Standing in the middle of his empty living room Bailin took in the room, picturing all sorts of furniture in his mind, mentally swiping and placing the different things about.
First he placed a dining table near the kitchen, with matching chairs because things were supposed to match and such. The nicest look would be ebony or oak as both were rather sturdy and dark of colour. In his mind he went through the variations of tables, either just a makeshift table with poles or a really refined table with the legs properly fastened on the table top. As for the matching chairs, there was also a long list of variations, either closed sides or opened, box chairs or something else. There was a strong urge for a certain style, a Victorian style of furniture. The style appealed to Bailin as it was refined, posh, elegant and yet surprisingly functional. “So the table goes there, matching chairs with it, I’m thinking about six. Victorian styled of course, how do you feel about that style?” Bailin asked Saskia as he pointed out where he wanted his dining table.
“So as for the living room, I’d prefer a salon table with a nice big comfy chair and a sofa so we should probably put Mitsu to work as well, what do you think?” He asked as he pointed out the locations of his sofa, comforting chair and salon table. “Perhaps on the opposite side of the room a closet would be nice. I also think the same type of would throughout the house would be best, to prevent a circus of colours. As for the bedroom, just a nice little bed, a wardrobe, a desk and perhaps a weapons and armour stand? I know we could use some time out of it and on occasion inventories might get full with things we’d collect along the way… What do you think, my dear?” Bailin said as he put an arm around Saskia’s waist.

Guardian - Cavalier - Brewer ____________________________________________________ Saskia was beginning to feel the womanly need to helping Bailin feminize decorate his house and had her feminine charms and intuition to make it into a fitting home, where he can relax and find peace away from the craziness of the day and the stresses of producing classes on a daily routine for the cadets of Vylbrand Academy. She began to worry how he had managed it all while sleeping on the floor for weeks at a time. The thought astounded her and after growing closer with Bailin over time, she grew to the point to where she wouldn't stand for it anymore and insisted upon Bailin to go out and find some craftsmen who could conjure up some form of comfort so the man whom she cared for wouldn't develop any spinal injuries over the long haul of his life, hunched over a desk.
The mental image was met with much disdain as Saskia frowned at the thought. Together they had managed to reach out to a woodcrafter and a creepy, yet somehow oddly charming in some degree, talented tailor who was adept with thread and needle, as well as a couple of ghastly spells. Saskia was weary of the wild assortment of dark deities he must have gotten those dark arts from, but he had proved himself a worthy ally. He was a bit clumsy however, and she began to wonder the possibilities of how he could turn out as a warrior if his finesse as a tailor was employed in combat and actually helped him achieve better prowess in the fields. He had demonstrated his desire to protect others on certain occasions, and she could see in the boy a burning willpower. She had hopes that he would be able to hone that energy in a more positive way and become a very reliable and productive member of the team.
Pausing for a moment, she began to remember a few details about the huntress whom she had met during the Heretic Incident in the frozen forestry of the Windsor Greatwoods. She had talents with a bow, and was a novice archer, but still possessed a finesse worthy of many of the assassin class. Saskia was happy to see her boldly fold into their ranks at the very heart of combat and aid them in their struggle. She enjoyed her vibrant energy and felt that she would do well, especially after she expressed a passion for her hobby as a woodcrafter. Saskia smiled at the thought, thinking of the implication as a fine prompting to allow her to refine her skills further by preparing the furniture for Bailin’s home.
Saskia was not one to indulge in outsourcing, finding happiness in the oppurtunity for the cadets to grow rather than just buying from the market. She found this to be a far more effective means at sustaining superior crafts through rigorous practice. Saskia’s eyes shifted upon Bailin as she saw him enter yet another one of his trances, manipulating the position of the furniture in her mind. She grinned quietly as she allowed the man to map out the plans in his home. As he mentioned the look he had desired, adding in the very enchanting idea of Victorian style furniture, it made her beam with delight.
“I do believe Victorian would be pleasant. Mother always loved that style for her home. We had some marvelous luncheons with other friends and family who came to visit. I also think six chairs would be fine for fun get together with our friends to enjoy a hot meal together.” She replied with a smile, bursting of elegance.
The gentleman began to give his opinion of the living room, painting a vivid picture for Saskia to see in the realm of her own mind. She nodded politely at the idea and voice her opinion. “Sounds good to me. Whatever makes you feel comfortable. Just as long as we have the right tone of paint to accent the walls and bring out the furniture a lot better. I’m partial to earth tones myself, but my opinion might change after actually seeing the furniture. ”
Saskia began to pause at the mention of the bedroom, as he mentioned the phrase “We”, Saskia bit her lip gently, and began to ponder on that concept. She generally lived on her own, being a woman with a large amount of capital and never had to rely on another for living conditions. She barely even lived with another person fully. Visits were one thing, sharing the same home however, was entirely another. Saskia had a brief flashback to her abusive ex and shivered at the thought. The bitterness from before began to sink in slightly, and made her extremely reluctant to proceed, perhaps sh would discuss the matter in private with him later. The words he began to spew from his mouth were distorted in Saskia’s ears as she began to reflect back on the pain of the past. Saskia hadn’t truly allowed herself to be emotionally attached to anyone, though Bailin was close to her and made her feel pleasant whenever they were around each other. But there was so many things about her in the real world that he didn’t quite know, so many hidden secrets tucked away.
