Sure he knew that most everyone who had been logging on had disappeared, but this was like some kind of cheesy anime. Though being stuck in the body of his avatar wasn't bad. He, no she couldn't see what she actually looked like, but giving what parts of her she could a quick once over the conclusion was simple. She was absolutely adorable~♥ Unfortunately the rags she was wearing were less than flattering to put it bluntly. These clothes, or to be more accurate, cloth armor did nothing to help accentuate how cute she was. “Ugg, these are absolutely horrid,” Agelina said, distaste seething from her voice as she looked over her garments.

No no no, this wouldn't do at all. Priority one was to get something that made her look properly adorable. Looking over her menu she checked her basic statuses. And of course she had no money, which meant either getting it from other players or finding some people to go questing with her. Or more precisely finding people who could do the hard stuff for her in the quest while she reaps the rewards. It wouldn't be that hard. After all most the people trapped here would be guys and gamer guys are so easy to manipulate. As long as you sound like a girl they'll come running. Just add a little cutesy charm and they melt like butter in your hands.

For half a second a fox like grin flashed across her face and was instantly replaced by a wide eyed look of confusion and bewilderment. For now she would pretend to be a sweet innocent girl who was trying the game out because her friend did, not knowing anything about video games. It was such a simple con to pull off, and being physically there only made it that much easier.

After waking up, Alex decided to walk the streets, just feeling a little lazy. Most of the quests/requests/help people needed in this city was combat related, and Alex knew she wasnt fully cut out for solo combat. With that in mind she thought she might be able to try and find people to help her with combat things. 

Walking along the main road, heading toward the request board, Alex notices a new person suddenly appear a little further down the road from her. Did someone new just make a new character? Alex decided to pick up her spead a little, and see if the newcommer needs help adjusting to this new world. I remember when I first came here and was more than a little disorientated. Getting a little closer to the new girl, Alex noticed that she was looking confussed and disorentated.

While still a little behind her, Alex decided to examine her. Navigating through the menus, Alex got to the status window. Hmm, a Monk, and Angelina Fox, nice name. Wonder what kind of subclasses she took. 

"Hey, are you new here?" Oh, i can get a model...Well, if she agrees. "Your the first person I've seen join the game since we where all pulled in here".

Pant. Pant. Pant. Pant. Pant. Her breathing was rough, but under control. Small beads of sweat glistened from her forehead as she kept her running pace steady. It's been while since she's been here and it seemed like she was going to be leaving anytime soon. She woke up earlier this morning to get some exercise in, figured it was best to stay in shape if she was going to be an Assassin. Even though she had an athletic build begin with, it never hurt to keep some normalcy in her daily life. She looked up ahead, seeing that Londinium was not too far away. Based off her getting up at the crack of dawn, it should be early afternoon at least. It was about time for her workout out to end, she took a deep breath and exhaled as what seemed to be ears and a tail sprouted from her body, a wolf's respectively.

She dug her toes into the ground, sprinting as fast as she could before dropping down to all fours and increasing her pace. For some reason whenever she ran like this, it felt natural. No idea whether it was more of the Wolf Hair in her or her getting into character. As soon as she passed the first gate into town, she slowed down and got back to a brisk job on her two feet again. She paced her breathing as soon as she could before reaching the square in the middle of town. She looked around from the many faces of players and People of the Land. It was amazing how well the players assimilated themselves into the world, wish she could say that about the other side as some People of the Land still had a distaste for the players.

She noticed two small frames in the distance and started to move towards them, her tail swaying side to side. Her golden hued orbs spied what looked to be...fox tail, she had to guess. The ears the unknown girl had were much more different than her own, and apart from her was a human. Serena, go make some friends, she thought as she slowly approached them. She was slightly nervous being as she was a loner type back home and was always quick to fight if someone pushed the wrong buttons, "Yo. How are ya doing today?"

[attr="class","bsbody"]Angelina looked around acting confused. She had to look as clueless and innocent as she could if she wanted a fellow player to help. Now being that this was an MMO she very much expected some of the characters to be like her, males in real life but females in the game. She did wonder how that would work out considering she sounded the same here as she did back in the old world. So Imagine her surprise when a female avatar comes up to her and actually speaks in a female voice. Oh well, the nice thing about being so darn cute was that it worked on females about as well as it worked on guys. To sell it Angelina jumped slightly, letting out a quick eep noise and making sure to look worried as she turned to the other player.

“H.... hi.... um.... got sucked in?” She asked staring up at the other adventurer, quite literally as she was almost a whole foot shorter than the fox tail, “I... I don't know what's going on... one... one second I was at home... and then I'm here.... where are we?”

