| DON'T GET IN MY WAY! With a sigh escaping from his mouth without him meaning to Spade sat down on a bench in a attempt to blend in with the crowd. Him and another person of his division were given a quest by Saskia their guild leader that would be taking advantage of their subclass more than their primary class so he was told not to draw attention to himself or his partner before or after the two officially begins the quest. To his knowledge though a guild member named Luiniel, he met her before but his memory is very hazy on the event and what he did, the best memory that came up was that this player’s avatar looked like a little girl but she takes exception to that statement. He must not have cared about the even or the people he met that day very much, Spade decided not to worry about it and focus on not being noticed by many people. This wold prove to be a little difficult for the werecat since he was in a village of wolf-tails! The only thing he could do to mitigate this was to wear a brown cloak covering his feline features on his head and arms, Spade was sticking out slightly but not as much as he would if he was showing his natural characteristics. Spade was getting hungry and he needed something to do while he was waiting on his division mate to show up, he saw a male sorcerer selling hot potatoes, he took two just to get him through the day and he returned to his bench to begin eating his first potato by hand. Just to make sure no one saw his race’s characteristics while eating he pulled his hood further over his head, his emerald eyes shining slightly for anyone that would attempt to look at Spade’s face. He held his first potato in his hand and was about to take a bite when another hooded figure sat at his bench, Spade was tense at the sudden appearance of a figure so close to his person, his mouth was held open and his food was still slightly steaming in his hand when the person took his/her slender hand and placed a white piece of paper in his lap before quickly rising to his/her feet and quickly disappearing in to the crowd. Spade finally took a bite of his heated potato with his left hand and opened the note with his right, all the note said was “ Bring two others with you at dawn, we have to leave unnoticed so make sure you don’t bring attention to yourselves.” “ Huh so I need an extra? Better tell Luiniel to post something on a mission board in town.” the werecat spoke to himself as he directed his attention to his guild chat window, he posted the spoke the words “ Luiniel, before you head out here can you post something on the mission boards in the London? We need one member with stealth capabilities, meeting place is the Lander wolf-hair village and hour’s distance southwest from the city.” Word Count: [517] Tags: Luiniel |

bittersweet. Another odd adventure where she was being asked to solve the whimsical problems of the landers. It seemed that no matter what you did to help them they were predestined to go seeking some sort of trouble. She supposed that they still held their original programming even if now it was just a basic instinct since they were all real. It was amusing to watch them charge into battle and then flee from the monsters as if they expected a different outcome for some reason. Everytime she looked down on them as being weak she felt bad but she had yet to see anything other than weakness in battle from them.
Sliding her katanas into her belt she looked up as she heard a noise from a notification that she recieved. Blinking at the name she was honestly surprised to get a message from Spades as they hadn't really talked much. All she could really remember was that he came to help her with some dickhead adventurers but that was honestly about it. Opening it, she read the contents and sighed to herself as she then had to come up with a catchy add for another adventurer.
Heading out into the streets, Lu found herself a blank space to post something in the path that everyone would normally travel. The sign would read something like "Extra hands needed for a transportation job. Contact Spades or Luiniel for details." which was somewhat vague but then again she didn't know much more either. All that she knew was that there was a mention of having to move something quietly from one place to another. The post kind of defeated the point of silently but if they knew nothing no one would be able to stop it.
With that out of the way she made for the village where they would be starting from. The coordinates she recieved were a bit hard to read but she managed despite her navigation skills being questionable at best. Lu could get lost going to the corner store if she tried hard enough so expecting her to make a great trek by herself was comical. Pausing for a moment to take in her surroundings, she noted that the town was a bit better off than Londinium in appearance. The adventurers were working to restore it but so far they had not made much progress besides setting up a mass workshop.
Finally locating a hooded figure sitting on a bench, she made the general assumption that this was a contact or spades. The furry hand on the potato was kind of a dead give away to anyone with an IQ higher than room temperature however. Bounding on over, her four tails wagged behind her as if they had a mind of their own, a clear sign she was pleased with herself. Lu came to a stop just before the man with the potatoes before she bowed curtly, "Hello again." she greeted. A smirk spread on her lips as she tilted her head to the side.
