looked around and to see what the other girl did as well.
Loki narrowed his eyes while moving forwards for the other two goblins, the level five and the higher level that was around eight or so, attempting to fight them as well until something clicked in his mind when seeing something, the girl, the one trying to lay down so many rules in and of itself. Such a maternal love could be seen yet the senile idea of just taking a blow, her eyes had looked directly at the event of the sword connecting to her should and immediately he felt himself cringe for someone getting hurt, his mana channeling in the same event as the agro from the remaining two goblins focused to him, the third being dispatched by that woman Shi immediately. His expression turned to pure joy as the chaos here had already seemed to amuse him enough while finding that the second two were directly aiming for the girl with a club and a bow. Both of which were in the slow field, yet with the speed of Loki’s movements he got in front in enough time to spread his arms directly with his back facing the two beasts, his spell channeling as he looked at the girl calmly.
“Thank you, but I do not trust you and you should never trust a guy like me. I only break peoples’ hearts,” His mind going back to his parents and how the last thing he ever said to them was how he hated their guts and wished he had never been born. Such a dark childhood yet his eyes were so very sad when looking at the girl, he could not do anything on his own but feel the pity for himself when the arrow shot into his back within seconds, none of the others close enough to divert the shot nor get to him to block due to the field of slowness that would keep them all from doing such. His back on fire as soon the club beast finished Loki off when his health reached zero, his body falling forwards, enchanter not having a good length of time for health itself as his life dwindled and he died there, almost as if he had protected a girl that reminded him too much of his sister from so many years ago… His body slowly disintegrating into data as he fell while a second spell was cast at the same moment, the sleep being poured into the remaining two goblins, aside from the aware level eight’ish one, the level five would be asleep immediately. It was very sad to say however his body came up with a gasp of air, his eyes looking around and his hand coming to his face as he blinked, wondering about something until it clicked all again, “I didn’t die?”

When he saw the foxtail's body disintegrate into thousands of glimmering polygons, the certainty of death seemed to pass through his skin like an unforgiving chill on a winter's night. He knew that dying within Elder Tale wasn't a true death; he had experienced waking up back in town many times after unlucky trysts with higher-leveled monsters. Still, it made him stop to see a living person, who was breathing merely seconds ago, fall into the deep abyss of the afterlife. As someone who fancied himself a Shaman – the class specializing in barriers, and sworn protectors of the people – Tsukina considered it a great failure if someone fell in his presence. But Loki didn’t go down alone; he managed to drown the two Goblin Scouts in deep slumber, whilst leaving the other one awake, and more importantly, alone.
With Eden battered in the fight, and the other wolf hair brutally beaten up despite his slowing arrow, Tsukina realized that the only way to resolve this kind of situation was to play it smart. He used his Evaluate skill on the last remaining goblin to find out any weaknesses he could exploit. The information that came up on his HUD was very promising. It appeared that the Goblin Scout was a relatively weak opponent. They were fast and agile sure, which was probably why they were able to overwhelm Eden and the foxtail so quickly. But, once the advantage became lost to them, they become fearful, to the point of fleeing the battle entirely. With this in mind, Tsukina rushed forward and made a show of threatening the remaining goblin by aiming an arrow straight between his eyes. He had full confidence that the spell Loki cast on the other two goblins would hold no matter how loud he spoke, so long as he didn’t make the mistake of shoving them.
“Begone from this place, foul creature,” Tsukina said lowly, taking care not to wake the others. “Your companions have fallen, only you remain. If you value your life, you’d do well to leave this place. Otherwise, I hope you have success pulling this arrow out of your skull.”

Goblin Scout Level 6-15 Type: Demihuman Rank: Normal Found in: Swamps Weakness/Resistances: None Skills: None Description: Whenever one should come across Weak Goblin Scouts in the area, it is understandable that there should probably be a goblin camp somewhere in the near vicinity. The majority of the goblins in this camp are still scouts, however, agile creatures that aren't too representative of the potential fighting ability of their kin. Goblin Scouts are very quickly agitated, aggroing an Adventurer in an instant but quickly retreating once its advantage is lost.
