[attr="class","capsol"] With Ox and Midori having finished their route, and the aftermath of the previous circumstances seeming to settle down a bit, Hiro looked ahead to the next part of the cavern system. Though, he wasn't able to focus fully on the whole scenario, due to the previous happenings. He had to wonder how exactly Artemisia was feeling right now, since it seemed that she was either lying about how she was right now, or she's actually tired. If anything, her backside has to be fairly cold by this point, so it wouldn't do her much good to sit around and get her butt cold. Not to mention that there was snow there, which might be melting on her. He needed to shake his head a bit right now, so he could attempt to focus on looking ahead. Seemed to be a clearing of sorts up in the distance, which meant they'd probably need to head up there soon. Hiro turned back to the party, taking a few steps. But, something told him that he shouldn't just shout, given the state of the possibly sleeping fox-tail just a little ways away. Taking the time to walk over towards her, he'd wake her up gently, or something like that.
Hiro knelt down to the same level as the girl, and placed a hand on her shoulder lightly, then proceeded to gently shake. "Hey, Artemisia?" Hiro said, calmly. "We're all set to go. Sorry you didn't get much time to sleep, but looks like we'll need to move on here." Without waiting for a response, since he felt bad waking her up at all, the Monk stood back up and started to walk to the corridor. He addressed everybody else in the area at this time. "There's a clearing up ahead, everybody. Let's make our way there." Having announced the last little bit of what he felt needed to be said, Hiro started to walk down the corridor, leading to the clearing up ahead. His mind was still confused, with the kiss that happened before, and the sighting of that fox animal when this all started. What could that being have represented? What did it all mean, in the end? Hiro had no rightful idea as to what would be answer, or answers, he would find, though he felt that if he continued along, regardless, there would be some kind of a conclusion. Either way, that all meant that he needed to press on for the time being. Everything else would have to be put off to the side, and focus entirely on this next clearing.
Whether or not the others of the group had followed him by this point, he made his way to the new area. In that room were two more corridors, both of which having inscriptions above them. One read something about a hero wielding steel, the other a hero who defends others. While he wasn't able to make it out quite as well, at least the meanings behind them, he did have to wonder for a moment. Did these lead to a boss or something? Or perhaps two separate bosses? Did this mean fighting? Finally, something Hiro could get behind! Whether he was mitigated to tanking, or dealing as much damage as possible, he would totally go for a boss fight right about now. But, he didn't want to make a decision right away, especially because it sounded like more people were coming. He turned around and saw two other corridors, aside from the one that he and the others would have come from, and that they weren't the only ones. The number of people who were coming out of the other tunnels seemed a bit smaller than the overall number of people who went into the other chambers. Did something happen, perhaps? Or, maybe some didn't make it out? Hiro shuddered at the thought of what the other paths could have been, but decided he'd not worry about that for now. He returned his attention back to the inscriptions, thinking to himself.

I shall be telling this with a sigh Somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a wood, and I— I took the one less travelled by, And that has made all the difference.