"Why exactly are you hiding beneath that hood?" she asked. That was not even remotely important however, the real question was what they were suppose to be doing now. "Did our contact reach out yet?" she asked. |

| DON'T GET IN MY WAY! Spade was enjoying his potato to the best of the games ability letting the information of the parchment process through his head over and over. Deep in thought he did not notice the child like figure of his guild mate approaching his bench with a smile, and more out of place, four white tails wagging behind her person. For a split second Spade recoiled due to the image she was giving out and how much she was drawing unwanted attention to both herself and now himself. She approached his bench and even gave a bow like those old princesses, to even make it worse she asked him a question like she was an actual child! If she felt irritated form people confusing her as a kid she sure enough did not help, a second after though she appeared to get serious and asked him did he receive any information about their objective, Spade’s emerald eyes shone through the shadow he cast over his face and looked the child-like samurai in the face and proceeded to inform her of all the information he has gathered. “I didn’t receive much about the mission except that we have to meet here at dawn and that we cannot draw much attention to ourselves than we already have done. The plan is to lay low and stock up until dawn, we meet here and then we’ll be informed of our mission, since you stand out like a snitch in a prison I’m going to rent a room at the closest inn and watch for any potential threats until the middle of the night, your welcome to stay in the room with me but remember we’re not here to have fun. Do whatever you want but please don’t draw any unneeded attention, I don’t know why this is important but I’m not one to not follow a direct order.” Spade finished briefing his ally and opened his inventory with his free hand, handing her the other hot potato before heading off to the inn two streets north of the two position. He check into the inn and even had a room in the second floor, while going up the stairs he bumped in to a burly human. The man seemed drunk because he smelled badly and his speech was somewhat slurred, Spade did not feel like dealing with a drunken man so he struck the man in his solar plexus and threw him down the stairs making the entire inn stare at the staircase wondering what caused the man to fall. Luckily for Spade they smelled alcohol on his breath so they assumed he was drunk but he knew that the man would sober up and he hoped that he would not remember what caused his fall in the first place and confront Spade about it, he just hoped that it would be he next day. He retired to his room for the next 12 hours or so until it would be time to meet his contact.Word Cont: [501] Tages: Luiniel |

bittersweet. So she stood a bit compared to the landers here, whoever decided to ask Lu along to a stealth mission didn't do their homework. She was never good at such a thing and as a samurai she had no useful skills to aid in her such tasks. The only thing she had was her ability to get into high and small places with her sub-class. Perhaps she could have chosen to wear something less attention grabbing than her armor but then again she felt she stood out less than he did. A woman in armor was less note worthy than a shadey hooded figure sitting by themselves.
As he explained what they were doing here she nodded a few times after each bit to show she was listening. It seemed easy enough though it seemed he was annoyed about something or perhaps this was just how he was. "Seems simple enough. I don't usually do stealth but I am pretty good at escort." she said with a smirk. That was the whole point of being a tank after all. Though perhaps she should have chosen the body guard sub-class for things like this that she knew a tank would be asked to do.
"I think the cloaked man by himself stands out more than just another adventurer passing through. Someone has seen too many movies." she replied with a laugh. Of course she had no intention of starting anything with this man but her blunt nature didn't allow her to not speak her mind. Lu would not be chastised for standing out when she probably seemed like an ordinary day in this world now. Taking the hot potato from him she blinked her eyes and watched him stand to head off for the inn.
'Yeesh, some people.' she thought to herself.
Wandering the opposite direction that the monk went, she took a bite out of the potato. There were several hours to kill and she had no idea what to do with herself. In this world if she stopped to do nothing she found herself thinking and she hated that. Thoughts about how to get home and if they were trapped permanently were unwelcomed guests in her mind. As she enjoyed the air and the food she noticed several lander children staring at her with big eyes.