Saskia’s eyes began to quiver at the thought, almost driving her to tears, as she blinked them away, once Bailin tugged on her waist and brought her near. Her body felt cold, it wasn’t the same warm embrace she felt before, though she knew it had nothing to do with Bailin. He was a charming fellow, but Saskia had a fear of commiting herself. She paused for a moment, contemplating the situation, she acknowledged that she might just be putting up walls because of her past, but she couldn’t help the feeling as it began to overwhelm her, she was hoping for something. Anything, to give her a distraction to get her mind a sense of release from the tension.

It had been several week s now that he had joined the Guild in which Saskia was the leader and Bailin a teacher and well, as we could image, kind of a leader because of his relationship with her. Apparently today was finally the day they would furnish the man's house . God it's about time they think about that...He had no clue on how they could actually live in such a place... What a waste of space and time to sleep on the floor. How uncomfortable could it possibly be ? That was a pretty stupid question to ask because it had been several weeks Mitsu hadn't been in a comfy bed. He was sleeping in the Guild Hall because he didn't have any house yet or any actual money to spend on an apartment. He just decided to make a comfy pillow and sleep on the ground trying to make it as baggy as possible. He had his hands in his pockets during the whole time he had been in the house looking slowly at the place. It had been a while since he had been here but it hadn't changed, it made him giggle and smile like a child at that thought. Geez, they really didn't do anything to make this house a better place to live. Why am I here ? How could I help...He still couldn't conceive that Saskia was actually in a relationship with Bailin and they were starting to move together. His eyes rolled as he gave it a thought before sighing. He had decided in keeping his black ink nails in order to hide the cracks in them if it was to ever happen again. Strangely enough he was less of a coward and more incline to spill blood to protect the one's he loved and appreciated. Even though he didn't know much people except their faces from seeing them at the academy he knew he wouldn't appreciate something happening to them. He also didn't really hesitate in getting into a fight and making people suffer, but that was when corruption went wrong on him. He shook his head to come back to reality as his red eyes focused on what was going on just right in front of him and his eyes went from half closed to wide open as he heard Bailin speak and get in motion. We ? Did he just say "we" ? And like, he just put his arm around her waist. This is getting serious !He burst into laughter and tears almost started accumulating in his eyes as he couldn't stop. He seemed genuinely serious about it, but he saw Saskia's tormented expression and started laughing even more seeing the disparity in both of them. He tried to find something to hold on to as his body curved towards the floor. He just couldn't stop laughing and he couldn't breathe. "I'm... sor... hahaha... I'm so sorry..."He could barely even speak, those words were cut between both laughter and trying to inhale. It was almost impossible for him to do both. His childish laugh could make anyone join him in and was pretty much contagious. His naive face and unworried expression marked the fact that he couldn't even imagine hurting Bailin's or Saskia's feelings. He tried to calm down successfully wiping off his tears of joy and laughter. He tried to concentrate to not burst against in an excessive laughter. His eyes grew wide and he looked back at Saskia and Bailin and it appeared to him that they would go well together. Both of them are posh. They like living in high standards and were raised into that kind of life. We can't say it's their fault they just seem higher than everyone else. At least it' s not the case on the battle field. He did remember all the events they had gone through with the goblins and the heretics, although the last one was pretty blurry because of his condition at that time. "You guys do seem to go well together !" he expressed in a friendly and childish tone. He smiled widely and ran his hands in his hair before putting both of them behind his head elbows in the air. He was just so oblivious and innocent in such a form, that was when he wasn't in corruption. Hopefully no one had seem him yet in such a shape, it wasn't nice to see and it wasn't good for anyone around. He still was and thought he would always be discriminated in being a Heretic. It made him sad but events made him forget these sort of futile things. His crimson eyes flew from Saskia to Bailin and vice-versa, they did make out a kind of cute couple but he did have to say something and the smile on his face grew bigger and bigger. "You guys are always going to have some 50 year old table and furniture ? I mean you guys are young... You shouldn't go for such a style !"That was his own opinion. They were young, why would they go for such an antique style? They should go for something with more youth, strength and character. He was going to be beaten up by Saskia or Bailin or both of them. That thought made him shiver but laugh too. He would have deserved it after laughing so hard about their relationship. They were all so serious and it was pretty cute. It made him feel quite alone. He didn't have someone to turn to when he felt lonely. Although lonely and being alone is two different concepts. Mitsu was alone, he had friends or acquaintances mostly but he didn't have someone like Bailin did or Saskia. It made him think of his own existence as he lowered his head at such thoughts. Thinking of it made him realize that he had been alone since the death of his parents. No one would approach him, no one wanted to get to know him better. It was all just rumors and pretexts all over him to avoid getting near the boy. A smile slipped to his corner right lips. I don't need anyone...Words: 1040 Tags: Saskia Bailin Gwenduial

Summoner - Animal Handler - Woodcrafter
____________________________________________________
Raef had been planning on working on his Wood Crafting for a while now, ever since Saskia gave him the offer for making furniture had he figured there would be an opportunity for him to make something from his basic wood craft skill, at least enough so he could get better and maybe even learn to make even better objects.