There was of course turmoil and loud voices occurring behind him, but Dorian now remained focused as the last two of their party came to arrive from the puzzle. Midori was first of the two, rather quiet except for a loud exclamation of moving forward, the Shaman nodding in her direction before watching her walk past his post at the edge of the ice, hearing her footsteps trudging through the snow down the corridor. Finally, Oxford arrived shortly after, a chuckled smirk appearing on Dorian's face as he lifted his arms over his head in a manner similar to how the Guardian had greeted him back at the beginning of the corridor; a hoot of congratulations followed, before his arms fell back to his sides and he watched Oxford join the rest of the group. Finally, the Shaman gave one last glance of the room they had left before standing up straight, turning on his heels gracefully to face the rest of the group. Midori and Mikoto had both disappeared down the corridor ahead of the group, and it seemed Hiro was also gearing up to leave, awaking Artemisia from her rest and descending after the Heretic and the Cavalier. With the area they were in now left empty except for the Guardian, Sorceress and of course himself, Dorian approached the fox tail, who was still seated down against the icy wall after having been shook back into the 'reality' of their current predicament; as real as this dream world was, anyway. "It always confused me how resting worked in dreams," the Shaman uttered to her, grabbing her attention towards him. "Though, to be fair, this is no normal dream, is it?" Shifting his arm forward, he reached his hand down towards the Sorceress, offering it to her to help her up onto her feet. Whether she accepted it, or simply stood up on her own, Dorian simply smiled and stepped back a pace to give her the necessary room to stand. Clasping his hands behind his back, he gave Artemisia a nod and stepped forward past her, his eyes moving to scan the darkened corridor ahead, where Midori, Mikoto and Hiro had disappeared already. Dorian did not know what lay ahead for them, but there was no sense in leaving the other half of their group behind, especially not after the encounter most of them had in the first cavern of this dungeon; another Fenrir would not be a welcome sight, that was for sure, and the frost wolf had eluded to more danger up ahead. It was difficult to discern just exactly where the corridor was headed, thanks to the lack of sufficient lighting, but nevertheless, he was eager to get going. Oxford would undoubtedly wish to journey forward - he seemed like a take action kind of guy. Artemisia, however, seemed put off somewhat; why, Dorian couldn't tell, but perhaps she was worried for what might be waiting for them as they ventured forward. Moving back to the others, he gave a curt nod to Oxford, as if acknowledging his decision to move forward or stay; as for the fox tail, he reached his hand out once more towards her, despite the fact she may have rejected it earlier, taking her own appendage and giving the Sorceress a reassuring squeeze of their palms. "Come on, if we hurry we can catch up to the others," he muttered with a gentle, caring expression upon his features. With a gentle tug, he stepped forward to follow the path of the corridor, gently dragging Artemisia along with him as he headed down into the dark. It was a bit of a trek, but before long, another cavern appeared before them. As it turned out, the three paths seemed to converge at their exit, a secondary, smaller cavern opening up where all the other Adventurers seemed to pool into. Already a few of the others from the other paths had begun arriving, confused expressions on their faces, and rightly so. In front of all of them were two new corridors, each of them denoted by a poetic quotation. "At least they gave us an indication this time," he muttered under his breath, looking back to where hopefully Artemisia was just behind him, before looking back up, staring at the words. They were undoubtedly hints as to the nature of the paths, but how? The first was labelled as 'Route of the hero with courage and steel in hand', a rather cliché phrase and one that did not really fit with the Shaman, but he could see it applying to a few of his comrades, as well as some of the other Adventurers that were slowly joining them in the cavern. The second one, a little more ambiguous and mysterious, was labelled as 'Route of the hero who ensures the safe journey for their comrades'. Dorian liked the sound of it, but something told him there was more to this path than meets the eye. The Shaman gave another glance around his position, the cavern slowly filling with more and more faces, some recognisable, some unknown. With a heavy sigh, and another squeeze of the fox tail's hand - should she still be beside him - he stepped forward towards the second path, the safe journey for his comrades ultimately appealing most to the intrepid Adventurer. Of course, Artemisia would undoubtedly be dragged along with him, but he paid no mind to the rest of the group back in the new cavern, simply carefully pushing through them with a chorus of excuse me and pardon me, before finally emerging in front of the new corridor. With one last nod, he stepped into the 'Safe Journey' path, with the Sorceress perhaps still in tow behind him.

As Sayha left the wall puzzle behind her, she didn’t know if any of the people were following behind her or not… nor did she care, honestly. The only people in the group she really knew were Sark and Bailin, both of which didn’t seem to be talking and seemed to prefer the company of themselves. The summoner that had helped everyone across also seemed to be keeping to himself at this point… actually most everyone was now… though Sayha was included in that.
Sayha walked down the darkened tunnel with her scythe at her side, not sure what would appear ahead of her. Thankfully no monsters appeared… but that made Sayha wonder what exactly was going on. This was a dream after all… or was it? Everything seemed to be simply too real to just write it off as such. There had to be something more that was going on, and she was just not finding the right words or thoughts. The whole reason Sayha had done what she did was to figure out what was going on, but she wasn’t exactly doing a great job at that. Then again, that was nothing new.