Smiling at them, she made her way over. She had to kill time somehow, why not entertain the children who often over heard things they were not suppose to. Once she acknowledged them they practically swarmed her, tugging at her ears and many tails without much care for how Lu would respond. Of course this would not occupy the entire twelve hour period she had to kill but for now it was good enough to keep her mind off of real problems.
The rest of her day passed by in a blur. Nothing worth mentioning usually happened in lander villages. Mostly just an evening where she kept an eye on her telepathic chats waiting for some kind of notification that their tasks was about to begin. What sort of mission could this be that required them to be so scarce. Hopefully not an assassination or something as she refused to carry out something like that. |

Steel had woken up from whatever tree he was sleeping in and yawned a little. He was ready to start the day. He jumped out of the tree he was in and landed safely on the ground. It was then he heard a buzzing noise from behind him. When he turned around, he saw 2 Hornet Soldier rushing towards him. They were all level 20. "Looks like I'm going to have to fight more of these stupid bugs" Steel said to himself when he saw them. Recently, Steel has had to fight many of these Hornet based monsters. They were known for being quite annoying in battle since they wouldn’t sit still and they were hard to hit. Oh well. He thought with resignment as he charged in to fight them off. He jumped into the air and slashed one of the bees, dealing it some damage. While known more for their attack and speed, the wasps didn’t have that high a defense. I get the feeling that this is going to be a pain in the butt. He thought to himself as saw the large stingers. He was thinking this both literally and metaphorically. He then got ready and got into a fighting stance. With the aggro now shifted towards Steel, the bees charged at him with their rear ends, complete with stingers of course, facing towards him. It was pretty easy for them to dodge Steel’s sword swing because of their speed and immediately afterwards, they hurt him with their stingers. Darn, these bugs are fast! Steel thought to himself as he tried to forget the pain he was just dealt. They definitely hurt more than the bees in the real world, probably because the stingers they wielded were much larger. "Well, it's time I fight back!" Steel exclaimed before charging in. With great speed, he used Mirage Dealer to slash at one of the bees before teleporting behind them. He then attacked the other with Viper Raise. He wanted to at least slow down one of them. Unfortunately, the bleeding debuff didn’t do anything to cause the bee to hesitate and they charged at him again. And here they come again. Steel thought knowing that the bees would be pissed as heck. He dodged one but he couldn't dodge the others, taking a bit more damage. I'm really starting to hate these stingers. He thought to himself in annoyance as he rubbed the spot he got stung at. “Terra Orbital Kick!” Steel exclaimed before activating a skill which honestly would have fit a person of the monk class more but Steel was still able to obtain it. He already had a plan in mind to take care of these annoying bugs. He stamped the ground powerfully, unearthing multiple large chunks of earth before proceeding to kick them at the flying foes. One of the Hornets was able to dodge but the other was not so lucky and it got hit by a heavy boulder. In order to dodge the attack, the Hornet Soldier that got away had to fly upward, something that Steel took advantage of as he swapped his left handed sword and the gun at his left hip at a rapid pace before he aimed his gun at the insect monster. “Magnum Shot!” He exclaimed activating a projectile skill which shot an enhanced bullet that hit the Hornet Soldier dead on. The effect of Magnum Shot activated and the Hornet Soldier was propelled a good distance away, giving Steel some time to focus on the one that got hit by his earlier attack and now was much slower in charging at Steel. Steel charged at the Hornet Soldier and swung at it in a shape like an arc, almost as if a tidal wave was coming at the insect monster. Unfortunately, Steel missed with his attack and the Hornet Soldier turned its head and stinger towards Steel's exposed back, wanting to take advantage of the situation and to strike at him. Steel could just smile as he said. "Kofuna Shizen Ryu: Nisenami. (the technique name is Fake Wave)" Missing the Hornet Soldier was actually on purpose to create his own opening. Steel used his right foot as a pivot point and spun around to face the Hornet soldier once more and got his sword ready for the Hornet's next attack. With one more hit to the stinger, the Hornet Soldier lost its balance once more. At this point, Steel was already getting into motion for another attack without using a skill. He first swung his sword in a horizontal swing from left to right, followed by another horizontal swing from right to left as he began to move around the giant insect monster. At this point, Steel then spun his body in a full circle and unleashed a third horizontal strike from right to left. Finally, after the third swing was complete, the sword suddenly sprung right and up for one more strike. The whole thing had the fluidity of a dance but it made no effort as to hide the killing intent from his blades. While he has participated