The weather was not one for adventuring today anyhow as a heavy rain was pouring over the city. Small rivers of murky water flowed down along the city's drainages and into the sewers. People were walking around with umbrellas or other kinds of protection from the rain, or none at all in some cases.
Carrying a bag of tools and using a temporary nature ally, a moose he asked to help him drag a cart of wood for some carrots, Raef was approaching Saskia's housing. He was dressed like he always was and his eyes were still squinted, except for the tool bag strapped over his shoulder he was not wearing anything then his regular gear. Though to protect himself from the rain had he pulled up his cloth armour's hood, thank the gods that it was water repelling or he would have been soaked to the bones before even reaching the house.
Soon enough he spotted the place Saskia had described in her message, the house looked good and there was probably going to be a bit of work for the two living in it to handle the pressure of taking care of a house. Hopefully he wouldn't have to do too much, he was not even level 10 with his wood crafting so he seriously needed the practice to obtain the most efficient way of making his wood craft level up. Which was to make stuff in wood.
Reaching out with a closed hand he knocked on the wooden doorway while looking around, the housing was rather nice really. But he could tell Saskia had not been overly dramatic when describing the lack of furniture, there was little to no furniture there. *Jeez I doubt I brought enough wood to furnish this entire house. Hopefully I can get more wood before I need to make furniture for the rest of the place.* He thought to himself before turning towards the doorway again which opened and he smiled a bit nervously before speaking up in a polite voice.
"Good day. My name is Raef Blackwood, I received an offer from Saskia to make furniture as to train my wood craft and give her new housing some furniture to use. My current sub-class levels are 1 but I am going to do my best to make proper furniture for you." Had he not been in so many different work interviews he would without a doubt have cracked a bit in his speech but he was able to keep it cool.
As he was let inside he couldn't help but wonder, were exactly would he do this? It wouldn't do to make his furniture outside, with the rain and all. He would probably have to use a storage or living room to do everything. Good thing he had planned ahead for the rain and covered the wood with a blanket, the moose was gone but he could work without it as he summoned a stone golem to carry the wood inside the building, hopefully nobody would miss the stone by the roadside.

“Well, to be honest, Victorian style is rather refined in my humble opinion. It also is typically British, which would perhaps, potentially, make the Landers a tad more… welcoming to us. Six chairs would indeed help, else either we or they would be sitting on the ground and that would not really be a grand showing of respect for one another now wouldn’t it.” Bailin responded with a grin, relieved Saskia shared his taste in furniture style. [break][break] “Well, in regards to that, I’m thinking a slightly lighter wooden colour than the furniture, though that would depend on our carpenter. Personally I would prefer if he would be able to create the furniture from oak as it is both sturdy and looks good. Ashen is lighter in both colour and endurance but it smells good when it breaks. So I suppose there are some options in regards to the materials, but we shall see how things will fare on that matter once he gets here.” Bailin smiled. [break][break] It was not long after they had spoken Mitsu arrived at the humble abode. After chatting a bit, Bailin placed his arm around Saskia’s waist, which sent out a burst of laughter from Mitsu, which drew Bailin’s full attention, unaware of the reason why it was funny. “I suppose someone is rather jealous… Mitsu, get over here, you know you want me to hold you in my arms as well, there is nothing to be shy about. There is enough me for the both of you and look, I have to arms.” Bailin said tempting with a grin from ear to ear as he teased Mitsu and held up his arms a bit to place emphasis on his words. With a grin on his face Bailin turned his head a bit so he could give a playful wink to Saskia, to make certain she knew he was joking. [break][break] As Mitsu calmed down a bit and regained his composure he continued with the more sociable remarks. “Well, I’d think so, I mean, she hasn’t driven me insane nor have I driven her off, so I think we’re good.” Bailin responded with a spark in his eye and a joyful grin, “I of course cannot speak for Saskia but…, well… you know.” He continued rather vaguely, as if he wanted to gain confirmation on something he probably knew on the inside. [break][break] “Well, you don’t have to go insulting my preferences and tastes in furniture style… also, it isn’t 50 years old, more like 200 years old. A younger style…. Would be so… I don’t know, not durable, not to mention he lack of plastic in this world. An even older style would bring us down to rocks… which would be a tad hard but remember, Saskia is a girl… she needs to keep a cute butt, which will not work if she were to keep sitting on stone chairs. As such the logical explanation of the why we or I choose this style, bar the fact of course that I enjoy the old style a lot.” Bailin grinned, expecting a punch on his head from Saskia. [break][break]