Up ahead, Sayha could see the tunnel open up into a larger cavern. It seemed as if the fun wasn’t quite over yet. She looked around, trying to determine where she was.
The cavern itself was large much like the initial cavern she had awakened in. However instead of just three openings, there was a total of five… one that she came out of, two more that people seemed to be trickling out of, and two more that had some sort of engravings above them. The first opening said that it was for the hero with courage while the other was for the hero that ensures safety. It was rather odd in Sayha’s opinion.
Sayha walked forward to get a better look at them when she noticed someone that she recognized… and someone she wasn’t expecting to see. It was Hiro. She didn’t recall seeing him during the fight with the giant wolf nor seeing he after the wolf was defeated… then again, Sayha hadn’t stuck around to look for people she knew.
The real question was whether she should stick around this time or just pick a corridor like before. Though now that she had seen someone she knew, it would probably be in her best interest to team up with them rather than be stuck with mostly complete strangers.
Sayha put her scythe back into her inventory and walked over to where Hiro was standing. Just as she was walking, she saw another familiar face. Dorian. She recalled seeing him earlier during the fight but didn’t think about finding him later. He seemed to go past everyone walk down the second path, the one labeled with ensuring safety. That did sound just like Dorian. Though now the question was whether she should follow Dorian or go down the first path that was for those who were strong at heart.
Though instead of just deciding, she ended up standing next to Hiro who hadn’t quite decided yet either it seemed. “It looks like you were pulled into this mess as well,” Sayha said once she was next to him, “Though I haven’t figured out if that’s a bad thing or not. This place is seriously tripped out.”

WC:976 (OOC: Dwarf has opted for the path of courage. It's probably a bit rough, but for a thread I'm only gonna be posting once more in, this is acceptable. XD) Echo's of chatter carried down the exit to room B the Dwarf, this gave him something else to focus on beyond the beside the cold as he advanced with a swift, steady stride that carried a sense of urgency. By this point his temperament mellowed now that the rush of events had somewhat slowed. Untampered however was his desire to press on, after all forces of programming that sat just beyond the veil of understanding had brought them here for reason. The only way was forward despite the cold that pricked his hairy skin and made his stubble tingle, but he didn’t run alone. “Just a little longar lassie; wait, I see them! Hold on lassie! I see them!”
The Dwarf hardened his face the adventurers came into sight and drawing on his inner reserves the as the stride broke into a swift jog, despite his stunted stature the urgent pace closed the distance with the speed of a horse. As he neared, it was apparent that Tobin wasn’t alone in this endeavour for slung up in a cradle lift was limp bundle, the clumps red hair that bounced with every stride and snow pale skin gave away his charge, a defective portable Capsule the pocket enchanter®*. With a deep breath he drew on the urgency and let out a loud scream.” “Guys! Please help everyone’s- gah!”
On cue the Dwarf’s leg gave out and he twisted and collapsed backward onto his back to skid dramatically on the floor between the adventurers; giving an inopportune moment for up skirt dedwarfery. The Dwarf’s eyes were wild, unsettled as it flicked between the adventurers as he frantically pointed at the ‘unconscious’ enchantress strewn across him as he spoke faster now, faster, stumbling over words . “Please; dhey came outta mist! Everyon’dead! Tha’lass! Ican’tfeel‘erpulse! It were…“
He faltered as his voice cracked and collapsed gave out in hics and cough, his howl muffled as he buried his face into the fabric of her shoulder… A howl that gave way to roaring laughter as he leaned back and pointed to each, since coming to Elder Tale he had learnt how to act among the best of them! "Bloody herlious! Gahahahahah! Dun’t worreh, fairly certain tha’ rest oaf team B will be, well, soamwher’, nice job Cappie! Ya a gawd wingman!”
Then, came their reaction. cue any beatings, accompanied by manly screaming.