in kendo competitions and trained for them, the kendo he was taught wasn't for aesthetic purposes or for sport. He was taught how to wield a blade so he could defeat the enemy. Because of this, he was able to fight like this in this world. He had now redirected all of the attention towards himself once more. Steel looked at the enemy's health bar. It was now in the red. By then, the Hornet Soldier that got hit away was coming back. Steel looked towards the one he had damaged heavily, it was stunned so he didn’t really have to worry about that one for now. As the diving Hornet Soldier got closer to Steel, the Swashbuckler activated another skill, the skill High Roller which made him do a spin attack with his blades, cutting the Hornet Soldier and dealing it damage. He followed it up Mirage Dealer to finish it off. As he landed, his blade cut into the remaining one and defeated that one too. “Well, at least that’s over with. I guess I’ll go look around the area. I tend to find something all the time this way anyway.” Steel said before jumping into the trees. After a while, he had found a town and decided to enter the town which was filled with wolf hairs. Normally, anything that wasn't a wolf hair would stand out like a sore thumb but Steel, a Half-Alv, was going unnoticed for some reason. This was due to a lack of presence and the Swashbuckler's ability to redirect the attention of others. Soon after, he had passed by a request board and he decided to look at the available jobs. Someone had put a job there that said that they needed a person who could be stealthy. Steel took the job flyer and walked off. He wondered why there was such a requirement. Technically, Steel didn't have powers of stealth, he just had the talent to divert attention, making people ignore him. Being stealthy meant being able to sneak around by being silent and using other techniques. But Steel thought his talent would work. It said that they were to meet at dawn and lay low and Steel would do just that. During this time, he talked to some people while in the town but didn't become conspicuous at all. | DON'T GET IN MY WAY! Spade’s time in the room passed by rather quickly, he saw a few events coming down. First he saw his ally playing with children, he had a good bit of laughter from how much Luiniel seemed like a child playing with the other children, he sure did not have to worry about her standing out even in a village of mostly wolf-hairs since no one would suspect a child. When she got done playing with the children she went on her merry way to wherever she would go to waste 11 hours, half and hour later he saw what looked like argument going on; the deeper voice was a red furred wolf-hair man wearing very medium armor, with with a cape and a helmet with horns on the sides; Spade was able to tell this man was someone important because he was being followed by a duo of wolf-hairs in heavy armor, they were in full armor not a single piece of skin was showing; he would not even be able to tell what race they were except for a yellow and red tail sticking out of the armors. He was talking in a calm demeanor to a young black haired wolf-hair woman wearing a modern day T-shirt and skirt, Spade’s attention was caught by this so he opened the window and began to pay attention to the scene. “I am 23 summer’s old! I decide what I want to do and you can’t stop me!”, the woman was using hand gestures for emphasis. She seemed to be rebelling against the rules of her house, Spade held back his sympathy since he did not know how strict the man’s house rules. The father began to speak something but Spade could not hear from the distance he was at what ever he said it must have been heavy since when his mouth stopped moving the woman’s figure flinched for a second and then she slumped and nodded. After that the group walked away and continued whatever their business for the day was. After that nothing else happened and went to sleep until it was half an hour before dawn, with a stretch and a yawn the monk rose from his chair by the window; adjusting his cloak he left the inn and walked to where he was sitting when he met up with Luiniel. Looking around the sun’s light was barely coming through the trees but there were no stars visible in the sky nor were there any sight of the sun. He leaned back to relax on his bench when he heard a rustle of paper, he immediately turned to face the sound but all he saw were houses and closed down vendor shops. From time to time Spade could catch a sniff of lilacs but it was only for a few seconds, with someone teasing his senses enough he thought it was a potential monster trying to ambush him from an angle so he activated his Battle Perception just to make sure. He could not see anything at that second so Spade decided to keep his face forward and use his eyes to look everywhere they can go and he was going to keep doing it until he found the source of the noise and smell.Word count: [547]Tags: Luiniel Steel |

bittersweet. It wasn't exactly easy to kill twelve hours when you were far away from all forms of entertainment. The people of the land lived a rather simple life in comparison to the adventurers in the city. The streets of londinium at least felt alive while this sleepy little village felt like it was straight out of some sort of horror film to her. Even playing with the children did not distract her from the vast amount of time she had to kill and the fox tail was sure to go mad.
