You got these wrong though:

Post-Claim AP: <== Post claim AP means how much AP you will have AFTER your claim.
Main Class: - 2 <== If this was 20 before and remains unchanged, it should state 20.
Craft Subclass: - 0 <== This was 6 before and should remain unchanged.
RP Subclass: - 5 <== This was 15 before. 15 + 7 (from your claim) would be 22. Which would put your Tracker Level at Level 12.