Dorian had chosen his route first, the Dwarf gave a nod as his frosted blue eyes glanced at the choices as he scratched the stubble on his chin thoughtfully, a slow smile formed on his lips he turned his gaze toward the other, some of whom he recognised, many he didn’t that made them wonder what tales they held. Their delay in their decision was a wise decision, but had also tickled in a special way. “Heh, ‘ow noble of tha’ laddie, a fine example ta us all, ya might be havin’ a pretteh boy rival in the makin’ Hirosame ! Ahahahah!” The dwarf unravelled the bandages on his back and grasped a handle of brass and steel; with a flick the chained brass nunchuck were uncovered in a blur of sliver each the thickness and length of his forearm weighed down with a core of a meteorite held within each, the last weapon of the Beast of Caer spun in right hand like a cascading river of sliver and lines of living bronze, each rotation seemed to fill the air with a faction of his saga told in flowing figures dipictions of stone henge, doom trains… All the while his face hardened abruptly as his mood abruptly shifted to one more serious. “Just a pity I don’t believe a word of et. I aren’t gonna bore ya all, but aneh adventurer tha’ needs “safety” et tis point really should buggar off ‘n’ leave tha’ adventurin’ ta tha’ ‘eal heroes. Ya had two years in tis world ‘ere ‘n’ if ya haven’t made a name fa yaself, ya gonna be a liability, so dun’t bother comin’ width me if ya onleh gonna be half arsed ‘bout tis.”*** Without further more he turned down the path of courage as another bout of roaring laughter echoed down the corridor, sure, it was unprovoked and would ruffle a few feathers but Tobin was a performer, he couldn’t afford to tread tread lightly over eggshells. Not since he had his hand locked around that corrupted child throat, feeling the cracking of bone as those green orbs watc- -Not again, STOP HAUNTING ME-A sharp sigh left the Dwarf in a rasping growl as he massaged his forehead and drove that memory down., the frost cold of his glare had become an inferno accompanied his throat tightened. The memory sharpened him, reminded him of the price of indecisiveness, people had been corrupted in masses while he had joked around down south, since then he had accepted his purpose of guardian of these lands. Guildless, but not without purpose. The Dwarf drew backwards and despite the steel in his mind decided to speak; hopefully to Capsule , if he had chosen to follow. “Case ya were wonderin’, I were just playin’ up ta make them think. I didn’t want people comin’ fa ‘n’ easier ride. No, if I’mma puttin’ my life on the line, they ‘re gonna hav’ta be serious ‘bout watchin’ my back. Savvy, no?”

[attr="class","solcap"] Of their party, Capsule only saw Verin go on ahead of her. She might have hung out near the exit for the others, had Tobin not gotten to her first. "W-woah!" The redheaded Enchanter was inclined to squirm and pull herself free, but her lungs were still struggling to put themselves at ease, and her fingers were numb from clinging to the icy ledge. There was very little she could do to rebel against the dwarf now slinging her over his shoulder, in a position she vaguely identified as the fireman's carry.
Resigned to her fate, Capsule allowed herself to dangle from a being who was no longer a lesser size in height. She had, what? Maybe three or four inches on him now? Taking that Appearance Reversion potion had reduced her artificial height to her real one, taking away one of the many perks she once adored in her avatar.
Rip, indeed.
"Danke," she wearily said before lapsing into silence. He was carrying her out of the puzzle room, and into another corridor made of ice. Behind them, Capsule could hear the sounds of her reindeer, Kasper, traversing the pillars and following after them onto the platform. Such a good reindeer…when he was not sending friendly fire every which way.
Capsule blinked in confusion as Tobin began screaming out. She had no idea why he was choosing to be so dramatic now, but again, she was in no position to complain. Her body did, however, stiffen as she suddenly became one with the floor and fallen dwarf. It occurred to her then that this was clearly some kind of prank. She remained still then as Tobin continued, speaking of unknown monsters and death.
After the ploy was over and done with, the redhead took a bit more time to recover her breath before joining the standing. Two unexplored paths lay ahead of them, though there was only one she intended to go down. Surprisingly enough, it would not be the alleged safe route, in which her assistance as an Enchanter almost begged for, but that of the courageous. The corners of her mouth pulled back into a slight sneer. Capsule, courageous? No, that was not quite it. It had nothing to do with not wanting to bottleneck with one of the strongest healers here, either.