Suddenly there was a knock on the door, at which Bailin shot a glance at Saskia, as if he were asking or confirming this was the last person they awaited. Opening the door Bailin let the male foxtail enter his home. The foxtail was huge, towering at least a fist above him and Bailin himself was relatively tall compared to most but this fellow was even larger. His hair was white mixed in with some grey specks here and there on the tips. [break][break] “Greetings Raef, welcome to my humble home, though I suppose it would be our humble home nowadays, though… Saskia, dear, what do you think about Oddy and Nostro? Do you think we can… tolerate them or shall we find them some other place to stay?” Bailin asked as his mind suddenly threw up the potential problem four under a roof could pose. [break][break] “As for your skills Raef, we all started at level one, so no worries about that. All I ask is that you do our best because if not Saskia might get mad and I will have something worse in the house than an angry dragon.”Bailin winked to Raef and turned about to give a teasing grin to Saskia. “Anyway, enough playing about, I would very much like to have the furniture in the Victorian style, are you known with this kind of furniture? If not we can help explain, if yes, I suppose you’d need a list of things to make, though I suppose it would be rather obvious. We more or less require everything, from a desk to a bed, chairs and tables, wardrobes and weapon- and armour stands. It would be wisest if you were to collaborate with Kuna to create the cushioning and such. Lastly, I would like to thank you very much for helping us out.” Bailin said with a smile. [break][break]

Guardian - Cavalier - Brewer ____________________________________________________ Saskia began to contemplate her various options, a whelm of uncertainty lightly tainting her heart. She was feeling really anxious, but just decided to keep things moving right along. It may have been too embarrassing to talk to Bailin about how she felt right then and there, especially after inviting Raef and Mitsuru all this way. She just wanted to seem a enthusiastic as possible and she would just tell Bailin how she felt about the whole situation in time. She bit her lip rather nervously as Bailin spoke and made a light smile.
“Right, you bring up a good point. It would be nice. Though I’m not so sure how I feel about them coming over. However, if we do speak in private, maybe it will be a good thing after all. I mean if we ever hope to bridge the gap between them and us, I suppose a dose of hospitality would have to be in order.”
Saskia then began to conceptualize a mental picture from the designs that Bailin ha mentioned.
“Right, I agree with you. The lighter colors are a bit more enchanting and refined. I’m a bit more partial to the ashen wood. It sounds very lovely. However, if Oak is what you truly desire. Go for whatever makes you happen. “
Saskia’s eyes dilated slightly after seeing Mitsuru appear. She hadn’t been expecting him, she thought that only a carpenter would arrive. She waited for a clue from Bailin about why he was present. She knew he was a tailor, but she only identified that to clothes. Was it time to pimp out her closet? Interesting. She raised a curious brow at Mitsuru as she inspected his clothing. She always found it interesting that as a tailor, he never made himself anything.
Then she noticed Bailin making a remark. “Oh come on Bailin, don’t be rude. Mr. Mitsuru is a charming gentlemen and I know his lady is going to be happy. I mean, she’ll probably have the most beautiful dresses in the world. A different outfit every day of the year!” Saskia laughed.
She then blinked at Bailin’s comment then stared at him curiously until he gave her a wink, then she let out a light chuckle. “ Oh...so that’s why you have so many guy roommates. It all makes sense now. And you guys said it was just the man cave. Now I see why no girls were allowed! I guessed I must of turned you out if you were talking about moving them out. “ Saskia chuckled. “Speaking of which, I think maybe they should find a place. It has been several months. I'm sure they'll be alright. ”
“You just love talking about butts, don’t you? Is that what you do all day when I leave the office?” Saskia asked shaking her head.
A rapping at the door came, and Raef appeared from behind it.
“Oh, hey Raef! I see you made it! Wow, and you brought Rocky with you! Haha! That’s so cool. I swear Bailin, he makes me want to become a Summoner someday. Like, I really, really want to do it. I bet it would be amazing! Think about it. Summoning our own little pet monsters to do yor bidding. Resummoning them if their health gets low. Plus not to mention the additional versatility. And I hear those carnbuncle’s are just sooooo cute! Yep. I think I made up my mind. Summoner it is. “ Saskia cheered.
She then turned to Raef with a smile.
“I’m so glad you could come, Raef. Really, it means a lot.” Saskia beamed with delight.

Summoner - Animal Handler - Woodcrafter
____________________________________________________
Raef stared for a few moments at the strange couple, his fox ears twitching a bit before he simple registered it as Saskia being Saskia and that only a person as talk active and cheerful as herself would be able to even handle her. *Mein gott it's like a pair of candy eating squirrels having decided to match up. Oh well at least it should be easy to get started on my work with the idea for it in hand.*
"Okay I will start out with the more essential things first, as I doubt you want to sleep on the floor more then you have too. I should have enough wood for 1 large bed, 1 dinner table and four chairs or eight stools. So I will start by making up the bed, I only have enough specific wood parts to make one so it will have to be a single large sized bed, then I will work on the tables followed by the chairs or stools, pending on if you want more seats at the price of having no resting place for the arms or back." Putting up two benches he had made before hand as support for his work. He would focus on the more important parts first, the bed frame and the columns.
