Portable cooking stove

Requirement: Level 5 mechanic

Description: A small box-like stove used for cooking while out in the field. Powered by a mana-shard battery. Very useful when heading into dangerous dungeons where one cannot find good wood or tinder to light a fire. It is not large or powerful enough to heat a person or prevent them from freezing. The mana-shard battery only lasts for a short while, so use it wisely. (5 posts per battery)

(1 coil, 1 mana shard battery, 1 metal box and 1 metal grill (2 simple metal items)* This small metal box is lined with conductive coils (like copper wires, nothing as fancy as mana lining) which allow the mana shard battery to pass a current through the small metal grill attached to the top of the metal box. This grill will heat up like a stove, but smaller. Somewhere inside the metal box a mana shard battery has to be placed to power the device.)

Explanation: Per request of Shuwen whom lacked the possibility to cook where-ever he wanted. As such the mechanic Bailin has tried to create a suitable device to enable cooks to cook everywhere.

*I am assuming small metal baskets or boxes are common, as well as metal grills.

I would also like to point out that you are allowed to speedcraft something in the same claim that you do the research in.

As for the recipe itself, I think 8 posts may be a little too much. This is basically a Gary Coleman grill that you're proposing, and they aren't really all that complicated. The Mana Shard Battery is a good idea for making the coils warm up, but I can't imagine that they last very long, since they're crude at the moment. Perhaps introduce an effective time period for them, like by-post? Maybe 5 posts per Battery, is the first thing that comes to mind.

Once the changes or whatever are made, I'll have to ask you both to respond here, to confirm whatever level of stove you want, Shuwen.