It had everything to do with boredom and the need for excitement. Sure, she could Ethereal Port or Nightmare Sphere allies out of danger in the safe route, but it seemed like that was all she did these days. If she was going to be trapped within a nightmare, might as well go balls to the wall and face whatever challenge came at her head on. The experience was bound to favor her bestial companions, as well.
Without a word to Hiro and the others, Capsule followed Tobin down the path of courage. "No balls, no glory," she muttered to the dwarf. He could be so rough spoken sometimes that she never knew when he was being serious or not. This was just one of those times. "I do agree. As my people say, Das Leben ist kein Ponyhof; life isn’t a place for riding ponies." Or reindeer, in her case. Although she did not sleep, she did briefly lose her awareness of the situation around her. She didn't know exactly how much time had passed. Somewhere in the back of her mind, she had recognized the arrival of Midori and Oxford but it could have been five minutes ago the same as it was an hour. For the Sorceress, time was skewed and irrelevant – what did it matter if she sat here in this fake-dream and froze? Warm, salt-tinged tears rolled down her cheeks silently. Each one slipped off her chin and landed with an unheard plop in the soft powder beneath her. She knew it was inevitable that she would have to stand and continue, she knew she couldn't really sit here forever but finding the energy to care about that was just difficult. She heard the snow crunch near her, compacted down with the weight of someone walking. She did not move but she could sense that whoever it was, they were approaching her. After a moment, she heard fabric rustling and more snow shifting – the sound of someone kneeling beside her. The figure placed a hand on her shoulder and gently rocked her form back and forth a few times, as if trying to wake her up from the sleep she had never truly found. The accompanying voice froze her more than the icy wall she had propped herself against. His voice was calm and immediately she felt herself wanted to respond to him but she wasn't able to. Her voice caught in her throat and the words were lost. She didn't know what to say, anyways. Without receiving a proper response, she felt the Monk's hand leave her and then she heard him stand, moving on. Somehow, the act only served to crush her further – he clearly cared about her, so why had things ended up like this. Only a moment later she was approached again, this time by the Shaman of their group. He spoke, presumably to her, and questioned the oddity of sleeping in dreams. The fox ears a top her head twitched slightly, flicking a bit of snow off. Taking a deep breath, Artemisia knew she had to stand. But, not only did she had to stand, she had to smile and wipe her tears away. She unfurled her tail from around herself, giving it a quick shake. Without looking up, she stood suddenly, like ripping off a band-aid, it was best to just get it done. In one fluid motion, she raised her arms up and yawned widely, stretching. Perhaps she was not the best actress as the move looked a bit dramatic and forced. Taking advantage of the moment, however, the fox tail rubbed her eyes and face with her hands and the sleeve of the jacket she had been given. With that, the tears were wiped away. The tiny bit of redness that may linger in her eyes could easily be explained away by either the nap, the yawn, or even rubbing her eyes as she had. With no signs of the water droplets, there was no reason to think she had been crying only a moment earlier. She had completely missed, however, that Dorian had offered his hand to help her stand. The area had cleared, leaving only herself, Dorian and Oxford in the tiny hall-like area. It seemed as if the others had all moved on. She felt a moment of relief, not having to see his face and smile for him. Before she could truly react to the new situation, she felt a new warmth encircle her freezing palm. She hadn't noticed until this very moment had truly cold she was. Her green eyes turned, taking in the sight of Dorian's hand clasping her own, gently but firmly. He noted that if they moved on, the others wouldn't be too far ahead. She nodded, accepting the silent motivation to move forward. She allowed him to guide her, it was much easier to focus on keeping a hopefully neutral expression if she didn't also have to think so hard on putting one foot in front of the other. Her first few steps were stiff and awkward, with her legs nearly frozen from sitting in the snow as she had, but it didn't take long until the blood was flowing again. The passage was narrow and barely lit but they made quick time of it. After a bit, it opened up into a slightly large cavern area. Two other tunnels opened up here as well and various Adventurers were arriving, gathering together. She scanned the area briefly, feeling disinterested. She and Dorian lingered but a moment before he selected the pathway he wanted to attempt. There were two, each with an inscription above them. She allowed herself to be guided still, not really caring all that much which one she ended up in. Her green eyes caught sight of their chosen destination – a route which hinted at safe passage for your comrades. Had her mind been functioning fully, she may have taken a moment to warn Dorian that this path somehow screamed at her that it was surely more dangerous than it implied. Something seemed off about the words but she said nothing, simply following him. She did not see Hiro in the crowd, although she knew he was there somewhere. Maybe that was for the best, to put some distance between the two. --- Notes: Artemisia down the 'safe journey' passage with Dorian. Words: 909 Tags: @serenityspace, Hirosame