Taking out pencil, paper and a ruler he began to make a base design for the bed, a Victorian era styled bed of simple carving would have to fit, as with Saskia and Bailin's desire to make of Victorian style did Raef feel that as the bed had be of the Victorian was it a bit easier to keep the carvings simple and not as complex as the majority of the Victorian style so it would just have to do for now. The bed would be around King Mattress size, though instead of the original 76" wide x 80" long (193x203) bed frame would Raef make it an even number as to not get too over confident, besides he could tell Bailin was around his own body length and thus it would be easier to sleep without the bed's wooden head board press against your head or your feet pressing against the foot board. So the new size of the bed would be around 79" wide x 88" long (202x227) to give enough space for Bailin and Saskia and he would make no foot board as it would make less wood he had to use for the design.
Taking out six long wooden planks Raef began to glue and nail them together, the bed frame's bottom would be the simplest thing to make. He then sawed the newly made bottom, aka bed slate but bottom is easier to remember, into the proper length and width with a hand saw. Raef was carefully following the lines he had drawn across the wooden texture. He then took out four 4" x 4" stocks around 6" in length and proceeded to mark them for which end of the bed they would be part of.
Grasping another set of plants he glued and nailed them together to form the Head Board and the Foot Board, the panels that would be put at each end of the bed frame. Taking careful time he carved and smoothed the wood of the Head Board, he even took the time to carve out two simply made sleeping wolves on the top of the curved plank to fit into the wave of the wood. Taking out the marked posts Raef began to carve and curve the stocks until he had four columns that acted also as the bed's legs when put onto the frame. Taking two more planks he simply smoothed out the edges, carved out holes in the columns, carving out holes in the planks' ends, before adding glue and wooden pellets to fasten the columns to the planks that would now be the side rail. And then did the same to the Headboard and the plank that would be replacing the foot board.
Lifting up the bed slate Raef put it into the open space in the bed frame, each end of the crude bed slate fitting into the side rails, foot and head boards perfectly. He then proceeded to glue and nail the wood into place, he even added two extra supportive bed legs on the bottom of the bed slate. The fox-tail did this by putting a solid plank down the centre of the bed slate, nail it into the head board and foot board before nailing on two supportive bed legs through the central plank and into the newly made supportive legs beneath the bed slate, took him three tries.
He then took four more stocks and carved each into a side way like panel shape before attaching them to the top of each of the columns, making a panel. Taking out some simple wood oil and colours Raef put the finishing touches on the bed. As he stretched his arms after putting the last piece of oil onto the wood he noticed that he had been working on the bed for over six hours, and his stomach growled almost as loud as a dragon as it demanded a tribute of food and liquid. Looking around Raef noticed he was mostly alone and spoke up in a slightly embarrassed tone. "Eherm, I have completed the bed frame, though I have discovered that working on a skill like this is almost hypnotic and has made me lose awareness of time and space."

Time had passed and a new person he did not know had made his entrance, he didn't seem much of a speaker or at least he didn't seem to give much importance to the red eyed boy. Everything went on smoothly from that point where the woodcrafter started his work and Mitsu took out his own material and started getting to work, he wouldn't have to do much because he only needed to craft a new sheet for the two cute lovers. Apparently things had been moving in the guild and new people had joined them. Mitsu as one of the first persons in the guild wasn't aware of much and had been off for some time now. It seemed much like a family but a far away one where he didn't mostly know anyone. No one really knew him even if he was one of the first members, he was like a shadow surrounded by people who didn't see him. I don't know that guy yet they seem acquainted with him. Too bad I was away wandering around for so long.He dropped his bag at the right side of his body onto the ground before kneeling next to it and then sitting on the floor. He started doing his work, gathering the materials which were needed for the craft. He took out his sewing kit and needles as well as thread and other various tools. He had a pretty nice idea of how to design the bed sheet. Not that it would be anything innovative but he would sew a red thread with "Saskia & Bailin" at different places within the sheet. He remembered a nice flower which he had already seen somewhere in real life, he didn't quite remember when though. What a shame. He thought. After a while of sewing he had the main sheet, completely white and pure. Although he did take time to make it, he had made two for the couple in order to change the sheet and still have one in case. It was the time to start incorporating the flowers, this was without a doubt the hardest part of the crafting but it was his own proper idea and he hadn't asked the couple if they agreed for him in doing so. He shrug and sighed and picked the sheet with the needle. Agility and dexterity was a common thing with tailors but Mitsu had gotten pretty good at it, he was like a origami crafter, playing with what was between his hands and fingers. Shortly the first [Red Flowers] had appeared on the sheet and not far was the words "Saskia & Bailin" in a purplish red color. He pulled out the thread with his teeth as he cut it after the final knot. He got up on his feet, straightened his back and smiled. It was a kind smile yet filled with melancholy. He was thoughtful about his own situation and what he should do in such a world. He hadn't done much since he had met them and wondered if it had been a good thing to join the academy and be more or less inactive. They sure are lucky to have each other. I hope it works out for them...He shook the entire sheet one after the other and turned around towards Saskia and Bailin to show both of them his work. He had finished at the same time Raef had finished his own bed frame. What do you think?Words: 579 Tags: Bailin Saskia Raef Blackwood