Her biggest downfall was that she had to be doing something with her hands at all times. If she was not then she was going to cause some trouble or end up in a bad mood in general. She had always been this way, a busy body who hated to stand still for too long. Yet here she sat propped up against a tree for the remainder of the night waiting for the mission to start. She could have bought an inn room but she decided to save her gold and spend a night outside considering the weather didn't bug her that much.
Letting her mind wander back to thoughts she had upon arrival, she recounted her adventurers. Everything she had done up until this point to lead her here and she smirked. So far it was nothing so big unless you counted fighting level twenty treants in a snowy field surrounded by heretical mages who controlled miasma. Unlike many of the low level adventurers she was starting to have many stories to tell which pleased her greatly. As she followed her memories her eyes became heavier and she slipped into a sort of half sleep; ever alert for danger.
Yet she was not prepared for the fact that she would sleep until it was almost dark out the next day. Slowly opening her eyes she looked around and smacked her lips. What day was it? That was the only question that could describe the sort of feeling she had upon waking from the sleep. Ever since she had arrived here she had refused to sleep much considering their bodies didn't need it. Now the fox tail was paying the price for such a thing and it was a hefty one indeed.
Climbing to her feet she would let out a soft yawn as she oriented herself a moment. "I guess we're meeting where we spoke yesterday." she said to herself. Setting off down the dirt paths her tabi socks made almost no noise when they hit the ground. She was entirely silent except the yawning which seemed to be never ending. Before she was even fully there she could see that he was back to it once more, seeming shady. She knew better than to try and sneak up on someone like him however.
Making herself known, she let out another loud yawn as she approached Spades. "Guess we're still waiting ne?" she asked as she blinked and looked around. She saw no one even though their contact was suppose to reach out at any time now. Perhaps they were not going to show, changed their minds or this was some sort of odd trap for them. Maybe the last one was a bit far fetched but who knew? |

“What an interesting mission I’ve taken up.” Steel said to himself as he decided to spend his time before the mission started observing his teammates which the mission flyer specified their identities. He wanted to make it easier on himself in terms of planning and strategy. Because of that, he would figure out their habits and personalities from his observation point. However, keeping an eye on both of them was rather difficult since they went off on their own after meeting up. Despite this, the Swashbuckler observing from somewhat afar was able to get a decent amount of info on the two of them. He even checked their status screens without their knowledge when he passed by them. He was surprised to see that they were part of the guild that his student Saskia was the guild master of, something that Steel thought of as a strange coincidence. After a certain while, Luniel and Spades went to bed to rest up for the mission. The Swashbuckler decided to follow suit and get some rest. They had to meet up at practically the crack of dawn after all. When he woke up, he immediately started walking towards the meeting place they were assigned to meet up at. It seemed that he was the first one there so he decided to just sit on a nearby bench. After about 5 minutes, the monk known as Spades had sat down next to him but it seemed that the Swashbuckler wasn’t noticed at all. Even when the monk began looking around as if he were searching for something, it seemed that Steel still hadn’t been noticed. With a mental sigh, Steel just accepted that fact as this was not the first time it has happened. Once, he sat next to a guy for about half an hour and he never noticed him until he spoke up. He just had that low a presence. Steel was annoyed by it sometimes but it was helpful on other occasions. Soon afterward, Luniel had shown up and greeted Spades. It seemed that she didn’t notice the Swashbuckler either as evident from how she wondered whether they still had to wait. “Um, I think we’re all here. We should get going.” Steel spoke up having decided to make his presence known, not wanting to waste time. To Luniel and Spades, it would be as if Steel had appeared out of nowhere, something that usually shocked and sometimes frightened others around him. Not that he could blame them though. When asked about when he got there, he simply answered… “I was here first, you two got here later.” He then stood up and decided to introduce himself. “My name is Steel and I’m a Swashbuckler. I’ll be joining you on your mission.” He said in introduction. After proper introductions were done, he then pretended to appear as if he was looking at their status screens although he’s already seen them. “Ah, you two are part of the VA guild? Your guild master Saskia is actually a student of mine. What a coincidence this is, I’ll be on a mission with my student’s guild members. I hope we get along.” Words: 529 LuinielSpades