[attr="class","capsol"] As the monk was slowly considering which path to take, he realized that his own personal idiocy had reached an incredibly high level in the recent half an hour or so. The events that had transpired not too long before were still quite fresh in Hiro's mind, as much as he would rather let them be for now, and they managed to infest his thoughts for the time being. What exactly had caused all of that to happen, anyways? Probably that really selfish, angry person that was there before, who tried to break the rules of the instance. He did recall that they also slammed into Hiro's side, with the intent of attacking. Such a childish person had probably decided to leave the instance from then on, since it was more than likely that things had stopped going their way once the rest of the group showed up. Hiro couldn't remember the person's name, nor if it was even given. But, he shrugged that off. They were the one who caused the snowball to roll, and that's about all there is to it. His mind snapped back to reality a few moments later, when a familiar voice surfaced nearby.
Re-attuning to reality, Hiro looked over to the side, to see Sayha standing just next to him. A smile immediately formed on his face, as well as the urge to wrap one arm around her shoulders in a semi-embrace. "Yeah, a lot of us were, from what I can gather." His response went. "Though, it's not necessarily a bad thing, I don't think. But, you're right. This place is certainly weird." He was just about to recant the entirety of the events that had occurred just a few moments before, though having been kissed by someone else while he and the Assassin next to him were together was probably not a smart thing to mention to one's significant other. Of course, he wouldn't hide it, so long as she understood the circumstances that had caused it all in the first place. That would be for later, though, since there was a bit more of a pressing matter before them right now. The two caverns, and the paths that they lead down. Returning his gaze to the one with the inscription that read 'Steel in Hand' reminded Hiro of just how much he wanted to fight something in here. Not so much for the sake of fighting, but to remove all other thoughts from his mind right now. He was thinking too much.
"Looks like we've gotta make a choice here, though." Hiro spoke concisely to the Assassin. His vision drifted down to see a few other people begin to head down the path itself, both of which he recognized. He had been weighing the options, sort of, in his mind on which he would rather do, but given that things were just starting to get confusing even more now, he felt like having the potential of fighting a tough boss or something would be incredibly beneficial for his mental health. "I think I'll take on this path." Motioning towards the Path of Courage, Hiro spoke, turning to Sayha when he had finished his thought. "Which one do you think you're gonna go on? I'd like it if you came along, but you don't have to." He let out a little chuckle, followed by a small bit of blush after realizing what he had just said. He tried to shake the sudden redness away, trying to focus on any and all battles that might be coming their way from that point. But, Hiro insisted on waiting for the Assassin's response, before making any movements. If she was to decide to go down the other path, then so be it. Hiro wanted to fight to focus his mind on one thing for a little while, and forget about the rest of the world. Maybe he was running away, which he felt like he was, but he needed to just punch something. Something that was worthy of being punched.

It took a moment for Hiro to realize that Sayha was there. It seemed that he had been distracted, staring at the two tunnels. Sayha had watched as a couple more people made their choices to either the path with courage or the protecting path. It seemed that most people had opted to go with the courage path with steel in hand. It was an option that Sayha had pretty much decided on going but was willing to change her choice depending on what Hiro said.
Hiro responded to her, explaining that that a lot of people had been there, and that it wasn’t necessarily a bad thing. Though he did agree that the place was weird. Though Sayha thought weird was a nice understatement. She thought her description of trippy was much more accurate.
Either way there was a choice to be made. And almost as if on cue, Hiro had echoed her thoughts. It seemed that he had made his choice, motioning for the first tunnel. It made Sayha smile slightly since that was the tunnel that she had wanted to go down.
