Malakath was walking towards the entrance to the Windsor forest from Londinium. Almost the entire time he was calling out rather violently "Level 1 heretic seeking grinding party. Low or high levels welcome for mentoring!" It was odd for him. He hadn't died yet but he feared doing so massively, there were rumours in the town he refused to leave just yet that you lose your memories of the other world when you die. Others that you lose levels which Malakath couldn't do at level one. He could just disappear from existance entirely without a trace. Or wake up in a cathedral, he didn't know and was scared to find out. So he resorted to this as a tactic.
Turning a corner and heading closer to the gate. He repeated himself in the same massive volume "Level 1 heretic seeking grinding party. Low or high levels welcome for mentoring!". Malakath was straining his voice, almost to the pointwhere you could hear a raspy growl when he breathed. He turned another corner and was about to repeat himself when a brute guardian of level Sixty three pushed him to the ground. "Look kid, real cute you wanna get tougher but sadly you just aint the right material for anyone, noone needs a guy who ends up making his team go insane while he heals em! Got it!". The man and his 3 friends all started laughing at Malakath who got up and carried on walking around the corner.
The big idiot was right, this Corruption that his class just threw at everything was a huge impact, especially since before the game became this nightmare you actively tried to get it as high as possible. But now ... Malakath wanted to try and keep everyone around but very sane at the same time. He had to, there was no work around for becoming a good player if you couldn't maximise the corruption of someone. Sighing he began saying "Level 1 heretic seeking anyone for help... Low or high levels welcome for mentoring or friendship ...".
Malakath was originally a solo player but still friended people from time to time in case he just wanted to talk to someone. Sadly hoever it seemed lately he was a little short on friends. Even People of the Land didn't want to associate with him and the priest People of the Land actively told him to leave the cathedral, the place where good souls receive healing. Malakath reached the entrance during his flashback and felt many eyes watching him leaving, both Lander and Adventurer alike. In fact it almost felt like the first time he left his first school in the sense that everyone was stood watching him, noone telling him to stay. Everyone just waiting for the moment all the doors closed to cheer for his final departure.
He fell to his knees and tears began to well in his eyes. His black and red simple robe being used as a hankie at this point to mop up tears. Why was he so weak. "Why does noone like me. They don't know me, they even think they know this class but no. Corruption is not necessarily something to be feared, too much of it is but it's a long way to stage 3. Why must those who have no understanding find meaning in fear. Why can't they find meaning in the facts about situations instead of everything else ..." He trailed off and then stayed there for a moment, maybe 2 minutes before standing back up and screaming into the sky "Very desperate level 1 heretic seeking grinding party and potential friends!!! Low or high levels welcome for mentoring! or sharing experiences!!!"