| DON'T GET IN MY WAY! Spade’s guild member appeared from a different direction he came from but she greeted him as they began to wait on their informant. About 30 seconds after Luiniel shown herself there was suddenly a third voice suddenly made itself known from behind the two, Spade jumped forwards instantly triggering his Iron Body, his fur obtaining a dull metallic sheen. His pathfinder skill was still in effect so he could tell that this new presence was not a monster but a player, still wary due to there being a system of guards outside the main city he spoke in a aggressive tone, “Who are you and when did you get here?”, The black haired man answered both questions quickly and did not dance around it. He then looked proceeded to look at their status windows, Spade was unsure but he did not know if it was polite or rude to observe another status window; he counted it off though due to them having to risk their lives together. The man called Steel saw that the two were in the same guild and even stated that he taught Saskia at one point. Spade thought it a nice move trying to create an atmosphere of familiarity among the group since he came out of nowhere and his level far out scaled the other two. With his curiosity answered for and his alertness lowered he deactivated his skill and said “Thanks for coming along.” The trio did not have to wait long for a hooded figure to approach them. Spade did not detect the person as a monster so he assumed it was another player, he spoke in a polite tone “Sorry, we’re a full party...” he was about to continue speaking until a feminine voice came from the 4th person, a rather excited one as well. “Wow I cannot believe I get to meet real adventurers! I was so worried my woes would fall on deaf ears but I actually get to meet real adventurers, and you look just like us too. Is it true that you all know how to shoot fire from your hands or that you can tame dragons and griffins and even ride them? A friend of mine told me that you don’t stay dead so you are vampi...” She was in mid barrage when she suddenly coughed twice and pulled down her hood saying “excuse me” with a blushed face, it was the woman Spade had seen before. “I called your help because I am tired of the traditions of our people. I want to dress how I want talk how I want and even see who I want, I would have left myself but my father’s men always catch me before I even step foot outside the village.” she put her hands together in a plea and spoke in a begging tone, “please take me to the marsh to meet my significant other! I can’t get to him on my own.” Spade looked to both Steel and Luiniel for a split second, turned back to the woman and said “We came here to help and we’re going to help. Keep yourself covered and try to avoid anyone or anything looking you in your eye, and finally stay close to any of the three of us the best you can.” Spade finished issuing his commands to their escort, he turned to his party and spoke once more “Since the only possible enemies we will be facing are lander’s we have to avoid combat at all costs. We’re going to sneak her out of this village, I don’t know you guy’s class but if your on this mission then your able to avoid being detected. Let’s move out now while the chieftain is asleep."Word count:[625]Tags: Luiniel, Steel |

Your dream is where your heart is ❤ It seemed that everything was going according to plan as once she approached Spades was there along side the stranger. There was a slight smirk when spades seemed to be startled by the strangers sudden words. Perhaps he had been here for so long he fell into some sort of stupor. No one could blame him, he seemed to take his tasks far more seriously than she did which was respectable. Somehow she even managed to be on time which was odd in it's self. What she didn't understand though was why he was so quick to trust or accept help. Sure the man claimed to be the mentor of their guildmistress but at the same time this could be a trap. Maybe she was simply too suspicious of nothing. What if the father of their client hired adventurers to tail his daughter and work the opposite end of this thing. Maybe the father knew all about what was going on and planned to put