As Bailin explained what he envisioned he looked at Saskia, noticing she bit her lip a bit, but different than she had done so on the pier on that rather special and specific night a long time ago. Luckily she gave a light smile. ‘She probably is merely nervous about this all, poor thing.’ Bailin thought, as Saskia began to speak, voicing her reservations on inviting Landers over, but she did agree, more or less, with him that there was indeed a gap that might need a bridge. “Well, we’ll cross that bridge when we get there and hey, you don’t even have to be there if you don’t want to. Not to sound all to mushy again,” he winked, “but I’d rather have you do the things you enjoy than force you to do things you do not enjoy, like the tedious diplomatic dinners and such.” [break][break] “Well, I prefer oaken but we could ask the carpenter to make the walls and floor ashen? It would give a nice contrast and perhaps is a nice compromise?” Bailin suggested, “as for what makes me happy and what I desire, is making and keeping you happy, secondly would be surviving and making a proper living in the world and so on.” Bailin grinned. [break][break] “Haha, I am never rude, well, alright, I am and you love me for it, besides Mitsu can handle it, I am actually expecting something witty from him or he is saving his comeback for another time. Though I admit, if we ever find a girl for him, she will indeed have the fairest dress of the land and I thought it was generally female to have at least one outfit for each day?" [break][break] “Guy roommates? I fear I am the only guy currently present, well ok, perhaps Mitsu could count as one, but… Oddy and Nostro… hehehe. And girls are most assuredly allowed, I’d rather prefer to have them over rather than the gents, however, something tells me I should change my sleeping habits if I were to do so now. Also, Oddy and Nostro lack my… charm. I never mentioned this being a mancave, though I admit it does have all the… requirements filled, so let’s call it a draw on that part.” Bailin joked as Saskia mentioned the supposed reason why there were no girls around and Bailin was living with two other guys. [break][break] “Well, dear, you know what they say, I like butts and therefore I cannot tell a lie. Though I admit, I like feminine butts more than male butts, which I actually kind of detest.” Bailin responded joking, as Saskia gave him another moment to make some terribly bad remark. [break][break]
“Wait, what? You’re not happy with being a guardian? This is news to me, though you make a valid point… what if we ask everyone in the guild to become a summoner? We could place a huge army on the field, though I reckon minions are a wee bit… lacking compared to a full levelled adventurer, though I suppose they still pose a serious threat to anyone foolish enough to piss them off… But I suppose Raef could tell us more about that…” Bailin asked rather subtle. [break][break] “Personally I don’t mind it that much, but I think Saskia would prefer to sleep in an actual bed and a good one. This is also the reason Mitsu is here, someone has to make cushions and mattresses and neither me nor Saskia can make those. As for the materials, I think you could just get what you need, money will not be a big… issue, I have my limits of what I’d like to spend at once but I don’t think that number will be met with just making furniture. Also, Saskia, as the gents are working, what would you like to do?" Bailin said with a smile, hoping to comfort both crafters that they should neither worry about cost or lack of materials. [break][break] Raef started to work on the bed as he said and more or less zoned out, not saying a single word, being entirely entranced by his work and as such Bailin decided to leave him be unless he asked regarding something like certain details or other things. After several hours he had finished the bed. “It looks really good Raef, though the final seal of approval shall lie with Saskia, as a women’s eye on these matters are a lot better than mine.” Bailin said jokingly, approving of the craftsmanship that went into the creation of the bed. [break][break] Mitsu had started working as well, starting to work on some needle work, taking about the same amount of time as Raef, though the difference in types of work was enormous. As he was finished Mitsu showed both him and Saskia a sheet upon which he had embroidered a red flower. “Wow that looks really nice! I had no idea you could do this, though I admit, I should perhaps not be so surprised regarding your skills with needle and thread, especially not after the Ball. What do you think Saskia?” Bailin asked the Guardian. [break][break]

Guardian - Cavalier - Brewer ____________________________________________________ Saskia nodded slowly, yet enthusiastically at Bailin as he mentioned the tedious process of potentially dealing with landers in their home. He seemed to take her into consideration a lot with all of his decisions and choices. He simply wanted her to enjoy herself and engage in the simple qualities of life. It was an appreciated thought and kind gesture as she had always received from him.
He began to speak of the tone and texture of the wood, offering up various suggestions, even going so far as to suggest a collage of colors. He expressed the desire to make a comprise on how they would arrange the house. He would have his desires, and she would have hers. However, she pondered the thought a moment as she took out some time to conceptualize his initial idea. It was funny how he mentioned survival, was there even a true sense of the world seeing as you could live in this world without food water or shelter and simply suffer some debuffs and side effects.
“I think we’ll just go with your initial idea. I’ve had a change of heart. The oak would look lovely and be a nice quality.” She smiled amiably as she watched Mitsuru begin to gather materials for what he needed.
Bailin had made another jest at the ashen haired Heretic with the crimson eyes, which made Saskia wonder if that was such a good idea, given Mitsuru’s recent silent behaivor. It seemed if something was off. Possibly disturbing him?
Saskia squinted at the tailor with the sanguine shaded eyes.
