Guild Feedback

So, as good as I think a lot of my ideas are, not everything is perfect, grade-A, super-shiny goodness. Because of this I look to you all, the Guild Members, to present me with your thoughts about things I have done for the Guild. I wish to hear all of the feedback you guys may have, good and bad, and will accept all criticism. I want to know what you guys think about what is happening to the place you call your Home. Do you hate it? Do you love it? I am doing this because I am only one person with one set of ideas. My mind is not the same as all of yours so I cannot do things that will please everyone individually, but everything I do is for the Guild. If the Guild doesn't like it, then I will change it. Your happiness and enjoyment here in this House is my number one goal, and that comes above everything else. I want you all to enjoy it here.

With that in mind, I not only want to hear what you guys and gals have to say about what I've done, but I also want to hear about what I haven't done. Feel free to post up any ideas you may have that you think should be implemented. Somethings won't happen, and I do apologize for that, but I will take all ideas into consideration at the very least. If it is something that is impossible, maybe there is an alternative that is possible. I'm not a Tyrant, not everything I put down has to be followed to the letter, but I do ask that you all respect what I am doing because what I am doing is for you. This Guild is not for me. It's for you all.

Maybe have different research divisions? One for vehicles one for weapons and armor and another one for accessories like potions, food e.t.c.?

Vehicular Research Sub-Divison
Current Vehicular Research Sub-Division Members :

Second in charge is like the bearer but only second after the bearer
 The bearer controls both "Armor/weapon Research" and "Vehicular Research"  last but not least the "Accessories Research"
All the sub-division "Second in charge players" only answer to the Guild Master and Research Bearer/leader

Sooo, this isn't necessarily 'feedback' but I was wondering if any of the guildees (Including Saber.. though he is already forced into it) are interested in being placed in the November Art contest with me!
I shall being drawing a picture of the guild having a feast~

I was thinking we should start off with some training threads, just get members to level 10~20 in all three of their classes maybe. Also what are we going to do for the rooms for the guild house unless you just got a level 0 building.

That is actually a good idea, but what that in mind, members could also participate in some of the Operations currently set up. They're actually directed towards all of your low levels and by completeing them, I can bet a lot of people will level up more~

As for the Guild house, I'm still trying to consider which building to purchase. The main reason I haven't bought one yet is the light activity around HoC. For now, we don't really have much of a need for a Guild Building because of our low member count and low activity. Once things pick up, I'll be purchasing a house and will be focusing on getting it up and running. Until then, feel free to send me ideas about various Guild Homes that we could purchase~

This isn't quite the right place but I just wanted to let everyone know I'm leaving House of Crowns. I have enjoyed my time here with all of you, I hope you guys make HoC into an amazing guild, there's a lot of wonderful people in this guild! I hope I am still able to roleplay with you guys in the future, don't ever be shy about contacting me if you want to thread with Artemisia! Or, if you need anything mod related, message me on @sugar : )

Depending on how Saber (and everyone else) feels about it, I'd like to continue posting in Sharp Tusks since "time line" wise it takes place in the past, when Artemisia was in HoC. I wouldn't claim guild AP for it, of course, though.