a stop to this. "I prefer to think of myself as a demi-god, thanks." she replied when the lander almost called them vampires. After all the regurgitated vampire crap the past years she had grown weary of the word in general. The idea of baby sitting teenagers was not high on her list of things she wanted to do. At the same time the mission granted experience so she could not turn down such a thing; at least she hoped it did. Truthfully she had no idea how quests worked anymore in this world. "I'll avoid it the best I can but if they push me," she said with a smirk. It was hard to tell if she was being serious but she wanted to make their client nervous. Wasting their time with teenage squabbles with their parental units. Following up the statement she looked at the lander, ran her finger across her throat and made a goofy dying sound. It had been some time since Saskia had embraced the prescence of the arrogant feline brawler and the slothful tactician with the silver fox tail. Out of the entire Academy, they seemed to be among the most nimble and dexterous. Their traits and abilities had made them more desireable and suited for a task that required a certain degree of finesse. The wheels of fortune had finally began to start churning and Vylbrand had begun to open their doors to the public and tending to several missions along the outskirts of town. This produced a steady stream of gold to flood into the guild coffers which allowed them the opportunity to make upgrades and expansions to their guild hall and equipment as well as provide a public service to the residents of Londiminium and promote positive public relationships with the nobles among the city.
They were contracted on a mission that warranted a bit of discretion and espionage for the sake of a fatal attraction that could go awry and tear at the streams of a stable society and even give birth to a potential rivalry gone wrong between two distinctly separate houses. However the story the fair maiden wove tugged at the heart strings of the enchanted female knight, so she made an exception after hearing the ladies passionate plight. As such two of her guild members were tasked out to scout ahead and contact the woman as a type of emissary and escort her safely into foreign territory.
She also decided to accompany the group and analyze how efficiently Spades was at leading an operation such as this, as it stood now, he was their pathfinder, and thus he had a certain higher degree of situational awareness than their other peers which made him an ideal pointman to drive the tip of the spear into the nobles ranks.
As she descended from her horse, upon whom which she traveled to the outskirts at a steady gait, she desummoned him as to not draw to much attention to herself, and decided to proceed on foot towards their rendezvous location. This time however, she was not wearing her usual gear in which she often was encased in a steel curtain. She decided to tak a more practical approach to keeping a low profile and was wearing a rather exquisite dress that resembled succulent purple berries. It was the same dashing dress that she had the pleasure of wearing to the Snowdonia ball, where she had the pleasure of enjoying a romantic evening with the charismatic devil, Bailin.
As her purple heels striked the hardend cobblestone, she approached the group that awaited near the bench. Her soft sapphire blue eyes caught the site of her to peers and then flickered upon the familia face that used to tutor her so many months ago. The man Steel, seemed to be preoccupied and had to leave temporarily as something seemed to have caught his attention.
“Hmm, I suppose he is going to go scouting and assuming an overwatch position for us. He’s a bit clever when it comes to strategy and thinking outside the box. So I suppose the initial infiltration team will be us three. I’m thinking it would be best if I watched our rear sector and accompany the maiden, I think if we just act busy and keep conversation going as we travel, people would be less inclined to try to approach us. I really hope this dress is considered fancy enough to be wearing in this district without looking like a peasant...”
“Ah well, I can’t look worse than Lu, right?” Saskia chuckled with a teasing smirk as she looked at the garbs which her silver haired companion adorned. “That’s a rather impressive look for a Demi-God...did you know Spades seems to have his own army of cat worshippers. He’s like the old lady with a nest full of kittens...”
Saskia laughed happily, she was happy to be in the company of her old companions once more, she had grown weary of traveling the terrain in solitude for the past month exploring uncharted realms. This was perhaps an opportunity to get in some quality bonding time with them.