“Yes, it would be nice to see him with a nice lady. Perhaps he’ll find his sweetheart at the academy.” Saskia grinned politely, but in the back of her mind she couldn’t help but feel this eerie sensation about the boy.
The refined Warden then spoke above man caves and his roomates and talk of butts. Saskia smirked as he quoted a few words from a popular song she had sang in the shower before while dancing provacatively as a teen. She shook her head on his silly comment and turned to watch Raef prepare to work on their bed. He definitely seemed like quite the handy man, much like Bailin. In contrast, Mitsuru chose a more....feminine craft. But he was masterful at it and what he produced was a symbol of art and require much grace and finesse.
She looked over to Bailin as they chatted about classes. She then looked over at him and winked. “Who knows I might turn into a Warden and give you a run for your money.”
She chuckled lightly as she commented on the subject of Summoners further.
Well, the beautiful thing about summons as that if one gets low on health you can always summon more. Also in the higher levels you can maintain the creatures for a much higher duration. Some creatures even seemingly indefinitely. Also it offers a lot of versatility on the field as you can use different elements, even heal. At least from the rumors I’ve heard at the Drunken Druid.”
She listened to Raef’s words as he spoke about how the bed should be made.
“Well, they both seem to definitely know what they are doing that’s for sure. As for me I think I’m going to make them some drinks. Would you like a glass of wine as well?” Saskia asked as she headed into the kitchen and began to make wine drinks using the crafting system with grapes and liquor.
As the men were starting to finish up she would offer them the wine drinks and start to sip from her own wine glass.
“Wow, this looks splendid. Such remarkable creative talent. I’m pressed. Great craftsman and wow those sheets are just romantic! So much talent around us! ”

Mitsu had kept in mind most of what both of the lovers had said since the start of the craft and since he had arrived. It was true he was silent and both of them were teasing him as best as they could. Well maybe not the best they could, the boy was actually pretty sure they could have gone harder on him. A large smile had appeared on his lips and stretched all the way to his ears as his left hand grip loosened on the bed sheet catching it back with his right one as the left came behind his head and tilted on the right blushing. They were complimenting him and he always felt rewarded when someone did so, it was important to be complimented for both moral support and to keep doing what he was doing. "Thank you! It isn't much, I just felt like doing something with a bit of design on it. The flowers represent a lot. I won't tell you the signification, maybe you will find on your own?"His voice tone was a challenging one and teasing on the end to try and catch their curiosity in order to make them do some research on the flowers. He folded both of the sheets slowly and meticulously making sure to not get them dirty or have strains on them. He then breathed deeply in and put them down on a near lower table. At least they like it, I don't have to remake them or anything like that.He sighed, exhaling all the air he had breathed in and turned on his heels to face once again Bailin and Saskia. The woman had politely offered him a drink which was actual wine. He smiled as he recalled his country, France, and how the wine over there was terribly good. Even though he did appreciate wine with a good meal or cheese he didn't really appreciate it out of them. He preferred muscat as a pre-dinner drink, it has a sugary and candy taste which he particularly appreciates and loves. When he was able to drink some he would just smile naively and be happy for the rest of the evening, it was so delicious it could make him forget of anything else. His fingers unfolded as he reached for the glass she was so gently offering him. Grasping onto the glass, he brought the edge of it to his red lips as the yellowish white liquid poured softly between them. The wine wasn't the one with the same color of his eyes but it was still delicious. It was good but as it was mentioned not as good as a good muscat. "You've certainly nailed the art of making wine in the game..."It was a sincere compliment, the wine had a charming taste and it was crafted by herself and her skills which was even more pleasant. After drinking just enough to have a full taste of it his eyes drew back towards Bailin and Saskia and his smile simply fainted. He thought about his life and how it was going up until today and he couldn't really analyze the situation. He didn't really know anyone and wasn't really adventuring as he had promised himself to. And he was just running into couples which invited him surely out of pity of seeing him alone. Was it the case for Bailin and Saskia? He wasn't sure. He hoped not. "Am I one of your roomates Bailin? I wasn't aware of that. I'm just sleeping in the guild hall at the moment. I don't really mind that much. We are going to move soon aren't we? And without a doubt be on the run with quests and going on adventures right?"He did seem like he was hiding something, something he wanted to say out loud and tell them about. But was he holding something back? Did he want to say something? Was he scared of saying it? He didn't know himself but he didn't really feel at place in the current situation. Bailin even joked about the fact that they would find him a girl and she would have the prettiest dress in the entire realm. Even though the last part wasn't a total mislead it wasn't correct because of the first fact. Mitsu wasn't really the kind of boy to get the girls was he? "I don't think I'm the kind of boy getting the girls..."His eyes flew right to the ground a bit on the corner of his eyes lids as he blushed a bit. Anyways with what he had experienced since then he didn't think having a girl would help out a lot and he didn't have confidence enough to actually have one. Would he even be able to satisfy her in any possible way? He fell deep in his thoughts and sighed again. Things seemed to start moving a lot in the guild but he felt as if he wasn't part of it or as if he was just on the rims of it. He sipped another portion of his wine closing his eyes and imaging himself on another planet, in a field worn by the tepid winds, hair flowing with it. The crimson eyed boy had had these dreams since the start of the game, where he would be on a planet with someone besides him, on his left most of the time looking at the horizon and diving sun. He couldn't see who it was but it was without a doubt a female person repeting... "Don't worry, we will stay together." Her voice made him think of someone but he couldn't put a name on it, though it was magnificent and mesmerizing. He didn't know why but every single time he would wake up, not really sad, but tears running down his cheeks. He didn't get the meaning of the dream but he was one of those who knew dreams had meanings. Seamlessly, he smiled a bit as his eyes made contact with both Bailin and Saskia, one after the other. What life was he supposed to live in this newly formed world? Was he doing it right at the moment? He wasn't that sure of it. Words: 1031 Tags: Bailin Saskia Raef Blackwood

Raef noted the fine sheet the other craftsman had made and examined it a bit before murmuring a bit to himself while looking at the sheet and then at the bed. "If we could have some drapes with a similar pattern to act as curtains for the frame on the top of the bed it could give a nice appearance when in direct sun light."