“I was planning on going down that path as well,” Sayha nodded, “Though if you had said you were going down the other path, I would have followed. The other people from the path that I had taken earlier seemed to have disappeared or are distracted… not that I knew any of them well; most of them I just met. I’d rather continue this journey towards the end with someone I know.”
Sayha began to walk towards the tunnel with Courage and Steel. Just before she walked in, she turned around to face Hiro, “Let’s get going. I’ve never been a fan of snow, and I’d like to get out of here.” Then, Sayha waited for Hiro to follow before turning back and heading down the tunnel.

Making his way through to the exit Verin followed after the red head and the dwarf at a leisurely pace while keeping a tight grip on his sword encase anything decided to pop up. At first it looked like everything was going to be fine, but then suddenly the dwarf started screaming in such a thick accent that Verin couldn't understand a single word he was saying. Seeing the two fall down Verin picked up the pace and chased after them into a new room which contained two more passages. Seeing the two pick themselves up Verin focused his eyes on the two passages, completely ignoring the other unknown people, and read the script above the two paths. "A path of courage, or safety, eh." It was easy enough to guess what path Verin was taking, his friends in the real wold didn't call him the Questor for no reason what so ever. Following after the two with sword in hand Verin gave a small wave to the others before bounding down the path of courage with a smirk on his face with one thought in his head, This was going to be fun.

Leaving the insanity that was the jumping puzzle behind, Katarina started to make her way down the dark tunnel that she presumed would lead her to the next part of the dungeon. Sayha was ahead of her, seemingly contemplating the current events. Katarina looked behind her to see who was following. Alas, she couldn't spot anyone close by. Shame, really. She had hoped to go through the dungeon with the group she had entered with (well, she had hoped to go through the dungeon with Sayinh. The jury's still out on the crazed bunny fiend), but it seems that they weren't following, or if they were, they were obscured by the darkness to the point where Kat couldn't see them. Well, she wasn't willing to waste time and wait for them, so on she went.
After a short walk, Katarina reached her destination: a large cavern, with two more openings. Looking around her, she noticed that the rest of the adventurers seemed to have made it to the cavern, all of the corridors seemingly leading to the same place. So, it was time for the next corridors then. Kat noticed that the two new paths had writing carved on the ice above them. The first path was labelled the "Route of the hero with courage in heart and steel in hand", whilst the second was labelled the "Route of the hero who ensures the safe journey for their comrades". Kat paused to ponder what path she should take. At first, the choice seemed to have been made for her. She was a Cleric. There was no way she could just saunter into the apparent battle corridor and defeat any monsters that may be in there. That being said though, she was a healer, and if it did end up being a path filled to the brim with monsters, they would need heals.
Kat shook her head. No. Maybe they would need a healer, but someone else could fill that role. Kat was anything but courageous. The safety path it was then. 'Hopefully this'll end up being less degrading than the last corridor was...' she thought sullenly.

A blink, two blinks, then the third one happens before a young man fully awake from his dream...or not -- When he realized it, he still trapped on a world of dream, the confusing ones. An icicle hanging right at ahead of his sight, the cold of the cave snuck on the man body without any appropriate fabric of clothe to insulate it. All of his body are painted with white snow on all across his body, it took him a while to patted out all the snow from his body. He stood up and arch his back to stretch it.
Not a long ago, the man had face the supposed to be a lifetime adventure of his. His expectation is that he already had enough adventure for today, he want to rest and spend the day leisurely. However, the harsh reality slapped his face really hard. Turns out, the story yet to be wholly unfolded, the new chapter are rising to the surface.
By means, there are two new paths on the end of the corridor. With a phrase carved on the top of the entrance. One the route of hero who has courage, and another is the route of hero who ensure safe journey.
It took a while for the young man, pondering for his decision. He can't get any clearance on what might he will face at the end of each respective floor. He notice that he may be left alone, due to he tried to escape the dream by sleeping.
He should not make haste or he will be left far behind. He is a bard, he can be the support type or the DPS type. However he shook his head slowly, by his current equipment, a dizi flute and starter katana, he would be better off on support type. He has make decision