If this didn't sell it with the girl then not much would, though Angelina got a feeling this would work. Now even with the one female character before her she was still slightly surprised when another female character came up and greeted them. In order with staying consistent she jumped again, this time turning to the new girl as she let out a low whimpering sound and tears started to well in the corner of her eyes. “H... h.... hi....” She said now looking back and forth between the other two players. Both of them female, rotten luck. “Wh... what is going on?”

Wow, they're both shorter than me. Seeing Angelina jump again when the third person joined up, Alex can tell that she was disturbed. Looking closely at the new girl who joined them, Did i pick the wrong race or something? so many wolves keep almost gravitating toward me. "Did you not make an account and log into Elder Tales? Just randomly at home? Thats weird...Also, this is one of the main steets in London, the main square it just that way a little". As Alex points in the direction that the young wolf hair came running from.

"While we are all at it, lets do some intoductions. I'm Hekate, just a little enchanter, trying to be helpful to people. How about you?" As she points toward the wolf hair who had joined up. Listening and observing the other two, Alex took mental notes on both of them. Well, only as helpfull as I can be. Alex looked at the two girls in front of her again.

"Say, either of you wana walk a little? I'm still a little sore from sleeping under a tree last night". When she said that, Alex streached her arms a little. "Also, lets try to get to know eachother a little bit more. Friends are always a good thing, possibly even more so here".

Aurora looked between the Fox Tail and the human, and tried to calm herself. Take it easy, Serena, she thought. She glanced at the human girl again and gave her a squint, something was off. She walked around the little girl, What was that? There was something that was throwing her off, something familiar. She walked back to her front and cupped the girl's face in her hands and looked deeply into her eyes. It slightly irritated her that she couldn't pick up on this annoying feeling, she dropped her face and pondered on it. She let out a sigh and left it for now, "Sorry about that, it's just something that made me think." It still bugged her that she couldn't figure out why that was so familiar though, she shrugged it off then looked up to the Fox Tail.

"I'm Aurora and I'd just thought I'd try to make some friends, nothing too serious," she scratched her head bashfully with a smile. Guess she wasn't as small as I thought she was , yeesh she's a tall drink of water. She seems nice though, the wolf hair thought looking up with a stiff neck. "Ah if you're looking for a place to rest, you can come back to my room at the Inn, I'd like to get to know the both of you as well," Aurora shot a side glance toward the jumpy human. "Ah, mind telling me your name?" She asked the human with a sincere smile, prodding her to talk more.

I made an account and logged into the game... but then suddenly I was here...” She said nervously shifting her eyes around and shuffling back and forth, “w... wait... so... you mean... we're inside the game?” Of course she knew the answer already but to keep the act up she had to play innocent and unknowing. What happened next was entirely unexpected. The wolf hair adventurer that had come up to them suddenly placed her hands on Angelina's cheeks. What in the heck was this girl doing? A slight twinge of anger grew in her chest. For half a second she wanted to sock this girl right here and now, but she had to keep up the cute act.

Continuing to look back and forth between the two taller girls as they introduced themselves Angelina continued to look back and forth between them. She did her best to put on an overwhelmed face as the one who had introduced herself as Aurora offered for them to join her in her inn room. The other one, calling herself Hekate, seemed extremely friendly. Sickeningly so, but she might be a good person to study to add more nuance to her cute persona. And then all attention was on her. “Uh... wa...!?” She purposefully stumbled over her own words and widened her eyes in surprise, “M... me? Oh... right! I'm Angelina Fox, I'm a level one monk and I hope we can all get along and be good friends” Just to add to the affect she spoke incredibly fast while bowing to the other two adventurers practically bending to a full ninety degree angle.

Aurora huh, thats a nice name, seems nice too, offering a place to stay for a little maybe? "Angelina, you don't need to bow so much. And for the "being in the game" part, we can discuss that in more detail at Aurora's inn room". I wonder why she would have logged into the game. Something like this should be world wide news if a game was pulling people into it. Guess I can ask about that later. About the time she finished thinking that, Alex felt an odd gaze on her, and suddenly turned toward where she felt the gaze from, and as she did that, her crystal ball poped up from where it had been hidden previously, and floated near her right hand. Suddenly a shadow disapeared from an alley across the street, where Alex's gaze landed. Ignoring the possibly questioning stares from the two girls she just meet, Alex stood there for a few seconds watching the alley.

Got to stay alert...Can't let a thief do what they want again... A little under her breath, "Not coming out since I saw him, lousy bandits. I really hate them the most..." Unsure of if either Angelina or Aurora noticed her say that, "Sorry, i thought I felt a thief/bandit, what ever you want to call those low lifes, staring at us. Last time I had a run in with then, they tried to steal something from me and the guy I was with". Alex looked up and down the street again, then back to the alley once more, seeing nothing imediently suspisious, she sighed a little. "Alright".

Looking to Aurora, "Well, it would be a little rude to ignore an offer to spend time in an inn room. Mind leading the way Aurora?"