He then pulled out his sketch of the bed and held it out for the tailor to see. Pointing at the top of the bed frame sketch he drew his finger across the upper wooden frame held up by the four columns and spoke as he showed the tailor his idea. "See here, if you could make a similar pattern for a large sheet to put on the top of the bed's upper post frame we would have a completely finished Four Poster Bed, I can carve some wooden rings or hooks for you to put on the sheet so that the curtain or drape can be pushed aside. I think you should make the pillow case the same pattern as the bed cover sheet, thus giving it a theme. What do you think?"
After he finished speaking he accepted a glass of wine from Saskia and tasted it a bit before draining the whole glass with a swift gulp, enjoying the sweet burning sensation as the alcoholic fluid flowed down his throat. "Hmmmm... a taste of strawberries, blackberries and apple, with a faint hint of ginger. Taste good."

“I am glad you agree, though we shall of course have the walls redone with ashen, for else it would not be much of a compromise now would it?” Bailin said as he returned a gentle smile to Saskia, as both Mitsuru and Raef started gathering materials and working on their crafts. [break][break] “Hmmm, indeed it would, but whom? Shouldn’t we find out what he likes in a girl first? Though that might be best discussed with the pleasure of fire in the hearth and some wine as it is a delicate subject and I think both our noble crafters require their attention elsewhere.” Bailin responded, now even more curious about Mitsuru’s taste in women. [break][break] “And I would welcome the challenge, so far I have only met one other Warden before and well, he was the opposite of my style, being melee rather than ranged, but still, I think you will give me a larger run for my money.” He said with a wink as Saskia teased him a bit. [break][break] “Hmmm, it does indeed sound interesting, though I will remain a Warden, I like the class a lot.” Bailin continued as he replied to the explanation on summons. It was interesting but a summon would probably be less versatile than a Warden, though there were probably situations where that thought would be proven wrong.[break][break] “Hehe, don’t be so modest Mitsuru, you did a mighty fine job! And you are making me really curious about the meaning of it… Could I perhaps persuade you to give us a hint?” Bailin said jokingly, giving Mitsuru a wink, as Mitsuru placed the cloth down on one of the lower tables. Saskia returned with the drinks and offered all three of them a glass, taking the fourth herself. “I think that is indeed a mighty fine idea. Like I said, money is not an issue, just keep it modest for now. “Bailin grinned as Raef suggested making drapes and the required materials to attach the drapes to the bed. [break][break] “Hmm, it does sound tempting; it would assuredly make things interesting, the Warden and the Heretic, living under one roof. It almost sounds like Romeo and Juliet, but probably a lot less mushy stuff and a lot more fun. Well, if you want and Saskia doesn’t mind, you can move in if you want, but perhaps… I can offer you something even better: How would you like to have your own place to stay, if the guild hall is not to your liking? I have been thinking about opening up a small shop in town, but for the obvious reasons, I cannot sleep in both houses at the same time. So, how would you like to stay there? I can add a tailoring workshop in it for you, if you would want and like that?” Bailin asked Mitsuru with a gentle smile, gently swaying his wine in his hand. “And yes, we plan to move out pretty soon, just need to find some final pieces of the puzzle before we can do so. Well, we are adventurers, run off on quests and adventurers is what we do, for me it was the thrill of adventure that brought me to the game in the first place, well that and sheer boredom, but now I’m living in the game… It is odd and frightening but this is so much more awesome than what my life in the real world was. So yes, we should do lots of adventures, quests and just make things.” Bailin continued, a glimmer of enthusiasm shining in his eye. [break][break]
“So… you like boys? Or are you just as lucky in getting girls as I tend to be? Never finding one until you hit the jackpot?” Bailin asked, a tad more serious, trying to avoid insulting or hurting Mitsuru’s feelings, as Mitsuru blushed and looked away after stating he did not think he was the kind of guy to get the girls. [break][break]
“Indeed they are and indeed they have. It seems we did indeed make the correct call to invite these two fine gentlemen into our humble home to create the furniture.” Bailin said, agreeing with all Saskia had said, raising his glass as a way of complimenting and thanking the two crafters.