Something in the back of her mind throbbed again when Angelina started talking, but no matter she how much she tried to ignore that nagging feeling, it keep pestering her. "Yeah...just follow me," she muttered under her breath as she lead the way to the small inn that she was squatting in. She might as well use this time of them walking to try and piece together what this nagging feeling that kept bothering her. She played back the way the little monk kept talking repeatedly in her head, but couldn't come up with much. It was subtly angering her to such an extent that she had to focus her attention elsewhere just to get her mind off it for now, she turned and looked back at the two girls and noticed that Hekate was being awfully wary.

The wolf girl chuckled after as she thought over the Fox Tail's dilemma, "You sure it wasn't an Assassin?" She waved her fingers at her, trying to seem spooky as she poked fun at her own class with her golden orbs showing off a bright gleam. "Anyways, doubt anyone would try anything in the center of town what with the guardsmen and such. Even then, it shouldn't be too much trouble to handle some petty thieves," she shrugged after taking some light jabs at the air with a cocky smile.

[attr="class","bsbody"]Before coming up from her bow Angelina couldn't help but smirk slightly. So far it looked like her sham was working. Not that she had any doubts it wouldn't. "Sorry, I'm just so nervous," she lied like a lawyer. The sudden reaction from Hekate caused Angelina's gamer instincts to kick in. Looking over she caught the barest hint of movement from an alley across the way. It was obvious that something set the enchanter on edge, though what that was remained unknown. That was until Hekate basically just told them, and it was a perfect opportunity for Angelina. "Oh no! Bandits! They aren't gonna steal our stuff are they?" She asked, sounding genuinely worried as her head darted from side to side as though looking for thieves.

"Assassins!?!?" Angelina asked, her tone resounding with terror as she started to tremble from head to toe. Nothing like a scared little girl to rouse the good samaritan in someone. Still shaking she quickly ran next to Hekate and clung to her. It was the perfect act truly. "Um... we.... we should maybe... um... get out of here...." She said while looking around frantically once again, "I don't wanna get killed or have my stuff taken." To further sell the affect she mustered up tears in the corner of her eyes while her lips began to wobble slightly. To any but the most keen and insightful she was nothing more than a girl who was dropped into an unfamiliar situation and scared for her life.

Looking at Aurora who was maybe trying to make the mood lighter with her joke, Alex decided it would be best to drop it. Looking at Angelina, who seemed to be concerned about it, and crying, "Who knows. It may have been an assassin. Well, either way, I don't think they’ll bother us anymore, so you don't have to cry". Alex chuckled a little, "Look at the bright side, you think they would attack you in the city where the royal guard are? Not to mention, you probably wouldn’t have too much worth stealing right now".

Something seemed off, but Alex couldn't pin it down... Not sure what to think of it for the time being, she decided to let it go. The wind is starting to pick up a little. Ehh, could be worse. But I still don’t wana be outside, sitting here. Geh, People of the land are staring at us... Probably from Angelina's crying? Screaming in her mind, "Looks like some of the people of the land are looking at us funny". As she said that, she waved to the few people of the land that were attracted to the sound of Angelina crying a little. With her wave, most of them either turned away or resumed what whey where doing before. One older lady looked at Alex, then gave an audible 'humph' before heading back inside the building she came out of.

There it was! What Angelina said rung so many bells in her head that it was giving her a headache. She was finally able to remember where she had heard that tone of voice from. It reminded her of all the girls she'd get into fights with, how they feigned their innocence to the teachers just so they can take the slack off them and point the blame towards her. She shot a side glance towards the monk pressing her face into Hekate's bosom, then let out of a small sigh. In the back of her mind, Aurora had hoped that she was wrong and that she was actually scared. Hell, she'd take a boy posing as a girl over a person she'd rather not deal with. The orange star above started to beat down against her tannish skin, it was starting to get hotter. She was glad that they would be at the Inn soon, hot days were the worst. Hekate muttered something about the People looking at them, "Well, it' probably because someone is causing a bit of a scene." The heat was starting to get to her and started to bug her to no end.

She turned a corner and looked behind to her companions, "Hey, it's just ahead!" She made a beeline towards the door of the Inn, while keeping her speed in check that the other two could easily catch up. A wide relieved grin spread from cheek to cheek, Sweet relief! She burst through the door and rolled on the ground as soon as she felt the cool breeze in the room, "Gracias a Dios!" It was refreshing to roll around on the cool wooden floor, it was good to be home. "Hey Donna, I brought some friends over. Just an FYI." She climbed the staircase with her compatriots behind her to her room and opened the door to her little abode in the Inn, "Welcome to my little room here. Mi casa es su casa." She didn't care that her room wasn't as glamorous as she'd really liked, but being a minimalist wasn't too bad. She only needed her crossbow that she left perched on the wall and her armor.
